I ported my number ([protected]) from docomo kerala circle to airtel postpaid maharastra circle (in sep, 2015) and then to airtel prepaid gujarat circle in april, 2016. my number was ported and was working fine for about two months. it stopped working from last 1 month, i enquired the same from customer care, they said they don't have any data and cant help. i visited the airtel store from where my number was ported, he said the number wasn't verified so the number is blocked permanently.
As per records, the number was verified from my friend, and the proof of same is that my number was ported and was active for two months and i recharged it also.
Then I got new sim around 17th sept from jamnagar airtel office (had to go 35kms thrice and gave documents and photo twice). I did recharge of 200 on the same day. Unfortunately today morning it again suddenly stopped working.I contacted customer care and jamnagar airtel office but didn't get convincing reply from them.
I expect airtel brand to solve the issue ASAP without any inconvenience to me.

Updated by pallavi9 I had already sent mail to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com 2 days back. I got disappointed when I didn't receive a single mail from a 24x7 customer support promising company and that too Bharti Airtel Ltd. When I called customer care, they are saying that go to the local airtel store, we don't have your data from past few years (shocked me as I'm a regular user of the sim). Went to the store and they are saying we've forwarded mail to a senior and waiting for a reply. I don't know how can my number gets blocked 4 times (I mean once, twice, thrice and now 4th time). I really need a strong step from AIRTEL to get back my faith in the company.
