Not taking care for deactivation of services which was not requested

Airtel deactivate my number - why?

I want to know why airtel has disconnected my mobile no. Even though it just used 20 days back. I provided proof of my uses to airtel but still they are not supporting. All the time they are replying we are looking into this issue, i want to know form airtel for how many days you look at issue.
