    I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 10 september 2016 by contacting this number ([protected]), which i got from the pamphlet attached by airtel people in chandrashekhar nagar, nehru nagar main road, 2nd cross street, thoraipakkam, chennai, 600097. the airtel person has send one person with contact no: ([protected]) to my flat to collect the required documents, on that day itself. he collected photocopies of all the documents, took 1000 rs in cash for the plan, and our original rental document saying that he would take a photocopy of it and return us by 8 pm at night, and provide us with the connection by next day evening. it's 19 september today, but no one came to provide us with the connection and return back our original rental document. i have been calling these airtel numbers ([protected], [protected]) since past 1 week. whoever receives the call, they only say that "madam tomorrow we'll come"and most of the time these numbers are not reachable.

    Very sorry to say, but i didn't expect such worst customer service from airtel.
    I would like to say that i don't need broadband connection from you anymore, since it's too much frustrating for us to call you people everyday with absolute no sense of responsibility towards your customers and ask you to come to provide us with the connection.

    I request you to refund my money and return our original rental document in house no.94 in the above given address as soon as possible, before my flat owner files a police complaint against this airtel office no 101 bharathi towers, santhome high road, santhome, chennai - 600004 (map), as mentioned in the receipt given for the paid cash.

            Hi Team,

            I am using Airtel services for more than 1 year. I want to complain against the billing department of Airtel. I am observing that on every cycle they are levying extra billing charge and once I claim, they are sharing the wrong details about consumption. But this time I will not pay the extra bill for sure. It has happened with me many times but i preferred to pay every time. But for this cycle, I will not pay any extra charge.

              This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day I got the sim. The 'My Number' in setting shows UNKNOWN; the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

              I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN - no success.

              Called the 121 at least 4 times - they either are clueless ("EXECUTIVES" are a useless bunch) or promise to fix withing 2 days (someone was going to get back to me 15 days back - they never did). All that happens is a charge for the 121 call (I pay for AIrtel's POOR service and their 'executives').

              Should be an easy fix for a technical person with knowledge at Airtel.

                Nobody from airtel is looking into Ticket No.: 72918508. Without doing anything they close the request. This happen 2 times. Its been 7 days since I raised this request. 2 times engineer visited my home. But every time he came and said we are looking. Then closed the request without doing anything.

                    On 09.08.2016, i had raised an issue that there is no network coverage in my area i. E kundalahalli gtae, bangalore. I had also received a complaint ref num[protected]. But there was no follw-up on the complaint and the very next day i received a message which read-"your complaint has been successfully resolved". And i was also asked to reply to the msg with a yes or no feed back as yes would be for "satisfied" and no would be for "dissatisfied".. I had replied with "no".. Still there was no answer from these fake people. I received a bill amount of 1518 for my mobile num-[protected]. I paid it off. I received a bill of 2497 for my number [protected] and i decided not to pay the bill unless i receive a call from anyone directly from airtel. Each day i received calls from the third party vendors who called me on behalf of airtel and i said them them the entire thing. Each day there would be different people who would call me and i repeat the the same thing to all the people and this has continued till date. Today i have received a msg which reads that the bill for that number [protected] has been revised to 3746.44 (Nb — the data services to this number has already been stopped by the airtel people still they are hankering money from the customer).. I am not going to pay a single penny as i have not received the service worth being paid. These airtel people are chetas and i have all the proofs with.. I am going to put all the proofs in the social media as well as in the media. Let the people of india recognize these goons... These people are cheats. I want someone from airtel to call me and speak with on the same else i willput this in the social media.. I will port my number to reliance jio... And will also makie sure people from my office n community stop using airtel... I, myself own 3 numbers (Postpaid) under the same parent id.

                      i have applied for 3 airtel landine connection10 days ago .and the agent promished me that the connection will be done within 2 days.It has been over 10 days now but that agent daily says it will be done today.
                      how ever they connected one landline and told they cannot provide any more connections as they dont have the slot, so i asked for the refunt of my remmaining balance and the always say that it will be sent to your bank account, but now it has been over three months and they have not refunded my money.
                      i have even asked to manage the amount of 3400 in my land line bill but they have not done this also rather disconnected my landline.

                      I was a really proud costumer of airtel but this incident has changed my perspective about airtel.
                      It has become a fraud company with very worst customer service.

                        Its really disappointing in postpaid. Airtel doesn't shw details fr how much minutes we have used or left. Vodafone app gvs such details. Airtel must work on this issue. Even customer care doesn't gv actual detail about it. We must be able to track our call minutes left or used, msgs on daily basis.

                          I faced a problem with airtel about unnecessarily money getting deducted from main balance.
                          I went to official website of airtel i.e. www.airtel.in

                          Here I saw that there is an option of downloading statement for prepaid account.
                          I requested for statement and I received a statement in mail and also my main balance was deducted by 50 Rs.

                          But important thing is airtel website never mentioned that this service is charged.

                          I think Airtel is minting money by HIDING such information.

                            Starting issue is the internet is not working intermittently and to resolve this Airtel engineer visited 3 times but none of them was good enough to resolve the issue and situation got worse than beginning All three times airtel engineer did some technical jerk things to get this resolved and asked me to monitor for some time, As agreed Airtel was supposed to monitor this but they have closed the issue all three times without resolving it, also I have dropped a note many times but no one is even bothering to address or give a call to resolve this.

                            Details of Email communication & Request number has been raised to Airtel, I wonder if I have to just keep on writing to get resolved my issue, looking forward a quick response on this.

                                Whenever i get chance i never miss to tell them, that airtel is a company of cheaters and owned by favour named sunil mittal.

                                I live in gurgaon, and near udyog bihar a hub of companies and mncs. But my sms do not get delivered, call drop, call quality is extremely poor. And despite complaining hundreds of times, airtel is sleeping till reliance jio eats them and destroys...

                                I am not planning to shift jio just because of reliance 4 g promises but mainly due to laid back attitude of airtel.

                                    I was promised that there will be an executive sent to collect the documents for new airtel connection that is on (14/09/2016) but by the eod it was not done. When i followed up with the customer care i was told that they see no request being made also after being dragged for a week i find out that the same cannot be provided as there is no feasibility in my area.

                                    However i get a call from one of the custmore care lady stating that she will be sending the executive today. When called back for update she says that she has no idea and that the feasibility is not acceptable and cancels the call. I have called her 12 times for a clear answer and the all the time called i was disconnected.

                                    I want to know:

                                    1. Why is there such misconduct?
                                    2. Why did i have to go through an entire team for a week to get a reply that my area is not feasible?
                                    3. Why are not the airtel representatives aware of the port and blindly sending the executives to collect the document and the installation charges of inr 1000/-

                                        I have applied for airtel broadband connection and paid the advance 1000. After 15 days the airtel people told me that there is no service in my area and they refund my amount, till now i didnt get it moreover Now i got bill of 900 for service that is not installed.

                                        When I tried to call customer care they put me on hold for almost 23 Min. Then after they disconnected the line.

                                        If any one have pending bills they call every hour and they will send messages every hour. When it come to consumer money they will do like this.

                                        This is an ongoing issue since last year and no-one from Airtel addressed it.

                                        This complaint was raised last year and Airtel has not made any progress so far.
                                        When I am sending messages from my Airtel Postpaid number, it is not delivering to the receiver. Instead after sometime I am receiving a message saying htat the message has not sent and the message is showing it is failed.
