I had chose airtel MyPlan for 3 numbers in my family by transferring from prepaid to postpaid at 23/7/16. The numbers were one by one getting disconnected and reactivated in postpaid.
I was told by the representative that the prepaid balance would be carried forward when I receive my first bill.
I had received my first bill, but the balance was carried forward only from my primary number, my secondary number [protected] had a talktime of around 300 rupees, but it did not carry forward.
I have made several complaints regarding this matter but with no resolution, today I made a call to 198 and they say I have never registered a complaint at all, and when I was arguing about this matter, the customer rep cut the call just like that.
I was furious as I was being transferred and put on hold for about 25-30 minutes today and about 15 minutes the other day, all for no use.
I demand a refund for the balance I had in the aforementioned number for the postpaid account relationship number [protected] (Primary no.[protected]).
