Broadband not working from last 1 month

I am Airtel Broadband customer from Aundh Pune area. I have logged in 2 tickets with airtel for frequent disconnection of broadband. I loose connection every 5 -10 mins. However, the issue is not resolved yet. Every time i call, i get same response that cable is damaged but company is not replacing the cable due to municipal permission. Airtel has to fix the issue. I don't have broadband connectivity and not getting service for the bills...

Errorcode:6 is shown even after recharging and the amount is being deduced from the account on a daily basic according to the plan from august 4 but there is no service for the past 6 days tried calling customercare but as usual no reply fix this problem as soon as possible . I have been enjoying the service of airtel and have been recommending it to many friends too but the service from airtel has degraded from excellent to very poor for past 45 days atleast for me You can check my previous complaints over the customer care first it started when i recharged for 199 and used 2gb and the internet never worked...
