Seeing the advertisements about the prompt service of Airtel, I decided to switch over from Aircel postpaid. Your following representatives cheated us:
Mr. Kumaran [protected] Mr.Yesodaran [protected]. They took all the papers required for number portability for CUG of 5 numbers, made us give aboout 12 documents signed some notarised and promised the connections will be thru in 7 days. Now they have stopped taking our calls and made our lives miserable. Please as we trust you as a reputed company intervene in the matter and restore our connections.

In our building their is network problem and in our home no single point of signal is their so pleas we want signal in our building, in our building 17 people are using airtel sim other wise we change our sim.

    Hi,

    This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing a very bad Network issue at the below mentioned address since 2 n half weeks. We have raised more than 15 complaints through call center but has not received any resolution still. Also in spite of all this the response for the same from the customer service center is very rude. You can't name it a customer service unless you mean it.

    I don't think this should take 2 n half weeks to resolve this issue. Since 2 n half week there is no single strike of signal is shown inside my house we have to keep the mobile outside the house to get calls & have to run to road to answer the call. Else, the call will get disconnected immediately. We in our family out of 5 members 4 o[censored]s are using Airtel & this is what the resolution we get if we are in some serious problem.

    Please let us know if you still can't fix the problem we'll at least port this numbers to better network who at least serve their customers better

    Expecting a quicker reply.

      From more then 10 years am using airte. Now they are started louting from us .. So ibrequest you to take proper action .. Just think if they lout from 1 person 50rs den from how many they can lout from laks people its upto lots of crore .. As i complain is that I got a message from airtel telling tat recharge 199 and get 1.3gb 3g data and 28 days valedity. Wen I reached 199 I just got 600mb and 21days valedity is this the way to lout ur 12years coustomer..and wen I cal the coustomer care, who don't know to talk. Their ref no is cbnrd[protected].. Hope u wil solve my problem.

        I applied for a broadband connection of airtel, they came to my house checked everything, filled forms, took my documents and 1000 rs. And told me that within 3 days broadband will be installed. But when i did not hear anything for 3 days i called them. That is when i came to know that my case has been cancelled. No one bothered to inform me about it. Then i asked for my refund. They told me i will get a call and all i will have to do is tell them my account number and money will be transferred. However i didn't get any call, i called airtel and explained to them what had happened. I got hung up on several times while i called customer care team. Finally i was told to raise refund request and i did - aor917b1b - but still i have not received my refund.

        Airtel unable to resolve my 4 month old issue till date even after complaining to their nodal offer & appalete in Karnataka circle. I have sent multiple mails and followed up with calls to 121 help desk. Even though they are promising to solve the issue, I am not seeing any improvement as on date

          Airtel being a great organization in telecom industry is just a fake..these guys are good when we are to take the connection but they dont obey their words for service,
          its about 10 days i gave complain to shift my connection but there is no response for any of them
          these guys are scams and i would like to inform everyone to take any local connection in-spite of taking airtel.
          please take some action against them..specially customer care people...they are crabs and due to their bad behaviour airtel is going to get down...

            I am a subscriber having mobile no. [protected]. i recharged my account with Rs. 153 on 12.10.2016 (night) for availing 1GP 3G/4G Date for a month. on 13.10.2016, i have noticed that the data balance became zero, without availing the data. It is noticed that the data amount has been arbitrarily deducted by Airtel. This was the second instance.
            I contacted the customer care service and asked the data usage details but they are refusing to provide the details.
            it is therefore requested for your kind intervention by directing the concerned to either provide the details or refund the data balance amounting to 971 MB

                Sir i, vineet chauhan, did not changed my dth plan. an amount of 230 rs (normal nrc) has been deducted from my airtel account. i want my money back otherwise i will not use airtel dth services further. i have been facing such problems earliar many times, airtel add topups without getting confirmation from me. airtel add and delete the channels according to you.

I have been an airtel customer for more than 60 days by now.however the charges for sending sms from my no. are being deducted from my main balance even after activating SMS pack 2 times, one of rs 13 and another one of rs 10.                         120 (local+std) minutes balance is not transferred while activation from 3g to 4g sim

                        I received aitel 4g sim, and before activating this 4g sim, i confirmed to aitel representative. he told me that all my account balance is transferred to my new 4g sim.

                        Yesterday (16th oct 2016), i activated 4g sim for my mobile number - [protected], i received main account and 3g data balance but didn't received approx.120 (local+std) minutes balance.

                        I complained for it on 121, 121 senior guy is now telling that minutes balance would not be transferred as per the airtel rules & policy. i asked where is this rules & policy mentioned, he failed to inform me. i've gone through the 4g sim document, airtel website and goolge search. but didn't found this policy.

                        Anyway, if you have this kind of policy then why it is not informed to me while placing request for 4g sim and not by airtel 4g sim representative. i lost my minutes balance because of no information from airtel.

                        I want my approx. 120 (local+std) minutes back.

                          My airtel number (relationship number [protected]) was due for renewal of advance rental plan of rs 6999 on 18-sep-2016. i called up airtel on 10 sep'16 to discontinue the plan but due to issue in their system, they could not update the changes in the system. i checked with the customer care representative at 121 that if i can change the plan once it gets renewed and he said yes. i called up airtel again on around 20sep16 (around 2 days after the plan got renewed) to get it deactivated and the representative again told me that due to problem in the system he cannot update the change in system and that the amount would now be charged as it has already got renewed for the next cycle. i provided the reference for the previous call and he (after checking within his supervisor) assured that they has escalated to the team internally and it will not be charged. the same day i also got airtel's myplan 599 activated on my number.

                          Now in oct'16 i started getting message from airtel that i have been charged for the adv. rental plan and the bill is due for payment. i called up airtel again on 11 oct'16 and was connected to the supervisor (mr. vishnu-call id: [protected]) and he assured that i will get a call from airtel for resolution in next 48 hours. i didn't receive any call and on 14 oct'16 outgoing calls were barred on my number. i called up airtel again the same day, this time spoke with mr pankaj (call id: [protected]) and he assured that the case is pending with other department and they would check the call recordings and update me over the call about the issue but got no call/updates.

                          On 16 oct'16, i called up airtel again and spoke with another supervisor, and he told me that there are no notes on my interaction about request for deactivation of the adv. rental plan but just a query on the plan and that the charges are valid.

                          I have this number with airtel since 2005 and have never defaulted on payments. also, why would i get myplan activated on my number if i wanted to continue with the adv rental plan. let me know what can be done in this case.

                            I'm Edwin from chennai. I had booked a broadband connection from airtel in the name of Mr. Franklin manohar, registered mobile number [protected], account number [protected] on 4th october 2016. Initially I was told that Connection was available in my area and speed was available, but I've received a call few days back saying connection isn't possible now, even though I've paid 1000 rupees for activation on 7th october . I don't understand why activation fees were collected without even checking the availability in my area. I demanded a refund and they said they will provide in 15 days through courier. I mailed the airtel support team, and it's unresponsive. Customer care keeps transferring my number and call gets cut. What kind of cheating is this ? Making false promises about connections and collecting money without even checking feasibility and not providing my refund ? Is airtel so unethically cheap and so desperate? I want my money back within the next 2 days and i want an executive from airtel to call me and deposit my money in my bank account, otherwise i have no choice but to take legal action.

                              I am fed up with Airtel network connection. So many times, I went to the Airtel dealership and raised online complaint and complaint to network team, but nothing works for me. I am not able to make any calls or not receiving calls from anyone. I am running with issues for more than 2 months. In my Ground floor, network is very poor or there was no network itself. Not able to make calls for any emergency also, then what is the purpose of having this network. Outside home, network is good but very pathetic inside the house. Everytime, I need to come out of the house and make calls, this is what Airtel is giving to the customer. All the airtel numbers are problem, I got 3 numbers and all the 3 numbers are having issues. Pathetic network.

                                I didn't receive any updates
                                After lot of battles today they activated sim but I am unable to receive incoming calls when any dial my number getting as "you seems to dial an invalid number" and when I try to call Airtel customer care they are telling like we don't know solution and for another three months you can't port out from our network after that we will check like that what the hell service it is...

                                      I have been using airtel number [protected] for so many years and all of a sudden my number was deactivated lat month and been given to some other person without prior intimation. When called the customer care I was told that since there had been no incoming and outgoing for more than 90 days the service get deactivated automatically. However I have been using airtel 3g and there is also talk time balance in my account. I retained this number because I liked the services even though I moved from my home circle Andhra Pradesh to Delhi. This act of carelessness deeply shaken my trust on airtel. This is not at all fair practice to deactivate the number without prior notice. I have many transaction linked to this number and now I am left in confusion and insecurity about my personal details. I demand an explanation for this ungratefulness from your end. And even after deactivating my number why is my airtel app still showing my registered details. There is no transparency in your way of dealing with customers. You made me regret my trust on airtel and I may never opt for your services in future.
