Sir i, vineet chauhan, did not changed my dth plan. an amount of 230 rs (normal nrc) has been deducted from my airtel account. i want my money back otherwise i will not use airtel dth services further. i have been facing such problems earliar many times, airtel add topups without getting confirmation from me. airtel add and delete the channels according to you.
Please take appropriate action otherwise i am not going to use artel services, i will move to another option.

      Iam an airtel customer. I have been an airtel customer for more than 60 days by now.however the charges for sending sms from my no. are being deducted from my main balance even after activating SMS pack 2 times, one of rs 13 and another one of rs 10.           120 (local+std) minutes balance is not transferred while activation from 3g to 4g sim

          I received aitel 4g sim, and before activating this 4g sim, i confirmed to aitel representative. he told me that all my account balance is transferred to my new 4g sim.

          Yesterday (16th oct 2016), i activated 4g sim for my mobile number - [protected], i received main account and 3g data balance but didn't received approx.120 (local+std) minutes balance.

          I complained for it on 121, 121 senior guy is now telling that minutes balance would not be transferred as per the airtel rules & policy. i asked where is this rules & policy mentioned, he failed to inform me. i've gone through the 4g sim document, airtel website and goolge search. but didn't found this policy.

          Anyway, if you have this kind of policy then why it is not informed to me while placing request for 4g sim and not by airtel 4g sim representative. i lost my minutes balance because of no information from airtel.

          I want my approx. 120 (local+std) minutes back.

            My airtel number (relationship number [protected]) was due for renewal of advance rental plan of rs 6999 on 18-sep-2016. i called up airtel on 10 sep'16 to discontinue the plan but due to issue in their system, they could not update the changes in the system. i checked with the customer care representative at 121 that if i can change the plan once it gets renewed and he said yes. i called up airtel again on around 20sep16 (around 2 days after the plan got renewed) to get it deactivated and the representative again told me that due to problem in the system he cannot update the change in system and that the amount would now be charged as it has already got renewed for the next cycle. i provided the reference for the previous call and he (after checking within his supervisor) assured that they has escalated to the team internally and it will not be charged. the same day i also got airtel's myplan 599 activated on my number.

            Now in oct'16 i started getting message from airtel that i have been charged for the adv. rental plan and the bill is due for payment. i called up airtel again on 11 oct'16 and was connected to the supervisor (mr. vishnu-call id: [protected]) and he assured that i will get a call from airtel for resolution in next 48 hours. i didn't receive any call and on 14 oct'16 outgoing calls were barred on my number. i called up airtel again the same day, this time spoke with mr pankaj (call id: [protected]) and he assured that the case is pending with other department and they would check the call recordings and update me over the call about the issue but got no call/updates.

            On 16 oct'16, i called up airtel again and spoke with another supervisor, and he told me that there are no notes on my interaction about request for deactivation of the adv. rental plan but just a query on the plan and that the charges are valid.

            I have this number with airtel since 2005 and have never defaulted on payments. also, why would i get myplan activated on my number if i wanted to continue with the adv rental plan. let me know what can be done in this case.

              I'm Edwin from chennai. I had booked a broadband connection from airtel in the name of Mr. Franklin manohar, registered mobile number [protected], account number [protected] on 4th october 2016. Initially I was told that Connection was available in my area and speed was available, but I've received a call few days back saying connection isn't possible now, even though I've paid 1000 rupees for activation on 7th october . I don't understand why activation fees were collected without even checking the availability in my area. I demanded a refund and they said they will provide in 15 days through courier. I mailed the airtel support team, and it's unresponsive. Customer care keeps transferring my number and call gets cut. What kind of cheating is this ? Making false promises about connections and collecting money without even checking feasibility and not providing my refund ? Is airtel so unethically cheap and so desperate? I want my money back within the next 2 days and i want an executive from airtel to call me and deposit my money in my bank account, otherwise i have no choice but to take legal action.

                I am fed up with Airtel network connection. So many times, I went to the Airtel dealership and raised online complaint and complaint to network team, but nothing works for me. I am not able to make any calls or not receiving calls from anyone. I am running with issues for more than 2 months. In my Ground floor, network is very poor or there was no network itself. Not able to make calls for any emergency also, then what is the purpose of having this network. Outside home, network is good but very pathetic inside the house. Everytime, I need to come out of the house and make calls, this is what Airtel is giving to the customer. All the airtel numbers are problem, I got 3 numbers and all the 3 numbers are having issues. Pathetic network.

                  After lot of battles today they activated sim but I am unable to receive incoming calls when any dial my number getting as "you seems to dial an invalid number" and when I try to call Airtel customer care they are telling like we don't know solution and for another three months you can't port out from our network after that we will check like that what the hell service it is...

                        I have been using airtel number [protected] for so many years and all of a sudden my number was deactivated lat month and been given to some other person without prior intimation. When called the customer care I was told that since there had been no incoming and outgoing for more than 90 days the service get deactivated automatically. However I have been using airtel 3g and there is also talk time balance in my account. I retained this number because I liked the services even though I moved from my home circle Andhra Pradesh to Delhi. This act of carelessness deeply shaken my trust on airtel. This is not at all fair practice to deactivate the number without prior notice. I have many transaction linked to this number and now I am left in confusion and insecurity about my personal details. I demand an explanation for this ungratefulness from your end. And even after deactivating my number why is my airtel app still showing my registered details. There is no transparency in your way of dealing with customers. You made me regret my trust on airtel and I may never opt for your services in future.

                          DTH box from airtel hangs and screen freezes at least 10 times in a day. HD channel packages get activated by themselves. Customer care is inaccessible as call disconnects automatically after sometime without any response from executive. So what that means is, pay as much airtel asks for if you have large amount of money in your prepaid balance. Airtel customer care is worst you can start channels from application on mobile but cannot stop same from mobile app so that you need to call customer care which cannot be contacted. If airtel ever listens request them to make mobile app work both ways to start or stop channel and change these hanging dth boxes.

                            I wsnt to know that how can i check my data balance. Weather i use a code for checking balance than i got a message of a 1024mb data in your account message but while am checking in airtel app tjere is no data in my account. Please solve my problem. Am so fed up fr this it's from last 2 or 3 months. I also added a recent screen shorts of my balance showing by airtel app and by *121*2#. Please solve it hurry.

                            Last days i was recharge my mobile for 1gb 3g internet for 28 days than i got 1gb 3g and 1gb 4g i had completely used my 3g balance but am not able to use 4g balance. Am agree rhat there is no 4g network nut still when u have 3g i was able to use it as 2g on my simple phone but now if i have 4g than why i can't use it as 3g???

                              Sir,
                              I am a post paid connection holder of mobile no.[protected]. Whenever I make call the call charges are never reflected on the screen. Moreover a few minutes back I made an international call and asked the operator to let me know the charges but he declined stating that the charges would appear in the monthly itemised bill. What policy is this? Moreover my amount I had to pay every month would be Rs, 449.00 pm but now it is Rs.512.00. please clarify. In case of continued non-transparency I would have reconsider switching over to other operators.

                                Wrong billing done by company on International roaming. After deactivation of services, they charged me huge amount which inspite of many reminders not resolved. I got it activated from 3rs to 16th Sept. Though I was out of country on 21st sept but this services were not required however charges were levied when services were deactivated. Not able to resolve

                                    I have using the no past 3 years but last 150 days not used only outgoing but not incoming. This simple reasons how can u stop single or disconnected why. Again there is no option for active . again after few days u r going to allot same no to others why can't active to me . its really black market. Such things not useful.                                       I am Javed from lucknow and i was submit a cheque for airtel broadband connection 25 august 2016 but due to some technical fault the connection was not installed (by the company side).and my cheque is cleared 30th august 2016.
                                      So, i claimed that my Rp 1000 cheque but their is no response on that side ... At the time of receiving cheque a marketing executive name Deepak phone number [protected] and his team leader name Irshad mob no. [protected] has come but now they dnt pick my phone.

                                      Hii I am Javed from lucknow my airtel account number 7029591527 and fixed line 052234381350. my refund cheque( REGARDING NO INSTALLATION HAS BEEN DONE BY AIRTEL SIDE) bearing number 830644 and dated 18-OCT-2016 for an amount of Rs. 1000/rp is still not get it. my cheque is clear is 30th august 2016 and then i have been complaint many times they respond and said i will recieve a cheque but today 01-12-2016 i dnt received any one penny cheque . please Sir do something. They last respond me on this airtel email id is ([email protected]) and they call me from this number 9724126292 date 22/11/2016 at 11:50 am and they convienced that my cheque is given within 6 working days . but still i am not get it on 01/12/2016 at 11:11 pm.
