महोदय,
उपरोक्त ID के SETUP Box में कमी आ गयी थी। इस बिषय में ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र से शिकायत की गयी थी, ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र द्वारा रु0 750/- शुल्क SETUP Box बदलने का बताया गया जो मेने दे दिया । कम्पनी ने मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी की SETUP Box पुराना व खराब दिया गया है जो कार्य नही कर रहा है। इस बिषय में अनेको बार शिकायतें की जा चुकी हैं। कम्पनी शिकायत पर ध्यान नही दे रही है।

    I had purchased new airtel sim no [protected] on 28.9.2016 near ACME heights from a dealer known as Deep Comunica.
    To my surprise I am calling 59059 again and again but all in vain.
    The other toll free number [protected] is also not responding.I have been waiting from last one week but still my number is not working. kindly get back to me at [protected]/[protected] and i expect you to revert as soon as possible as its difficult without any local number.I am really disheartened with such service from airtel.

        My self ritu kapoor i am having broadband connection by airtel service no. Is [protected] for last 3 months i am not able to use my internet service and doing several complain in this regard nut no one has entertain on the said complained i am suffering with this problem too much now the situation is too much pathetic but no one is responding even with the senior person of the airtel.

            Not getting network - airtel signals are very low - very difficult to make call/ receive any call. after few hours we get sms saying "you got a missed call from this number "xxxxxxxxxx".

            Please solve this problem as soon as possible. we are facing this issue from last month (40 days). we are using 5 airtel connections in our family(and 40 connection around our home). if this issue is not solved, then we need to switch to other service.

            I hope that you will solve this issue asap.

                We have been waiting for service on the above for 18 months!
                We have had visits from Airtel and outside companies regarding the booster and have been told to 18 months that there will be a solution soon!

                The staff have just been telling us false stories: "the boosters are arriving soon" / "They will be here in 3 weeks" / "Please be patient - the network team is arranging boosters"

                After 18 months we are told we do not need a booster!!

                What is going on with this lack of service??

                  I had recharged my airtel Prepaid number [protected] with RS 226 which has 1 Gb day data and 1 gb night data in the offer as per myairtel App as well via Airtel Official Site. But after I recharge I got only day 1 Gb data, when I call customer service they say that there are no such offers. Moreover the senior Executive says that call us always before recharging and get your recharge value confirmed.

                  Next as on date 25th September 2016 I had approx 1400 Mb data balance in the above prepaid airtel number as Day Data, but suddenly the date on the next day becomes ZERO, and when I call the customer care they first say that I had downloaded and used up my Full Data that too during my Office hours according to their database. Further on contacting the senior Customer care executive, he after long conversation says Actually there was some problem with their technical part and due to that fault my Data balance got Debited and it will get Refunded within 48 hours. But from the last 10 days customer care gives deadline to solve the problem within 2 days every time, but the solution comes as a next complaint Serial No and another 2 days' time. Just Fed Up. Really Just amazing and wonderful Service by simply harrassing the customers and playing with our Money just as they wish.

                      My mobile number [protected] is not working properly and i am anoid of network failure. During last 24 hours airtel network was not available more than 10 hours. I am chief news coordinator of the tribune. My reporters are complainting that my mobile was not reachable yesterday, while baramula terrorist attack was going on. It was our of reach full night. Aits still not working since 5pm. Now its 7.29pm. Its effecting my professional carreir, i need compensation for it.

                      On 1.10.2016 with txn ID of[protected] and[protected] two time i attempted recharge of my airtel number [protected] through myairtel mobile app.Twice recharge was unsuccesful but Rs 249 deducted from bank account twice.I want to get refund of my money.

                        In both cases, money was deducted from the wallet but the balance was not reflecting

                        Airtel representative says that the recharge amount is in special dedicated account which was not activated by me.

                        I cannot utilize the balance in the special dedicated account.

                          Hi,

                          The services you provide is worst. I had requested for a broadband service and the Airtel agents came home took all my documents and a cheque of 1000rs. Then later they inform that they can't provide services to my area. Now the money is debited from my account and how is it possible for me to take it back. This is the worst experience I had till now. Kindly return my money.

                            I am a customer of airtel dth since last one year. I got the connection in aug 15. Due to some issues the stb was changed in jan 16 under warrenty. Again due to problems it was changed on 12 sep 16. However this time i was charged. On 21 sep 16 i lodged a complaint on some issue. 22 sep 16 the technician visited and told me that he needs to take the stb with him. It was decided that he will take it on 26 sep 16 by 11 am as i was to board a train in the afternoon. However no one turned up. I again lodged a complaint on 29 sep 16 and was told that someone will come on 30 sep 16, but no one turned up. On calling up again on 30 sep 16 a call back was arranged. I got a call back in the evening by a senior supervisor ms nidhi. She assured me that a technician will come with a new stb on 01 oct 16 without fail.
                            Technician did visit me on 01 oct 16 but without any stb and again told me that he needs to take the stb with him and was not sure by when it will be returned back. I called the customer care and my call was transfered to a senior supervisor ms bharti. She assured me that i would get a call back by evening and the concerned service centre will resolve the complaint. However, till now no one has come nor have i got a call from airtel.
                            Such a pathetic service backup by airtel.

                              I purchased airtel postpaid family connection last week.. From the beginning i am facing network issue... And continuous call drop.

                              I have complaint regarding this issue but their executive not resolve my issue till date. If i have to talk with anyone.. Need to try more then 2-3 times after it call connect.. And then its disconnect self.. Voice quality is worst.. When i talk out side office.. That time it work.. But my office is not in basement.

                              Ame problem facing in my home.. That is also not in basement
                              When i travel in metro.. (Not talking about under ground) network goes..

                                Hi,
                                I have recharged for 149 but seems the internet pack is not active. 121 service is not working for me from friday 30 th september. Also i am not able to change my ivr language to english. Every time i call customer support the representative speaks in kannada. I am not able to understand what the representative says.

                                  Hi... Recently i have migrated from docomo to airtel. But airtel is worst than docomo and took same issue to customer care for twice and even spoke with their leads. But no results and no one called me back... Waiting for their call from past two months... Issue is at my home place and works good at my office place. Also issue is with complete boduppal confirmed vth shopkeeper. Chk attached pic, open network shows excellent signal but zero signal on mobile. False report on airtel app.

                                    Sir, in my village their is no network of any operator we have to climb over hills to make call about 500m above from the villge their we get a little bit of airtel network. The tower are in the city which is more than 20km far from the village.

                                      A person named william mentioned that he is calling from icici ambathur branch and keep on disturbing me and my daughter by calling frequently and asking to pay 37 lakhs. Even after telling that i am not the intended person, he is keep on calling to my daughter's mobile and saying that he know all her details and asking whether geetha j is your mom. This is ridiculous and disappointing. I will have to take legal actions if it continues.

                                        Airtel prepaid in my name is being used by my cousin and he sent a msg to a dnd registered consumer, but instead of blocking only that number airtel has blocked all the numbers i use in my name, i asked for the basis on which they disconnected the all the numbers but they are just mentioning the violation conducted by one number, my numbers are currently invalid, i asked for the procedure for recovering my number but they are not responding properly
