This was my complaint on 6th October 2016:
"I was billed for my prepaid number +919903136498 and the same was debited from my account through smartpay option of my HDFC credit card as earlier my number was a postpaid one.
I have changed my postpaid connection in the month of August 2016.
Last time they charged me for internet charges which they found irrelevant and refunded me the extra amount which was charged as a talk time. I agreed only because I have changed my number to prepaid. But again they have generated bill and auto debited my account. This time I want my money back and not talk time."

Since then, yesterday (12/06/2016) also I have followed it up but there was no reply and no solution.
