    I have given my request to migrate my prepaid number [protected] to postpaid but till now i have not received any update. It was given 27th september.
    Please look on it and tell me how long will it take till now? I have sent email to your desk but no reply is received till now. Tell me whether it will be resolved or not. I was said that it will take only 24 hours.

    Dear Airtel,
    Do you want customers in your service ? If you want then I request you to give attention to those people who are now pretending to work in Airtel well but in real they are taking money befooling you. I came to know that my Address verification is negetive. But my question is, why I didn't receive any call even in my one number from your agent ? My two numbers [protected] and [protected] are always on and even I call back to the numbers if I find any missed call. No Airtel agent called me for address verification . You just find out that people who was sent to my address and take step against it and tell me finally whether my number([protected]) will be migrated to postpaid or not? How many times I have to contact with you for this simple matter? Is there any wrong from my end?I just want final reply.

      Hi. Yesterday i swapped my sim as i wanted nano sim and was having normal one. At gallery i was told that my new sim will be activated in 10-15 minutes and the old one will show no network. It didnt happen. Thn they told me to wait for 2 hours. I asked why and they had no answer for that. After 3 hours i called customer care and they told me to follow the same process again. This time in 5 minutes my network went away in old sim. I thought the new will start soon. Now its more thn 15 hours and new sim is still not working. This is really frustrating as i m without my cell phone working due to this. It would have been better if gallery keeps a cutter to cut the normal sim to nano sim. My number is [protected] which is not working at all now.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have been the loyal airtel customer from past 8 years !!!

          Below mentioned the details on my issue which is not resolved from past 6 days and counting.

          24th September 2016: Got a message from Airtel that becaus of the address mismatch we are going to disconnect connection, soon after i called up the customer care and confirmaed that just ignore that message(I was in roaming in Goa).
          25th September 2016: Airtel No got disconnected, called up customer care more then thrice and confirmed that they will correct it.
          26th September 2016: Not corrected even after a day and again called up the customer care twice and they told that it will be corrected within an hour.

          27th September 2016: Not corrected after calling customer care 9 times outgoing calls have been activated and there is no incoming call/SMS(Came back to bangalore).

          28th September 2016: Not corrected and after calling customer care they told me to get the duplicate sim and i toook the duplicate simm, even in the new sim same issue - i am able to do outgoing calls but incoming calls/SMS is not active. gave complaaint in customer care ()

          29thSeptember 2016: still not resolved

          Prepaid Mobile no: [protected]

          Complaint No:CICPL[protected]

          The total loss occurred to me because of this is around 50000 to 100000 and i am ready to file a case and submit necessary document to court and get the justice .

          please let me know how to go about this.

            It is observed that there is no signal in and around 6-3-189, jainagar colony, new bhoiguda, secunderabad-500080 which is in the heart of city. Please take immediate necessary action as many clients are facing difficulty .several complaints were placed by different people of locality but replies have been received that there is no possibility of improvement. Hence, you are requested to make a good survey in the locality and see that the signals are improved. Due to portabality the residents are going for other service providers but the clients and different people visiting our locality are facing lot of hardship with AIRTEL.

              I reside at the national capital of the country (Durga Park, Dabri(Near Sarvodaya Vidyalaya)), still i am not able to get the services of airtel fixedline/broadband connecntion.

                This number is giving missed call continuously and when call back it is nothing to say. This number is irritating me continuously and calls almost every day.                     My Fixed line account number is [protected].

                    Since May, 2016 I am facing lots of frequent disconnection and slow browsing internet broad band till date. I have raised number of complaint to customercare, nodal and appellate also. The recent reference number provided by them is 73421062. Till date i have not go the appropriate service from airtel. Every time i raise concern, they send technical field person to home to fix the issue. Every time technical person visit my home he said he has tried all his expertise still he is not able to solve it. So he said the problem is with 1 MBPS unlimited broadband plan which I have opted for. As he cannot tell this to airtel management so he is asking me to switch plan. and i do not want to switch plan as I have paid 6 month rental in advance. Now I want complete waiver of all the days on which internet is not working along with appropriate broad band speed as per my plan

                            I have transferred my airtel sim from postpaid to prepaid a week ago. The day before yesterday, my airtel postpaid connection has been terminated, but prepaid sim has not been activated. Since last 48 hrs, the situation remains standstill. Your costumer care and store persons ignoring this matter by saying some technical issue.

                            I am not the person who can solve your technical issue to activate my number. Your service is completely disgusting and it doesn't seems that you have any care about your costumer.

                            I am an business employee and due to your silly issue, my sim is out of network from last 48 hrs. It seems that to port to other network will beneficiary for me.

                            Kindly assist this issue asap and stop harassing your costumer.

I have got no response from AIRTEL Store or any technical team person. They are not seeing working on this issue seriously. Company should be ashamed as it is not able to activate a SIM network.

                            I wanted to change my 4g postpaid monthly plan from 15gb To 5 Gb. so i called up customer care service number (121) many times since 18th september. however strangely THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.

                                This is sujatha and my broad band number is [protected].
                                I already paid all my dues. In the month of December 2015, I requested for the change of address. But no one responded properly after we got a connection from an other broad line network.By then I gave a written letter to disconnect my broadband connection in the month of January 2016. I guess someone misplaced my letter and after that till the month of August 2016 they are continuously sending me bill and torturing me in call almost everyday that i need to pay the bill amount more than 6000 rs for till the month of august 2016. After shifting to this new house from jan 2016., No cable connections or modem connections are done. for broadband. Without any connection how would have we used the networks and in what source they can charge me. Kindly consider and please stop those continuous tortures given by the airtel workers.

                                    I dropped the cheque no. 166740 for Rs.1485 in BillBox drop box, on 15th August 2016. This was for my cel phone bill payment for July, 2016. On 6th Sept.2016, I received bill for August 2016. This bill showed balance payment for last month, Rs.1485. I contacted Airtel customer care no.12118. They told me that they not received the payment and are unable to trace the cheque. Next I contacted BillBox and they told me that they delivered the cheque to Airtel office on 16th August, 2016. They spoke with Airtel officer and found out that the said cheque has overwriting and it is invlid.
                                    I contacted Airtel again on phone, wrote mail to [protected]@airtel.com. Sagarika told me on phone that I must make a fresh payment first and then they will return the original cheque. I followed on this everyday on phone and email. Last reply I received on email by Mr. Pankaj Reddy is given below for reference.

                                    This is in reference to your email requesting for the hard copy of the cheque issued for your mobile number [protected].

FO, TSM, DISTRUBUTER, ZSM kisi ne meri help nhi ki.mera lapu no.[protected] h. ap mera record bhi dekh skte h. every month activation target pura krta hu.eload bhi kafi matra m krwata hu. jo apki airtel sim sell and cupan and recharge nhi krte unka board lg gya lekin hmara nhi lga. hme bahut dukh huya.ab apki airtel sim sell krna bilkul band.

                                        I was messaged to renew my data plan on no [protected] and my data will be carry forwarded till next expiry date. I had some 700+ mb data left from past month and then renewed my 3G plan for 30 days by 29 rs plan. However all my last month data was forfeited and i was left with just 75 MB data that i got as part of Rs 29 plan. Also I recharged for Rs 30 which should have given me 32 rs talktime as a Best suggested plan still I got only Rs 23 odd. Again I was forged of Rs 9.

                                        Balance for Rs 30 recharge was credited back and was explained about conditions of data carryover. Would like to request Airtel to use terms and conditions with the offer while sending the messages. Rest I ll appreciate them for quick response.

                                        Thanks for quick look up and resolution. Just in interest of all consumers would like to ask to mention all terms and conditions or atleast use an aestrick(*) to maintain consumers before people feel as forged.

                                        Anyhow this was the first time Airtel had credited me back any of the balance and would appreciate this and close the issue.
