Due to very poor service and misbehaving the staff of ATL communication Hapur I want to convert my postpaid no. [protected] (parent no.) And two child connections [protected] and [protected] into prepaid. But the staff demanded 150 rs. For prepaid sim. When i asked for bill of rs. 150 they refused to convert into prepaid. I call to airtel customer care centre twice but when i told them to talk to customer care executive they always disconnected...

Couple of days ago I informed airtel for the unbilled amout thing and concern regarding the plan.

And see what they are answering: completly irrrelevent.

Call drop - after ever 2-3 calls the call drop is seen. We have 6 connections and all are facing this trouble since last 2 weeks now... There is no proper reply... I have been trying to contact with airtel since last 3 days, always it is saying "ongoing system upgrade is going on". I hope they shutdown all communications with customer care just because of jio :). Other wise i have called 2 weeks back customer care for offers instead of porting to jio. Worst and saddest customer service by airtel team. On 16th sept, i opted the porting my number, but very next moment retention team executive call me and giving me a fare package and ask me to stop porting process.
