Did not received any call fot more than 8-9 days.
And suddenly received a call stating that there are feasibility issues in my location.

Then for the Rs 1000 that I paid for installation, they told me they received only 500. Till today I have been following up for the same and every time a different person calls and asks me for same details.

Not got bundle offer

I email many times but issue escalated to department and then finishes . I also wrote to appellate authority but does not happen it is request to see it on priority basis.

Balance cut

I have done recharge on 03.08.16 evening at 6.18 PM from my mobile number main account for the Airtel 3G service via their Airtel portal. The option showed for 1Gand 30 days validity. But after deduction of amount the scheme given to me is rate cutter that too for 3 days validity. I have contacted customer care and made complaint but the response from them was ithat I have done wrong and they don't have such offer....

In best offers on my number on application it showd "102rs 1gb 3g 28 days"
But when i recharged this scheme i just got the data with 2 days validity.

After speaking to customer care about the problem they were not ready to accept that i actually saw the scheme with 28days validity, i also have the screenshot of the details but still they were not ready...

Regarding call un- genuine call rates charging.

I am using a post paid connection of Airtel.
And service provider has updated me regarding the call charges of Airtel 2 Airtel is 0.20p per minute but they are charging to me 0.30p per minute.

After logged the more then 50 complaints in - 121 CUSTOMER CARE- NODEL TEAM- APPELLATE TEAM, no resolution I found from their side and I am following from Feb'2016. And Now I am E-mailing them but they are also not replying...
