There was a problem with my DVR set top box and after many complaints, the set top box was replaced 2 days back after paying Rs. 750 towards replacement. But even after 2 days, services have not been activated but my daily charges for my package are being deducted. Every time I contact the customer care or the Hadapsar(Pune) branch Airtel DTH Office[protected], they say it gets resolved in an hour or two but nothing happens...

After few days when I want to check the call balance i.e., no.of talk time mins used by me, Airtel is informing that it is not possible. As per what they stated, a postpaid customer of Airtel could not have access to his call detail until the bill generation. And sarcastically they call themselves an open network......

Surprisingly today by 11 am 2.7gb used or charged by your company for using 3 hrs of videos.

Normally with MTS it will not be more than 300 me data where as your company is over charged me. Kindly check and refund the data.

but i got only1 GB net balance and 2gb night data which i don't require and didnt ask for .
why are you doing something other than what you have said
i have not recharged for any night pack n all.
As per my recharge and what you have said in your mobile app, i need my benefit of 2 gb 3g net data....

I have been using my Airtel Number for Past twelve Years and Airtel Deactivated it without any notice saying that its inactive even though I was using it regularly saying that it is inactive. I would like to have the same number back, as i have many dependencies using that number.

To convert my 4g wifi-hotspot postpaid to prepaid, i spent half a day and filled request, submitted id proofs and photo (For photo, i dont know why the bloody is required, i searched for photo shop 1 hour again with my little boy) and got receipt. He told to call 59059 for activation once my friend (Reference) received confirmation call. He should have verified my alternate number properly.

Data services & balance deduction
