Date: 27/28th July: Reissue my no. from shalimar Bagh, new delhi relationship center and submitted all documents.
Date: Aug:5: Call and email customer care (Delhi and MP both (as no. was from MP)). They told me your document was not submitted, again visit nearest relationship center.
I again reached relationship center twice/thrice, they said we sent your document then they said it might be possible it was missed by us. You have to again submitte your document.
I again submitted my document and they issued me new sim after huge discussion as it was very imp no.(in mid september)
The girl behaviour (on relatiionship center) was too rude as it was my mistake that my no. is off. She was not saying what was the problem or to whom I have to contact but she is shouting by saying that we sent it. (but the person was not confident who sent it)

Date: 26th sep. My No.started working.
Date:9th oct Now, again my no. stopped and they sent me message to resubmit my document.
I sent an email to MP customer care, Delhi customer care, nodal office of delhi office everyone suggested me to visit relationship center.
Its almost 12 days of struggling for my no. That relationship center guy again told me to submit document. Its totally customer harassment . No one tell exact reason what is the problem.
Its also too frustrationg to sent email and calling a so old MP airtel voice calls where sometimes it was recalling again and again "time is over please contact again"
These guyz dont understand the problem I faced due to this no. missing.

I have a Airtel Number [protected], which is using since 4.5 Years where till yesterday having the Data balance of 30 MB and Talk Time balance value of Rs. 250/-. The Full balance has been deducted while using the data for 18 minutes. Time of Data Usage: Started at 11:45 PM to 12:03 AM.

    Calls not being heard even though they are connected

    Since past 10 days I am facing this problem. I am not able to conclude if there is any pattern but when calls from Vodafone (again this is not any pattern) and even for that matter landline calls made/received neither I am able to hear anything nor the other party receiving or making call to me could here anything

    This is quite frustrating and annoying. So many calls have been wasted in last 10 days just because of this issuebr...

    Really very disappointed from services of airtel postpaid.
    I ported my number from idea to airtel. At the time of starting process of porting they said they will provide extra data benefits but after porting they said they can't provide that. Then after long time discussion, they given me another offer for 6 months. Now on 21st Oct, I visited airtel store to submit documents for porting my another two idea number to airtel. Without submitting documents in airtel store, I have not called even single time to customer care services. Anyone can check outgoing call logs from my phone.
    But I received a message that data pack is deactivated from my number. I called customer care on 23rd Oct, they said I called them to deactivate data pack. But as I said, I didn't call even for single time.
    Don't know from where they received called and updated those records on my number. Please help me out in this.

    My balance is being deducted multiple times on mobile no [protected] of amt 0.04 paise about 10 to 15 times in a day from last one week for data usage without using any data.
    I am also attaching screen shots for reference in which it is clearly mentioned data usage 0.00mb and amt deducted 0.04 paise
    I have purchased Airtel recharge card(RC 110) of Rs/-110, while scratching the pin number lost some digits of it.Please send me the pin number or recharge my phone as fast as possible.The details of recharge card are given below,

        I Have Recharged my mobile number with prepaid recharge of INR 109 on 24th OCt 2016.
        The Transaction ID - IS[protected]

        But my amount got debited from y account and my mobile number did not get credited with the amount recharge I paid. This happened for the second time with the Airtel People.

        To add to the frustration there is no complaint. There is no complaint number I could reach out. Not even the toll free numbers adn any number provide online is working.

            I am moved from Delhi to Bangalore. i requested airtel to process MNP on my number around 10 days back. they have given me new SIM to insert when there is no signal in phone. On saturday night, signals in my phone gone down and its monday morning there are on signals in my phone. After disconnection immediately i have inserted new SIM then after its now there are no Signals.

            I was calling to customer care since sunday to get it resolved .they are not even doing anything on this. Just making fool out of me by saying it will get resolved in few hrs. Our team is working !!! i am pissed off. its day time, i have to make important calls.

                What is night data,
                Acording to life night is start after sun set and mornig before one hour before sun rise, as well as 9 to 5, -+ 1hour acording to winter and Summer.
                The mostly company given offer of night data from 12am to 6 am, is that right, if not please concider it.

                    i applied MNP on 22/10/2016 09 :42 AM, then airtel executive called me on 22/10/2016 from- [protected] 04:11 PM and she told me to not port sim and promise me to give rate cutter offer ( 30 paisa per minute ) for next 3 months. and told me that it will activate in next 24 hrs.
                    but she didn't it and cheated with me, i have charged 1.95 paisa per second call rate now, they didn't give me offer.
                    after that i called airtel care 2 times but they commitment that we have no information about offer which given by airtel executive.

                      I have requested broadband connection for Airtel on Oct 07, 2016. Without checking the feasibility, they have requested the amount and assured a connection in two days. After I called them, they are telling like there is in my my area(Shoilnganallur, Chennai). They should have checked the feasibility before then only proceed for the payment. But no reponses so far. I am the airtel postpaid customer for more than 4 years and I don't why the customer service in terms of braodband connection. I have called them twice and requested for refund, they said they will initiate but no actions taken so far. This is reference number : TNPC838243. Broadband customer service is getting worser than berfore.

                        Airtel should not compulsorily save Card details of customers and then put the onus on customers to go thru their site and delete the same. The Airtel website under payments is, to put it mildly, very "wobbly"" and one cant have confidence it that. Even after a payment is made, recpt generated, one gets a message "'OOPS.. your tx could not be done etc etc"" Some joke?? And these people with such an unreliable system want to save Credit card details?? One wonders if this is within the law or is Airtel just shoving their way thru?? If its for "'convenience"" then the customer should have the choice to allow Airtel to save the Card details or not. Something is not right here.

                            This is with reference for the new airtel broadband connection and a request number "74577976".

                            I submitted my documents on 20/10/2016 to a person having contact number as [protected], after collecting my documents he told me that he will provide me connection on 22/10 and also gave assurance about the feasibility in my area.

                            He asked me to pay the activation fee and give him the transaction id, once i gave him my transaction id he did not pick up my call and asked me to contact [protected].

                            That number said he will look into this issue but later he didnt respond neither picked my call.

                            I contacted customer care and they gave me a reference number and told me technician will come and install everything today, 23/10. I didnt receive any communication and before I paid activation fee i was flooded with Airtel customer care, sales team call and once I paid them 1000/-, all the numbers are switched off and nobody is contacting.

                            Now again when I am contacting customer care all of them are telling different story.

                            I am using their postpid number from past 8 years and now I am planning to stop using all of the airtel things together.

                            The customer care were so rude and kept me on hold for 18 minutes.

                              I have an railway cug post paid plan of railway as per my plan in my plan company offers 2 g data unlimited plan. And upto 10 gb with higher browsing speed after 10 gb with lower browsing speed. But with starting of the month its shows 100 % data consumed. No executive of airtel is registering the complaint. They are fooling and disconnect the call before the complaint is registered. I have call several time they say that sir this is prepaid service centre and your complaint will be registered by postpaid department. But the contact number they give are completely wrong. And invalid.

                                I have upgraded to Airtel DTH HD connection in the month of jan 2016, but in the month of june 2016 the HDMI port of the my set top box was non functional for which i have raised several complaints but till date it has not been resolved and every time the complaint is closed mentioning my area is in cable operator zone and service engineer cannot visit due to risk of life..
                                i even mentioned to the customer care that i am ready to come extra mile to the area where the engineer feels safe so that i can change my set top box .. but the same has also not been done ..
                                i was even ready to visit the nearest airtel dth gallery.
                                i have already taken HD annual channels pack but i am unable to view the same since the HDMI port is non functional..

                                hence i want
                                1) the set top box to be replaced on top priority
                                2) refund for the last 4 months for which i was unable to use the airtel service due to the fault in set top box which was not resolved by the airtel engineers.

                                    Hi, i want to port my number from vodafone to airtel.
                                    I had given my porting request at airtel cp store last month. For my 2 vodafone numbers
                                    [protected] & [protected]. Only one number got ported which is [protected]. Other number address verification was pending.
                                    I dont know why. And request cancelled.
                                    Then i requested 2nd time same problem. Then i got call from some dsa they requested me that they will port my number. One guy visited my office (Rehan khan) and he collected my documents for porting on 16th oct 2016. Day before i checked my status, it says address verification pending. Then i visited your connaght place store. I requested them to please send some one to place for address verification. They assured me that someone would call you before comming. I was told that some one will visit at my place on saturday. I took one day leave from my office. But no one call me neither any visit.
                                    I am very irated now. After this mail. If you cant give me proper solution i will definetly write to trai.

                                      I have recently switch from idea to airtel. I was informed by the airtel customer sales person about the plan and now when the service is activated there is nothing about that.

                                      They have cheated to bring the customer from other operator.

                                      I have the call records of the airtel guy. He is clearing mentioning that and now when i am calling him he is not replying to my question.

                                      Why I have received 3G service instead of 4G service?

                                      I was informed by the telecaller that will get a 4G service??
