Good day,

Please note that I made a call to toll-free free number of Tata docomo [protected], and there has been a balance deduction of RS 8 ??. Please see the attached screen shot which clear ly shows it's a toll free number.
I spoke to your representatives but I didn't get any fruit ful resolution.
I don't understand why every time airtel is deducting such amount

Good Day,

Please note that there has been unauthorized deduction of rs 60 from my mobile number again and again after 8 rs deduction
One of the airtel representative with phone number [protected] called on my number and giving threatening calls saying I have been disturbing them because of that they have been intentionally deducted my balance so that I don't complain them again and again.
Please note that my phone is a 2G phone and I have not recharged any amount for 3 G internet. From records also it will show you I have never used internet from my this airtel number.
So it can be fully ascertained that this type of cheating is done to customers unnecessarily and to harass customers and earn revenue .
This is not all acceptable from a renowned organization like airtel.

    I am upset with this network is been 7months poor net work quality . And forget about the 4g . If we are recharge for 4g instead of 4g we r getting E signal .waste of money and time . U people are jus boasting around regarding you network .I stay in kochi near airport ..but you have not fixed Your so called airel tower . I think all the advertising is fake of airtel.
    I believe complaining on this website will work more easier and some action could be taken .

      am not getting Internet fro 6 days .had a complaint number (#[protected].when am calling to customer support they are always giving only one good answer.i.e Sir we will solve your problem with in 24 hrs.

      As i said above.calling to customer support from 6 days and escalating .But no use and not getting any trustble answers.

      can anyone please take a serious action and help me ASAP.

        Sir i shifted my house few days back and gave a service request to airtel to shift my broadband to the new address and the airtel authorities gave me a time of 5 days but there was no response from airtel in those 5 days. I kept on calling and all they said was there are no ports available in that area for the time being but when i applied for a new connection there were ports available so that means airtel is not giving regards to its existing customers and wants new customers to come.. Not even an executive called for an explanation or anything.. They have been avoiding it

          Hi sir,

          I have been using airtel post paid connection till Sep 2015, as i planned to move to Australia, I requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center Udupi and Manipal on 2 on sep 2015, but it was not canceled and i was receiving bills and i could see that the connection is still in active state. I raised a complaint about this today on 18 sep 2016, to the customer care center, somebody named srinath from cancellation department told me that it would be canceled within 24 hrs. On 10 sep 2015 i saw that it was still massage coming I am takeout the sim from my mobile from 10 sep 2015 my Housband stayed in Manipal his number is [protected] Airtel and my Idea Sim [protected] also with him Please cal him [protected]. Now i am staying in nashua Australia and i will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connection immediately.

          Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

          Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel my connection immediately and deactivate my sim card.

            For the last 2 months, there have been a deduction of rs. 99 towards international roaming but i have not been to international. My current location is milanpally, siliguri, westbengal. The nearest border is nepal which is 3 hours journey. And i have never been internationally. Last month, i spoke to customer care and they refused to help me. I said to deactivate it and they said not possible. They were adamant in their response. Today, also i spoke to customer care vinay kumar and he said that there is nothing he could do. I can change my service provider as well. There is a discrepancy in your network in west bengal. Instead of correcting it, you give me a go ahead with the number change. Brilliant!!! What a customer service. On my 2 numbers, i recharge somewhere close to 5000 rupees and was about to change my other vodafone number to airtel. Thank god, i did not do it.

            Please let me know what options are left with me.

            1) should i change my service provider
            2) you will refund the talktime that have been deducted and disable the international roaming which your customer care refused to do

              I recently(10 months ago) changed to a new 4G SIM in Coimbatore(Avinashi rd) customer care by providing all required documents. Now my SIM is damaged and I went today to get replaced. Even though I produced all the ID proof, why do I still have to submit photograph and all relevant documents as if I'm getting a brand new number. What happened to all the documents I submit. Why cant you add a new SIM just by checking the particulars. Are they going straight to dustbin??
              And the staff were equally rude. You people give us substandard SIM cards and complain about our mobile sets. Immediately two more gent staff came to threaten me. Please request you staff to keep in mind that not all customers are well versed in rules as they are and it is their duty to LISTEN to our complaints and then suggest solutions.
              I wish I was not part of AIRTEL. Your schemes are costly your network is good but your treatment of customers is poor just like your SIM cards.

                I applied for porting of mobile from Reliance GSM prepaid (no. [protected]) to Airtel Postpaid (399) plan and submitted the documents to the person who came to my home and gave me a sim also on 5th October 2016. I filled up all the forms myself to avoid any mistake and gave Aadhaar card as ID and address proof. After 2-3 days I got a call from Airtel and the person came to my house to give another SIM saying that the previously given sim was having some technical issue. He did not take back the old sim. I received several calls from Airtel saying that someone will come to verify the address and I confirmed the address and route to them. When no one came till 15th October 2016, I visited Airtel store in Chembur Mumbai and I was told that address is not traceable. I saw that my address was wrongly written and confusing. I got it corrected and again waited for persons for verification. Till today i.e. 18th Oct 16, no one visited me. When I contacted customer care they again said my address is not traceable and when I asked the address mentioned, they again told that wrong and confusing address. The person was very rude and was not interested in helping me, . He asked me to go to Airtel stores again and told that it is the only solution. He put the blame on backend team. I am surprised how they are writing wrong address when I filled the form myself and gave address proof also. Till the form was not collected from me, I was receiving numerous calls from Airtel for porting, Now they are least bothered. Such an unprofessional and poor service that the people can not read and write the name and address correctly. Shameful. I don't know what is to be done now.

                  Hi Team,

                  I had applied for corporate airtel plan for my two sim cards 3 months before

                  2) [protected]

                  From the above numbers only I got correct plan for [protected].

                  On [protected], they have activated regular 199 plan mistakenly.

                  I did raise this issue so many times on below numbers

                  1) [protected] _ Rahul
                  2) [protected]_ Deepak

                  They had asked for documents again to resolve this issue, and I got mail from Vaishali for documents. I did submit all the documents to them on [protected]@gmail.com.

                  After that I had chased so many times for an update, but haven't got any response neither they have received my calls.

                  I am facing this issue from last 3 months. Yesterday I had a call with customer care and they suggested me to raise this issue on the emai id [protected]@in.airtel.com and I am did so. But it seems that airtel doesn't care about customer request.

                  I got reply by stating i am not applicable for the plan i had requested whihc is not making sense to me as i got same plan on my other sim them why can't they provide it on other sim card.

                  Really I am suffering a lot due to this kind of service so need your urgent assistance.

                    I started using the services of airtel 4 months ago and took a unlimited plan.
                    They gave me a rebate of 5000/- bucks and I made regular payments.
                    But last Month I was late and without any prior notice they stopped my services.
                    I was at a different place and couldn't use any airtime or Internet due to which I've suffered heavy losses .
                    I couldn't communicate with my people and thus stopped using the services .
                    Now they have sent me a bill of. 3000/- rs and that too when I've not used any services.

                      I wish to submit that I (Dr. V. K. Goel, District Program Officer, o/o CMO Solan) using post paid Airtel number since January 2016, since 8th September i start getting problem in incoming calls and if anyone calls they listen voice message that" the Idea number is not in service". for which i registered compliant in airtel customer care on 9th September 2016. but they didn't resolved and now yesterday the appellate authority of Airtel mailed me that your number is with Idea whereas still outgoing and incoming from airtel is there and since January am paying bills to Airtel and last bill paid on 10th October 2016 (Copy Attached) and my number still showing and working on Airtel Network coming. One year ago i ported the said number form Idea to Airtel PostPaid. now I have apprehension that Idea Netrwoking Person in convince with the Airtel person deliberately/with malafide intention manipulating and misusing my number as by own the number cannot transfer to Idea from Airtel. Please I request you to look into it as its breach of my privacy and by such action my number they may use in anti social activities also as if they by without my consent and knowledge shifting my number. As I am H.P. Govt official i am more apprehensive as per today's scenario where anti social and anti nation elements are active and they using all the digital media for their activities. i feel they may also approaches to these service providers for such activities. I am requesting you to take action against Airtel regarding the malpractice and for manipulating with my Personal Mobile Number [protected]. Earlier also when my number was in Idea one of the Official from Idea done same and disconnected my number without my consent and i came to know that time also they transferring my number to some other person.

                        I am very dissappointed with airtel services. I put request for porting of Airtel (Mumbai) postpaid number into Airtel (Andrapradesh) Prepaid. First off all it take more than two week for porting and after acceptance of porting request my old sim is not working from midnight of 15 Oct and my new sim is not acctivate till now. When i share this issue with customer support they just don't bother about it and didn't give me appropriate solution. Even airtel service provider not in motive to help me on this issue. It has been more than 24 hours i have no contact with others and my all activities are stop because of this.

                          I have called customer care representative on 3rd October has his direction I have visited Airtel Regional office and requested postpaid to prepaid on 5th October 2016 at Iyyapanthangal regional office, So far I have not got converted to prepaid almost 13 days happened whenever I called to customer care many time whenever I call representative ask me the story from beginning and he will transfer to senior officer they will make me wait for 20 mins and they say we will resolve the issue within 48 hours and update. the same i am listening from last 1 week. (Dont Airtel system shows any updates when i call customer care)

                          Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            but I got cheated, I couldn't enjoy the call rate reduction so far.. As I complained to customer care they says that such recharges are not available with airtel

I tried contacting the number, it rings and somebody lifts the phone, disconnects and switches it off. It has happened more than 20 times.                                   Dear team consumer forum,

                                  i have using my mob no. [protected] & [protected] with airtel as service provider and with my family plan 1599.

                                  on 7 aug 2016 i have requested the airtel to discontinue my family plan on my numbers and apply rs. 399 plan on [protected] & rs 599 plan on [protected] as per my service request no. 70745552

                                  but till 24 aug 2016 they did not changed my plan and in next bill charged rs 910 extra for the period 08 aug to 23 aug which was wrong.

                                  even to get my plan activated on 24 aug i had to call airtel 5 times on 8, 11, 14, 16 & 18 aug

                                  i have raised a concern with airtel team in sep & oct with multiple calls on there customer care no 121, 198 they simply gave assurance that the wrong charges will be waived off.

                                  even yesterday(16.10.2016) airtel representative called me and gave assurance that charges are waived off.

                                  but still today(17.10.2016) they stopped my services and when i asked the reason on 121 they said the same is due to overdue payment.i have already paid 680 rs. (which was genuine charge) within due date.

                                  i request this forum to kindly intervene and as k the service provider to immediately start my services and waive the wrong charge of rs. 910.

                                    I have posted this complain several times in your forum.Still my complain has not been resolved by Airtel company.So once again I have posted my complain in your forum.
                                    Reference to your mail I have informed you that I was enjoing Rs 999 plan from 21.8.16. I was changed my plan on 8.9.16 to Rs1449/over phone but it was wrongly activated by your representative Rs8994 adv rental plan.After seeing that in my account portel I telephoned your representative and told him to rectify this.I also mailed on 11.9.16 that a wrong plan was activated in my number.But nothing happened.After waiting 48 hours I have changed it to 999/plan if it is rectified.But it was activated to 5694/adv plan.Again i call you over phone to rectify this.Your representative told me that It will be rectified within 72 houres.Again nothing happened.You can check all the conversation between me and your representative through your voice recording system.So I have no other choice except to terminate my connection.On 17.9.16 I have terminated my connection.Last four years I was your customer and not a single time the bill was excceds beyond Rs1600/

                                    So in this context it is impossible for me to pay your absurd and huge bill of Rs14070/ which has been initiated due to your fault.Send me the actual bill amount and i will pay that
