Airtel digital tv connection i have disconnected on 10th july and received sms confirmation from them about disconnection request received. Customer care executive collected my bank account details and informed my balance recharge amount will be refunded within 2 to 3 working days in my account.

After one week they are telling no such request received and informed they are raising new compliant again and will be refunded in 4 days.

Now its nearly three months but i am only receiving calls that they will resolve my issue but no action has been taken yet.

I am daily writing emails to their nodal officers, customer care but my issue is not getting resolved.

Airtel is only fooling customers.

    I seriously never seen anyone like this fraud ever. Always giving fake details as message like recharge for 13 rs and get 30 days rate cutter. But once recharge it will be valid for 7 days or even lesser. Also will tell full talk time in my airtel app. If we recharged then you people will deduct 17 rs for 100 rs talktime. If we called and asked you, then you will tell like have u selected promo code option properly. The call center people teaching how to use an app for an app developer is a very comedy thing i ever faced. Only advantage you people hold is network coverage. If any other network started providing that you people will beg on road. No one will prefer you by paying more and more. Go and do begging job instead of this stealing business.

        Hello, i have applied for the broadband connection on 17th july 2016.but due to some technical problem in dp my broadband installation is not completed.
        then i applied for the refund & they told me that your amount is refunded within 21 working days.but i didn't get my money yet.After that i call customer helpline no., they asked me go through the NEFT, i upload the scanned copy of passbook on 16th sept. but still i didn't get my money.

          Sir/ Ma'am,
          I had raise a broadband request and paid the amount offline ₹600 on August 23 2016. Later they told me that the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection. I requested them to refund my amount.
          After complaining and requesting for refund, I used to receive a call from [protected] named Riya from Airtel. She used to tell me that my cheque has been dispatched and asked whether I received it or not. She also gave me cheque no which is 803649. On 12th of October she called me up and told that the Cheque has been delivered. I already confirmed that no one received any kind of courier mentioned my name in my house. As of now I did not get any cheque or courier referred to me. My address is [628/2S Shakti Nagar, Bahind V mart, Faizabad Road Indira Nagar Lucknow 226016 contact no.- [protected]]. I request you to take necessary action concerning my complaint.

            This is in reference to your email regarding unable to do recharge through online for your airtel mobile number [protected].Since few months i am recharging my account by adding balance in my mobile and than i dial *121*1# and know my special offers and activate the offer. Today since morning i am unable to recharge from my phone or from my airtel website. Last few days back also i have recharged my SMS Pack by choosing an option to deduct from my main balance. i tried recharge from my account airtel when i am selecting a recharge amount of Rs 249 its asking me to deduct from my mail balance when i select 3G Recharge of Rs 228 its not showing My balance deduction which is my concern.
            This shows how irresponsible Airtel Team is they are very much focused on Postpaid. Airtel Store is not accepting any Cards to recharge now a days for a small supermarket people also maintaining a Card Swiping machine and providing bill this was worst experience faced by Airtel.

            Hi Team,

            As per the discussion i have attached a step by step screen shots of my online recharge.

            I am clearly explaining about the problem what i am facing every one calls me and tell to try once more or ask for Transaction ID.

            I Generally recharge my packs with my main balance for further clarification you can verify my previous recharges.

            Now this is not happening in special recharges its showing offer but unable to activate same. I am not looking for alternate solutions i am very clear i want recharge from my balance deduction only.

            Request some one to fix up my issue just think how the customer able to use phone without internet in this existing world.

            The attachment sent via mail ( [protected]@in.airtel.com ) can be opened in iexplorer.

            I have taken plan of Rupees 1498 for internet but for more data when i am recharging with Rupees 51 my amount has been deducted and not recharging. Second thing is i want to change my service from 3g to 2g then how can i do it because there is no number by which i have to directly talk with customer care operator.

              I port from vodafone to airtel. My mobile no is [protected]. While porting, the executive of airtel offer, 7 gb unlimited data with unlimited local + std calls. Afterward they change to 7 gb unlimited data with 720 minute of local + std calls. Where actually on activation, they activate 5 gb limited data (Chargeable after 5gb) with 180 minute local + 240 std calls.

              Now a days airtel executive are giving wrong information about plans. This not fair business. On this way, airtel may loose their market,.

              There are some people who really help. The lady Amandeep, call me in response to my complaint/query. She resolve issue very politely. Whatever damage happen due to somebody, she tried to resolve to a maximum satisfactory level.

                  I tried doing recharge for my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] online from airtel online recharge site with txn id[protected] of rs 249. The money was debited from my account but i did not receive the recharge. Kindly refund my money or get the recharge done. Resolve this as soon as possible or i will be forced to take strict actions against this. Also note that this is not the first time it has happened.

                    Hi, I took an Airtel number [protected] from an executive whose number is [protected]. It was an advance rental plan for 3 months and we paid the full money in advance. We were told that it is "all inclusive" and there will be no charges for 3 months and there was no mention of service tax. After 3 months we recieved a bill with late payment charge and service tax! We called the executive and he said he will reverse the late payment fee but we have to pay the service tax as it belongs to the government. So we obliged and paid the service tax in full amount and asked him to shut the number, which he said okay.

                    After 3 months now we have got a bill of more than 1800 rupees saying that the number is still active and we have to pay the money. The number has not been used for 3 months and airtel company is calling everyday and threatening us. What do we do? We're very disturbed. Kindly offer a resolution.

                      I am using Airtel prepaid no.[protected]. My data pack expires on 10.10.2016. I have 2.2 GB data remaininig in my account. I was recharge data with 29 and the balance data showing that 2.3 GB and expiry date was 09.11.2016 on Airtel app. But the next day 11.10.2016 when I check the data balance it is shown 76 MB only. The 2.2 GB data gone. The airtel company is cheating that the recharge data added to remaining data and expiry date was also change. But next day the remaining data 2.2GB was disappear. Airtel cheating public and robber their money in this illegal contraversary ways.

                        I have recharged my airtel DTH Rs.300 on 12/10/16. Amount got debuted from my bank. Got translation i'd from Airtel. But amount is not reflecting in my airtel account. I called airtel for n number of times. I had to explain mysituation to every single person. They took request no one called me. They simply closed my case with out my knowledge. I have been transferred here and there without no resolution. Outsourced company agents working for airtel doesn't respect the customers. Everyone are giving reasons but not the resolution. I have no clue how to get my money back.
                        Everytime when I call I was put hold for long time no response. People are playing with avaya phone. I have attached the screen shot of the translation please help.

                              They are working on it from two weeks. Already router is changed once.

                                This is Rames here and my number is [protected]. I have raised a several complaints on Airtel regarding Unnessary charges. They are chaging unnessarly without my intimation in the bill. If I call to customer care also 198, they are not able to explain properly regarding the charges. In the month of Aug'2016 they have charged 964 and there is no explanation of double charges of 100 twice for data pack. I have not crossed the limit of Local and STD also but in the bill they are showing more usage. Please help. I want to go for Consumer Court on this.

                                      I had bought a connection of 10gb per month. I had lodged a complaint that i my data usage was showing unusual activity. I could connect to one customer care number (Which does not work any more[protected]. The representative told that they will give a data pack of 5gb worth rs. 600 free. But i was charged for the same. I can not find a number to talk to customer care from a non airtel number. I lodged a complaint at hsr lay out and got a service request assigned. Subsequently i paid for my dues (Which was higher) online. I got reminder that my sr will be addressed in 11 days. And after 3/4 days my service was discontinued. I cant even make a call to anyone for complaints. The ivrs disconnect calls. How do i get to talk to a customer care executive ever? I dont have an airtel mobile number. I want someone to even listen to my comaplaint first.

                                        I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.

                                        The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.

                                        Your cs team till now has not been able to resolve the issue, and every day they send me one mail asking me to check with my bank. It s been more than 10 days, when the first complaint & email was raised.

                                        You guys simply cannot troubleshoot the transaction at your end, rather than tallying your merchant account transactions, the hopeless and substandard 121 team is asking my bank statement and even advising me to go to bank and speak with them.

                                        I had the worst experience and waste of time with with such a stupid customer service... Have you guys dropped your standards or recruited under-skilled people.

                                        If you can resolve this, fine - otherwise this behaviour will make me think of choosing another provider, as we r paying for your services, ok.
