Sir,
I had raise a broad band request and paid the amount offline ₹500 on August 23 2016. Later they told me that the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection. now i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit refund request to Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on march 12 2015. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to www.airtelonlinerefund.com with ticket number AOR9e22f2. Till now I haven't got any proper response from any one. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online or offline for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.     I have been a customer for airtel since past 12years.
    But for the first time disappointed because I lost my money of Rs.459 without a single rupee benefit.
    Yesterday(10Sep16) @ 7:10PM I saw an offer of 3GB net pack for Rs.459 and I recharged throuhg Axis net banking.
    But I couldn't get any offer or even a single rupee benefit.
    It is very disappointing and I never expected it from Airtel.

      I have never submit any query to Airtel for new broadband connection but i am receiving call from "[protected]" number two to five times in a day instead of my daily request that i am not submit any query or I do not want any broadband connections they forced me take and misbehave with me regularly.

      It is my humble request to concern authorities of Bharti Airtel Limited to look in to the matter because it is a matter of harassment and matter of social reputations of the company too.

      I have received two calls today and call details are mentioned below:

      1. 11 September 2016, 11:21 AM - Caller Name Rajesh (May be it is not his real name)

      2. 11 September 2016, 9:40 AM - Caller Name Jhon (May be it is not his real name)

        I have airtel simcard.I always check 121 for recharge offer and accordingly I recharge but everytime some problem which gives headache.few days back I recharge for 90 rs.and I was told that I will get talktime of 115 rs.but surprisingly they gave only rs 90 talktime.I wrote to them by email and they give balance talktime of rs 25.why they want to grab 25 rs from customer?large organization still grredy of small amount.

        you are not able to trace my contact details.sulrprising.you always collect all our details before giving sim card.by not giving full talktime you want to cheat clients and grab the money.your system is faulty and so client has to suffer.

          This isnt a complain actually.i just had this idea of an ad.instead of trying to show you can compete with jio just agree it would'nt be profitable for you to offer so much.and by the time airtel returns later, it should have some of the best services, good range, perfect 5G i guess😉...and please do reduce call rates.and also this new ad of yours is irritating, open network!...just say you want to serve us better.and sorry if this is rude.😋..tc

            I have ported in two Mobile Numbers from UP west Bharti Airtel to Tripura Bharti Airtel Circle. The above numbers had balance of Rs 140 and 180 respectively amounting to a total Rs 320 before porting in.
            The amount has not been credited in my ported numbers after above procedure.
            Request direct Bharti Airtel to return my money (Rs 140 & Rs 180) back in [protected] and [protected].
            No prior intimation was given before deducting the said amount.

              I had complained against inaccessibility of the Mobile no.[protected] through BSNL landlines. The SIM was originally taken at Pune which was later ported to Bengaluru on my transfer. Company assured that it will be corrected. I continue to get local based messages from Pune even now which means it continues to be under roaming even after one year. I had complained to you on 31/07/16 under complaint ID 1342257. Even this forum also is ineffective! Thanks for the efficacy

                I am writting this mail due to the problem those i 've faced with airtel actually i 've port my tata indicom prepaid number [protected] on 3rd september 2016 into airtel prepaid number but the issue is that i 've received all the messages from trai regarding all the documentation, processing all have completed and the porting time was 10/9/16 at 10 pm according to trai but my old sim was not active and i did not get a network on my new sim and called so many times on airtel customer care but they did not told me a particular response so please take a strict action.

                I am writting this mail due to the poor services of airtel prepaid those i am using actually the dispute was on airtel app on 10 sept 2016 did not get the benefits of airtel app by watching movies of 700 mb data those I got after that but they never gave it to me due to the server problem and I complaining several times on customer care but nothing was done. So please do the needful and help me with that.

                  I logged onto my my airtel app and was looking for a good data plan ..checked in offers for you section ..got plan 228 recharge 1gb 3g day and 1gb night validity 28 days ..after I recharged I get balance notification as 350 mb for main balance ..what kind of ppl do you employ in airtel ..you cheat customers do blatantly ..I'm also having a fixed line m DTH connection from this company and I'm on the verge of moving all my services to your competitors you think ppl have no alternative and are stuck with you so you can charge and fleece them howmuch ever you want ..I've made up my mind to disconnect your services ..mittal can screw off for all I care ..what a dishonest creepy cheat of an organisation ..

                    Whenever, I call from my airtel landlines number to outside Delhi, voice is echo at receiver's end. I raised a complain on 20 august 2016 but issue is still pending.
                    Airtel mechanics come to my premises and checked my landline phone many times and told us that problem is not in phone it is in network and we will fixed it in 24 hours. But they are not capable of resolve this issue. It is very strange and it irritates the receiver, that is why I am not able to use my landline phone to call inter state.
                    Please try to fix this issue as I am wasting my money every month. Please state clearly about the issue can or can't be fixed. So that I could take decision to cancel the connection if not done.

                        I have placed the complaint on 18-Aug, and the same was closed without giving the resolution, once again I gave the complaint on 22-Aug, - where they said to change the settings which I did, they said they will send the tech person to resolve this but no one turned up. When today(10-Sep) I am checking the complaint status it was closed, so today spoke to person, they wasted my 1 hr time without giving the solution they also said that they have raised the ticket - F[protected], where they sent the msg that the issu e is been resolved.

                        Such a stupid team without training they will keep them to give the service.
                        I am been with Airtel from past 12years . But now this issue has harassed me mentally, speaking to new person everytime and wasting 1hr every time when we speak to them .

                        So please help me out from this.
                        Where I have the internet issue not able to browse any websites or use access my mails. But I can use only WhatsApp.
                        Today also they told it will take more than 72hrs of time to resolve but I have lost my hope with this.

                          Sir, I have recharged Airtel DTH.with Customer Id.[protected] in the name Mohd hussain.the Recharge was one through Paytm.and one through Airtel.in.the first one was not successful instantly then I Recharge through Air.in. now both the transactions are successful and I request Paytm as well Airtel to reverse one entry of Rd.665.and keep one.but they are not responding properly.kindly do the needful

                            I bought a new airtel sim about one month ago. The shopkeeper told me that it will be activated within one day. Now, more than one month had passed but I don't get the connection. It only shows airtel - emergency number only. There is no tower in my phone. When I asked the authorised shopkeeper, he told it has been activated already. So, please let me know what is the problem with it. Work on it as soon as possible. What do I need to do next? Help me out, I am unable to find a solution and I could not understand them matter.

                                I ported my number from Uninor a few yrs back.
                                I usually do my recharges online through Airtel website or any third party website usually through paytm mostly .
                                I had been recharging my airtel mobile number [protected] without any problem in all these years. But suddenly, since October 2015, my airtel number could not be recharged online using any of the websites including the air tel website and airtel app also.
                                Its very ridiculous to re charge phone outside at a shop while be in que though I have everything wid me.

                                BEFORE OCTOBER 2015 IT WAS ALRIGHT BUT SINCE OCTOBER 2015 NO ONLINE RECHARGE CAN BE DONE. BUT I CAN RECHARGE MY NUMBER OFFLINE FROM MOBILE SHOPS & RECHARGE CENTERS.

                                Please look into this matter at the earliest and resolve this at the earliest so that I can get relief from this unwanted nuisance.

                                    I had requested for a Broadband connection online here in Bangalore (LBS Nagar).
                                    Being an Airtel customer from past 5 years, I trusted airtel and chose Airtel for broadband connection.
                                    Representative came near house and collected documents, 1000rs check, 100rs documentation charges in cash on 1st of August 2016.
                                    After 48hrs i called the same representative he started avoiding my call and whenever picked claimed that he is still working on the request.

                                    Amount was deducted from bank, as i have evidence that 1000rs was deducted when cheque was placed in Bank.
                                    After multiple calls he gave me his manager Number, Manager spoke rude and kept disconnecting my call.
                                    Despite multiple calls dint respond properly.

                                    I have message communication as proof.

                                    On frustration, I went for the help in Twitter. Just Name and Number changed..!! Reply same from every Representative who replied or called.
                                    "We will check the status and get back."

                                    Finally the so called Manager picked my call, after rude argument said that he cannot give connection because local people dint allow him to lay the connection.
                                    Its more than 45 days now and he is telling I have to wait another 7-10 days to receive the refund.

                                    Who will pay the call charges i spent on their representatives ?
                                    Who will pay the Documentation charges collected by their representative ?
                                    Who will compensate the loss due to believing them and disconnecting my Postpaid connection ?

                                    I have all proof of messages from their representative both in phone as well as in Twitter.

                                    It is real shame that Airtel needs more than 70days to understand whether the connectivity is feasible or no.
                                    And it is more shame that they need more than 3 weeks to Refund the amount.

                                    Worst customer service i have ever seen.

                                    If you have little bit of Shame left on your part, Immediately refund my money.
                                    I do have proof as the Amount was deducted through check from my SB account.

                                    Installation charge paid: 1000rs
                                    Document charges collected by Viru : 100rs
                                    Interest for keeping my money with you for more than 1 month : 100rs
                                    Phone call & Other charges : 100Rs

                                    Total : 1300rs.

                                      I have Ported From Idea to Airtel and after 5 days i have made a recharge of Rs 34, which was a rate cutter pack providing ( 1 paisa per second on local and STD calls) I didnt received any benifit of it and the standard call rate deduction was applied to me,

                                      when i had made an enquiry reguarding this rate cutter pack at the airtel customer care they said that "you will not get this benifit, only standard rate of 45 paisa per min will be applied to you"

                                      after 20 days, i warned them, that i will lodge a complain against them in the Consumer forum they offered me the benifit of 1 paisa per second call rate only for the next 10 days.

                                      As since Airtel literally Fake advertising reguarding its network availablity even in remote areas, but the reality is something else there is always a network Drop from Nalasopara to Dahanu.

                                      The Airtel Network is even more Worse then any covering up their lack in network efficiency with fake advertising..!!!

                                        My name is Ajay and I am a IT professional. I land here in NCR on 12 July 2016. As my phone was in roaming so i visited to Airtel office after a week and request for porting the number. They offered me postpaid scheme which was good so without spending any single minute i agreed and bought the same.

                                        I was using the number [protected] in my moto g4 plus which i bought from Amazon 3 months back. Recently last to last week someone theft my phone so i was helpless and unable to get any contact and lost everything.

                                        I visited Airtel office next day immediately after filing the FIR and they issued duplicate sim. I request them to convert my postpaid into prepaid because i was not longer able to manage the smartphone due the incident.

                                        At that time i was already using postpaid so they recommend me to atleast use the number in postpaid for a month so that they can generate the bill cycle. I said ok. Few days later i bought a new smart phone and installed the Airtel app.

                                        I saw that the bill has been generated for the month of August so without any thinking i paid the dues and paid all the bill and i have a proof for the same.

                                        Here comes the tricky part, if I already paid the bill then how Airtel can regenerate bill again and ask me to pay the bill. Since I already converted my number to prepaid I am not suppose to pay the bill because i am no longer using the postpaid number.

                                        I issues the prepaid sim on 31 Aug or may be 01 Sep 2016 so from 02 Sep 2016 onwards i am using Airtel prepaid number.

                                        I will show you the evidence for the same. It's not just a matter of 365 INR thought it's completely nonsense and baseless.

                                        I emailed them and even i posted and text them on facebook page but got no response yet.

                                        I would like to request you to please look into this matter and provide the needful solution.
