I had recharged my airtel Prepaid number [protected] with RS 226 which has 1 Gb day data and 1 gb night data in the offer as per myairtel App as well via Airtel Official Site. But after I recharge I got only day 1 Gb data, when I call customer service they say that there are no such offers. Moreover the senior Executive says that call us always before recharging and get your recharge value confirmed.
Next as on date 25th September 2016 I had approx 1400 Mb data balance in the above prepaid airtel number as Day Data, but suddenly the date on the next day becomes ZERO, and when I call the customer care they first say that I had downloaded and used up my Full Data that too during my Office hours according to their database. Further on contacting the senior Customer care executive, he after long conversation says Actually there was some problem with their technical part and due to that fault my Data balance got Debited and it will get Refunded within 48 hours. But from the last 10 days customer care gives deadline to solve the problem within 2 days every time, but the solution comes as a next complaint Serial No and another 2 days' time. Just Fed Up. Really Just amazing and wonderful Service by simply harrassing the customers and playing with our Money just as they wish.
