Bharti airtel executive came and collected money from me when i informed him that there is no feasibility for the connection at my place, but the executive Mukesh, ([protected]) came running to my place on 20.08.2016 to collect the documents and showed me pictures of the dp box saying that there are two slots and I will provide you connection on 21.08.2016, I also received a confirmation message from airtel that my connection will be activated with 72hours so i got my other working broadband disconnected as I wanted to use airtel. And this guy stopped answering my calls and on 24.08.2016 I called airtel and i was told that they are doing wiring and once done they will activate the connection and then on 25.08.2016 i receive a call asking if my connection is working fine, when ther was no connection. And no i'm told there is no feasibility and hence they can't provide a connection.A round of applause to Airtel on how they are also turning into a fraud company .

    Respected Sir madam, I am interested to installation of tower in my land at Arphal phata Satara lonand Road, tal - Dist- Satara. Our village population is more than 3000/- people.. Besides my land is petrol pump, Restaurant and Two Marriage hall.we are facing lots of problem for Network and Range..There is no single tower in our area so lots of problem for range nd internet..so I am interested to give my land..my total area of Land is 10.5 SQ MT I.e 10.5 gunta..my area is 10 km away from Satara city..

      Tried 6 Times in the Airtel Offices, Submittted My Documents 3 Times and Visited Two Different Airtel Office. Gave The Tele-Verification 4 Times. One Executive Told Me That Verfication Done Your Sim Will Be Started But It Didn't. Another Executive Told That The Details Has Not Been Updated Then What The Other Executives Were Doing. I Lost My Money And Time After Your Worst Kind Ff Service That Says It Is The Best Of All.

      I talked atleast 20 customer care executives that cited only horror stories.
      I think I SHOULD TRY OTHER GOOD TELECOM OPERATORS THAT CARE ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE IDEA AND VODAFONE

        Hi,
        I port my number airtel to vodafone. Now airtel ask me for previous outstanding but i allready paid all amonut to airtel and my new vodafone card is activated from last 3 months.
        Vodafone deactivate my number due to this reason. I word with airtel store but they did not give me any valid solution else not to talk on that part. They mainly ask for only bill.

            I had made a request for broadband connection on 18th July, 2016.
            Airtel representative collected the money from me and then they vanished .When I made multiple requests and complaints then they bothered to tell me that they would not be able to provide me service. I filed the refund request so many times but they are not responding me. I have submitted all required documents to them. In fact, I would call customer care and they would say that your request is processed but it is taking more than a month for them to process 1400 rupees. I am attaching all the screenshots for reference. If they cannot provide service, they should tell it before collecting money.

              I have a land at prime location of bathad village parwari teh. Banjar kullu himachal pradesh where my villages pepeople want to install one airtel tower because there is only one tower in banjar its not connecting my three panchayat. If you provide the one tower here it can provide coverage to all the villages people in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the line of sight. Because now a time everyone suffering network problems because there is only two network available (Bsnl& relince) all those network not covered whole areas so i have one of location that help to connect to all gusheni bathad areas its only on near in my home.

                I downloaded my airtel app.
                then i go to my jackpot offer.
                where i saw that download wynk movies app and watch a movie on eros now channel and get 500 mb night data.and second offer watch a movie ob hooq channel and get 500 mb data free. and
                then i downloaded wynk movies and register on it.
                then i also watches movie on hook channel and erosnow channel for more than 10 seconds
                but did not get 1 gb data.
                but after doing all these things yet i haven't got any data so if your company is not fullfilling their promise than why you are saying like this
                please give me my benefits.

                  I am public sector Bank senior Manager having sim no [protected] while i am working in Nizamabad, Telungana. subsequently i was transfered to Pondicherry Branch where the no become Roaming. hence i could not actively use the no. I request the local agents for help which is not materialized. Is it possible to use the no as without roaming in tamilnadu circle.

                        I have taken a postpain connection for hcl corporate bill plan 85rs. After a month got a bill for 155rs. When i asked customercare they were saying no such plans. Agent who sold sim to me saying its available. Then customer care asking me to provide sample numbers who are in 85rs bill plan. How come a customer get others numbers? How come customer care can ask customer to provide somebody else number? Is this the way airtel treats customers confidential numbers.? After long followup they agreed to change the plan for 85rs. But they say i have to pay for the bills generated already. From today aug 27 onwards my bill plan will be in 85rs. Next bill ll be prorated basis it seems.
                        Worst experience. Frustrated much with airtel. For gods sake someone pls help

                          I Have purchased new postpaid sim in the month of March plan if Rs. 599/- and they have assured me that your bill will never come above this, however till today i have received bill nearly Rs. 1000/- without any details, they provided the details where they charged for some international sms and calls which i never used also the numbers are not in my contact list - SO THIS IS FIRST CHEATING" After that i lodge the complaints multiple time even in FACEBOOK with regards to NETWORK ISSUE however till date NO- ONE BOTHER TO RESOLVE THAT CONCERN- SECOND CHEATING AND FRAUD" i have changed my PHONE AND SIM As they directed to me however still the NETWORK ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. FURTHER I AM YET TO RECEIVE CALL WITH REGARDS TO MY COMPLAINT MADE IN FACEBOOK. SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY AND GOVERNMENT SUPPORT THEM. UNBELIEVEABLE.

                            Where do I start I have no words to express my self that how much cheated and humiliated I feel because o[censored]nresponsive service offered by Airtel and with repetitive complaint no action has been taken so far. Will try to write down all the issues which I have been facing with Airtel

                            1) My internet usage - According to Airtel I have to pay inr 2000(approx) for my internet usages charges. When I asked them the biffocation they told me that inr 200(approx) is the monthly rental and inr 1800(approx) are the internet charges. But I have been asking Airtel for the past two months that when i was under my allotted 1gb data usage why have inr 1800 been added for which they have credited inr 1075. But my question to Airtel company is why should I also pay extra inr 800 when according to your representative i have used only 835 mb data that month which is under my allotted limited. Also I have been facing my billing issues with Airtel for a long time for which Airtel was providing me a internet consumption message. So my simple question is why should I pay extra inr 800 and this also make me wonder that weather in my previous bill same thing might have happened and I didn't notice which means there is no transparency in the was Airtel circulate its bill.

                            2) Last Bill - After the above mentioned issue I decided to discontinue my internet pack from.airtel and asked them to.discontinue all my internet services. So for the last 2 months I have not been using Internet from Airtel and my last month bill was Inr 300 which is acceptable and according to my usage but for this monthy bill is inr 1200 can you also provide me the justification how come my usage have increased 4 times than that of my previous bill.

                            3) Number disconnect - I have already raised this issue last week to the Airtel representative to which he assured me that till the time the above mentioned issue regarding internet is not resolved your number will not be disconnect by why has been my no disconnected from the last 3-4 days. I have been having so much issues who will compensate me?

                            Kindly Airtel reply to.this answer as no reply have been received so far when I raised the same issues via email

                              I am an Airtel broadband band user in Bangalore, Karnataka. I had taken a new connection from them for Rs.899 + Rs.99(landine) = Rs.998(total) but in the bill the bill they charge me Rs.2200.

                                When I get a call from Bangladesh, they do not show the number as a Bangladeshi number, they show the number as a local number.I am fetching two problems here.
                                1. When I receive a call from BD, he or she who call me is charged a lot.Because there is no option in BD to make ISD calls.

                                2.It is my main problem.When I answered the call, then I get realized that it was not a local number.Then it is my duty to call the number back.But the question is 'how'? I don't have the proper number to call back, I only have the fake local number which was showed in my mobile.

                                Also Airtel do not send me any message to inform me that my ISD promo is over, for this, before, I was charged about Rs.200.

                                Don't we have any right?

                                    My Name is M Avinash Singh S/o M Arjun Singh R/o Hyderabad, Telengana Mobile No: [protected]. I have Recharged with RC109 with Aitel Network on 11th Aug with Transaction id#: 59483378. It was an daily offer on my mobile containing 1GB 2G Data on my number. The Recharge was successful but i'm unable to use the data (Internet) from Day 1. When i contact Airtel Customer care, They gave me many reasons like settings in your phone is not proper and they send me settings instructions and i followed it and found out everything was in place. Than again when i contacted them via mail at [protected]@aitel.com. They said signal in the your area is excellent quality may be your indoor signal is poor. Than i published my complaint on Social media (Facebook) and they told me use another handset may be your current handset is having problem that's why you may be unable to use your data balance.

                                    Thus, They have lot of excuses like this but no solution to my problem. I think they are playing with customers money and time. They don't value customer money and time and they don't address customers complaint seriously and act upon.

                                    I request you to please take necessary action on them, As they have troubled me alot from last 15 days without proper answer to my query and not addressing the issue seriously.

                                      I have using My Airtel Number [protected]. I moved to London for a year. I took my sim along with me. I was receiving all the message to my number. After 3 months my number has been deactivated without informing me. Airtel should have informed me before deactivating it. When my friends in India requested for the same number to Airtel showroom agent, they are not ready to give it.

                                        My sim no is [protected] is a prepaid sim with lifetime validity which am using for years as recently since months am on roaming so was unable to use it i guess last 3months back i used. Today when i inserted it it displays No Sim Available and on calling the same number it says dial a valid number. Hereby request you to reactivate the sim and provide me with the procedure for doing the same as i called to the cutomer care they said not possible. Please look into the matter considering the long standing customer of Airtel. After your positive response i would be able to use 4g services

                                        Company first called me personally on my alternate number took details from me then side by side they were updating on this consumer site too on this issue and further they mailed me solution within 2-3 days from [email protected] that I can again get my fresh sim for same number by submitting documents at airtel store. I submitted and they told me that it will get activated within 48hrs. Although it took more than 48hours to get activate approx 4-5days but finally got activated and am happy I got my old number activated back.                                         I would like to inform that as advised I have submitted the fresh documents and I have been given fresh SIM for the same number and been told that SIM will be activated within 48 hours but till now the sim has not been activated and its more than 48hours. Ondialing the number it says outside coverage area and on calling Airtel Customer care the representatives are unable to fetch information on the said number as the same is not active. Please advise
