1. After exhausting data pack of rs 1499, i recharged one data pack of rs 249 which should give me 5gb of 4g data pack in my mobile. But after recharge i start receiving 3g or 2g signal in my phone. I raised this concern to technical team. Their senior resource told me that this issue is related to indoor network problem. We are working on it. But if it is indoor network problem how can i am not receiving 4g signal if i move to some other places where there is no issue of 4g signal, like railway station, mall etc.

Then i again raised the same concern to them, now they told that issue is from back end, where 4g settings have been disabled for you. They forwared my request to back end team. Even after waiting for 1 day issue did not resolve. Again i called them now another resource telling me that within 24 hr your issue will be resolved even given me the commitment. After waiting 24 hours still my issue is pending with them. Now they are telling they are facing some technical issues with system or server. They can't help. Due to their careless attitude, my work is getting impacted. Thinking of doing mnp, never ever will become their client again.

    Call drop - after ever 2-3 calls the call drop is seen. We have 6 connections and all are facing this trouble since last 2 weeks now... There is no proper reply... Just say your hand set may be trouble... We buy apple new hand set 3 months back... We can challenge the legality of such absurd reply from the technical people... But such bad companies can survive only because of corrupt officers and government where we can not do anything.

      I have recharged my airtel prepaid 3g data. The company has offered 1gb -3g data for 28 days on recharge of rs.152 at my prepaid mobile number ([protected]) at online portal, but after recharge i received only 200mb. This is the case of misleading and fraud by the airtel company by offering the data recharge of some other value and crediting something else. During this recharge i received the massage of the transaction id[protected] dated september, 30, 2016 at 19:03 hrs. (07:03pm). Here, i am providing the screen-shot of the display which i got after online recharge where the same (Rs. 152=1gb 3g-28days) is mention. Please take needful action.

        Postpaid to prepaid conversion issue

        I have requested postpaid to prepaid conversion for two of my airtel numbers ([protected] and [protected]) on monday (26 sep). I have paid all my bills with excess of rupees 50 for each sim card and paid 50 rupees for 2 new prepaid sim cards. I have given my voterid as id and address proof.           Sim suddenly deactivated

          I am using this sim for almost a year now and i have never faced this problem.

          I had almost rs.70 balance in my phone and above 700 mb of internet balance.

          Al of a sudden i cannot call anyone, nor can i activate my data pack.

          I have applied for new broadband connection through airtail agent mr. tarbez ali whose mobile number is ([protected]). the attached form was as a receipt towards the payment given by the agent. from last 4-5 days mr. ali is neither responding my phone calls nor i have got the connection. saturday he has provided me a number and told me that the connection will be done on sunday before 2 pm. when called the number [protected] (mr. ashis singh) he said your filled form is wrong but i will try my level best to given connection but nobody turned. i here with request to look in to the matter and why i have not been provided the connection from last 15 days. airtail broad band is a chitter company and their sales persons are useless. they don't know how to talk to customer

          The airtel executive has provided me with a CEF number ...and told me to do the payment .i did the payment on 28th April 2019. No one has shown up for installation .. the executive is not picking up my phone. When i called the customer care they said that the CEF no is not register on my name...and the could not find my transaction.             I have been trying to contact with airtel since last 3 days, always it is saying "ongoing system upgrade is going on". I hope they shutdown all communications with customer care just because of jio :). Other wise i have called 2 weeks back customer care for offers instead of porting to jio. They said i will get sms in one week regarding voice offers / any but no response yet.

              Worst and saddest customer service by airtel team. On 16th sept, i opted the porting my number, but very next moment retention team executive call me and giving me a fare package and ask me to stop porting process. On that moment i was carrying myplan 499 but your executive give me legacy 399 plan with 50 rs discount on rental as wel as extra 500 minutes of local/std and 1gb 4g/3g data. I agree with that.

              On 23rd of sept i have submitted all required document to nearest relationship center for activating new plan. On 27th retention team activated my plan. For this i have called[protected], [protected] nos.

              From the morning of 29th sept i am not able access any 4g/3g/2g data on my number. Come back home in evening i checked from my airtel app, that the plan is reverted back to 149.

              This is a act of fraud. Retention team cheated me with such petty offer. So cheap way to retain customer.

                    Do you want customers in your service ? If you want then I request you to give attention to those people who are now pretending to work in Airtel well but in real they are taking money befooling you. I came to know that my Address verification is negetive. But my question is, why I didn't receive any call even in my one number from your agent ? My two numbers [protected] and [protected] are always on and even I call back to the numbers if I find any missed call. No Airtel agent called me for address verification . You just find out that people who was sent to my address and take step against it and tell me finally whether my number([protected]) will be migrated to postpaid or not? How many times I have to contact with you for this simple matter? Is there any wrong from my end?I just want final reply.

                      Hi. Yesterday i swapped my sim as i wanted nano sim and was having normal one. At gallery i was told that my new sim will be activated in 10-15 minutes and the old one will show no network. It didnt happen. Thn they told me to wait for 2 hours. I asked why and they had no answer for that. After 3 hours i called customer care and they told me to follow the same process again. This time in 5 minutes my network went away in old sim. I thought the new will start soon. Now its more thn 15 hours and new sim is still not working. This is really frustrating as i m without my cell phone working due to this. It would have been better if gallery keeps a cutter to cut the normal sim to nano sim. My number is [protected] which is not working at all now.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have been the loyal airtel customer from past 8 years !!!

                          Below mentioned the details on my issue which is not resolved from past 6 days and counting.

                          24th September 2016: Got a message from Airtel that becaus of the address mismatch we are going to disconnect connection, soon after i called up the customer care and confirmaed that just ignore that message(I was in roaming in Goa).
                          25th September 2016: Airtel No got disconnected, called up customer care more then thrice and confirmed that they will correct it.
                          26th September 2016: Not corrected even after a day and again called up the customer care twice and they told that it will be corrected within an hour.

                          27th September 2016: Not corrected after calling customer care 9 times outgoing calls have been activated and there is no incoming call/SMS(Came back to bangalore).

                          28th September 2016: Not corrected and after calling customer care they told me to get the duplicate sim and i toook the duplicate simm, even in the new sim same issue - i am able to do outgoing calls but incoming calls/SMS is not active. gave complaaint in customer care ()

                          29thSeptember 2016: still not resolved

                          Prepaid Mobile no: [protected]

                          Complaint No:CICPL[protected]

                          The total loss occurred to me because of this is around 50000 to 100000 and i am ready to file a case and submit necessary document to court and get the justice .

                            It is observed that there is no signal in and around 6-3-189, jainagar colony, new bhoiguda, secunderabad-500080 which is in the heart of city. Please take immediate necessary action as many clients are facing difficulty .several complaints were placed by different people of locality but replies have been received that there is no possibility of improvement. Hence, you are requested to make a good survey in the locality and see that the signals are improved. Due to portabality the residents are going for other service providers but the clients and different people visiting our locality are facing lot of hardship with AIRTEL.

                              I reside at the national capital of the country (Durga Park, Dabri(Near Sarvodaya Vidyalaya)), still i am not able to get the services of airtel fixedline/broadband connecntion.

                                    Since May, 2016 I am facing lots of frequent disconnection and slow browsing internet broad band till date. I have raised number of complaint to customercare, nodal and appellate also. The recent reference number provided by them is 73421062. Till date i have not go the appropriate service from airtel. Every time i raise concern, they send technical field person to home to fix the issue. Every time technical person visit my home he said he has tried all his expertise still he is not able to solve it. So he said the problem is with 1 MBPS unlimited broadband plan which I have opted for. As he cannot tell this to airtel management so he is asking me to switch plan. and i do not want to switch plan as I have paid 6 month rental in advance. Now I want complete waiver of all the days on which internet is not working along with appropriate broad band speed as per my plan
