Regarding poor & unhealthy network against my mobile number [protected] at bankura district west bengal... I am the prepaid customer since when airtel was launched in bankura district. Moral less 20 days ago i was replaced my sim card from 3g to 4g in same number. From that day a poor & bad network provided by the airtel. I raised the complain in airtel but there are no positive solution came from airtel. So that i would request do the needful action & remove my problem as early as possible & privide the best network. Thanks & regards, pradip kumar singha.

    Hie i have rechargerd a wrong number while recharging my contact no. On 25/09/2016. The same day i sent my request to airtel for reverting the recharge which they said would be resolbed within 48 hours. It has been a week and still nothing has been done.
    I can't understand why airtel called me twice asking me if the matter has been resolved without resolving it.
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible!!!

      Sir,

      I have been regularly using 3G data services of Airtel since last 2 years. Recently Airtel launched a Rs. 29 3G recharge with 30 days validity. Since I always look for best offers for data packs before recharging, I found Rs. 29 to be best suited for me as it would increase my data validity to another 30 days. I already had a data balance of 1.3Gb and over 5Gb night and recharge would have added another 75Mb.

      I recharged the same on 30/09/2016 and was happy to see the 75Mb of data added and validity extended to 29/10/2016. But to my horror, the very next day on 01/10/2016, I notice that my entire earlier data balance is lost and I'm only left with 75Mb. I have been trying to call the customer support since today morning, but it's not working and says there is a technical upgradation in progress.

      I have come to know that the same has happened to many other unsuspecting consumers. This recharge of Rs. 29 does not extend the data validity.

      I feel cheated by Airtel as all other data packs extend the validity and there is no disclaimer as such given on this data pack that it does not extend the validity.

      Airtel has introduced this recharge just to fool customers into using this as a data extention plan, but they eventually end up losing their previous data for which they have already paid in advance.

      I want Airtel to take this matter into notice and recredit my lost data of 1.3Gb and 5Gb+ night data or else I'll shift all my airtel numbers to other operator and complain this matter to TRAI.

      This is with reference to your response dated 4th October 2016.

      Let me clarify. I have got no resolution from your end till date.

      I received a call from Airtel Customer Service stating that the Rs. 29 pack does not carry forward data and that my earlier data is lost.

      I had already mentioned this in my complaint dated 1st October 2016. Upon questioning the Customer Service Executive that why a disclaimer about data not being carried forward, was mentioned on the pack, he had no answer. I could have easily recharged with another pack that would carry forward my data balance. Finally, he told me that, he would forward my complaint to the concerned team and that I would get a resolution within 24 to 48hrs.

      It's more than 48hrs now and I have not heard from Airtel again. And they post a response here that a resolution has been provided. This is absurd. I didn't expect Airtel to cheat customers like this.

      I no longer trust Airtel and I'm porting all my Airtel numbers to other operators.

        I had purchased SIM card from your gallery on last week September 2016 But still the card is not activated. I have been contacted to you gallery as well as your customer services but the executive doesn’t give satisfied answer. So stop this harassment and help me out. Other wise I am going to complaint to customer forum.

        This card is choice No. after I booked my choice No. I got the card. I have send document twice to your gallery.

            Dear sir/ madem,

            On 28th sep. I submitted the request to port my sim form idea to airtel and got a new sim on the same day.

            However, the porting has still not been done. My no. Is not working in 3 days. I have submitted all required document id proof and paid 150/-rs. And no clarity what over has been provided by the customer care staff on the issue.

            Every time a standard reply of 2 hours would be required to close the request is being given however no action so far has taken. Now i have no other atlernation except to go conncumer court if you do not acctivate my no early.

                I am airtel prepaid user and my no. is [protected]. I downloaded my airtel app and in which i found that using jackpot offer and I had recharged for my friend for rs 100. I won't get the benifit of 1gb data for October. This is ridiculous from airtel if the company started cheating customer like this it's better to port from here. If not solve this problem.

                  Airt DTH is very worst in DTH.

                  Please dont go for It. My Monthly payment is 700/- Including all HD channels.
                  But HD Channels are not coming.When I complainted, they said restart Setupbox it will Come.I did it but not working, Again I called, they raised a ticket . Service agent came He did some replacements and charged 300/-.
                  Every 15days, we are facing Problem. Monthly need to allot some money for DTH Maintanance including normal Charges.

                  I asked them with in 15 days we are facing issue.he told that this time will do for 30days. I paid charges again.And again I lost my DTH with in 20 days.I called them and informed, they told no free charge you need to pay amount otherwise they will not come.I told they informed me that they will provide free charge for 30days.

                  She simply said, No one can say like that, you are telling lies.I never expected this from Airtel.

                  Earlier I am Airtel Broadband customer, because of connecction issues, I closed that connection and Moved to Other now I am very happy in Broadbank.

                  Earlier I am Airtel Customer, thats also I am not satisfied and moved to another.

                  Now its time to change Airtel DTH.

                  In my apartment there are other DTH services, no one getting this issues.Seems like every other DTH is better than Airtel.

                    From the date of purchase it has not been working more than 15 days now after numerous calls to support who gave standard answers and asked for time form 2 hrs to 18 hrs finally i emailed the appelant option on the website and they asked for 48 hrs.. still the device does not work. All i ask is give me a refund and i will go elsewhere. they dont seem to have a possibility of a refund. they keep saying wait ... after 15 days i am still waiting with so solution.

                      AIRTEL SPENDS GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TIME IN TRAINING ITS EMPLOYEES HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND INDULGE INTO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND GIVE FALSE PROMISES -

                      REALLY APPRECIATE THE PERSEVERANCE WITH WHICH ENTIRE AIRTEL TEAM IS HELL BENT IN CHEATING CONSUMERS AND SELLING FRAUDULENT PLANS -- HIGHLY COMMENDABLE

                      Airtel has been fraudulently charging me for 8mbps data plan for past 12 months, where as in reality the speed supported by airtel cables is not more then 4mbps

                      I have been raising this issue for past 12 months and airtel team has been making one or the other excuse on pretext of checking hardware n switches

                      Every one at Airtel is big fat lair, received call from Social media cell of Airtel yesterday and the female was trying to cover up by giving all false reasons n logic to cover up;regarding Airtel selling fraudulent 8MBPS plan when in reality the hardware cables don't support more then 4 mbps data speed
                      ( I have call recording my conversation with the social cell rep of Airtel)

                      The entire Airtel organization is full big fat liars and it follows from top to bottom to every Airtel representative : from customer care to : Appellate to social media cell

                      Airtel operations are going into losses and they have resorted to such cheap tricks of selling fraudulent plans

                      All Airtel Appellate team is good at giving false assurances and promises : no one from Airtel Appellate team has called me with resolution in-spite of promise in black and white over above mails

                      NO ONE SHOULD USE AIRTEL BROABAND : BIG FRAUD COMPANY

                          Worst service from Airtel. I had raised a service request on 20th Sep as there was some issue with my broadband. A representative visited next day to my home and he said the issue will be resolved in half an hour. Now it is been more than 10 days and still issue is not resolved. Can you believe it..10 days!!! There was no proper response from the representative even after calling multiple times. So called the customer care and asked for the upate. Called almost 6 times but again no proper response. Every time i hear the same reply, issue will be resolved in next 2 hours. Even the manager assured that the issue will be resolved next day and also assured for a callback but still the issue is not resolved nor i got any call. unbelievable service.Worst service. Do they really care about the customers. ??? When you dont pay the bills there are so many follow ups but when it comes to complaint they are not bothered at all. Can't expect a service like this. And more over these people won't allow for other service provider to give service in this area. They are ruling it in this area. In case if other service provider gives the connection then they try to break the connection. They don't leave a option to opt for their connection and the fare is too high than other service provider. They are here to loot people.

                            We have been facing data usage theft issues for the last few months with reference to the Airtel Fixed Line & Broadband services installed at our home in Gurgaon, registered under the Customer Fixed line number: [protected] & Broadband:[protected]_dsl, and had already lodged a complaint in this regard earlier, after which we even had the password (id key) changed.

                            Thereafter, we changed from a simple broadband plan to a combo plan, with installation of fixed line on 09 July 2016. But, in a matter of 12 days, ie, by 21 July 2016, our entire high speed quota of 60 GB was consumed, out of which around 20 GB was consumed in just 2 days, ie, 19 & 20 July 2016.

                            What raised our suspicion in the first place is that even late at night, when everyone was asleep at home rendering no one using the internet in my family, there was consumption of data to the extent of 1-2 GB per hour. Eventually, when we shifted to the new combo plan, we began switching off the router at night, before we went to bed, or whenever no one was at home. At least, this ensured that whoever was hacking the system to use our high speed data quota would not be able to do so when it is switched off. For a short period thereafter, we found that data usage was at a reasonable level.

                            But, as explained above, the data usage again shot up to incredible levels on 19 & 20 July 2016. The only time the theft did not happen was during the time that the router was turned off, which effectively means is that the only way for us to prevent this theft is by discontinuing Airtel broadband services in our home. we also ran a quick check with some of our neighbours in the same apartment complex (The Legend), and found that others using Airtel broadband were facing the same problem, but did not know where to go to resolve the issue. On the other hand, customers (within The Legend Apartment Complex) of a competing service, Nextra, did not face the same problem.

                            Airtel's technical support service is virtually non-existent. I have made several calls and hit a brick wall. A neighbour of ours had a similar problem with airtel of excessive data quota consumption (even when the customer was not consuming the data usage), and it was attributed to airtel uploading excess data to the particular customer's id. Once this was discovered, airtel was able to rectify it.

                            Airtel advertises its broadband service as convenient and secure. However, it is obvious that the wifi broadband service they provide is not at all secure, and their inadequate security protocols can be hacked/misused/abused rather easily. I've made calls to Airtel customer service to have this issue resolved, but they have no been able to offer any solution and finally asked me to send a communication to this email id ([protected]@in.airtel.com) providing details of the complaint.

                            Right now, the only option for us (including our neighbours using Airtel) is to seek immediate resolution from Airtel with respect to this complaint of brazen theft, or to discontinue Airtel and shift to one of the other service providers.

                                  Dear Sir, I am using my airtel number [protected] in roaming (national) . Suddenly on 30th of September 2016 around 5 pm I got disconnected from all the services when I checked I found my account balance is 0.0 (nill) which was Rs. 45 and Data balance was also nill which was more than 10GB . While communicating with CCE ( customer care executive) I came to know that they can't help because the system upgradation is going on, you will get your problem resolved after 4hrs .
                                  But believe me till now I haven't got a penny return from Airtel.
                                  I think you consider my problem and sort out the issue by going through my account . I hope we won't get any problems in future and enjoy your service with happiness.

                                    I get half 4G network in my dongle at some of areas in my house. Also the speed reduces to less than 2G. The upload speed is almost 0. I had complained about this on Tuesday but no action has been taken yet. If I cant use the service why should I be paying. I will discontinue using Airtel if the service is so poor. Also please dont call yourself best 4G network its like sarcasm to the speed and service you guys provide.

                                      Airtel mobile connection is a bloody bs connection. They are bloody cannot manage their internet connection. They are only cheating and fooling all their customers in a regular basis. People are loosing crores of money in their business having connected with their network because most of the time they are out of internet connection. Always they have a very poor and low connectivity. Airtel always put up a baseless advertisement in television showing their open network which is bloody bs show off. Basically they are good for nothing. Today we all airtel customers are disturbed for their inability to provide us the proper connectivity. We are bloody off for having no internet connectivity from last 4 hours today. So wickedly they are disconnecting the airtel customer care when we are calling for any solution. I think vodafone is much much better than this bloody bs airtel connection.

                                        Ref no. C4gdc[protected] registered on sep 26. Ref no c4gda[protected] registered on sep 28, 2017.

                                        1. After exhausting data pack of rs 1499, i recharged one data pack of rs 249 which should give me 5gb of 4g data pack in my mobile. But after recharge i start receiving 3g or 2g signal in my phone. I raised this concern to technical team. Their senior resource told me that this issue is related to indoor network problem. We are working on it. But if it is indoor network problem how can i am not receiving 4g signal if i move to some other places where there is no issue of 4g signal, like railway station, mall etc.

                                        Then i again raised the same concern to them, now they told that issue is from back end, where 4g settings have been disabled for you. They forwared my request to back end team. Even after waiting for 1 day issue did not resolve. Again i called them now another resource telling me that within 24 hr your issue will be resolved even given me the commitment. After waiting 24 hours still my issue is pending with them. Now they are telling they are facing some technical issues with system or server. They can't help. Due to their careless attitude, my work is getting impacted. Thinking of doing mnp, never ever will become their client again.
