I have a prepaid number [protected] and had Internet pack with autorenewal for which I got a message on 11th that it would be done in 3 days.I stopped the autorenewal on 13th by sending a mail and making a call as per the requirement and I got a recorded message that it has been processed and done. On 14th I got a message that the money has been deducted and recharge has been done. Sad to see the way airtel treats its old customers who still have stayed loyal till now.

    My name is Ashish Chaturvedi and I have airtel postpaid mobile number is [protected]. Last month I was travelling through countries such as UAE, Germany, and Sweden. In this month billing cycle I see a Rs.3, 999 pack applied to my bill amount but I never raised any request for any international roaming pack.

    I am informed by the call center executive that there record shows that I requested to activate a international roaming pack around 5 months back. However, I did not raise any such request. Although, I've been repeatedly getting calls to activate such packs but I have always refused. As a note of caution, before going on this trip I had called the call center to enquire about the roaming pack options available and clearly notified them that I don't want to go for any pack as I find these very expensive and instead would prefer to use a local sim of the country I am travelling to. I also validated from the call center that no such pack is currently activated on my number as I have heard many horror customer stories where unnecessary charges were levied on them without their knowledge. Please make sure I don't run into such issues in the future.

    Kindly rectify your mistake at the earliest and eliminate all the pack charges applied on my number. Also, tell me the revised amount that needs to be paid.

      Hi, I want to complain against the executive sitting in Airtel store, Paschim Vihar branch. Her name is Ankita. She was supposed to change the ownership of my and my husband number.
      First of all, she made us visit twice as she forgot to give the new Sim. Inspite of being customer friendly and getting it delivered, she called me up in the evening and asked us to collect it.
      After that my Sim was de-activated the very same day and I missed on my important calls until I got the new Sim.
      Now my husband is struggling to change the ownership of Sim, even after sending ' Y' confirmation on SMS. His current Sim card has yet not got deactivated. And when I called her to send SMS again n resolve this. Ankita said I forgot to message you as I was busy with customer. Can anyone tell then who are we??
      Are we not customer and supposed to get good services being associated with airtel from quite long time.
      I again called her now in evening but still no SMS received. When I am calling Ankita back she is not picking call and after three calls, she left my phone on hold.
      Is this we should be getting as a service, I need someone to look into it immediately and strict action please!!!

        Hi

        My airtel broadband connection has witnessed discriminatory usage since August'16 till date. I've repeatedly informed, requested & complained to Airtel Call Center, Nodal, Network & Appelate teams for this discriminatory internet usage issue.

        All Airtel teams have failed to provide me a resolution and are charging me basis my internet plan without giving any resolution to my issue since the last 3 months.

        I've copied all the emails below for reference of this complaint wherein I've requested for my broadbands' internet hacking issue with a complete reversal of Aug-Oct billing, as Airtel failed to investigate and arrive at a solution.

        This is horrific! My Airtel broadband is hacked more than once, password I've changed more than once, your engineers have visited me (Prashant Bhardwaj & Ram Bodh - service engineers of Airtel) more than once... and still my airtel broadband continues to be hacked. I've been charged a (approx. 2000/-) monthly rental for the last 2 months that I've regularly paid... so why this deficiency in service?

        Adding insult to injury, your email team refuses to share the list and details of which IPs are being connected to my broadband connection alongwith their individual usage patterns... this clearly leads to your inability to control this situation. Emails are forwarded below for your direct reference.

        Why is my airtel broadband being targetted? I question the integrity of the broadband service and have now made repeated requests for cancelling this connection today. Your call center staff has tried atleast 4 times to connect me to your retention team... and in all the 4 times, with a minimum waiting of 10 mins. per call (=40 mins call on waiting), I've still not been able to speak with retention team.

        I have a broad band Connection which seems to be out of order.
        At 00:00 hours on October 8, 2016, 45 GB Data was restored as per our Plan.

        As advised all passwords were changed and modem was operated .

        The usage was detected at 10 20 AM to be 2.1 GB and further it was detected at 4.9 GB at 4: 15pm on October 8, 2016.

        What is happening??

        I would the complete line connections to be checked and fraudulent hacking be IMMEDIATELY STOPPED.

        Please arrange for urgent visit of your engineer to our site.Please inform me over telephone ASAP.

        Thanks and hoping for resolution of this indiscriminate hacking for which I will demand refund.

        3 Click on data usage under the broadband tab.

        4 Click on the `Last 24 hours data`tab to view usage detail for last 24 hours.

        5 Click on the `Historical data' tab to view the unbilled usage.

        6 Click on the detailed usage link under My Account to view the detailed usage.

        Please note that information on Current Usage gets updated within a time span of 24 hours and does not include monthly rentals or discounts. Once the bill is generated usage charges will be calculated as per your bill plan.

        To prevent any misuse of your DSL connection request you to take care of the following:

        1. Ensure that the PC is free of virus and spy ware and it has an updated version of Anti Virus software is installed in your PC.

        2. Modem / Wifi is switched off when the internet is not in use.

        3. Password to be changed frequently to ensure confidentiality.

          Sir this is complain against airtel company. My mobile number is [protected]. I have activate a caller tune on 7 Oct 2016
          But they didn't active my Caller tune and charge of caller tune will be dedected in my account
          When I call to customer care They always tell for more time like that 30 min, 2hr, 24h, 72h. I will give him lot of Time 7 Oct to 14oct but they didn't active my Caller tune and not talk properly and disconnected my call. I registered my complaint for the last 7 days and waste so much time
          So, sir please resolve my problem and take action against Airtel company

            Hi. I just wanted to tell airtel and other network providers should aware people about the fake callers. Last week i got a call from a lady[protected] saying she is calling from airtel and told that some special offers are going on postpaid plans on converting from prepaid. I believed it was true and ask them how should i get that. She asked me to send my driving license and office id to start the process. I asked them to send the person to collect it. But she said being my place is so far she asked to send the documents through whatsapp and i did. They came to my home for address verification at the time i was not there. Until then i thought it is going good but the other day she called me and asked my photograph through whatsapp. I had doubt on her and asked her i won't do that since we didn't met any person from your side so told her to send a person to collect the photos in personal. But she again said my place is too far. I already knew that we need a new postpaid sim to activate and asked her anyhow you are going to send a person to deliver the new sim card so by that time i will give the photos to him. My doubt got increased when she said we don't need to change the prepaid sim card as it will work with the older sim itself. I hang up and called the customercare and told the story. They replied don't believe such calls they are fake. So please create awareness about this ask them to come in person to collect the documents or go to any airtel showroom do get that done. Lots of fakers are living around. Now my worry is what they will do with my documents.

              Hi,

              My name is Ashish, and last month I had port my mobile number from Tata Docomo to Airtel, as postpaid number. My mobile number is [protected]. I have contacted more than 5 time with concern person from Airtel to resolve this problem. Every time they told some story like, will check and update, after 1 hour will call you back. But till now I am facing same problem. My internet service has not been started till now.its already completed 1 month and I got 1st month bill. Now they have sent me monthly bill but till now I didn't got internet pack as they have committed. Please help me. What I have to do?

                Sir my landline number is [protected], name: rakshan raaj, registered number [protected]. Sir i have given request to change my plan speed to 40mbps speed on 28th sept 2016 but till today they have to installed and everyday they ask time for 48 hours. Airtel is worst service provider now. They say me that they will provide in 48hours but my order is still pending and dint get any response from airtel. I have given complaint on your site and i got call from airtel and they are like they wil resolve but till now they dint resolve nor called back. No satisfaction and no response to customer service. Please take action over it. Contact me on [protected]

                I have a dongle prepaid sim of number [protected].till now its working properly, yesterday i did a recharge of 700 something for net pack and trying to connect to my pc but the sim is not working .I am not getting the signal, please check what is the status of the sim, is it deactivate or what.

                  Requested an airtel broadband connection on 4th october 2016 and a person came home and collected activation fees of 1000rs. 7 days on, no technician came to install the connection and every time i call the customer care number they say u have qualified ur status is working technician will call u in 24 hours.. So far nobody has called me and now i called airtel broadband and they said they'll send technician within 24 hours. Now i recieved call saying your area is not qualified for broadband. Initially they said everything has been checked only the installation has to be made. Why are they lying to the customer? And the customer care executives are not responding properly. I wanted a refund and they said it will take 15 days. Waste of money and time. If a connection was not possible why did they collect activation fees and lie to me? Please take action against such fraudsters.

                        Whenever we recharge it message comes but when we call some one it shows low balance even today when we recharge it we got e-mail from site that it has been recharged but mobile shows low balance. We think our number has been hacked by someone so we just want to deactivate this number.

                        I was informed by the telecaller that will get a 4G service??
                        Whenever we recharge it message comes but when call some one it shows low balance even today when we recharge it we got e-mail from site that it has been recharged but mobile shows low balance. We think our number has been hacked by someone.

                            Sir I'm badly hurt at the way every airtel executive respond for our problems. ...actually I got airtel broadband connection bearing landline no-[protected] in mysore. ...before getting connection is have paid 3000 rupee as a safety deposit... last month itself is cancelled the connection. ... nd with an outstanding amount 457 rupee. .. after cancellation for getting refund amt I uploaded the check details for airtel refund link... their by it got generated id-AOR24233b1... since the amount not yet refunded. ... I mailed many at times to airtel but everyone told like there is no amount in ua account as concerned. .. then I got many executives no in mysore but they all not responded properly... I'm badly hurt because they had responded harshly. ...finally with u I'm sharing my problem with the hope that u will sort out the problem easily nd efficiently. ... u r my final hope... I'm a student in need money urgently.. I recently shifted to Delhi I need money. .. but ua executives didn't respond properly. .. is that the way one company providing facilities to their customers. ... I'm badly hurt since one month I'm struggling to get my money back... but it's seems to be no use... I'm hurt..

                              I downloaded an app from playstore and and opened it . before it opened I received a massage stating the activation of Airtel superstore and rs 99 was deducted from my account . I had no idea what happened . There was no any dialog box asking for activation and the service got activated without my consent. I reopened the app again and kiddie club service got activated with deduction of rs 35 from my main balance. how can Airtel activate service without consent of its customers

                                  Hi. I recharged my sorrel with Rs.140 on October 11th at 5.57 PM. I hardly made one or two local calls for a minute. But now airtel claims that my balance is 0. I got a msg claiming that the money was recharged from the shop but For no reason my money was cut. I already have data paid for separately so I know that wasn't an issue. Suddenly in 1 day they cut all my money. A day before that I was in an emergency situation and I took an advanced talk time of Rs.10 and airtel said they would cut Rs.12 but instead they took my whole money. I have tried calling their customer care but it was useless. I think it was very unfair of them and they should refund me. There is no way I spent 140 Rs because the calls I made were one or two minutes locally but now they are telling I have 0 balance.

                                    Here am vinodh, these airtel people will fool you saying they provide unlimited internet after 15gb is completed for 999 plan after tax 1150 rs. The speed after 15 gb is slower than even 2g net. Fraud people's even that limit getting over in few days. Still now i'm connected with 3g not with 4g. 4g must blink in blue colour but even first tym during activation was the only time it blinked as blue. People's beware of fraud airtel and their wifi plans never pay bills if speed not upto the mark. Useless and only fit for taking huge money from consumer. 1/5 for you guys.

                                      I had an airtel post paid connection, which i changed to prepaid basically because of very high bills of late. At the time of conversion at Sector -7, Panchkula, Airtel office, I paid the amount pending which I was told to pay by the person running the outlet. Thereafter again some amount was told to be due which also I duly paid. This was sometime in the month of Aug 2016. Now today ie on 13 Oct again I am getting a call from Airtel that i have a due of Rs 116- towards Airtel. Such unscrupulous practice by a so called Number 1 company of India is unthinkable.
