My airtel account no is "[protected]". I am using airtel postpaid number from last 8 years, last month i have changed my plan to a lower amount plan.in my previous plan (300+tax) i had 3g data limit for 650mb and from past 8 years i never crossed my data limit with regular usage and remember with 3g speed. Now the new plan (149+tax) i have taken is with 250mb of "2g" speed. For this plan the airtel has charged me saying that i have consumed 804mb for the month. I. E. Extra charge for 554mb. I am really shocked by seeing this. Truth is my data usage for this month was very less (Hardly 15% used) as i also installed wifi at home and wondered that i consumed more than 800mb of data with "2g" speed which i could not done with 3g speed more than 650mb for last few years.
Added to this airtel has provision of tracking the usage in mobile app as well it will send out email if the data limit is crossed 50%. Now neither i received any email for this usage nor my app showed that i consumed 100% data. (In fact the app was showing as 95% of data balance when i checked 3 days prior to billing date.)
I communicated with airtel appellate but they are not agreeing to their mistake.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action on them as these guys are made me to suffer from mentally as well. And i will be paying only for my plan i. E. 149+tax.

Someone is fraudently doing Airtel DTH top ups on my account. I have not received reversals so far.

    My Airtel Prepaid sim No. [protected] has got deactivated from 7th October, 2016 without any prior intimation.

    I was using this No. for more than 10 Years and all of a sudden it got deactivated. I have received SMS till 6th October 2016

    Presently I am in abroad and back to India by next month. I am very much in need of this number activated as i have given this number to all my banks and other important transactions.

      I am facing network problems since many months in my airtel number and i have been complainting in airtel for my network problems and they did not solved the problems till date . I use internet also of airtel and as per my bill plan of 1599 per month i get 9.3 GB of 4G data approx . And i never used 7 GB also in whole month . Than all of a sudden due to worst network in my area when i used to use internet it used to show just loading loading and i wasnt able to use service and my data properly and aftr 8 or 9 days it used to show full data consumed . Than i had to activate smart byte of 1 GB nd those also used to get over before 24 hours . At the end of the month i used to get too high billof 3500 or so from last 4 months . I also complained for that i got a reply that we cant do anything in that you hav consumed and you have to pay that much bill even though i had sent them in mail all my screen shots of network issue which clearly shows just loading and i cant use my data . And now also they showing open network advertisements and showing that if any customer complaints on open network we do follow them back and also solve thier problems by giving them awesome networks, which i think is fake because when i complained in open network also i got such replies and didnot get any call back also for my complaint and nor they came to my area to solve any problems . I still have the screenshots as the proof of worst network and it shows that i can not use my data and than also i have to pay so high charges for that without even using those services . After they not satisfying my issue and i have to pay without using any services of data i am forced to complaint against this huge company because i am paying from my hard working income and i can not pay for what i am not getting . So i request consumer forum to please register my complaint against them and help me to get my money back which i paid even though i couldnt use my services for which i paid .

        I am very unhappy and upset with airtel.
        Not only are they charging unreasonably for their 4g data consumption but their executives are very rude and have even gone so far as to threaten me and my family to make the payments!
        I took an airtel 4g data sim in march 2016. The dsa told me i would not have to pay deposit if i pay an advance rental of 3 months. As per the plan, i get 15gb data every month for rs 1250/- monthly rental. I paid it in advance
        After the connection got activated, within 10 days i was told i have used up 20gb of data, which is impossible! I haven't downloaded any movies/music. I just use it for browsing and work. I'm not even home all day and there is no one else who uses this connection in my house
        I stopped using it and disconnected it but now i am being harassed by their agency or collection agents to pay a bill of rs 2383/- for what... I don't know!
        When i have availed of an advance rental and have paid it in advance how can i run up a bill of rs 2383/- in 2 months!!!???
        To make matters even worse...
        There is an executive called neha who keeps calling me repeatedly ([protected]) and has spoken so rudely to my family member, she literally started crying!!
        She has also called me repeatedly and spoke so rudely, insulted me and has even gone so far as to threaten me!!!
        She then hung up on my while i was talking!!
        This rude and insulting behavior is unacceptable!!
        She has threatened to keep calling me and making my life hell if i don't pay!!
        I understand there is a dispute, and airtel wants me to make the payment but this is no way to speak customers and insult them

          Hello team, i am using 9535095xxx (Bangalore numb) from last 6years. Recently, i shifted to gurgaon. I raised bangalore to delhi mobile number circle change request on 16/08/2016 and submitted my document at gurgaon sector 4, airtel store. I also paid 150rupees for recharge. My old sim got disconnected and i noticed there is zero signal on my new sim. I tried 3-4times after 4-5days interval to check whether new sim receive any signal as i need to dail 590xx to activate it (As informed by airtel team) but all in vain. Last weekend, i visited airtel store at gurgaon sector 4. Here, i come to know, instead of proceeding with my circle change request, airtel team have disconnected my number which i am usnig for aadhaar, bank otp and other official use.
          I am not sure, why they have disconnected my number as it is used by me from last 6years and it's shared between all my personnel use and circle. I spoke with airtel customer care, and irritating part, even they also did not know why it got disconnected. As it show 'this number is disconnected but there is not reason showing on their screen.'
          I reqeust airtel team to take up this complaint on priority and contact me on my personnel mail id bharat.co.[protected]@gmail.com for required information.

            Airtel — Ported number from idea to airtel facing problem because of poor airtel response

            I have ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel.
            The application provided for mnp from my side is on 23.10.16 in liberty airtel showroom kodambakkam chennai

            When i called the customer care in the morning they asked me to wait for completion of 7 working days but i told them i got the message they informed me it will take 48 hours to activate my sim card then i really got upset as all my financial as well as personal details are related to this number then they provided nodal office number.

            Then i tried contacting the nodal office and its found that sim number submitted by the airtel outlet was different to the one provided to me and now to activate this new sim number they informed me it will take 24 hours.

            After a long conversation miss. Ezhin confirmed me that sim will be activated in next four hours since i dont have any alternate contact number i provided my office land line number to contact me, after 4 hours also i didnt got the activation so i called again this time mr. David spoke and he confirmed me that in next one hour backend team will call after that too no call received then again i called this time miss. Rani spoke with me and she is saying it will take 48 hours to rectify their fault.

            Actually they are not taking any action seriously because this is not a new sim card all the emergency and financial related items are associated with this number only for me, this shows how they are reluctantly performing their job.

            I am planning to raise a compensation against them for the loss occurring for me because all my financial stock exchange other related items fully stopped as i dint have otp from bank.

            I am using 3g airtel having mob no [protected] .I recharged RS.1498 on Dt 22.9.2016 as per your one year offer but when I recharged Rs 255 I was not received

              I lose my sim and i get it sim cardin same nomber. But I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 08.10.2016. My rd is not capable to send me the balance his service is not good.in 7 th october he went to tour for 10 days but he did not send balance for my easy sim before i told him.                   Today, I have done prepaid online recharge (via-transaction Id no.[protected] &[protected] for my moblie no. [protected] for Rs.64/- each.

                  My account has been debited (Rs.64+64) for these process but my mobile balance is same as it was before the starting the process of the said recharging (i.e., Rs.21.08).

                  Please credit my airtel mobile account for Rs.128/- or refund the same to my Bank account.

                    Please note that my mobile number ( my father number)[protected] was recharged with rs 9 to get 35 mb internet for 1 day. I received an sms from airtel that I have 10 mb remaining in my account, so Stopped using my internet and checked my balance by dialing *123*11# and found out that still I am remaining 1 mb. But found out that my mobile balance was deducted by 17 rs after deduction balance was 165 before deduction was 182. How can you deduct balance from my main account when I am having balance of internet. I took all precautions so that I don't use internet when I don't have internet balance. So airtel is now running a business of earning there revenue by deducting unauthorized balance from customers account as they are losing there customers after the emergence of Jio. I have decided now to PORT my number to other operators as these types o[censored]nwanted deduction are intolerable. Even I tried to approach customer care of airtel but they are so uncooperative they misbehave with customers and even refuse to take our complains. This is a public awareness message

                    Please note that I recharged my number on 1 st October and 10th October, after seeing in my offers which says I am suppose to receive talktime of Rs 68 for recharging with rs 70.

                    But it's unfortunate to say that I received regular talktime of rs 58 for each of these transactions. It means you are not complying with your terms and conditions and this will be shared with my friend s and relatives.

                    I appeal to you to process me the extra talk time which I am suppose to receive for each of these transactions.

                    Airtel customer care don't realize there mistakes and do not want to credit the extra talk time received, such a cheap company, thanks for the emergence of JIO that they are forced to cut down there rates or else they would have been butchering so many innocent customers.

                      Ref. My discussion with airtel rep. On 25 sep 16 vide id[protected], reg. Change of my plan. It was agreed that new plan-999 will be changed wef. Next billing cycle, 08 oct.16. But when i confirmed on 09 oct.2016, from ur rep. That my top up plan has already implemented wef. 25 sep. Don't agree this, otherwise i may be compelled to switch over to new broadband service provider. Thanks & regards-narender kumar

                        I he a broadband connection with u number registered wide the same is [protected] luvnita pathak i have been facings my issues wide my connection it gets disconnected so many time and i called on 9 oct 2016 and way i was spoken to was very bad and i want to take it futher you will either resolve my issue and get me an apology and compensation for the way i have been treated coz i have da recording of the conversation too kindly get in touch on [protected] and i want to speak to a manager as soon as possible.

                          I live in Sector 32-c Chandigarh due to poor network whenever I made a call it has a lot of disturbance and has a lot of noise. And this month I got a bill of 460 that was too high and i hv many calls in that bill which got disconnected due to disturbance and poor connectivity. Plz file strict complaint against airtel. Moreover i many time visited airtel sot to change my no to prepaid but they did not change my no prepaid.

                            I visited Airtel showroom near Ganapati complex, Yusufguda, Hyderabad to purchase a prepaid connection for my personal purpose. I inquired...I was informed scheme of one GB 3/4g data and Rs 34 talk time and 0.45/mint in Rs 150/- only. and you can charge accordingly. i agreed and found the scheme is good for me and i adopted scheme and informed him to please provide me connection and I paid him Rs150/- and submit all required documents. i was not provide the cash receipt and informed me that it will be activated in 24 hr.
                            I waited for 24 hr and later informed to show room person regarding the same, still not activated and finally activated after 4 days and received a message no balance and no data, i need to recharge.I called to a person again from a show room( Mobile no.[protected]). When i contacted and informed him regarding... no balance, talk time and data. then i was informed it will be activated. i waited and i received a message from Airtel that i was recharged of 101.00 at 03:59 pm and benefit of TT+50MB3g/4gdata [protected]@1.3p/sec for 30 days and the transID [protected].
                            This is all cheating from your organization to customers. This clearly show your team is involved in such kind of cheap attitude and false promises.
                            I request you to kindly pay back my amount what i paid.

                              Sir i have requested customer care to change my plan from 16mbps to 40mbps and they have taken request on 28th september 2016 but till now they have not made installation of modem at my place nor changed the plan. when ever i call customer care they just give simple reasons and daily they ask 3 days time. past 12 days no one has responded me and i dint get any call from airtel. please help to me change the plan to 40mbps. airtel has become worst service provider. they do commit but never respect customers and never clears the problem.

                                I lived in mohalla - nadipura, nawalgrah, rajasthan. In this location many connection of airtel prepaid. But in this location your connectivity of single is very poor, so when we doing call it was not connected peoperly and the voice was not hear continue to your connection holder.and many time call was connected but after 2, 3 seconds it's disconnected automatically .so please give attionson and repair the problem so the customer was enjoy your service.                                     I am user of airtel prepaid connection in laxmi nagar location and facing so many problems due to your poor connectivity.in this connection i visit to your airtel store on 5th october 2016 at 7.55.38 pm. My token no. Was 204 and i have noted out my complaint with your representative mr. Roopam. He has given a seprate sim to sought out the connectivity prolem by 4g sim no:[protected]u. Where as i was also using 4g sim.
                                    My office address is vakil chamber a-115 vikas marg shakarpur delhi-110092.
                                    I and my staff also user of the airtel are suffering due to your very poor connection hole dayour connection will be close and no communication with any party.
                                    You are showing yourself in so many advertise but result is zero. You are again requested to please sought out the problem.

                                      While i was browsing it opens new link where it automatically deducted 35rs from airtel by activating some modelmaniaw service which i don't wanted to active this service but has got activated itself, so i want to deactivate.                                         Airtel sales agent sold me a us smart pack with a fixed price of rs, 4999 for 30 days usage which was activated on jul 28. When i received the bills in aug and sep, i find that each month the charge of rs 4999 is charged.

                                        On contacting airtel, i have been told that the charge is per billing cycle.in my case (2 days in jul + 15 days in aug)

                                        Despite several phone calls and reaching out to the nodal officer airtel has not resolved the issue. Every time that i have connected with the consumer service desk, i have been told that we are escalating the complaint and you should have a call back in 4 hrs.

                                        Now the sep month bill has been generated and have been threatened of service disruption if i do not pay the outstanding.

                                        Airtel is cheating the customers by withholding vital information on the plan.
