I have recharged for 6 month of my DTV in which its got 15 days free. But just after the recharge a message came your package has been changed it has become 22HD from 19 HD and simultaneously my daily amount has been updated. Airtel customer care is not functioning properly. If I need to connect customer care 121. Its saying welcome to Airtel customer care dial 1 for mobility. If I Press 1 its connects successful. But there is no option for connecting customer care. If I press 9 its not valid. There are many ads recharge for 50 rupees you get 1 GB data.
But there is no option to speak with customer care. Only system will speak.
