This is Rames here and my number is [protected]. I have raised a several complaints on Airtel regarding Unnessary charges. They are chaging unnessarly without my intimation in the bill. If I call to customer care also 198, they are not able to explain properly regarding the charges. In the month of Aug'2016 they have charged 964 and there is no explanation of double charges of 100 twice for data pack. I have not crossed the limit of Local and STD also but in the bill they are showing more usage. Please help. I want to go for Consumer Court on this.

    We have given complaint that the fixed line & broadband is not working on number[protected]. The complaint was given on 4th october & complaint no: 73809916..in spite of giving continuous calls (10 times a day), till now the issue has not been resolved. Everyday they extend the period by 48 hours.in these 10 days no service person calls or attends our office. We don’t expect from corporate gaint like you to be so irresponsible towards the customer. This is an office & how can we do our operations without a telephone.
    Try to understand and see that the issue is solved as early as possible,

      I have raised several complains regarding transfer of Airtel broadband customer no [protected] . Everytime I complain a person comes from sales office and says its not my job i will send a technical person but he never sends anyone.

      We have raised complains more than 15 times but fail to get any support. People from sales office talk rudely to our office persons if they call.

      We are not getting any resolution

      Sales person named Ravi Kumar is a guy who was talking rude, he says though it not his Job:- ( Ravi Kumars Ph:-[protected])

        I had bought a connection of 10gb per month. I had lodged a complaint that i my data usage was showing unusual activity. I could connect to one customer care number (Which does not work any more[protected]. The representative told that they will give a data pack of 5gb worth rs. 600 free. But i was charged for the same. I can not find a number to talk to customer care from a non airtel number. I lodged a complaint at hsr lay out and got a service request assigned. Subsequently i paid for my dues (Which was higher) online. I got reminder that my sr will be addressed in 11 days. And after 3/4 days my service was discontinued. I cant even make a call to anyone for complaints. The ivrs disconnect calls. How do i get to talk to a customer care executive ever? I dont have an airtel mobile number. I want someone to even listen to my comaplaint first.

          I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.

          The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.

          Your cs team till now has not been able to resolve the issue, and every day they send me one mail asking me to check with my bank. It s been more than 10 days, when the first complaint & email was raised.

          You guys simply cannot troubleshoot the transaction at your end, rather than tallying your merchant account transactions, the hopeless and substandard 121 team is asking my bank statement and even advising me to go to bank and speak with them.

          I had the worst experience and waste of time with with such a stupid customer service... Have you guys dropped your standards or recruited under-skilled people.

          If you can resolve this, fine - otherwise this behaviour will make me think of choosing another provider, as we r paying for your services, ok.

              I have being charged from past 4 months for ModelManiaW with Rs 35 per 7 days which is no case service needed or called for.
              When i had a conversation with one of your executive he told me that he will refund for this current week and told it is a glitch/spam from our side.
              Think abount million of people got unwanted subscription with just 35 rs, forget about 4 mnths then also it is crossing crore of spam money.Some action is really necessary for fake people like this.I will not pay the bill untill i get my refund.

                    Dear sir/madam, i'm prashanth.

                    This is regarding the problem i'm facing from the past 1 year.

                    I have migrated from vodafone - chennai to airtel - andhrapradesh in 2015 through mnp (Mobile # [protected]). Since then i'm not able to send/receive any sms.
                    Despite multiple calls and complaints to the customer care, i have got no solution.

                    I visited multiple local stores @hyderabad but no body could help me out.. Based on one store guy's suggestion, i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid recently hoping this problem would be solved. My prepaid sim is activated today (October 11-2016), however, the issue still persists.

                    The situation is so worst that i cant even receive one time passwords for my bank transactions; i cant even switch to another network as i can not even send port sms as well.

                    Hope you understand my problem and resolve it asap.

                      Just few minutes before the airtel conpany deducted rs 35 from my balance and i got a mesaage that i have done modelmaniaw service activated...
                      But i never manually activate this service and and even it never asked me that i would like to active this service or not??
                      Its been auto activated from airtel..

                      Its fully fraud with cunsumers by airtel.

                      Please have a look into this issue why airtrl doing cheating like this... Asap and resolve.

                          This is the complaint regarding my airtel bill which is charged unnecessary high amount, before i was in plan of 999 where i had unlimted calls and free data, even though my bill used to come 1100, after that execeutives called that my usage and informed to use the pack of 699 where 200 rs will be given disocunt for 6 months and monthly bill would be 499 plus taxes and with free data and 900 minutes plus 400 minutes horly free, even though i used less hours but my bill has come upto 1127, were previously even wen i had plan of 999 also i dint charged so much, nw being in same benfits with less charge my is bill about 1127.. Airtel peoples charge simply higher and cheat the customer, this month i won pay my charges, action should b taken on this

                              The airtel broadband connection is requested to disconnect on 12th august and the connection got disconnected in next 2 days. And the reference number is 71548122. After a months time (24th sep), i got notice from airtel saying the connection is disconnected from airtel on 18th august as per request.
                              In between i was making multiple calls to customer care to know the status where they found the connection is still live and asked them to raise complaint/issue on this and they raised another request for disconnection on 10th sep whose reference no: 72771934.
                              But the bill is generated based on 9th sep which i confirmed with calling the call centre.
                              2 bills have been shared for the period : 5th aug till 4th sep (Rs:771) and
                              Another for 5th sep till 7th sep (Rs:144), saying connection usage is there for this period of september as well where i got confirmation letter from airtel saying connection is disconnected on august 18th.
                              Here as they show its shows usage pattern for september is recorded where the connection disconnected on august itself and i took bsnl before 12th august itself and not using airtel thereafter.

                                  My airtel account no is "[protected]". I am using airtel postpaid number from last 8 years, last month i have changed my plan to a lower amount plan.in my previous plan (300+tax) i had 3g data limit for 650mb and from past 8 years i never crossed my data limit with regular usage and remember with 3g speed. Now the new plan (149+tax) i have taken is with 250mb of "2g" speed. For this plan the airtel has charged me saying that i have consumed 804mb for the month. I. E. Extra charge for 554mb. I am really shocked by seeing this. Truth is my data usage for this month was very less (Hardly 15% used) as i also installed wifi at home and wondered that i consumed more than 800mb of data with "2g" speed which i could not done with 3g speed more than 650mb for last few years.
                                  Added to this airtel has provision of tracking the usage in mobile app as well it will send out email if the data limit is crossed 50%. Now neither i received any email for this usage nor my app showed that i consumed 100% data. (In fact the app was showing as 95% of data balance when i checked 3 days prior to billing date.)
                                  I communicated with airtel appellate but they are not agreeing to their mistake.
                                  I kindly request you to take appropriate action on them as these guys are made me to suffer from mentally as well. And i will be paying only for my plan i. E. 149+tax.

                                      I am facing network problems since many months in my airtel number and i have been complainting in airtel for my network problems and they did not solved the problems till date . I use internet also of airtel and as per my bill plan of 1599 per month i get 9.3 GB of 4G data approx . And i never used 7 GB also in whole month . Than all of a sudden due to worst network in my area when i used to use internet it used to show just loading loading and i wasnt able to use service and my data properly and aftr 8 or 9 days it used to show full data consumed . Than i had to activate smart byte of 1 GB nd those also used to get over before 24 hours . At the end of the month i used to get too high billof 3500 or so from last 4 months . I also complained for that i got a reply that we cant do anything in that you hav consumed and you have to pay that much bill even though i had sent them in mail all my screen shots of network issue which clearly shows just loading and i cant use my data . And now also they showing open network advertisements and showing that if any customer complaints on open network we do follow them back and also solve thier problems by giving them awesome networks, which i think is fake because when i complained in open network also i got such replies and didnot get any call back also for my complaint and nor they came to my area to solve any problems . I still have the screenshots as the proof of worst network and it shows that i can not use my data and than also i have to pay so high charges for that without even using those services . After they not satisfying my issue and i have to pay without using any services of data i am forced to complaint against this huge company because i am paying from my hard working income and i can not pay for what i am not getting . So i request consumer forum to please register my complaint against them and help me to get my money back which i paid even though i couldnt use my services for which i paid .

                                        I am very unhappy and upset with airtel.
                                        Not only are they charging unreasonably for their 4g data consumption but their executives are very rude and have even gone so far as to threaten me and my family to make the payments!
                                        I took an airtel 4g data sim in march 2016. The dsa told me i would not have to pay deposit if i pay an advance rental of 3 months. As per the plan, i get 15gb data every month for rs 1250/- monthly rental. I paid it in advance
                                        After the connection got activated, within 10 days i was told i have used up 20gb of data, which is impossible! I haven't downloaded any movies/music. I just use it for browsing and work. I'm not even home all day and there is no one else who uses this connection in my house
                                        I stopped using it and disconnected it but now i am being harassed by their agency or collection agents to pay a bill of rs 2383/- for what... I don't know!
                                        When i have availed of an advance rental and have paid it in advance how can i run up a bill of rs 2383/- in 2 months!!!???
                                        To make matters even worse...
                                        There is an executive called neha who keeps calling me repeatedly ([protected]) and has spoken so rudely to my family member, she literally started crying!!
                                        She has also called me repeatedly and spoke so rudely, insulted me and has even gone so far as to threaten me!!!
                                        She then hung up on my while i was talking!!
                                        This rude and insulting behavior is unacceptable!!
                                        She has threatened to keep calling me and making my life hell if i don't pay!!
                                        I understand there is a dispute, and airtel wants me to make the payment but this is no way to speak customers and insult them

                                        my mobile phone is missing with this nuber i want to close my nuber&reissue me in your sarvice

                                        I have recharge my airtel mobile no of Rs 110/- through citrus transaction id PA/[protected] but this transaction has not completed and above said amount has been deducted from my account. please help me.

                                        Pl. forward my Sept. 16 mobile bill receipt of Rs. 1810/- for my mobile no. [protected] on my e mail ID [protected]@gmail.com, as it has been misplaceds by me.

                                        Pl. do the needful at the earliest as I have to submit it in my office.
