    Raised request on 28aug. Nvr received callback. 30aug eta changed to 2sept. no callback, had to call cc. call from Bangalore central unit for transfer on 2sept confirmed will b done in 5 days. I ll b in China from 9sept tll yearend. New tenants might misuse & I shouldn't b charged. Sr:72203478. Called cc, system down. Can't help. Mostly Dc on ivr waiting for 10 mins

      I mistakenly have recharged a wrong number '[protected]', now i need to transfer the amount of 1000 back to [protected].
      Pleasae share the solution as soon as possible.
      This need to be done very soon else the person might use all the amount and it might not get rtransferred back we have also tried with 'WRC (WrongNo) (TransID) (Amt) (CorrectNo) Send To 59109' but it is giving no keyword found message

      We have not got any resolution yet just got a call from your end saying that you will be looking into it. Still no refund is made neither 'WRC (WrongNo) (TransID) (Amt) (CorrectNo) Send To 59109' was working which available on your site.

      This is disappointing regarding the information which you are providing on your site.
      Please look into this on priority as already 4 days are passed since the issue was raised and we didn't got any solution yet.

        My number is [protected]. I have raised a MNP request from Airtel Chandigarh to Airtel Ahmedabad on 29th Aug 16, and on 1st Sept 16 i received a msg as that your no will be ported by 2nd Sept 16 23:30. And my UPC was AP381678.
        Then my old SIM blocked on 1st Sept night so I replaced the new SIM in the mobile and I am calling on 59059 to activate it
        But “ cellular network not available” is sowing on mobile screen and call getting disconnecting.

        Now it has been to days my portability is not activated yet and phone is dead from last 2 days.

        I have called several times on Airtel customer care ( Req. no[protected] and they always saying
        “ porting is under process and due to technical problem it is getting late and will be resolved by the day end.

        MNP normally does not get this much time now I am sick of service of Airtel.

        People are saying Videophone is better in Gujarat still I port my number in to Airtel but it seems I was wrong because of this worst experience.

        Can anybody will help me to out of this hell.

          In roorkee uttrakhand bt ganj is the most populated area and an airtel tower is hosted here in between all the residents i am also suffering from some problem like headache and noise pollution caused due to generators and the biggest problem is radiation caused due to harmfull rays there is also a danger of tower falling of tower from building as it is located on one of the oldest building of roorkee . It is my humble request to remove all towers and take strict actions

            Airtel does not give customers a way to reach out to customer care services to provide support.

            They have cleverly made all their data or recharge plans in a way so that customer has to forcefully keep on rechrging.
            It does not end here.they nake the data or any rechRge drain out soon so customer has to recharge multiple times. For example for 2 min they drain out about 11mb of 3G.

            THIS AIRTEL SCAM HAS TO STOP. All they have is their fake advertisements.

            AIRTEL also has cleverly made thier data and recharge plans .This is how they are making money and showcasing some stupid advertisements.

              I recharged my airtel no [protected] with Rs.102 from retailer for 3 G data validity for 28 days as I got offer message. But as per message the validity period of 3 G data is 28 days but I got only 2 days.
              So please either return my amount in terms of balance or provide me 28 days validity for using the 3 G data as mentioned in the message.

                HERE is Alok. no-[protected]. i have recharge for this number, 101 for 1 GB 3G data for 2 days . But when i stat to use then i shoked speed is worst, any site open in 4-5 minutes and second page impossible. when i complain that please check this then they said i have registerd your complain and solution will come on 5th of september . i said please return /refund, i will use other company service, they said no i will never refund. what is solution ? only I don`t want ur service now, worst and fake...

                  My airtel DTH customer ID [protected], was suspended for more than 3 months. Every now and then I got calls and received SMS from airtel for recharge with no. of different offers. Similarly on 25Aug16 I got a call from Nihal Sharma, "Special Janmastami offer for you, Recharge by Rs110 within 15 minutes and get 6 months validity." I recharged within 10 minutes but DTH was not activated. I contacted Nihal Sharma several times. First he told me it will be activated by 11pm, then by 12pm. next day within 48 hrs but it was not activated till 29Aug16 when I contacted customer care and it was activated. But daily burning rate was deducted during that period and offer was not fulfilled i.e. validity was not given for 6 months, only recharge amount Rs110 was given to my a/c. I have sent no. of e-mails and had conversation with airtel DTH representative but offer was not fulfilled. This is not the first time that airtel has cheated me. On Nov12 I recharged my DTH on a offer "Recharge by Rs1220 for 6 months and get 6 months free." But I got only 3 months free validity. On Nov15, Dec15 and Jan16 I recharged my DTH by Rs207 each as I got SMS every time stating that recharge by Rs207 and get 1 month validity but never extra validity was given. Validity was given only for Rs207. Request to give offer validity of 6 months as told by airtel.

                    Yesterday night I received a message that my mobile number has been successfully ported from Vodafone to Airtel. Today morning I Called 59059 to activate my number. But after that Airtel Network on my cellphone is gone forever. I called 198 twice to solve this from my friends Airtel Number. I visited Airtel gallery in the afternoon. They told me that it will be activated by the evening... Still problem not solved. I have missed many important calls because of this. and I am not able to call anyone because I am using only this number for calling purpose.

                        I had a landline phone cum broad band connection (ph.no[protected]. the phone never/ rarely worked. last month while paying the bill in cash (at cash deposit machine ), i told about my complaint at same airtel office (housing that cash payment machine, but again one another month has since elapsed, my said phone never worked and bills are raised, where as i could make /receive any call.

                            I want to give my land for Airtel tower company.. As here is no tower in our area and we are facing lots of problem such as connectivity and range.. My land is at Arphal phata tal - dist Satara..From Satara highway my area is 10 kms and our Area population is more than 3000/- people..I have my own land of 10.5 Sq mt I.e 10.5 gunta..besides my land is petrol pump, hotel and two marriage hall..Plz install a tower as soon as possible as we have no network of any company..I am ready to give my land plz contact me as soon as possible.

                              That is my own property and you can cover very big rench of network crom there. I have big place around 20 feet by 60 feet and hight of 30 feed surround houses are lower then that and quit open place where your cunstomer will get best network.
                              Even if you want more high we can go for it also.

                                I ported my number ([protected]) from docomo kerala circle to airtel postpaid maharastra circle (in sep, 2015) and then to airtel prepaid gujarat circle in april, 2016. my number was ported and was working fine for about two months. it stopped working from last 1 month, i enquired the same from customer care, they said they don't have any data and cant help. i visited the airtel store from where my number was ported, he said the number wasn't verified so the number is blocked permanently.

                                As per records, the number was verified from my friend, and the proof of same is that my number was ported and was active for two months and i recharged it also.

                                Then I got new sim around 17th sept from jamnagar airtel office (had to go 35kms thrice and gave documents and photo twice). I did recharge of 200 on the same day. Unfortunately today morning it again suddenly stopped working.I contacted customer care and jamnagar airtel office but didn't get convincing reply from them.

                                I expect airtel brand to solve the issue ASAP without any inconvenience to me.

                                I had already sent mail to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com 2 days back. I got disappointed when I didn't receive a single mail from a 24x7 customer support promising company and that too Bharti Airtel Ltd. When I called customer care, they are saying that go to the local airtel store, we don't have your data from past few years (shocked me as I'm a regular user of the sim). Went to the store and they are saying we've forwarded mail to a senior and waiting for a reply. I don't know how can my number gets blocked 4 times (I mean once, twice, thrice and now 4th time). I really need a strong step from AIRTEL to get back my faith in the company.

                                  Number is [protected], airtel have blocked the airtel money account related to this number, it has got so much of balance, and simply they have done this. Such a fradulent company should be shut down and no one should use any services of AIRTEL bharti. You cannot confiscate the money of customers just like that unless there is a valid reason to do that. I have not used the account for few months so could not check it, does not mean you will block the account and take the money entirely.

                                  Totally fradulent services of airtel money. I request all o[censored] to beware of airtel money and their cheat fund system.

                                      I have been informing that the below mobile number doesn't belong to me and I can't understand from where my email ID us linked to this mobile number [protected] .

                                      I keep in receiving mails and messages, personally visited your services center at Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, called the customer care to update records but none of my efforts seems to be attended to.

                                      If this is not resolved then i will ensure this is put up in Newspaper. I hope this time my request will be attended to.

                                        Dear service team,

                                        Hi, this is Mr. Ganapathy from chennai having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. Mr. Srinivasan from coimbatore gave his Sim and I used it for the last 3 years but the mobile was lost yesterday night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                                        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.
