120 (local+std) minutes balance is not transferred while activation from 3g to 4g sim
I received aitel 4g sim, and before activating this 4g sim, i confirmed to aitel representative. he told me that all my account balance is transferred to my new 4g sim.
Yesterday (16th oct 2016), i activated 4g sim for my mobile number - [protected], i received main account and 3g data balance but didn't received approx.120 (local+std) minutes balance.
I complained for it on 121, 121 senior guy is now telling that minutes balance would not be transferred as per the airtel rules & policy. i asked where is this rules & policy mentioned, he failed to inform me. i've gone through the 4g sim document, airtel website and goolge search. but didn't found this policy.
Anyway, if you have this kind of policy then why it is not informed to me while placing request for 4g sim and not by airtel 4g sim representative. i lost my minutes balance because of no information from airtel.
I want my approx. 120 (local+std) minutes back.
