The services you provide is worst. I had requested for a broadband service and the Airtel agents came home took all my documents and a cheque of 1000rs. Then later they inform that they can't provide services to my area. Now the money is debited from my account and how is it possible for me to take it back. This is the worst experience I had till now. Kindly return my money.

I have recharged for 149 but seems the internet pack is not active. 121 service is not working for me from friday 30 th september. Also i am not able to change my ivr language to english. Every time i call customer support the representative speaks in kannada. I am not able to understand what the representative says.

A person named william mentioned that he is calling from icici ambathur branch and keep on disturbing me and my daughter by calling frequently and asking to pay 37 lakhs. Even after telling that i am not the intended person, he is keep on calling to my daughter's mobile and saying that he know all her details and asking whether geetha j is your mom. This is ridiculous and disappointing. I will have to take legal actions if it continues....
