Dear Sir,
I am using airtel land line no[protected], since it is dead, past 4 months I am not using this land line . I complained so many times to reduce my tariff plans over phone to basic plan. Unfortunately till now there is no proper response. Since there is no response my air tel bill going up unnecessarily. I request you to to do the needful at the earliest.

    I was promised that there will be an executive sent to collect the documents for new airtel connection that is on (14/09/2016) but by the eod it was not done. When i followed up with the customer care i was told that they see no request being made also after being dragged for a week i find out that the same cannot be provided as there is no feasibility in my area.

    However i get a call from one of the custmore care lady stating that she will be sending the executive today. When called back for update she says that she has no idea and that the feasibility is not acceptable and cancels the call. I have called her 12 times for a clear answer and the all the time called i was disconnected.

    I want to know:

    1. Why is there such misconduct?
    2. Why did i have to go through an entire team for a week to get a reply that my area is not feasible?
    3. Why are not the airtel representatives aware of the port and blindly sending the executives to collect the document and the installation charges of inr 1000/-
    4. Why the blame game and excuses?

        I have applied for airtel broadband connection and paid the advance 1000. After 15 days the airtel people told me that there is no service in my area and they refund my amount, till now i didnt get it moreover Now i got bill of 900 for service that is not installed.

        When I tried to call customer care they put me on hold for almost 23 Min. Then after they disconnected the line.

        If any one have pending bills they call every hour and they will send messages every hour. When it come to consumer money they will do like this.

        This is an ongoing issue since last year and no-one from Airtel addressed it.

        This complaint was raised last year and Airtel has not made any progress so far.
        When I am sending messages from my Airtel Postpaid number, it is not delivering to the receiver. Instead after sometime I am receiving a message saying htat the message has not sent and the message is showing it is failed.

          but they are charging again dsl charges forRs. 159.00 per month,

          I asked with customer care and email to their Nodal Officer no body could explained me what is dsl Charges and What exactly DSL stand for,

          I have written and confirmed that I will not pay such / any charges which is charged without my notice,

          Request to resolve and raise this issue with TRAI, to Ban such Fraud billing by AIRTEL

          I put a request for new airtel broadband connection in online and they assign it to one executive, he came and collect a sum of one thousand rupees a week ago upto now he didnt get any call or update . When i tried to call he didnt lift and switching off his mobile .

            I applied new broadband connection on 8th Sep 2016. Till now I didn't get any connection and your employees is not answering my call. until i used different number. Now I don't have any new numbers to call. I am very upset with this behavior. Since last one week I don't have internet access. I have lost 2 days salary because of your agents. Because every time when i made a call says already send technician or will send after noon. So i need to goto home and there is no internet i don't have option to work from home. lf having urgent work then I need to travel 20 km and work. This very bad service. Please don't say airtell is OPEN NETWORK. It might network is good, but service is very very BAD.

            Earlier I told u on this complaint to disconnect my airtel broad band no response disconnect or I go to consumer court seven day earlier request no determined address below. House 375 phase 3b1 mohali
            I had put 2G internet data on 7 september
            And I had some more than 1GB data as on 9/13/2016 but suddenly i see today 14 september, its just 2MB
            Its really frustrating .Add the data back and Resolve it asap
            There is no network in our area of airtel . After so many complaints on their customer care still the issue has not been resolved.Due to this network problem I am loosing my business and my customer are complaining of no connectivity
            I stay in TAPS COLONY BOISAR, mobile phone call does not connects while seating inside the room

              i was using Airtel postpaid card but due to excess bill amount and wrong plane i stop using card but even after card block i receive monthly bill i wright email/call to customer care but there was not got any positive replay .
              Now i got calls from [protected] and [protected] no. and they harass me by using bad words even after I am ready to pay the correct bill amount. I have call records of them
              Fix this above issues as soon as possible.

                applicant recharged an internet pack of rs 47 of airtel company on 15/09/16 at 12.20pm on [protected] through paytm online with transaction id no.[protected].As per message provided by the company on mob no. [protected], validity of that pack is for 28 days from date of recharge but, without giving any reason company has decreased the due date i.E. 18.09.16 in lieu of 28 days from date of recharge i.E.15/09/2016.Sir, applicant lodged the complain bt cutomer care executive didnot lodge it and produces excuses which are irrrelevant.

                    I have taken the airtel broadband, monthly rental is 1258, I was stopped using this service since 2 months and have decided to disconnect . At the time of disconnection I had balance to pay of arround 2500+ and i have paid twice due to bad gateway while paying, I have registered the complaint regarding this issue but no one called and marked it as resolved . I didn't get my refund till now. After disconnection, I was trying to reach customer care, but saying that my fixedline number is invalid.

                      Sir/ Ma'am,
                      I had raise a broadband request and paid the amount offline ₹600 on August 23 2016. Later they told me that the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection. Now i am requesting them to refund my amount but i am unable to get any positive response. I tried to lodge complaint with customer care and still didn't get anything expect transferring my call from one executive to another. Then I submitted a refund request to www.airtelonlinerefund.com with ticket number AOR9e22f2. Till now I haven't got any proper response from anyone.

                      Sir/ Ma'am,
                      after complaining and requesting for refund I used to receive a call from [protected] named Riya. She used to tell me that my cheque has been dispatched and asked whether I received it or not. She also gave me cheque no which is 803649. On 12th of October she called me up and told that the Cheque has been delivered. I already confirmed that no one received any kind of courier mentioned my name in my house. Now as of now I did not get any cheque or courier referred to me. My address is [628/2S Shakti Nagar, Bahind V mart, Faizabad Road Indira Nagar Lucknow 226016]. I request you to take necessary action concerning my complaint.

                        Dear Concerned,

                        I am tired of calling again and again the customer care services of Airtel.

                        My Airtel 3G plan allows me 1 GB of 3G data and thereafter reduced speed of 80kbps.

                        However I have observed AIRTEL stops my Internet services right after 1 GB limit is crossed.

                        Whenever I speak to the customer care I am advised to take Smartbyte, which I do not agree to. As my bill plan for the Internet allows internet connectivity even after 1 GB limit is crossed.

                          We had requested for a new broadband connection @ chennai sevenwells, broadway.
                          and a person named mr. Barakath Ali had come to collect rs.1000
                          From us on 26th August 2016 promising we would get the new connection within 3 to 5
                          Days. It has been more than 15 days since we paid the amount. Before registering we asked
                          Them to check whether connection can be given to Portuguese lane, sevenwells area and they said
                          It can be done but now they are telling port is not available and need to set
                          Up one that too after we calling them from so many days.

                          Please immediately refund our amount if not i would escalate the issue to the
                          Higher authority.

                              I purchased an Airtel 4G hotspot at Ludhiana, Punjab. Its number is [protected].

                              For the last 4 months or so i have been in Delhi and i find that hotspot does not work effectively at Delhi. The connectivity is very low and for some reason the data consumption is very high. The hotspot was working fine at Ludhiana earlier
                              The problem was reported to call center 2-3 times but no complaint number was received.Finally on 16th Sept., airtel logged a complaint no: 71446737 but have not sent any information regarding the complaint so far

                                Fraud calls from Airtel number

                                Hi,

                                Some fraud people are cheating people by making calls from the below Airtel numbers and asking account details and doing fraud.

                                So many people have already complained about these numbers. But Airtel did not block these numbers. Not sure whether you have any partnership with these fraud guys.

                                Dear Sir,
                                We are using Airtel Broadband line bearing number [protected] for more than seven years and paying monthly bill around Rs 1500/ to 1800/ regularly. But after using your connection for seven years we are facing problem in your services due to the negligence of your engineers . I had lodged the complaint on 15/9/2016 with reference No. 72995538 regarding nonworking of the landline and the broadband. I was assured that a visit will take place in 24 hrs but no one turned up for three days inspite of repeatedly compalining daily in your customer care asking them that it is a priority to please get it repaired as the whole office work came at a standstill. No one called up neither visited the site in these days. Mr Rahul was assigned to attend the complain, his contact number is [protected]. He never came over and informed you all that its a cable fault...as all the connections near by were working. He actually ignored the complain of your airtel consumers. You are therefore requested to disconnect the connection from our office due to non attendance of the complain made and the loss occured because of nonworking of the broadband in he office.

I spoke to customer care representative today but he said that you have got 1gb night data in addition to 2.5 GB data but it was not stated in the plan.
