I am already activayed new plan and using 4G Data plan of three months validity 30GB but now again the old plan of 3G got activated automatically on 30th of september and money got detected. I asked for deactivate and refund but they have not responded properly and refused to refund.Then I asked to connect to the higher officials they refused to give connection and disconnected abruptly. Really bad customer service. I need to speak to higher...

Its very disappointing to see that a simple query for a bill plan change has taken more then two weeks. Additionally Airtel doesn't care to reach back to the customer in time and the intention is to continuously overcharge the customer. I have been trying to reach out to customer care for more then two weeks now to escalate the issue but there is no response. Seems like they want me to withdraw and take my account to a competitor....

Regarding airtel care plz take action for this
i already submitted my official id or driving licence to Rohit kumar your airtel executive mob. number is [protected]. i already told him my upc code is valid till 4.9.2016. so do fast my documentation process. Rohit didn't reply my call after collect my document. he collect my document from 29.03.2016 i have a slip for charges 250 for new connection.

Complain no 71719972 was about to resolve by 1st oct. Seriously you guys are fooling customer. I am upset with your false commitment and work. Its me the customer who is writing to you everyday since 8 days but you dont even bother to enable services and provide any resolution and commitment.

My complaint to Airtel regarding charging of monthly rental of Rs 99.00 on my prepaid connection is reproduced below:

Hie i have rechargerd a wrong number while recharging my contact no. On 25/09/2016. The same day i sent my request to airtel for reverting the recharge which they said would be resolbed within 48 hours. It has been a week and still nothing has been done.
I can't understand why airtel called me twice asking me if the matter has been resolved without resolving it.

I have been regularly using 3G data services of Airtel since last 2 years. Recently Airtel launched a Rs. 29 3G recharge with 30 days validity. Since I always look for best offers for data packs before recharging, I found Rs. 29 to be best suited for me as it would increase my data validity to another 30 days. I already had a data balance of 1.3Gb and over 5Gb night and recharge would have added another 75Mb.

I am airtel prepaid user and my no. is [protected]. I downloaded my airtel app and in which i found that using jackpot offer and I had recharged for my friend for rs 100. I won't get the benifit of 1gb data for October. This is ridiculous from airtel if the company started cheating customer like this it's better to port from here. If not solve this problem....

Airt DTH is very worst in DTH.

Please dont go for It. My Monthly payment is 700/- Including all HD channels.
But HD Channels are not coming.When I complainted, they said restart Setupbox it will Come.I did it but not working, Again I called, they raised a ticket . Service agent came He did some replacements and charged 300/-.

From the date of purchase it has not been working more than 15 days now after numerous calls to support who gave standard answers and asked for time form 2 hrs to 18 hrs finally i emailed the appelant option on the website and they asked for 48 hrs.. still the device does not work.
