That mean she said yes you can get the cash back for the scheme rs143=1.5gb/3d. Next day (25.08.2016) i was used approximately 1gb at nearly 04:45 am to 05:15 am. But i can not get cash pack for using 1 gb 3g data. I called again to the customer about 50 percent cash for using 1 gb 3g data. First attend by customer care officer selvakumar. He transfer the call to his senior officer rajesh. Mr. Rajesh said you can not get cash pack for this scheme. He said this is hot offer. I asked how it is hot offer?
He (Rajesh) said it is not a ordinary pack. Then i asked how can i know about this scheme dialling *121*11#. And 121*11#.

Press 2 for 143=1.5 gb /3d. He said again we can not give cash pack. And again i called customer care attend by mr. Ruban. He transfer the call to senior officer la. Kavitha. She also tell same. That mean can not give cash pack. Here my request is give 50 percent cash pack for using 1gb 3g data. And here after mention the 50 percent cash schemes in dialling *121*11# 121*11#.

I would like to thank Airtel Team for positive reaponse.
I would like to inform that as advised I have submitted the fresh documents and I have been given fresh SIM for the same number and been told that SIM will be activated within 48 hours but till now the sim has not been activated and its more than 48hours. Ondialing the number it says outside coverage area and on calling Airtel Customer care the representatives are unable to fetch information on the said number as the same is not active. Please advise
