My name is Taha T. Karkhanawala from Ahmedabad. I'd request for port on[protected] from reliance postpaid to airtel postpaid for my Mobile no.-[protected],
Airtel Executive Mr. Chintan - [protected] is person with whom i was dealing in all matters. Next Day at around 1 : 00 pm collection person mr. jitesh [protected] come to my home and collect 300 Rs. as a deposit and give me reciept of it. and aslo collect my all documents. They Promise me to port My no. within week. but Within week when i see that i'm still not getting my Airtel Sim On than i talk with Mr. Chintan for atleast 17 times. Each and Every time He told me that he will contact me within 10 or 15 Minutes but he never contact me from his side. when i lost my patience yesterday date[protected] i told him to give my Deposit return so he told that give him last change to till 6:00 he will definetely start my Sim. But as usual he fails. i told him to give my money back he is not answering properly. Kindly look in matter and help me to get my Amount back. for any query Contact me on [protected]. here i'm attaching the reciept of 300 which i'd paid to Airtel executive.

    I applied for broadband and landline service in airtel At ratlam.
    Payment and documents received from local airtel broadband retailer at ratlam near do batti chaouk.
    Document received sms got at 7 sep 2016.
    Installation order no. 95891088
    It's notify on msg that installation proceed in 3 working days.
    But I don't have any report about installation.
    And local retailers does not provide any support and don't tell about what goes on installation instead of not receiving my phone.

      I got switched from other service provider to Airtel broadband + fixed landline connection on 25th August 2016 with plan 499 Rs + 49Rs pack activated for unlimited local calls, since I was switching from other network they promised that the activation of Rs. 1000 they took from me will be like a deposit amount and the same amount will be adjusted in further bills, But from Aug 25th to 10th September (15 days), the bill got generated is 1530 Rs. And for enquiry of this, I called customer care number 198, after making me wait for 16 minutes, they disconnected the call without answering any of my queries. And then after I wrote a mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, A person by name Sachithanandhan, replied my mail saying that the bill they have generate is valid, and will take cancellation request if I’m not ok with that, I’m asking for the justification of 1530 Rs for 15Days, he is not able to answer the queries.

          If Airtel is doing cheating for each customer, howmany customers it may cheated and how much revenuce its earned through cheating.really iam fed of all these cheap tricks from Airtel network.actually they are getting business from us and getting profit.but they are not implementing offers properly.we have to waste our lot of time to talk about issues with airtel customer care.

The cell No.[protected] had not been uploaded for Rs.101/=. Neither the cell had been recharged nor my SB account had been recredited for Rs.120/=. Kindly do the needful.

              I went to airtel office in Panipat, Haryana on 18th Aug, 2016.Since i have lost my airtel sim card, I went to office to apply for duplicate sim card on 18Aug2016 with all document they have demanded with one photograph. But still its not activated . I have visited airtel office 3 times till now and also did followup with the airtel executive, but my sim card is still not active. Please help me out.

                As per mentioned above U am cuatomer of Airtel postpaid plan from last couple of years.I got rental plan of Rs.150 in that calling and some sort of msgs are free. Also 1Gb internet is free. The issue is in the month of June 2016 I had used almost limit of my Data plan at 25th.I got call from Airtel saLes team in that the ledy tell about new data plan will updated in which 500MB will at 3G4G speed and remaining 500Mb at 2G unlimited with 150 rental additional and no other charges other than this 150. I Said Ok bcuaz 3G speed.After that I got confirmation msg for credit of 500 Mb to my Ac and plan upgrade.Then I restart the Data usasges and use 500Mb Data. As soon as o got msg of complition of limit of Data I closed my Data usaage.Next day I got Msg of ExceS's usage of Data. I suddenly call to Customer care He said The company is Calculatin total 1500Mb data usage and according the msg is send to you it will be rectified in the Nxt bill genaration.But as bill generate it comes according to total 1500Mb data uasage.Again I called to cust care this time this ledy tells me She can Waive approx 2000/- from bill of 3000/- you have to Rs.1000/- I said I havnt use excess data in first 1000Mb and Next 500Mb also why should I pay 1000/- extra. I said you update my data pln then only I used 500Mb I can pay the additional rental of Rs.150 not beyond that and Don't charge me for Whole 1500MB. Again I call them for reg this that I want to pay the bills Plz correct and resend the bills to me.After that Airtel has cut dowm my Outgoing facility and soon Incoming will also.Kindly help me

                  I am using Airtel postpaid connection for my Mobile and the "SO CALLED OPEN NETWORK" at my premises is VERY VERY VERY BAD (Can't express more frustration) and it tests your patience to the maximum. When checked in open network it shows excellent signal at our area which is a wrong info. You are simply fooling around the people with open network concept showing false information, but the reality is nowhere near by. After repeated calls/complaints from my friend (who stays in the same community) and me, they responded now saying that they are looking for a new site for the upgradation of the tower which takes 3-6 months. What is the point of keeping this connection and pay bills if we can't use it at my home?

                  For this reason, I thought I will get a landline connection and called Airtel (unfortunately) broadband to get me a Broadband connection as they provide the landline connection along with it. I have asked my previous Broadband vendor to get make the disconnection and requested Airtel for the new Broadband/Landline connection. The Airtel Sales Rep. has informed that they will give me a free wifi-router and landline instrument if I pay the 6 months bill in advance which I went for. During the installation, they did not give me the landline instrument and told me that it will be given in 3-4 days, which did not happen. I called again after 4days, they are saying 2more days and it will be availble this week.

                  Currently, Neither I can make calls from my mobile, nor the Landline. And, in the LandLine account, I see that 13Rs. as billed amount, not sure if it can happen without me having the Landline instrument, looks like some aliens are making calls from my virtual landline connection.

                  Even I am staying in the same community and I am simply paying 500 a month for no calls as there is no signal at our home ... Calls won't connect most of the times, if connected they get dropped even if not dropped the other person cannot hear wat we speak . Ultimately we cannot make any calls at home.
                  I have raised three complaints and they have closed two complaints as resolved without even contacting me and without addressing the complaint. The third complaint is in open state from last two weeks with no resolution. Am planning to change my connection and my wife connection soon . Enough of airtel's irresponsible behaviour and failure to retain an 8 year loyal customer .
                  We get lot more frustrated when we see airtel adds stating open and great network . It's simply fooling people . Stop spending on adds and start investing in improving your signal quality. This is our last attempt to make you understand the seriousness of situation.

                    This request has still not been resolved (almost 2 Weeks).AlreadyI had to spend almost INR 1000 for using internet on my phone due to this delay, and I am not able to do my official work in weekends.

                    Your best offer was rs. 225 in 2 gb 3g data . I recharge and receive only 1 gb data. Then i call your coustumer care and he told me to 1 gb day & 1 gb night. But your best offer my airtel no. [protected] is 2gb data. Not write day or night.
                    So i request you to give me full 2 gb data for 28 day.

                      Sir, i K. Aruna Prasad airtel costamar having 3 connections of prepaid. The signal level in my house no.1-80; Viveknagar Colony, Jillelaguda, Hyderabad, pin -500097.
                      The signal level is very poor in my house it is only -111dbm the signal strength measured through apps. Cell numbers regularly used are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Most of the time time signal strength is poor in my house. Even after going out hose the quality of speech is poor and call get cuts at times. Complaint was lodged with airtel still ther was only telephonic assurence but action and result of improvement was not seen.
                      Hence it is requsted to resolve the problem immediately.

                      I am using airtel mobile no. [protected] since 10-12 years and now facing frequent bad practices of talk & data balance deduction as day before yesterday I recharge the balance for 300.00 and then purchase data pack of 156.00 for 450 mb which deducted competly 300.00 yesterday, please check.
                      On Sunday @10:46 i was recharging my number [protected] using my airtel app with Rs 1498.0 transaction initiated but didn't complete. 1498.0 Balance from my bank account deducted. Transaction id is[protected]. I registered my complaint but still waiting for my balance.. Plz help me..

                          I am getting frequent missed calls and phone calls on my mobile no. My no. Is [protected] and the mobile number from whom I am getting frequent missed call and harassment call is [protected] the concerned person is changing numbers frequently and giving miss calls with different mobile numbers when I blocked above mentioned numbers. She is a married woman calling frequently to ask about her husband so also she mentioned on phone that her husband calls on girls mobile by purchasing new numbers and discard old numbers she also said that her husband cheated her even after telling that I don't know you nor your husband personally frequently calling me and harassing me and also calling on my mom's cell no. [protected] even after telling her to stop calling us she stays in Delhi and we in Mumbai as we have never seen her hubby nor her personally she frequently calls and harass us by giving missed calls on my and mom's mobile number.

                                Am using airtel broadband connection for last six years, recently I hve shift my residence just flats far from my old one.I requested airtel for shifting my airtel broadband connection to my new address by calling up customer care. Thy have said within 5 days your query 'll get resolved and shifting 'll get done, but till nw my complaint not got resolved its already 10 days got over no communication from their end yet to receive. Due to this am suffering alot. I can't able to pay the bills, my official got affected, I dunno what's the problem and dunno why taking tis much time for shifting for just 4 flats from old to new address.

                                  Airtel Call centre representative mis-informed me that my bill is too much, its around[protected]. They fool people by such false statements, and hence convince customers to increase the plan to 1599.

                                  Please look into the matter carefully, and try to enhance the processes by removing such fake calls to lure customers.

                                  It's disappointed to to hear from Nodal team also, as they have responded to my mail without checking the facts properly.

                                  Airtel's reputation is being spoiled by such Airtel teams.

                                    I am writing this mail to inform you that, I am not receiving any Bank transaction or eCommerce update related SMS on my number [protected].
                                    I have called customer care several times, emailed on the customer support I get only one reply that the issue will be solved in 48 hrs. But its been more than 5 months, the issue is still not closed, they give excuses that there is problem with my handset but i tried with other handset as well, the problem still persist. I have checked with my Banks as well, they have provided me evidence that SMS are being delivered from there end, but are dropped due to some network issue in Airtel.

                                        Reg: [protected]. on[protected] at 7pm while make a call we heard a voice that the balance is low, then we recharged Rs.50/- towards voice calls only, after 1 hour we make a call the same voice is repeated, also we noticed a SMS alert that balance is 0. to stop data SMS1975. immediately we sent sms to STOP1975. but they replied that it was not processed. How can you deduct the amount of voice call to Data Charges, In fact we never use any data by that time. even though we are not get any alerts or permission to allow to deduct such charges, Simply they displaying 0 Balance, after exhausting the amounts they alerting for recharging etc. Plz adjust the amount of 10/-+50/- =60/- is only meant for voice calls not for DATA. with regards
