I have wrote mail to activate "safety custody mode" when i flying to another country then said to paid all my balance. so i paid all my balance. next there is a mail from airtel payment assistance says you have to pay bill for this month. i wrote again to [protected]@airtel.com I have already informed to activate "safety custody mode". but we didn't get any confirmation from that department so we can't help. please pay your bill they said. then finally i paid all my balance and exit from the Airtel service

No provided in monthly bill Call details so please provided in all monthly Call details
Airtel technician visit to attend complaint but sorry to say he couldn't resolve our problem. Our landline num [protected] still inactive please solve our problem.
Complaint No LB[protected] and 72718502.
No one attend our complaint till now for fixed line number[protected] still dead.
4 days has been passed but no response from Airtel.
Is providing very worst 4g service at bhubaneswar and odisha..and they are charging high value amount for 4g service.but browsing speed is very poor like 2g speed.they are saying and advertising with in 5 mts movies can download.one of the worst network Airtel.

Please cancel these license of Airtel..these companies are lotting public money.

      I applied for a new broadband connection on 22 June 2016 and gave a cheque of 1000 rs. I was denied for connection on 28 June 2016 but the cheque was debited from my account on 5-July 2016. I am continuously following up with airtel customer care since last 2 months for refund but no satisfactory result.
      Everytime a new excuse is being given by customer care. First I was told that it will be automatically refunded within 30 days. Even on complaining to customer care, I was told that my complian is registered but on checking next time, it was not registered. I am following with customer care every week but still to be resolved. Now I feel harassed totally by Airtel and no option left except complaining at consumer forum.

      I was also suggested to raise a request for refund at airtel refund portal http://www.airtelonlinerefund.com/ on 29-Aug 2016. Again No status/ update received from Airtel on the same.
      On complaining on 3-Sep-2016, I was told to send details on WhatsApp no "[protected]". I sent cancelled cheque photo along with other details but no action/ response yet from Airtel on the same.
      Next time I was provided a new complaint no as [protected]. I provided all details along with bank account no, IFSC code
      I received a call on 11-Sep-16 from customer care to provide account details again as details are not available with them. I asked them why should I provide my details again and again when I have already provided so many times. I was informed to call to nodal team.
      When I made a follow up last time on 13 Sep-16 to nodal officer at landline no[protected] which is available on airtel website, it was again transferred to customer care only. Now customer care informed me that they do not have any update on it on their system and asked to give them my account statement. How can they ask for a consumer account statement? On countering it, I was told that they will check with their finance team and come back with a solution on next day. When I asked to transfer my call to Nodal officer, It was denied by customer care.

      Today on 15- Sep-16, When I again tried to call to nodal authoity no and appelate authority no [protected] with my account no or landline no, It gave a voice message that this account no/ landline no is not correct and calls are getting disconnected.

      Airtel has made all its efforts not to refund the amount and harass its customer as much as possible.

        I recently booked a broadband internet plan on http://www.airtel.in/broadband/.
        Then I received a call from Airtel (Truecaller showed it with name Airtel) that Mr Gaurav Sharma will be contacting me for further details.
        Mr Gaurav did call and asked me to whatsapp him my PAN card and email address. After doing the same, it's been 3 days, Mr Gaurav does not pick up my calls.
        I think it's a scam and they misuse the ID proofs.
        Same happened with my flat mate.
        Any help would be appreciated.

          I have terrible network here in Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore. I raised a complaint but the complaint request was closed without any action. I called customer care to escalate the issue but their supervisors were too busy to address it. They told that they will call back which never happened.

          Airtel guys are so pathetic. Perhaps time to explore other service providers like Vodafone or Jio.

          Airtel is taking customer for granted.

          I got a call from customer care yesterday and I explained the situation. He mentioned that he has noted the complaint and will ask team responsible to work on it..

          Today, I received a call from Airtel (I can provide number if you need it). He said whether issue has been fixed.. May I ask you - does issue gets fixed on its own? Don't you know what you did? While talking to the guys, voice disturbance started and eventually call dropped. This guy never bothered to call back. I called this guy but his phone was always busy and then I received this message that necessary action has been taken.. tell me what necessary action you took.. my call got dropped while talking to you guys.. is this how you solve the issue? It's really pathetic.. Airtel is pathetic.. big talks and no action...

            No network since last 15 days...I have visited Airtel store 7 times but no solution. They changed my sim 3 times but same problem. No network on 4G sim. It did work on simple old mobiles but not in my android phone. Tried on several other android mobiles but same issue "No Network".               Worst customer care service ever.
              I'm highly disappointed by airtel. After being such a old customer, they treated me in such a bad manner. First they didn't answer my phone and disconnected 3 times in a row. When i complaint about this, they disconnected again. Can't believe how pathetic the service and now i really want to port my phone service.

                After many calls and personal visit to airtel office and call centre, they are not diaconnectimg my broadband connection, i m ready to clear my bills on prodata basis of my usage.                     Hello sir,
                    This is to inform you that there is a serious problem of network accessibility in Old Mahanagar Lucknow my area which is in the prime location of lucknow. I'm using from last 4 months and from the starting i complain so many times regarding this but they don't resolve my problem. But at the time of payments they call so many times and they barred tha connection but no solution regarding network. This time also barred my connection [protected]
                    Every one in my town is using airtel connection because it is the only network which is accessible and that to has became drastic .

                      I had rs.120 in my balance account and 500 mb data balance till yesterday night before i went off to sleep...today i switched on my data at 11 am and did not browsed or used my phone since then as i was in my class...just the net was on and ireceived 2 watsapp msgs and 2 mails...and when i stepped out of my class at 1 pm..my balance was rs.0.00..customer care says dat i used heavy amount of data with a speed of 21 mbps...i dint evn touched my phn all dis while...i want my money as well as data balance back

                        Wrong recharge of 296 rs was done on 14th september 2016. While activating the 3g data pack it happened by mistake. Instead of recharging for [protected] mobile number it was wrongly done for [protected]. Please resolve the issue asap and refund us as the amount is almost 300 rs. Below are the transaction details with correct and wrong recharge numbers along with the transaction id.

                        In our area airtel network strength is very poor because in our area nothing any mobile tower so please install a mobile tower in our area.

                          Airtel is providing scheme to carry forward the unused 3g data i.e, if you recharge any 3G pack before the expiry date of previous pack the unused data can be carried forward till the new pack expiry. But when I had a problem i approached Customer care, but they changed the plan like : to carry forward the unused to 3G data balance recharge has to be done with the same or higher denomination amount compared to the previous 3G data pack recharge.

                                Please provide the postal address registered for the abovementioned telephone number immediately to send notice to him and to lodge a complaint for cheating or deceiving. One Mr.Premkumar using the captioned telephone number assured to attend the Auto switch control device connected to the water pumping motor in the building. He has not completed the work but took advance of Rs.500+700=1200 for purchase materials. In the last two weeks we have telephoned 20 to 25 times. In the initial stage he responded 2/3 calss and gave evasive reply. Afterwards he is not picking up the phone at all.

                                      We have opted for Dongle no. [protected] on 8th June 2016 and paid Rs.2400/- for 5GB data per month for three months i.e. till 7th September 2016. The data connectivity is stopped by you on 8th August and bill is raised for Rs. 3399/- towards 6 months scheme, without any confirmation from us. My wife has visited several times at Airtel Store, Sector 50 Noida and even after acceptance of mistake by Airtel and confirmation to get it corrected, no action has been taken, till date. We are getting 3-4 phone calls on daily basis from your call center to make the payment, which is not at all acceptable.

                                        I being a faithful and worthy customer of Airtel service Provider using their three numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], but they seem to be least bothered about their Loyal customers.

                                        I have been subscribed to their services for 2+ years now and all the three numbers were taken on the same date with a rental plan of Rs. 60/-

                                        One Day Suddenly I got bill copy that bailing plan is Rs.99 so I called in customer care & sent them Email that why plan is change who gave a right to change the plan in customer account?? They simply replayed me that company closing this plan and upgrading your plan 60 TO 99 with same benefits which I was getting in 60 Plan So I ask them why you change the plan ?? as I am existing customer you can’t close the plan for old customer as per TRI rules. For new customer you can apply these rules, so I asked then shift me in my Old plan of Rs.60 they reply me that since that was an older plan of Rs.60 is no more available, so we cant change in that

                                        They have directly unsubscribed this plan and shifted me to another rental plan of Rs. 99. Which is not at all suitable for me at all, Airtel saying as market prize high so we unsubscribed this plan from their database itself.

                                        Firstly they haven’t informed me in prior to the changes and without my permission and approval they changed my plan. I have been contacting their customer care team but they are not at all caring about my concerns.

                                        So plan 60 to 99 is activated in my only 2 account and in another one account still same plan is activated then after I asked them to closed my connection i[censored] can’t active my old plan of Rs.60 then they offer me worst offer and promised me that they will active my old plan in next month so I said ok active my services .

                                        Lately, since that was seen an older plan of Rs.60 is no more available, and saying me that we haven’t promised this that we will provide you again this plan so we can’t active this plan

                                        I had a word with one of their representative who said that he was from senior desk, he said that since this plan is not at all active now they have unsubscribed this plan from their database itself. I agree that this might have happened as the service provider is completely authorized to make any of the necessary changes to their subscription policy whenever and however they want but that doesn’t goes for the existing and such a tenured customer.

                                        As a matter of fact, the same older Rs. 60 rental plan is still active on one of my number and the customer care guys say that they have removed this plan from their database.

                                        I feel cheated and deployed even after being such a honest and faithful customer of theirs.

                                        What I simply request Airtel guys is please get the same older plan re-activated on all of my three numbers, else on of my friend is getting another plan with a rental of Rs. 99 with more benefits which they proving to my friend then again they reply me that they can’t provide

                                        Awaiting for your prompt and positive revert and action in this matter.
