Respected Sir,

Seasons Greetings to you, and this email finds you in Good Health.

This email is written not only to notify about the grievance but the amount of sufferings we face day to day with poor airtel signal in our area, our area which is a suburb of Hyderabad. The name of our area is lake view Colony in Pragathi Nagar of Hyderabad - 500090. This area lies very close to a beautiful lake named Ambir Cheruvu. From this area I Sathish kumar. S represent the Vaishnavi Perfect Towers, Secretary. It is no doubt that Airtel is the best mobile/Telco service provider in terms of 4g Signal and the best Network Clarity for the World, but not for Lake View Colony Pragathi Nagar. The Reason being -the nearest Airtel tower is atleast 4 km from our apartment radius. There comes the beautiful story of Network service providers including airtel ignored the basic rights of Mobile signal in our area fearing some unknown political reasons, which only god knows. Yes there is no mobile tower in lake view colony, and still our area lives in dark ages.
For better ventilation and away from the urban crowd i have purchased a flat in this area in 2009 without knowing the problems of mobile network signal. A billion Thanks to Airtel when it took lot of guts to provide us the landline connection in our area, I have so much of grattitude for that, I have a airtel landline connection from 2010 to communicate with the outer world. Earlier I had a tata docomo mobile connection till 2015, I have number ported to Airtel for the only reason that I already have a landline connection with Airtel for more than 8 years Based on that I am a special customer for Airtel, so it would be easy to get good services, I request for mobile signal boosting or a Network signal repeater to be installed in my apartments, for the very reason that more than 50 people use airtel connection. Infact I have told to incurr the device charges, But in Vain.
I got a clear cut message from Airtel that they are not going to increase the signal or provide a Mobile signal booster device, I have literally begged Airtel in various cases with service requests, the point is that they dont say a "NO", they deny amicably by ignoring my emails or simply say "your mobile is not reachable". It is a basic common sense I am requesting a service for betterment of mobile service, which already denotes that I dont have a mobile service in my area, so always I have provided my landline number to be contacted. I have raised many service requests all have been sent to recycle bin by your customer support executives.
I have only one ask, being a timely payer of mobile and landline bills, I would like to have mobile signal in my house premises, and its my right to have it. I am begging you/pleading you to provide it. I work for a multinational company in which i am not getting any business calls when I am at home, which is indirectly playing a role in my career growth as well. Please prrovide a mobile signal booster for betterment of 50 people using airtel connection in our Vaishnavi Perfect towers association. Other details please find below:

its 2021 now and still same issue in pragathi nagar, kukatpally 500090. We have to go to balcony or have to go out to receive/make calls. No proper mobile signals in pragathi nagar. idk which mobile network is good in this area. Airtel, BSNL, jio nothing works.

    Not provided broadband connection even after payment

    Sir, I was charged 1000 rs for the installation fees of broad band but not yet provided with the service and the executive is not taking calls from then. On asking the airtel office they are irresponsible of him and don't know his whereabouts but the payment has been made as per airtel records and they are not sending any other executive from their office for the same...

    Myself kamal sharma, ([protected]) here is a corprate office named globe capital limited (8A, 1st Floor, Ashoka Chambers, 5 B Rajindra Park, Pusa Road, New Delhi-110060)with working employess 50-60 persons in which 16-17 people using airtel network, we are facing very poor network connection from last 7-8 months.please solve this problem otherewise we will switch some other operator

      I had attmpted twice recharging my wife's cell number [protected] in the name of V.MEENALOCHANI twice on 08.09.2016 & 09.09.2016 for RS.120/= each time but failed both time. Neither my SB account had been recredited nor my simcard uploaded for the said amount. My email ID is

        A sum of rupees 150/- was paid to airtel company for online recharge to prepaid scheme on 07/09/2016 asper transaction id no [protected]. But the same amount has not been credited into my airtel simcard till date. The complaint in this regard was already booked by online ref number pr[protected] on 08/09/2016 at 12.08pm. So my problem not settled as on date. Please help me.

            Dear sir,
            I have been using your broad band services for over 11 years and suddenly i get a message that I have used 8 GB, where as the house was locked for over a month.. After much communication, Mr.Sarahth Misra cofirmed a back end server problem and promised to replenish the 8 GB. Next minute we get the intimation that we have consumed6.5 GB.I get auoto generated replies to my tweets, only the names keep changing.I have enough evidence that the usage of some other consumer is being billed to me.I am fed up. Promises of visit of officials, but no body comes Every month the 8GB gets used up in 2 days.We have no speed.We doneot down load any thing.If you can do some thing please do

                Hi, this is Mr. S. Srinivas from Andhra pradesh having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                  we facing networking problem there is no sims which have network here only cdmas sim could work but now there is also slow and we think airtel 4g is better but he's also didn't have network so i request you tu build a tower here there is too much space for your tower

                    Hi, I am very disappointed with the international roaming pack that I took for my travel to US. I took it at Rs. 4999 per month for a one-month travel. I activated the pack on 5th Jul 2016 and deactivated it on 3rd August 2016. My last international roaming usage was on 2nd August when I was travelling back to India. I was under the impression that my billing cycle was from 3rd of the month to 2nd of the month because this is what the customer care had suggested to me when I explained about my travel plans. In fact I had changed my billing cycle from the earlier 20th of month to 19th of next month precisely because of such a suggestion. However I see that billing cycle has not changed to 3rd to 2nd but has changed to 2nd to 1st. And so the international roaming call that I made on my last travel date abroad (2nd August) has got included in another month. So I have been charged another Rs. 4999 for subsequent month as well. Despite multiple mails on this, no one from customer care seems to be able to understand that should be reversed from my bill.

                      Last more than 15 years i have airtel sim card no as [protected] . Previously also against this no i have sim card from airtel galley at andherei east chackala . Since said sim card was not funcationing hence i have paid rs 30/- with given duly signed zerox copy of my adhar card & photo to airtel galley at shanti nagar andherei east . They are given me new 4 g card. The sim is stop with in 2 days . I have visited both andherei east galley . They told me this prepaid sim card no [protected] . Is belong to mr jitendra it is shock i have sent emails, sms to airtel also talked with them but they are not ready for same . It is wrongly keying mistake from airtel staff . Also it is crime offence !! hence kindly take require action with them

                      i have received email reply. also today afternoon ms m singh nodal officer Delhi is contacted me. she is told me that against my airtel sim no as [protected] is given before 08 years to Mr Jitendra Parikh. they are not ready to give me his contact address, telephone no details. i have sent email to midc police station andheri east for the same . up to last month i have recharge against this my no. approx per year i am recharing rs 5000/- x 8 years = total rs 40, 000 plus rs 250 last month means rs 40250/- i have recharge the same sim card no as [protected] & mr jotendra parikh is using this amount. since this sim card prepaid hence they can not transfer the same without custmer permission, . it is cheeting & crime done by airtel staff. hence it is require first me rs 40250/- by crossed cheque payable to mr ganesh c kamat name, then i will think whether i will utilise the said airtel new sim card or not ? i have sent this informer to nodal officer with copy sent tio midc police station andheri east mumbai 400093 regars ganesh kamat [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                        My name is kishorkumar MS, I had requested for porting my [protected] from tata docomo to AIRTEL postpaid 3 weeks ago(14/8/16) with plan of 399.
                        * 600 National SMS
                        * 80 minutes Local calls.
                        * 960 STD calls.
                        * 1 GB 4G/3G data( As AIRTEL agents told me that i would get 1 GB 4G/3G data and unlimited 2G data per month for next 6 months )
                        So i chose AIRTEL, i had been calling AIRTEL agent regarding sim activation as they were taking long time to active but AIRTEL agent(Tele caller ) had not been responding my call so i raised the complaint against them through 198 customer care, they had not taken any action, somehow SIM has been activated on 6/9/16 but the 499 pack has been activated instead of 399 with
                        * 180 Locals calls
                        * 300 National SMS.
                        * 640 STD calls.
                        * 1.06GB data.
                        so again i raised the complaint against that agent and spoken to his manager but they didnt responding well. i raised complaint more than 5 times through 198 customer care and AIRTEL complaint care [protected]@in.airtel.com. They have not provide any complaint acknowledgement number. i asked customer care's manager and they said like they cant provide me the acknowledgement number and there is no free data pack and disconnected the call . again i made a call and they said all my complaints had been deleted. they are wasting time and i have been frustrated with those bad services. Please take the action against this worst service provider, here is the recently raised complaint acknowledgement[protected] and [protected]. and those agent and managers numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                        Dear sir, i am lokendra kag from village salikheda, post katkut, tehsil barwaha, district khargone, m.p.my village and home town is a big problem of signal strength. you check the network problem in this area.
                        Please provide proper strength and proper network it is very poor strength and very weak network. Internet speed is very slow and network go in minute after minute .

                          Hello,

                          I have raised a request to Cancel My no [protected] on 23-Aug and was mentioned that no is not with me right now it is urgent to cancel as some one is misusing this number.

                          They told it has been suspended and will be deactivated. But on 7th-Sep when I checked with Durga(Call Center Employee of 121), she told it is still Active. I requested to Transfer the call to Floor In-charge and Yamuna picked the call and she mentioned it will be deactivated with immediate effect and some one will give a call within 24 hours for confirmation.

                          Nothing happened, on 8-Sep again I spoke with another floor In-charge Manjula and she told it will take another 6 days..

                          Not sure what kind of process they have. If the no needs to get deactivated due to some fraud or miss use they need such a complex process.

                          Can you please help on this.

                          Thanks for your reply. Your Cancellation Team is making fake update and cancelling my request saying I have changed my mind or my alternate no was not reachable for confirmation and all.

                          I am Airtel customer from at-least 10 years but This is very frustrating. I clearly mention that Number needs to be cancelled on Priority basis. I called several times and getting No help on regards.

                          I spoke with your Call center representative 'Vignesh' and even Floor manager 'Kiran' again today but they are helpless it seems.

                          Please handle your customer with little sensitively.

                          This issue is still persist and No has not yet deactivated.

                          Your entire system is useless. They do not even care about Customer. Its more than a month following with you people and still number has not yet disconnected.

                          What kind of Resolution you are talking about??? When the number is still Active.

                          I got a call from Airtel Esclation manager Deepika(No: [protected]) but no use of that. All of them just say it will be done sir but nothing worked out.

                          Will you please make sure to get this number deactivated.

                          I am 6 year old airtel customer and company has trust issues with me
                          which is just ridiculous so many complaints made hardly steps taken

                                Airtel is not refunding the security deposit and left over amount in my account after I ported to Vodafone network. The store people are also not helping and they asked me to WhatsApp my bank details to [protected]but there is no response since past 10 days. Airtel is turning out to be one cheat company with network going from bad to worse and customer care is also pathetic. Please me getting my money back.

                                    I had an Airtel connection with number [protected]. Before moving for other provider, I told the customer care person to disconnect my existing service. But to my surprise, later after 3 months I received a bill amounting to 6k. I haven't used any data during that 3 months. Also, I requested the customer care to cancel my connection. Recently, Airtel send a notice to my mail with subject "FINAL LEGAL REMAINDER". Kindly, look into the issue.

                                      I upgraded to HD from SD dth on 28.8.16. Since then it was giving a lot of problem. Again and again it asks for inserting card. On 06.09.16 it completely went off and asking 'first installation setup'. When contacted customer care he asked It will be charged Rs.150/- for engineer visit. I already paid ₹600. When company device is faulty why shud I pay. When tried to complain at Airtel site there was no mail id given and when tried on complaint page it is not getting submitted. Total irresponsible attitude. Can u help?
