We faced a tower problem (mobile connection) during 1.6 - 2 years in my home. i many times (minimum 30 times) complain at customer care about this problem. recently i complain at customer care of airtel, complain no. (ref. no.) cogcl[protected] registered on 15.09.2016 18.15 p. m. i replace old sim to 4g sim. but no solution till now. kindly solve my problem as early as possible. our mobile nos. are [protected], [protected] & [protected]. my name is soumen paul & email id is [protected]@gmail.com & contact number is [protected].

I am facing too many problem because of my airtel postpaid no [protected]

I an unable to make call & SMS
unable to receive SMS & Call

Also many times it is showing no service

Can you help me to solve this issue
other wise i will port my no to another service provider

    Sir. I have applied for a broadband service of your esteemed company . But here in Kolkata may b a DSA naming 3G zone address :104/b raja s.c mullick road.kolkata 700047. These people committed that my broadband service will b activated by Tuesday i.e 4/10/2016 bt after calling 8-9 times a person said it will be installed today. Den another person told my work Oder is not ready . And when it will be done I will b informed . Why your agencies are making false promises. And when I am calling this person today also he is not picking up the phone. Sir/madam please look into this matter. Your kind co-operation shall be highly solicited.

      I signed up for 10+2 offer of mega 44 hd pack which included hbo hd and movies now 2 hd... To my surprise they suddenly closed both of these channel due to which i opted the pack in first lace. It is so unprofessional for company like airtel.. Now all they say is to buy the channel additional.

      It is just a fraud they are doing. They dont even have proper channel loist on their website and i[censored] call up the helpline they have no answers they cut off your call or tell you wrong info.

        16 sep : original sim not working since night around 7 pm
        17 sep : call to airtel customer care who suggested to take a duplicate sim
        Same purchased from

        18 sep : sim working fine and worked fine during two days here at guwahati (roaming)
        21 sep : sim stated no service at around 8 30 pm
        When people call at this number ([protected]), it sometimes goes to some random number who says it's wrong number.
        How it can be that when the same number with me which shows no network can go to someone else's number???
        22 sep : told that there was sim change done without customer's content stating that it was a technical glitch at airtel's end and they would be taking strict action against the people involved for putting a customer in financial as well as data security risk
        Team told issue would be resolved by 23rd eod
        23 sep : appellate authority stated it would be resolved by 26th 3 30 pm
        26 sep : appellate authority stated someone would reach out by when it would be resolved
        No date of resolution was given by anyone
        27 sep : appellate authority stated someone it would take more time than needed and they have no clear cut date by when they would be able to resolve
        Not only airtel put me at data security and financial security risk by sim swap but they have breached the tat which they told me was 72 hours of resolution. now it has gone beyond 5 days (120 hours) without any date in hand of resolution.
        28 sep : net team (shifali reached out that she would help on the same)

        29 sep : no resolution by team

        30 sep : no resolution by team

        1 oct : no resolution by team

        2 oct : no resolution by team

        3 oct : got another duplicate sim from airtel store, galleria market as per communication with net team

        4 oct : sim still not working.net team provided another duplicate sim after collecting another round of documents.

        5 oct : none of the sims are working. lost all hope with airtel on any resolution

          I am a Aircel customer right from the time of RPG and I have about a dozen mobile connections.
          I am also Airtel customer having Broadband and Digital connection.

          As I felt Airtel is a better company to relay upon, I called on your sales team and signed the required papers to shift all my mobile connections since number portability is available.

          As early as 22nd September the paper were handed over and I was assured that transfer from Aircel to Airtel will be done with in 7 days.
          Its now 12 days nothing has been heard about it.

          The worst part is your staff are not responding to my calls and messages they are deliberately avoiding me which is hurting.

          Person who dealt is 1. Mr. Kumaran [protected]
          2. Mr.Yesodharan [protected]
          3. Mr. Karthik [protected]

          All of them are reckless in behavior and they say they are not employed by Airtel hence not worried.

          Hence I felt that being an Airtel customer already I should bring it to your notice about the things happening.

          Looking forward to your action and help for shifting my mobiles to Airtel.

            Hi,

            I’m writing this mail with utter disappointment with the service given by airtel express store and customer care.

            I’m really fed up with the service given by both. I gave an application for porting my dad’s bsnl number to airtel in airtel express show room (M m road, frazer town, bangalore – 560005). It’s being more than 10 days i have no clue what is happening with this. I contacted airtel express person he told he has submitted/updated details in airtel system on the next day itself (After the day i have submitted the application). He asked me to contact airtel customer care. I being following up from past 1 week and the response from customer care is the express store person has not updated my details into the system. So now ‘finger pointing game’ is going on from both sides. Customer care says it’s with airtel express store and this guy tells me to contact customer care. Airtel store persons picks up his call (Number :[protected]) after i call him at least 20 times and the worst part is his voice is not audible. This is getting really frustrated, both customer care and airtel express is not helping and there is no progress on the issue. I started believe whether the store person has misused my address proof and the photo. If no one of you can’t give service properly at least give back the address proof and photo.

            I’ll give some background on the issue again if you are missing something.

            I submitted all the documents, photos and paid Rs 50/- for porting my bsnl number to airtel.
            After two months it’s not ported. Airtel Express show room is closed permanently 1.5 months ago.
            I being following up with this matter, Im not getting any proper help here, the only help I get is some instructions how to port which I already know that’s why I landed in this problem.

            Please stop sending some pre drafted mails. I need solution not any instructions.

            I have few queries and I expect inline/proper reply-

            Based on the context here and the conversation we had two days back and also Airtel store is closed who have my docs and photo, keeping these things in mind I have few queries -
            1. If I have to go through the formalities/procedure again in different ARC, whether will you return the my documents, photo and Rs 50/- ?
            2. If no to first question, then what is the guarantee that he is not misused my address proof and photo, since this guy is not picking up my calls and the shop closed for more than 1.5 months.
            3. Suppose if I’m willing to go through the procedure again, how are you going to remit Rs. 50/- ?

            Ideal solution will be what you have told me initially go to different ARC and give new UPC (no documentation process and no paying of Rs.50). If this is not going to happen I’m discontinuing my existing connection and also I’m not going to proceed with porting too and also I’m filing a case in consumer court. There is a limit for everything.

              I have my airtel digital tv account ([protected]) for over 8 years. I received a message yesterday(4/10/2016) saying that my registered mobile number has been removed from my account. When I called and enquired they said it was some technical fault and I need not worry. But then within an hour i received few messages about some new pack being added/removed etc. The channels that I subscribed for are no longer seen. When called to the customer care, they replied such faults sometimes occur and also that they received a call from some random number asking for change of plans to my account. How can they change account details so randomly without even confirming the details?
              I now lost all my top up money and also the customer care people are not responding properly to me.
              I want my account to reflect exactly how it was two days back. The same channels and amount. Please respond asap.

              We were using airtel broadband connection and we closed the connection on mid April. The account number was [protected]. Connection was in Radhakrishnan name and I am his son Manikandan posting this

              During that time. we called airtel and they mentioned we will close the connection but we will just keep the line so that if someone wants we will transfer it to someone else. WE clearly said we want to close and move on. The airtel person said " You dont need to pay anything sir. We will just keep the line. For you connection is closed by mid April itself" For that month airtel charged half the amount bill which is correct since we closed in mid april itself.

              But we still got the bill for May/ June / July/ August from airtel.

              Every month we called airtel and escalated the issue and everytime airtel representatives clearly said the mistake is on our side and we will close it. You dont need to pay anything sir. Please ignore the bill.

              Then during August month time, i contacted Kavitha (Identification no[protected]

              through the phone number[protected]. She clearly mentioned "You dont need to pay anything sir. I will send info to billing team"

              Then on sept 4th airtel called through the number [protected] and told us if we dont pay the amount in 2 days we will file a case in court.

              A person came to our home by the name of Murugan ([protected]) and collected the amount of Rs.1534 (This amount which we need not pay at all). The bill reference number is 4972304.

              I again contacted Kavitha and she said she will check and get back regarding this since this is not correct. Today she and her manager Joshua says they cant do anything regarding refund and asked me to send a mail to these mail ids.

              I have contacted airtel regarding this for the past 5 months continously and airtel has clearly stated in every call we need to pay anything but finally sent a person to home and collected the amount.

              We want refund of the amount since we need not pay at all. I am not able to contact the nodal officer through phone numbers since the account number is now not active, calls are not going through.

              I have all the recorded conversations i spoke with Kavitha on this. If you want to check you can check the recorded conversation from mid april on this account number and you will clearly get to know the details. We are looking at moving onto consumer court if we dont get the refund from airtel.

              If airtel asks to pay only half the amount for april since connection is closed in april itself, why are bills sent for remaining months. We were clearly said we dont need to pay anything and connection line alone will not removed for another 2 months so that if someone asks airtel will provide it to them.

              The above was sent as a mail to nodal team. they requested to send scanned bill as well as the recorded conversations. I sent everything i had but finally they stopped replying to the mails and they stopped calling me. The nodal team says "They cant check recorded conversations".

              Whats the point of recording each conversation if that cannot be checked back. We have been cheated by airtel on this and nodal team has been really worst with their replies.

              Airtel team is not ready to listen to any recorded conversations and keeps saying they cant find it which is absolute rubbish. They have not answered to the conversation that i have sent them via mail also.

              I have spoken to airtel during April mid and april end also. (Airtel says customer said to hold the connection during april mid but not ready to listen to that conversation also). I have also spoken to airtel during June/ July / September...I have already sent the conversation of september that i had with airtel representative by the name of Kavitha and also sent the identification number of her. Airtel has not responded at all to any of the above...They have not taken any steps for this and just keeps asking customer to provide more conversations. They record all customer care conversations which we all know but they are not ready to even listen to any of those conversations till now for this issue. This itself clearly shows airtel is interested in customer MONEY alone and not in customer satisfaction. I CHALLENGE airtel to come back with any recorded conversation from April to September and show me that issue is in my side. I completely regret for opting airtel..Extremely poor end user support.

              Request airtel to check this request 54476922 and see the recorded conversation based on this request number which was given to customer during April. Atleast now we hope airtel will take steps to check it out.

                10 days ago i call the customer care of airtel to complain about my deduction of balance they said that some services is running on your number like house of models etc i said stop that they said ok but it wouldn't stop and deduct my balance then i message four times that stop but it wouldn't. After then i call again they said they will done it but from last two days they deduct my balanace again and again.is it how they treat their customers such a stupid company i want some action from authority and consumer.

                  I have taken a new prepaid SIM and it is not active till 72 hours. The corresponding airtel office keep saying it will be active within so and so hours. Customer service representative has no clue and not able to assist in knowing why the number is not active. Customer care are kept to assist the customers. These people don't have any knowledge to solve an issue/problem /case. They just shook their hands off. Didn't expect this from Airtel.

                            To my surprise I am calling 59059 again and again but all in vain.

                                Dear concern person
                                My self ritu kapoor i am having broadband connection by airtel service no. Is [protected] for last 3 months i am not able to use my internet service and doing several complain in this regard nut no one has entertain on the said complained i am suffering with this problem too much now the situation is too much pathetic but no one is responding even with the senior person of the airtel.
                                Therefore it is requested to you kindly intervene in this regard and do the necessary action.

                                  Previously on 2000 onwards i buy a [protected] airtel number and used upto 2016 i have missed my sim card and now the phone was used by another person how to avoid some illegal activity of his use by my name???

                                    Not getting network - airtel signals are very low - very difficult to make call/ receive any call. after few hours we get sms saying "you got a missed call from this number "xxxxxxxxxx".

                                    Please solve this problem as soon as possible. we are facing this issue from last month (40 days). we are using 5 airtel connections in our family(and 40 connection around our home). if this issue is not solved, then we need to switch to other service.

                                    I hope that you will solve this issue asap.

                                        We have been waiting for service on the above for 18 months!
                                        We have had visits from Airtel and outside companies regarding the booster and have been told to 18 months that there will be a solution soon!

                                        The staff have just been telling us false stories: "the boosters are arriving soon" / "They will be here in 3 weeks" / "Please be patient - the network team is arranging boosters"

                                        After 18 months we are told we do not need a booster!!

                                        What is going on with this lack of service??
