This is regarding "[protected]" number hotspot Airtel which I have taken last month 03rd Sep 2016 and it was activated on 04th Sep 2016.
I have taken a plan of advanced rental of 6 months, paid the amount of 3900/-
Monthly rental of 650/- where as they said 5 GB would be given on every month basis.
I used for 2 days and I received the message saying that half of data has been consumed and I called up 121 and an Male executive said " Madam might be a technical issue I would return back the data and he never asked me Madam I am activating so an so plan you would be charged and I started using again.
Again a day so I found same problem and I called up 121 and now the female executive takes the call I repeated my problem and she said the same:Madam might be a technical issue" and refunded the data and No where even she mentioned that if I active the data you would be charged
she only said Madam might be technical issue I would check with the concern and without asking me she said she would give back my data on plan
And with in a day or so same problem again and now I really got upset with the connection I called up 121 and requested for disconnection.
And now My concern is 1. With out asking customer how can a executive active such plan, Either if it is chargeable they should mentioned that to customer, Now I check my bill It has been charged for me without notice of mine.
2.I have deactivated the number with in 12 days of connection taken and requested for call back for amount refund and each an every executive I need to repeat the same but no resolution for the same
3. I want my amount which had paid in advance 3900/- for 6 months,
Due to the service of Airtel I could only use for 12 days
I feel what I have said would be checked and resolved because calling 121 is no use for me.
