I am getting frequent missed calls and phone calls on my mobile no. My no. Is [protected] and the mobile number from whom I am getting frequent missed call and harassment call is [protected] the concerned person is changing numbers frequently and giving miss calls with different mobile numbers when I blocked above mentioned numbers. She is a married woman calling frequently to ask about her husband so also she mentioned on phone that her husband calls on girls mobile by purchasing new numbers and discard old numbers she also said that her husband cheated her even after telling that I don't know you nor your husband personally frequently calling me and harassing me and also calling on my mom's cell no. [protected] even after telling her to stop calling us she stays in Delhi and we in Mumbai as we have never seen her hubby nor her personally she frequently calls and harass us by giving missed calls on my and mom's mobile number.

    Sir, My Airtel Number Is [protected].I Continuously Complaining That There Is 3G Coverage All Around Here, 3G Towers Are At 3-4 KM Distance Except Our Area Where No 3G And From 5 Years The 2G Signal Also Completely Getting Poor Several Times In A Year This Time Since Last 2 Months There Is Totally No Indoor Coverage.But Everytime I Getting Response That The Issue Forwarding To Technical Department And Will Get Resolved Shortly.But Never Get Improvisation/Upgrade Of Network And The Issue Is Unsolved. If You Have No Intention To Upgrade The Network Then Please Say This Clearly And I Will Switch To Some Other Better Network As Some Operator Even Not Yet Lunched Officially Are Enabled My Area Into 4G Already.       I want to cancel my post paid connection . I told Airtel many times to cancel it but they are not doing it and keep on adding bills over bills every month even though I am not using it. I am fed up of paying bills without using. Its been more than 7-8 months I am paying huge bills without using.

        Am using airtel broadband connection for last six years, recently I hve shift my residence just flats far from my old one.I requested airtel for shifting my airtel broadband connection to my new address by calling up customer care. Thy have said within 5 days your query 'll get resolved and shifting 'll get done, but till nw my complaint not got resolved its already 10 days got over no communication from their end yet to receive. Due to this am suffering alot. I can't able to pay the bills, my official got affected, I dunno what's the problem and dunno why taking tis much time for shifting for just 4 flats from old to new address.

          Airtel Call centre representative mis-informed me that my bill is too much, its around[protected]. They fool people by such false statements, and hence convince customers to increase the plan to 1599.

          Please look into the matter carefully, and try to enhance the processes by removing such fake calls to lure customers.

          It's disappointed to to hear from Nodal team also, as they have responded to my mail without checking the facts properly.

          Airtel's reputation is being spoiled by such Airtel teams.

            I am writing this mail to inform you that, I am not receiving any Bank transaction or eCommerce update related SMS on my number [protected].
            I have called customer care several times, emailed on the customer support I get only one reply that the issue will be solved in 48 hrs. But its been more than 5 months, the issue is still not closed, they give excuses that there is problem with my handset but i tried with other handset as well, the problem still persist. I have checked with my Banks as well, they have provided me evidence that SMS are being delivered from there end, but are dropped due to some network issue in Airtel.

            As you can see, the SMS are being sent from the bank's end. Request you to kindly let me know why such SMS are being dropped from the network. This is very inconvenient. Kindly do the needful, awaiting a positive reply.

                Reg: [protected]. on[protected] at 7pm while make a call we heard a voice that the balance is low, then we recharged Rs.50/- towards voice calls only, after 1 hour we make a call the same voice is repeated, also we noticed a SMS alert that balance is 0. to stop data SMS1975. immediately we sent sms to STOP1975. but they replied that it was not processed. How can you deduct the amount of voice call to Data Charges, In fact we never use any data by that time. even though we are not get any alerts or permission to allow to deduct such charges, Simply they displaying 0 Balance, after exhausting the amounts they alerting for recharging etc. Plz adjust the amount of 10/-+50/- =60/- is only meant for voice calls not for DATA. with regards

                    Zero balance outgoing call messages are coming in the Pakistani language Hindi. Please change to Kannada/English alone. There is no need of the Pakistani language Hindi in Karnataka.

                    This type of Pakistani language Hindi imposition non-sense from Airtel needs to stop.

                    Please see this video and end your Hindi imposition disgrace immediately.

                    When a customer complaints, you DONT NOT NEED to ask his credentials like Phone number. YOu need check the complaint detail. When out of balance message is only present in Pakistani language Hindi, IT IS YOUR DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO INSULT INDIAN LANGUAGE PEOPLE.

                    Please change your messages to Kannada/English in Karnataka, Tamil/English in TN, etc. Sticking of that Pakistani language Hindi everywhere is.

                    Dont pretend you dont understand that telecom voice messages like out of balance voice prompts are occuring only in Pakistani language Hindi.

                    Airtel happans to be one of the biggest champion in imposition of the Pakistani language Hindi. Get your homework straight and correct the voice messages to the proper language, Kannada in Karnataka etc.

                    OR ELSE LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS.

                      Dear Rohit,

                      I am a customer for the past 13 years with you people and this is what i get in return?
                      For may own money do i have to do the running around?
                      must say your customer service is very pathetic i have never experienced such type of service in my entire life.
                      They just keep talking like as if we are bound to listen to them.
                      its been more than two months that my money is still not refunded.
                      when i asked your people whether they have service in my area they said yes but now when it comes to refunding my money i have to wait for such a long time.
                      its not about the money i can let go of it, but its the matter of trust i had in you people.
                      Giving advertisements that your network is one of the best in the world doesn't help because your customer service is worst in fact they are the face of the company, not even able to answer my simple query.

                      Its high time you guys pull up your socks.

                      Please look at the below snapshot of the automated mail response its really bad because its not up to the standard, being the no 1 network in the world.

                      See your people how they response even after sharing the proof of the payment they still ask for it.

                      I really dont know how you hire people.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        on 9/9/2016 at 09:05 AM, i had recharge my number [protected] with the 3G offer of Rs 29 after calling to the Airtel Customer Care number who told me that my 3GB 3G data balance with a validity upto 9/9/16 will be carried forward with recharge of Rs 29. Just before 9:05 AM i had called the Customer care number and the lady was on the line and told me that my 3GB data balance will be added. To my surprise it is not added to my account..

                        And today, when i called the Customer Care, i was informed that the data balance will not be added with the recharge of Rs 29.
                        .It is really sick to learn and felt awkward how the customer can be cheated at that level, how such unfit person can be appointed and responses if she does not know the actual process and conditionalities of the recharge.
                        This is really not done..and also with a calling charges of Re.50 per 3 minutes when the information received is found not valid
                        Kindly track my calls which i had called on 9/9/2015 at around 9:04 Am .

                          for my airtel Broadband & Landline vide your relationship No.[protected].
                          The Bill sent is very much on the high side from our end. Usually, the Bill
                          comes around Rs.1, 300 - 1, 400/- p.m to us. Kindly provide with break-ups
                          and check our usage. Please reply about compliance in the matter at the
                          earliest.

                            My Airtel number is [protected], my data is not working at all, my calls r getting disconnected, i have been charged high bill, i will only pay 50 to 100rs n rest of the amount has to waived off as compensation because I am not able to use Internet at all through Mobile Data from so many days.
                            On top of that, Airtel does not have transparency, when unbilled is calculated, they talk abour ur data usage n no where mentioned about scrutinized bill, i want free bill with all details n no charge.
                            I should be given just 200rs of waiver n existing plan to be kep n 50%reduction in bill value should be given.

                              I went to an airtel vendor for recharge of newly introduced 1498 rs recharge for one year internet service in which 1 gb data is received for rs 56 irrespective of number of recharge done in a year .I paid the amount to airtel vendor but unfortunately the service not activated in my mob number [protected]
                              . Who shown dedicated amount from his account but neither service nor the 1gb data credited to my number it seems the service not yet activated .request do needful.

                                I am using airtel postpaid number since 8 yeras.(Airtel relationship no[protected]. I had a data pack for rs.150 for 1GB. My data usage for this month exceeded to 2GB. Can someone believe the bill I have got this month? It's a whopping rs.4431. My questions for them are unanswered-
                                1. Apart from the message for 100% data consumed, I have not got a single message regarding the usage. The speed after 1GB was terrible, probably slower than a dial up connection. No websites were opening barring a few apps. But they say that I have used 1GB excess and the charges are rs.4000.
                                2. I had checked my unbilled usage at the end of the month . It was rs.1400. but I get a bill in 3 days of rs.4431. is it not their duty to atleast give the unbilled usage accurate? There is no other way to find out the usage.
                                3. The credit liMit is set by themselves. Mine is rs.6300. they think we will pay whatever the amount they charge, without a single notice that the bill amount has crossed so much.Is this not cheating.?

                                  I have purchased a mobile sim from airtel service center in bhandup. This was on 6.9.2016.The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.Now its almost 5 days still the connection is not been activated.

                                  On 3rd day i went to the service center and he said that the service will start within next day but the sim is not activated yet. kindly activate the si as fast as possible.

                                    I now live in Mahalakshmipuram(opp to ISKCON) in Bangalore. This is almost the center of Bangalore.

                                    I am facing network issues for the last about 3 months. This issue was reported to Airtel plenty of times. They sent their representatives thrice to my house within 1.5 months to check and confirm the coverage. Their representatives confirmed that there is a problem with the coverage.

                                    I have now received many replies from their Customer Service dept, Deepanshu Thyagi which reads as below.

                                    "On receipt of your complaint, our technical team has conducted a survey in your area. The team has confirmed availability of adequate outdoor coverage in your area. Moreover, the team has done maximum optimization at the nearest network cell site. Therefore, this is the best possible coverage that can be provided presently.

                                    For your information, the strength of signals on your handset screen can vary due to the atmospheric conditions and topography affecting the radio waves."

                                    Also, I have a 4G data dongle from Airtel which is working only on 3G but not on 4G. When I visited Airtel's company outlet to check, they confirmed to me that 4G is not enabled on my number and it has to be enabled by their back-end team. I have cross-checked this with 3 of their company outlets. All of them have confirmed the same by logging into their systems and showing me the errors under 4G. In spite of all my repeated complaints for the last 1 month, they are least bothered to resolve this issue.

                                    Both the above facts show how their customer service is.

                                      On 10/09/2016 i paid an amount of Rs.1499/- through the airtel app to activate the new scheme of
                                      " Benefit: Instant 1GB 3G/4G 28 days and get 1GB 3G/4G 28 days @just Rs.53/- and 5GB 3G/4G 28 days @ Rs.255 for 1 year" ( Please refer photo proof No.1 attached.
                                      After making the payment, I received a message from the app that not able to process the payment. I genuinely felt that no money has been taken from my bank account. But to my shock i found through my bank account that the transaction was successful and the airtel has taken away my money of Rs.1499/- from my bank account ( Please refer My photo proof No.2 attached hereunder).
                                      Without knowing that the airtel has taken my amount, I tried to make another payment through the PAYTM app. I was notified by the paytm that the airtel rejected to accept the said payment and further I received a notification from paytm that my money is refilled on my paytm wallet (Please refer my photo proof No.3 attached hereunder)
                                      As such for nothing my hard earned money of Rs.1499/-stuck with Airtel and another amount of Rs.1499/- got stuck with paytm wallet.
                                      I request the concerned to sort out this issue and refund my both payments back to my Bank account.
