My name is Nagesh and I have facing problem with call rates with Airtel

When I was submitting my port request at that time the Airtel back end team calls me and assures mi that they have gave me the offer for call rate cutter for 3 months but its false promises they are doing three times and my call rates are as it is and its really frustrating. Please advise should I continue with Airtel or they will be really offering me good call rates to continue with them ?

    Hi,

    I am khanappa(land line: [protected]) using airtel broadband from 2-3 months.
    My plan is 8Mb/s and 30GB for month, the bill am getting monthly is 1300+ which is more than the normal price.

    And today the speed is very very low.

      Airtel Customer care is very bad……. September 2nd 2016 i would call to customer care for change my plan in post paid……. But they not response my call…… Still today, i call 5 times…… but they r not response my call… So please check customer care…… Today you are not response my complaint, i change my network….         Dear sir/madam,
        With reference to the above subject I have recharged rs 154 on September 8 2016 that time shown in my airtel app 1gb 3g/4/ for rs 154 and credited 500 mb that time I contacted customer care centre attended rasmi they told remaining 500 mb will be credited soon but not credited
        And second time I have recharged today September 15 2016 of 154 by checked in retail shop keeper mobile as 154 recharge 1gb data 3g/4g but credited again 500 mb and I contacted customer care attended Ravi he said application down

        It will be not I will go further for my claim

        Kindly do the need full and oblige

          Hi All,

          This is the complaint regarding my airtel number [protected], i opt from postpaid to prepiad. Visited the airtel store which is 6 km away from my house., after submitting the documents airtel store guy asked me that sim will be activated with in 2 - 3 days. After two days, my Postpaid sim got deactived and on the other hand my new sim was not activated.

          Contacted their customer care, wrote email, till one month they did not had any answer for this. When i wrote to their appelant authority they told me wrong sim was given by the airtel store guy and asking me to visit the store again and submit the same documents. Mt concerms are why should i visit the store again?This is the mistake at Airtel site, in giving the old sim and identifying the cause. If they had identified it immediately then i would have viaisited the store but this was the negligence at their side. So sim should be deliverd at my door step.

            My Brother Mr. Pramod Reddy has recharged Net Balance of Rs. 157.00 2gb data 3G service 2 days on 9th of this month. And again he recharged Rs.29.00 for net balance carry forward purpose. But, in his Airtel App no details are mentioned as he did recharged the amount. Nill Data Balance is mentioned. After that I, his elder brother, decided to complaint in my local Airtel office at Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. But, I decided to complain here itself because,
            there also very worst service by staff members. Getting very irritating by those people. Please give me justice regarding this.

            A customer representative from Airtel Company called me on 18th Sep., 2016. regarding the issue and is very negligent & didn't even tried to resolve the issue. He was very rude & not even listening to what I am saying. I should get my money back or credit my data back again. I didn't get any data service for even single day. I tried to chack balance using USSD codes but it didn't show any balance. I want this issue get resolved ASAP.

            Sorry !! problem was not not yet resolved. They called. But, When I am in traffic they called me. I told them please call me after 1 hour. But, after that no call from them. Till now no response
            Sir I bought a airtel sim No[protected]U. and mobile No [protected] worth Rs50 from a retailer providing valid Id proof Aadhar card No XXXX XXXX 4732 on date 09/09/2016.               I am facing a tremendous network problem in my flat. I have complained several occasions to customer care without any result. My current complaint number is ref13424085.

              I got the below reply from one of your member.
              "i would not recommend disconnection or port out as we are surely working on a larger solution to resolve the connectivity issue. Airtel has a superior network coverage overall with many other benefits that you get with no other competitor. I hope you understand that there could be an issue in few locations however airtel provides the best network coverage across the city".

              Now a days we are not even getting a single point of network. It's really annoying. We are not staying in a forest, koramangala is being one of the reputed area in bengaluru and we dont have network coverage. This is very poor service from airtel. Look at your adds, all are fake!!!

              Now it's time to move out! And remember i am not the only one going out. From now on i will inform everyone about the network issue we are facing and will convince them to move out of this airtel.

                  I have wrote mail to activate "safety custody mode" when i flying to another country then said to paid all my balance. so i paid all my balance. next there is a mail from airtel payment assistance says you have to pay bill for this month. i wrote again to [protected]@airtel.com I have already informed to activate "safety custody mode". but we didn't get any confirmation from that department so we can't help. please pay your bill they said. then finally i paid all my balance and exit from the Airtel service

                  4 days has been passed but no response from Airtel.
                  Is providing very worst 4g service at bhubaneswar and odisha..and they are charging high value amount for 4g service.but browsing speed is very poor like 2g speed.they are saying and advertising with in 5 mts movies can download.one of the worst network Airtel.

                  Please cancel these license of Airtel..these companies are lotting public money.

                      I applied for a new broadband connection on 22 June 2016 and gave a cheque of 1000 rs. I was denied for connection on 28 June 2016 but the cheque was debited from my account on 5-July 2016. I am continuously following up with airtel customer care since last 2 months for refund but no satisfactory result.
                      Everytime a new excuse is being given by customer care. First I was told that it will be automatically refunded within 30 days. Even on complaining to customer care, I was told that my complian is registered but on checking next time, it was not registered. I am following with customer care every week but still to be resolved. Now I feel harassed totally by Airtel and no option left except complaining at consumer forum.

                      I was also suggested to raise a request for refund at airtel refund portal http://www.airtelonlinerefund.com/ on 29-Aug 2016. Again No status/ update received from Airtel on the same.
                      On complaining on 3-Sep-2016, I was told to send details on WhatsApp no "[protected]". I sent cancelled cheque photo along with other details but no action/ response yet from Airtel on the same.
                      Next time I was provided a new complaint no as [protected]. I provided all details along with bank account no, IFSC code
                      I received a call on 11-Sep-16 from customer care to provide account details again as details are not available with them. I asked them why should I provide my details again and again when I have already provided so many times. I was informed to call to nodal team.
                      When I made a follow up last time on 13 Sep-16 to nodal officer at landline no[protected] which is available on airtel website, it was again transferred to customer care only. Now customer care informed me that they do not have any update on it on their system and asked to give them my account statement. How can they ask for a consumer account statement? On countering it, I was told that they will check with their finance team and come back with a solution on next day. When I asked to transfer my call to Nodal officer, It was denied by customer care.

                      Today on 15- Sep-16, When I again tried to call to nodal authoity no and appelate authority no [protected] with my account no or landline no, It gave a voice message that this account no/ landline no is not correct and calls are getting disconnected.

                      Airtel has made all its efforts not to refund the amount and harass its customer as much as possible.

                      I request not only to refund advance payment but also to charge penalty to airtel against customer harassment atleast by 10, 000 rs.

                        I recently booked a broadband internet plan on http://www.airtel.in/broadband/.
                        Then I received a call from Airtel (Truecaller showed it with name Airtel) that Mr Gaurav Sharma will be contacting me for further details.
                        Mr Gaurav did call and asked me to whatsapp him my PAN card and email address. After doing the same, it's been 3 days, Mr Gaurav does not pick up my calls.
                        I think it's a scam and they misuse the ID proofs.
                        Same happened with my flat mate.
                        Any help would be appreciated.

                          I have terrible network here in Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore. I raised a complaint but the complaint request was closed without any action. I called customer care to escalate the issue but their supervisors were too busy to address it. They told that they will call back which never happened.

                          Airtel guys are so pathetic. Perhaps time to explore other service providers like Vodafone or Jio.

                          Airtel is taking customer for granted.

                          I got a call from customer care yesterday and I explained the situation. He mentioned that he has noted the complaint and will ask team responsible to work on it..

                          Today, I received a call from Airtel (I can provide number if you need it). He said whether issue has been fixed.. May I ask you - does issue gets fixed on its own? Don't you know what you did? While talking to the guys, voice disturbance started and eventually call dropped. This guy never bothered to call back. I called this guy but his phone was always busy and then I received this message that necessary action has been taken.. tell me what necessary action you took.. my call got dropped while talking to you guys.. is this how you solve the issue? It's really pathetic.. Airtel is pathetic.. big talks and no action...

                              Worst customer care service ever.
                              I'm highly disappointed by airtel. After being such a old customer, they treated me in such a bad manner. First they didn't answer my phone and disconnected 3 times in a row. When i complaint about this, they disconnected again. Can't believe how pathetic the service and now i really want to port my phone service.

                                    This is to inform you that there is a serious problem of network accessibility in Old Mahanagar Lucknow my area which is in the prime location of lucknow. I'm using from last 4 months and from the starting i complain so many times regarding this but they don't resolve my problem.                                       I had rs.120 in my balance account and 500 mb data balance till yesterday night before i went off to sleep...today i switched on my data at 11 am and did not browsed or used my phone since then as i was in my class...just the net was on and ireceived 2 watsapp msgs and 2 mails...and when i stepped out of my class at 1 pm..my balance was rs.0.00..customer care says dat i used heavy amount of data with a speed of 21 mbps...i dint evn touched my phn all dis while...i want my money as well as data balance back
