Hi,

I purchased airtel postpaid family connection last week.. From the beginning i am facing network issue... And continuous call drop.

I have complaint regarding this issue but their executive not resolve my issue till date. If i have to talk with anyone.. Need to try more then 2-3 times after it call connect.. And then its disconnect self.. Voice quality is worst.. When i talk out side office.. That time it work.. But my office is not in basement.

Ame problem facing in my home.. That is also not in basement
When i travel in metro.. (Not talking about under ground) network goes..

    Hi,
    I have recharged for 149 but seems the internet pack is not active. 121 service is not working for me from friday 30 th september. Also i am not able to change my ivr language to english. Every time i call customer support the representative speaks in kannada. I am not able to understand what the representative says.
    Please help me resolve my issue.

      Hi... Recently i have migrated from docomo to airtel. But airtel is worst than docomo and took same issue to customer care for twice and even spoke with their leads. But no results and no one called me back... Waiting for their call from past two months... Issue is at my home place and works good at my office place. Also issue is with complete boduppal confirmed vth shopkeeper. Chk attached pic, open network shows excellent signal but zero signal on mobile. False report on airtel app.

        Sir, in my village their is no network of any operator we have to climb over hills to make call about 500m above from the villge their we get a little bit of airtel network. The tower are in the city which is more than 20km far from the village.
        So please resolve this problem. I reported in other operators also but it didn't worked last hope is airtel so plzz resolve this.

          A person named william mentioned that he is calling from icici ambathur branch and keep on disturbing me and my daughter by calling frequently and asking to pay 37 lakhs. Even after telling that i am not the intended person, he is keep on calling to my daughter's mobile and saying that he know all her details and asking whether geetha j is your mom. This is ridiculous and disappointing. I will have to take legal actions if it continues.

          I spoke to a person from Ambatur ICICI loan department and he mentioned that that is not the way of ICICI make calls to others and he confirmed that is a fake call.

            Respected officer,
            Airtel prepaid in my name is being used by my cousin and he sent a msg to a dnd registered consumer, but instead of blocking only that number airtel has blocked all the numbers i use in my name, i asked for the basis on which they disconnected the all the numbers but they are just mentioning the violation conducted by one number, my numbers are currently invalid, i asked for the procedure for recovering my number but they are not responding properly

              I have complained against Airtel Company in your forum on 24.9.16& 28.9.16
              respectively. But still now my complain has not been resolved.On two occations they talked me over phone and assure me that your complain will be resolved within 48 hours.But noting happened.They always bluffed me.Sir you can imagine how much mental pressure and agony i have been suffering due to their fault.Kindly do something otherwise anything happens to me for their fault

                    I'm Twinkle sethi from Delhi.
                    I would like to inform you that you guys have the worst postpaid services ever compared to other services providers.

                    Also you guys have the worst customer care representatives. I have the recordings what your one of the representative used profanity. I will be seriously going to file a complaint against the worst airtel. But nowadays your servers are always down and no one is there to help apart from that your IVR does not even connects to your representatives wow.

                    If I am able to pay 2500 bills every month then for this amount I can really fight till consumer court. It's always whenever call on airtel helpline number I always hear ''mam we are sorry will not be able to help due to servers problem''.

                    What actually do you guys think we are mad or what if we are paying bills then you actually responsible for our query also I am going post the same on facebook.

                      I have applied for new broadband internet connection on 03/09/2016. A sales person came to my place to check and I have given 700 INR to that person. He gave me the Receipt Also. He said he will send a technician within 2 days to set up the connection. Therefore, the person never came to my place to set up the connection. My friend also applied through online same person came to collect the money and given the connection within 3 days. But when I call the person he says there is a some issue, so getting delay. Later the person does not pick the call. I called multiple times to call center, every time they give some different story and it will be resolved within 48 hours and some time an agent says you did not book through online so you need to call the sales person. What the hell Airtel people are doing. You send same person to collect the money, but when I ask about the connection you ignore. This is not fair. You took my money and did not give me connection also. At least you should refund the amount or your Airtel receipt is a fake one. Your Sales person is a fraud one. Do not do this kind of Fraud activity, company like Airtel I never expected this. Please this is my final request to take an action...Very Sad and frustrated...:(:(:(

                          I had subscribed for the new broadband connection on either 3rd September or 4th September. But I have received the message that Bill has been generated on 12th September (i.e., within 10 days of subscription) and the due date to pay the Bill is 1st of October.

                          I have also received another message mentioned as Usage Data has been exhausted, But I have not used 80 GB of subscribed data within 10 days.

                          I tried calling customer care minimum 10 times, but no response from them to solve the issue. To whom should I raise the complaint?

                            Hello, I'm using your network (3G pack) for the last 1 years. I have recharged for 3G pack amounting to INR.465 through online on 25th NOV '2016. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 7 days got over till now and I'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest for these periods. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a Customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process.                               Dear, I have made airtel online postpaid bill payment on 02 Oct 2016 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel.                                 I am already activayed new plan and using 4G Data plan of three months validity 30GB but now again the old plan of 3G got activated automatically on 30th of september and money got detected. I asked for deactivate and refund but they have not responded properly and refused to refund.Then I asked to connect to the higher officials they refused to give connection and disconnected abruptly. Really bad customer service. I need to speak to higher officials regarding this problem.

                                Once again they have deducted today 275 rs for Data plan.                                 Last time itself I asked for deactivation of the 275 plan and for Refund of money, They have not deactivated the plan, so once again the amount got deducted and they are saying that money will be not refunded.

                                  Its very disappointing to see that a simple query for a bill plan change has taken more then two weeks. Additionally Airtel doesn't care to reach back to the customer in time and the intention is to continuously overcharge the customer. I have been trying to reach out to customer care for more then two weeks now to escalate the issue but there is no response. Seems like they want me to withdraw and take my account to a competitor.

                                      Complain no 71719972 was about to resolve by 1st oct. Seriously you guys are fooling customer. I am upset with your false commitment and work.                                         My complaint to Airtel regarding charging of monthly rental of Rs 99.00 on my prepaid connection is reproduced below:

                                        "I left India on 5th August and currently in USA. My balance was Rs 295.00 until recently. However, I find that it is now showing Rs 135.00 balance although I have not made a single call or SMS during the period from 6th August to 10th September."

                                        Reply from Airtel
                                        "We would like to inform you that, we have verified our records and found that, there is deduction of Rs. 99/- on[protected] towards rental charges while in the international Roaming.

                                        We regret to inform you that, we are unable to refund the amount for the international monthly rental charges as there is no provision for the same.
                                        Please note Rs.99/- will deduct in international roaming service to be active, you must have a minimum balance of Rs. 99/- for each month in use."

                                        I responded by reproducing the rule relating to International Roaming from their own website http://www.airtel.in/mobile/prepaid/roaming/international# as follows :

                                        Airtel's Roaming service allows you to use your mobile phone to make or receive calls from almost anywhere in World. A monthly rental of Rs 99 will be charged on International Roamintg in addition to the international roaming rates. Rental will be charged only in case of an incoming/outgoing call or outgoing SMS."

                                        As against these published rules the company charged me Rs 99.00 in September 2016 although I did not make a call nor received one nor sent any SMS . Hence I request you to kindly take up this matter o[censored]nauthorized deduction and arrange for refunding the rental of Rs99.
