I am using Airtel services for more than 1 year. I want to complain against the billing department of Airtel. I am observing that on every cycle they are levying extra billing charge and once I claim, they are sharing the wrong details about consumption. But this time I will not pay the extra bill for sure. This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day I got the sim. The 'My Number' in setting shows UNKNOWN; the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN -...

Nobody from airtel is looking into Ticket No.: 72918508. Without doing anything they close the request. This happen 2 times. Its been 7 days since I raised this request. 2 times engineer visited my home. But every time he came and said we are looking. Then closed the request without doing anything....

My broadband/landline not working from past 6 days, below is the screenshot for your reference, no calls from customer care on this issue, i have been spending my money to call customer care,

On 09.08.2016, i had raised an issue that there is no network coverage in my area i. E kundalahalli gtae, bangalore. I had also received a complaint ref num[protected]. But there was no follw-up on the complaint and the very next day i received a message which read-"your complaint has been successfully resolved". And i was also asked to reply to the msg with a yes or no feed back as yes would be for "satisfied" and no would be for "dissatisfied".....

i have applied for 3 airtel landine connection10 days ago .and the agent promished me that the connection will be done within 2 days.It has been over 10 days now but that agent daily says it will be done today.
how ever they connected one landline and told they cannot provide any more connections as they dont have the slot, so i asked for the refunt of my remmaining balance and the always say that it will be...

My village farizabad missa their is very slow internet, and most of time their is no network. so, we request for build a new a tower in our village . as much land you require it will be provided. please try to cooperate and proceed for it.their are about 20000( lum sum) users . my contact number is [protected] ans email ID is [protected]@gmail.com ....

I faced a problem with airtel about unnecessarily money getting deducted from main balance.
I went to official website of airtel i.e. www.airtel.in

Here I saw that there is an option of downloading statement for prepaid account.
I requested for statement and I received a statement in mail and also my main balance was deducted by 50 Rs.

But important thing is airtel website never mentioned that this...

Starting issue is the internet is not working intermittently and to resolve this Airtel engineer visited 3 times but none of them was good enough to resolve the issue and situation got worse than beginning All three times airtel engineer did some technical jerk things to get this resolved and asked me to monitor for some time, As agreed Airtel was supposed to monitor this but they have closed the issue all three times without resolving it,...

My mobile was missing from last 2 days. The mobile stolen from resident on 18 th sep 2016. I want to Block my sim. I am customer of Airtel having mobile No. [protected].
Beside this once you block the SIM Could you please provide the Same SIM no.
& request you to provide same remaining balance on new sim.

open network si a joke and mockery.i ahve raise complaints in Airtel so many times...but Airtel has no action...they just make flashy ads to fool customers,
in truth Sunil mittal is a dacoit and airtel si a chor company..
i will opt for reliance and not recharge any more on my airtel prepaid...

Dear Sir,
I am using airtel land line no[protected], since it is dead, past 4 months I am not using this land line . I complained so many times to reduce my tariff plans over phone to basic plan. Unfortunately till now there is no proper response. Since there is no response my air tel bill going up unnecessarily. I request you to to do the needful at the earliest.

I was promised that there will be an executive sent to collect the documents for new airtel connection that is on (14/09/2016) but by the eod it was not done. When i followed up with the customer care i was told that they see no request being made also after being dragged for a week i find out that the same cannot be provided as there is no feasibility in my area.

However i get a call from one of the custmore care lady stating...

we had informed to de activate in the month pf Jun 16 and it was informed action will be taken accordingly
Hence we r not using your data card since then
Regret to inform we r receiving call as well SMS for the payment again and again for the said data card
U may check your system and ensure that we r not getting disturbed again and again from your concerned for the payment

I have applied for airtel broadband connection and paid the advance 1000. After 15 days the airtel people told me that there is no service in my area and they refund my amount, till now i didnt get it moreover Now i got bill of 900 for service that is not installed.

When I tried to call customer care they put me on hold for almost 23 Min. Then after they disconnected the line.

I have taken Airtel Broadband connection for INR 1098.00 for unlimited local and std ( inside India) phone facilites, internet limited,
