    I today recharged my no [protected] (Airtel punjab) with 1496/- from my balance.. But company deducted two times 1496/- i. E 2992/- from my balance.. N they are denying to give me my money back.. Benefits given by 1496/- is same.. Thus 2nd is useless.. I done this recharge from airtel app.. It is also showing transaction only once i. E at 6:42 pm but money deducted twice.. I felt cheated.. Plzz help me to get my money back... Thankyou

    I just seen msg..i have recieved their message also only one time at 6:42pm(Recharge done on 30-Aug-16 06:42 PM, MRP:Rs1496.00, PF:1299.87, STax:Rs195.13, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs582.39, TransID:36113.[protected], Benefit:Instant 1GB 3G/4G 28days .Now for 1 year get 1GB 3G/4G 28dat just Rs53, 2GB 3G/4G at Rs95, 5GB 3G/4G 28dat Rs258)..how can they deduct my money twice..its very unfare..i will have to take help of consumer court..their customer care executives lied that i have done it two times..what the hell is this..why should i spoil my 1500/- ..its very big amount..i want my money back

      To get information on all available recharges they suggest to check it on by dialing *121# but after recharging a/c to the showing plan they used to activate another plan instead of that one.Even today I had recharging the plan of Rs75/- incoming call free for 30 days but after recharging they give m the plan of all local call 30 paisa for 21 days.After inquiring to customer care they told if you deduct that amount from your account (or recharge by calling to customer care) then it is possible for the recharge of 75/- otherwise you have to recharge 73/- for that benefit..I want to ask if it is not possible why you not mention this in the messages or offers you provide to us that this offers only valid for customers care or this offer valid to retailer.You should have to mention this.Even you also not cancel the existing recharge or also by not converting it into other.Its all your drama to make money from us nd nothing else.

        Last month i have paid amount 486 rs. And sudden this time bill rise 846 rs., this is not a way to give bill in rise amount, because check my last 4 month record my bill has not rised after 520rs., airtel company must have informed us in registered email id.

        Instead of sending various disturbance message airtel co. Should have preinform about their changes in rental. I would have previously stopped such services.

        I am unable to give above 400 rs. Thats straight forward statement to company.

        And heartily wish to stop my no. Airtel service as soon as possible.

        And if next payment come in next month iam not responsible for that bill at all.

          Hi,
          I had applied for a new airtel 4g hotspot connection on 22/08/2016 with the new connection mobile number - [protected] and until now the connection is still not activated. Am not getting any proper response from the airtel executive (Contract) mr. Raju (His mob:[protected]) and his manager mr. Md kiran (His mob:[protected]) who is very rude and does not pickup my call or he disconnects. Requesting the concerned to take stringent action against this manager mr. Kiran.

            Dear sir/madam, i am raghab. I am a new airtel prepaid national mnp customer who comes from airtel prepaid network. I had port-out my airtel network numbers to airtel prepaid network. But there is a problem in airtel port-in number. Now my problem is, after sucessful port-in i am not able to receive incoming and outgoing sms . There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store but after 10days no responce from them.

                My name is Sanket Gour, i have port my number from vodafone postpaid to Airtel.!! At the time of porting airtel executive told me, i will receive special offer "500MB 3G data" Free for six moth and after activate the sim they told me wait 2-3 days you will receive the data.!! But now 1 week completed but not received any data and when try to contact with that executive, she's only give fake response. Now i am fade up..!! I think Its my big mistake i have ported in airtel!! No one solve my problem, customer care told to contact executive who give me sim and executive told me contact customer care.

                Yes, you are shared details, and i have do all steps which you have mentioned but still its showing 2G internet.

                And when check using *121# its showing 3G/4G service not active on your airtel mobile.

                Now really i am tired from doing this things. If now also my problem not solved i will agin port number in another network.

                    I have recharged today of 449 which offer unlimited airtel but at evening shows 5000 minutes and offer is also not in the list. I have a screenshot of offer
                    I have got a message from airtel itself saying that 1.5gb data will be given against the recharge of 299₹. When i recharged i got only 1.25 gb of data. When i complained they talk to me very badly.

                      I had recharged my digital tv for rs.1158 (Six month pack - south max tamil sd pack) on 07, june, 2016. So, its validity expires on november 07, 2016. They suddenly blocked my dth service and asking to recharge for rs.200 as minimum recharge to reactivate service. As i'm a common man earning hard to survive, how can they steal from me.

                      I am suffering from huge problem I port my this no. from Voda to Airtel for better network but there is no net connection calling error call drop lots of problem rectify as soon as possible other wise I am bound to take legal action against u in consumer forum.

                        Airtel Representative called and said since my digital tv account is not recharged for few months there is an offer on my account. I will have to recharge for 1285 to get one year subscription for my existing package. Within 30 minutes i did the recharge and the offer was not activated, post that i had to call customer service to get the offer activated which took another 48 hours. Without my knowledge the existing package was removed and they changed a different package.

                        Now customer service is stating that the offer is not valid for the current package and would be changed to a different package.

                        I have reached out to Airtel customer service via Call, Email, Facebook Message, Nodal Team & Appellate Team and still no resolution.

                        I was using this number since long time and suddenly my sim is stop working
                        on 28 july 2016 . so now i want to reactivate this sim, because i want same number .
                        Very Bad service I have given request for converting my post paid connection to prepaid connection because of high billing . Even after 10 days the issue is not resolved. I have contacted the nodal officer for resolution of complaint but still no improvement.

                          Today i installed my airtel app in my moms mobile and i saw a notification in offers it was showing for 298 recharge 3 gb data. No terms and conditions show in application.So i recharged through net banking and after recharge i got a message your number has been recharged and 1.5 gb has been credited. I got shocked and i called customer care and one lady picked up and she told me that other 1.5 gb is for night usage. I told i don't want 1.5 gb for night usage i'm not a night user other wise you should have shown your terms in recharge window.She disconnected the call. Again i called their customer care and a lady called neethu picked up the call she also repeated the same thing. This is pure cheating.These people are doing this things because indian consumer law is not strict. Many people would have fallen in this kind of cheating by telecom companies. Nobody have time to react to this kind of things. So i'm doing that. I'm scared that they are gonna cheat me in big level.Mobile number is - [protected].                           I have been recharged twice on 23 August 2016 for Rs.1000 and Rs. 200. But airtel Dth sows not received. So please confirm receipt of transactions wich made through paytm. Immediate action will be appreciated. Otherwise my airtel Dth conception will be deactivate.

                          Every time i want to go on any site it redirects on airtel oti site, get sick from it. Fix it quick please.
                          I also recharged 1 GB 2G at Rs.96 for 28 days on 28.9.16.But, I got message after recharge for 600 MB for 14 days.
                          In many occasions, I recharged with the Airtel offers and finally I found I was cheated.TRAI should take action against these types of frauds.

                            That's what i am doing since i enrolled for airtel prepaid mobile.
                            Firstly i would like to inform you that i have been using airtel sim on a simple phone, which dont have gps nor any internet facility.
                            But than since i have started using sim, i am paying 1.5 rs per day for using mobile tracking service (Which i never activated), almost have paid 25 to 30 rs till now.
                            Called customer care, they told to go to nearest customer service centre to get the service discontinued.
                            Got the service discontinued (Got confirmation txt too) and then instead of feeling relieved, after few days, 1.5 rs started to deduct every time switch on the phone.

                            Called customer care right now. Got to know the service might still be activated. And i was like how can they still continue the service even after i got confirmation message regarding discontinuance of service.

                            Moreover other problem is, the national messages being sent from my mobile automatically... According to them i am sending messages to some number and the best part is i dont know the message is being sent by me.
                            The message gets sent automatically even when the phone is ideal and balance gets deducted.

                            Ghost is using my phone i suppose?

                            Plz solve this problem and revert me the unlawful amount deducted by you
