Im using Airtel for the past 5 years and I now got a problem with the networ I send port request for change other network but am not getting any single sms from the network and i several time send port request for change network but they did not response me and not give port I'd my number is [protected]. Surly I want to change the provider Airtel.i need port I'd please make me to move.

I did a data recharge of Rs 148 after checking availability of extra 400mb 4g/3g data benefit on[protected]. But only regular 600mb data is credited. I am yet to receive extra benefit of 400mb data that I am eligible to get.

    I recharged my airtel mobile [protected] online for Rs 102/- on 31/07/16 for 3G/4G datapack of 250 MB. The recharge was done thru' netbanking. proofs are available.I got confirmation from Airtel immly. confirming the above credit. Evening when I started booking a cab in uber, nothing was comin, the datapack was not on. When I checked the balance it was showing 0 under internet. Again and again I checked up in the night on 1 st, only zero balance came. (surprisingly the Rs. 9 recharge for 1 day pack of 35 MB was working well earlier several days.)
    Whether it is swallowed up wantonly or it is a technical glitch I don't know. Let them Rectify the mistake andcredit 256 MB for 28 days or credit my bank a/c .

      Resolution was not given at all, how some another will return my money back, airtel system should have some maker -checker function so customer do not by mistake also recharge another Number .

      Airtel should be able to refund my money back or they should not do business itself.

        I m receiving msg for outstanding bill amount 1000+ but i hav convertrd my plan postpaid to prepaid. I visited airtel gallery they was saying u didnt apply for prepaid plan. And i was using that no only for internet u can see that. Didnt use that number from last 2 months. I apply for prepaid due to internet was not working properly. Then told after 48 hours your no will converted from postpaid to prepaid. So please vaive my outstanding balance

          I was select the option no 1 (see the attachment) but the airtel reply me to Rs77 ke recharge offer anusaar, 7200 Local Sec, aapke airtel a/c mein credit ki gayi hai. Second balance *123*157# par.

          I was 4 to 5 time but they no accept my request to register my no in complaint.

          So it's airtel system problem so I want my 77 Rs return as early as possible

            I have been using Airtel WIFI and postpaid number - [protected] in corporate plan from Jan'16. I have lost the WIFI & number on 19-July-2016.and i have raised a compliant on Arumbakkam Airtel office on 30-July-2016 (token no : T054), stating that my old one was lost and please stop the billing and i will the pay the amount on pro data basis. As i have bought new Airtel wifi (token no : T011)and new postpaid number ([protected]) on the same showroom with advance rental plan by paying 4000. Later on i have received the bill for old number and asked to pay full amount which i told already raised the request to stop. but executive did not close it on same day. Now i am getting multiple calls from Airtel threatening to pay the amount 1087 (for old number). they are not understanding if i want to fool them i would have gone for other vendors when purchasing new wifi. but instead i went with airtel wifi.

            Even now i am ready to pay the amount used from 12-July to 19-July on pro data basis.
            Request some suggestion.

            today i have received the ebill for 11-July to 10-Aug. Please confirm whether the action has been taken from your end and stop this ebill.

            Airtel — Beware of airtel Please don't take an airtel broadband connection.

            They only act like good up-to if you are customer, and you want to disconnect your connection for any reason, even due to their inability to provide the connection to your new location they started charging you by sending bills for the non connected account is .disconnected account and they will threaten you to pay for it...

              Hi There,

              This is Tanneru Venkata Sai Rishi, I have applied for prepaid to postpaid connection from airtel in the same circle itself. it has been 40 days since i have submitted my application, my network from the prepaid sim has been removed and there is no network on my postpaid sim since then it has been a "Month" since I am experiencing "NO NETWORK" on my sim. please reach the concerned department and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              I am already vexed and cannot send any more emails, i have already contacted your customer care centre several times in this month and there is literally no response from your end. I have also sent several mails regarding the same. no one is even bothered about the issue and its not been escalated. please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. as it has already been 40 days I am experiencing this trouble and still no network on my SIM. I don't know why does it take so long and you people don't even care although all the documents are clear and all the formalities have been completed successfully.

                We have corporate connections with airtel. Our billing cycle is 25th of every month. I am requesting an e-bill for the month of July-August since 26th August for which i received a reply as, it takes 48 hours to generate an e-bill. Its 1 week now i am repetitively requesting for the same but there is no response from airtel team. Our relationship number is [protected]. In reply i received a bill of last month, bill for one single number and a wrong bill of another organization. Is this the service quality of airtel.

But 400mb not available in my account, your executives told like i have used 325mb when i called them with in 5 min after recharged to check data availability. Even i didn’t on my mobile data from 28thaug. And i have called twice to your executives but i didn’t get correct solution. No one not picking my call today (1/9/2016). One more query why website shows like 400mb for rs.101?. But recharged only 325mb in my account.

                      I had called the customer care at 12150 and asked them to disconnect my connection on 27th Aug and refund the balance amount (Rs.425). However, they did not do so. I called again on Monday, 29th Aug to customer care and they said it has not been disconnected yet and so they will do the needful and someone from Airtel will contact me within 4 hours (Now my balance had reduced to Rs.390, whereas my dish was lying disconnected since 27th). But again, nothing happened!
                      Today on 1st Sep, I called again and they have again said that it is still not discontinued and now balance is only Rs.355.

                      I mean look at this company fooling customers and stealing their money...

                        I have given a Airtel 4G(128K) sim wid no [protected]/[protected]u .The one and only facility is given in this no is 4G internet.Bt around four days it can not be able to register on network.The data is given is 2GB.The limit is also not crossed.Btit suddenly stopped and still not registering on network

                          Quite frustrated with Airtel's Tariffs and services too.
                          I went to airtel store for transfer of my corporate connection to personal name.
                          They charged me Rs 25 for new sim issuance whereas operators like Reliance JIO offering LTE services free..
                          so if Airtel is charging for the SIM like this then what to say about other tariffs.

                            Airtel says its has network everywhere.

                            It's false. I have been facing different issues with airtel network in karnataka state .

                            First issue.

                            when i try to dial a number i cannot connect to it. I cant hear either a ring or a busy tone the call just gets disconnected.

                            second issue.

                            when i am on call in every 10 to 15 sec of gap there will be a one way audio. Person on the other side can hear my voice by i can't hear there voice. It has been three days i have complained to airtel. still the problem is not resolved.

                            This make be feel airtel is so irresponsible.

                            Unless I request more than Rs 39 has
                            been deducted from my number for Airtel IR99 VAS service and it's not displaying in active service as well. Since I m out of country unable to contact customer care . Hence please deactivate the service and refund my deducted amount.

                              We have a Airtel prepaid number of [protected] where we always recharge good amount of money..however all the money was deducted by Airtel in month of March and April 2016 and they did not provide any justification for that when I called them, so finally I am switching to other service provider as this is getting worse during these months.                                         My Broadband and Landline connection on ₹ 999 with a subscription of ₹100 for Landline calls that I took on 28/29th July 2016. I took the service as per the web page which is reproduced in the attached. As per the web page I was to be provided with 8 MBPS speed for 60 GB. But I get a speed of 2 MBPS only.
                                        I am regularly getting the calls from your customer service asking to go for the next plan of 120 GB at 8MBPS. I fail to understand why I should to do that when the service that is promised in your site can not be met with.
                                        I took Airtel, because of speed and Volume after discontinuing a better service provider who was giving an internet speed of 4 MBPS but 10 GB.

                                        Never I was told even at the time of taking, that I will be provided with 2 MBPS only and now they say my plan is for 2 MBPS. If that is the case, why the webpage at your site http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband/plans
                                        Shows 60GB at 8MBPS for my location.
