I have been a very long customer of airtel and as they are forcing all to discontinue iptv, i called the 121 customer to enquire about the refund and i was told the whole amount 1750 +500 =2250 inr has been charged as activation charges whereas i was told at that time if you disconnect you will be refunded the amount of set top box.
