My sim no is [protected] is a prepaid sim with lifetime validity which am using for years as recently since months am on roaming(Gulf) so was unable to use it i guess last 3months back i used. Today when i inserted it it displays Emergency calls only and on calling the same number it says out of reach. Hereby request you to reactivate the sim and provide me with the procedure for doing the same as i called to the cutomer care...

DSL[protected], I'm sorry to say that, I was having a great expectation from Airtel, but seeing this kind of facility I'm not really expected this from Airtel, it had been 2-3weaks that i haven't got my connection yet established from[protected], thus getting a message of, it will be done in next 3 working day...

I activated 199/- Rs monthly data plan for 1 GB on 2st December 2016 and suddenly after 6 months they have disconnected it and claiming that it is valid only for 6months.They have disconnected without informing me and have been charging me per KB basis while I have been using as per my plan of 199/- monthly charges for 1 GB. Shockingly even today the airtel website my account says 199/- monthly plan active. But they are cheating. SMS to airtel...

Not going outgoing call and messages to this number i. e. [protected] from my number i. e.. [protected] plzzz take this complaint and do favour work to make outgoing call to that number... am getting incoming call but while dialing that number it's saying as not a valid number plzzz work for this complaint plzzz do favourable actions to it and give good signals to the numbers and provide good services tqqqqqqq...

Its been 7 days since I raised this request. 2 times engineer visited my home. But every time he came and said we are looking. Then closed the request without doing anything....

On 09.08.2016, i had raised an issue that there is no network coverage in my area i. E kundalahalli gtae, bangalore. I had also received a complaint ref num[protected]. But there was no follw-up on the complaint and the very next day i received a message which read-"your complaint has been successfully resolved". And i was also asked to reply to the msg with a yes or no feed back as yes would be for "satisfied" and no would be for "dissatisfied".....

I faced a problem with airtel about unnecessarily money getting deducted from main balance.
I went to official website of airtel i.e. www.airtel.in

Here I saw that there is an option of downloading statement for prepaid account.
I requested for statement and I received a statement in mail and also my main balance was deducted by 50 Rs.

But important thing is airtel website never mentioned that this...

open network si a joke and mockery.i ahve raise complaints in Airtel so many times...but Airtel has no action...they just make flashy ads to fool customers,
in truth Sunil mittal is a dacoit and airtel si a chor company..
i will opt for reliance and not recharge any more on my airtel prepaid...

I am using airtel land line no[protected], since it is dead, past 4 months I am not using this land line . I complained so many times to reduce my tariff plans over phone to basic plan.
