I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.
The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.
Your cs team till now has not been able to resolve the issue, and every day they send me one mail asking me to check with my bank. It s been more than 10 days, when the first complaint & email was raised.
You guys simply cannot troubleshoot the transaction at your end, rather than tallying your merchant account transactions, the hopeless and substandard 121 team is asking my bank statement and even advising me to go to bank and speak with them.
I had the worst experience and waste of time with with such a stupid customer service... Have you guys dropped your standards or recruited under-skilled people.
If you can resolve this, fine - otherwise this behaviour will make me think of choosing another provider, as we r paying for your services, ok.
