Total number of sheet attachment here so pls checked the number agent's payment
And open the number as per commitment durgapur city center store, so please open the number because i am allready business hamper amount (Four lakh rupees) two month no payment because this problem is youre sim network latching 350 number is gprs rental amount 350 total loss amount with service tax 488000/- as per youre service regarding gprs connection.1st time sim activation to till date 40 number is not working and another 40 number is one month working so pls help us... This problem already know that each and avery strap to manager. Airtel durgapur citycenter store.

    It is to inform you that i had deposited the necessary documents related porting of my airtel no. [protected] from delhi ncr to up west (From airtel to airtel) on 11.08.2016. I received a sms that porting of number completed on 19.08.2016 at 23:30 hrs. Accordingly my old sim has been de-activated on 20.08.2016 at 11:00 hrs. From your side.

    I had continuously following your customer care representative and the person with whom i have deposited the documents for activation of new sim but sorry to say the no body has given me any satisfactory reply.

    Till date i. E. On 22.08.2016 at 10:30 am, no network is coming on my new airtel sim where as your customer care representative was telling that within 4 hours of de-activation of old sim, new sim starts working.

    I found that the services provided by airtel as far as porting of number is concerned very poor. You have not provided network on my new sim even after 5 days have been passed after de-activation of old sim. No updates is available from airtel side.

    Kindly look into the matter.

      I have submitted my documents & advance amount of rs. 5970/- to the sales person named kamal pandey (Mob[protected] while taking the airtel's home wifi service on 2nd july 2016 for the initial plan of 10 gb data at rs 995 /month. On 9th july i called customer care to change my plan to 30 gb which is rs. 1995/ month as 10 gb was not suffice my need.
      Everything was going good, till i receive my first bill dated 24th july 2016 of rs. 7783/- i called the customer care to adjust the advance amount paid by me at the time of taking the installation & the balance rs. 1813 will be paid by me. But to my surprise neither did i receive the revised bill, rather their credit collection team started chasing me to pay the full amount. Then i made the payment of balance amount rs. 1800/- deducting advance & i wrote mail to airtel's customer care mail id on july 28, 2016 stating my concern, to which they asked me the proof of payment. I submitted all the desired details but to vain all thing, nothing happened. I called numerous time prior to disconnection of my service to adjust the advance amount against outstanding but nothing happened. Over 15 mails were exchanged between me & airtel customer care starting from date 28 july to 19th aug, even i escalated the matter to nodal officer. Then i received call from ms. Simmi singh[protected] on dated 19th aug that issue is being taken care & will be solved by 22nd aug.in between these my service was disconnected on 18th aug, even i requested while issue is being taken care in back ground, that time pls resume my service. But it is neither heard by your so called customer care neither my issue is resolved till date while writing this complain.

      If this is the approach of airtel towards customer, even if fault is from their end as my advance amount is not posted in system even after providing all supportive documents & they are disconnecting the costumers service since last 6 days & also please note here that in this disconnection period they will charge full amount to customer even i have not used their service & will force to pay in full.

      This is a total daylight robbery as they are coming with excuses after excuses that this will be solved with in 72 hours so on. Mean while by not providing wifi service they will charge full rental after month end.

      Dear airtel - if your team do read the consumer complaints on this site please try to resolve as soonest & give me a call with deadline by when? Or else i will be forced to move to consumer court.

        Now a days i found out that airtel gprs service is harassing me by frequently time out my net connexion in my airtel prepaid no., [protected]... Even the data rate is not satisfactory when surfing a site. Connection keep alive is interfered by the company to my aforesaid number. Currently i am enjoying 3gb prepaid 3g with 347 inr.

        Kindly help as soon as possible to get rid of the problem. Thanks

            I khalid shaikh owned airtel no. [protected].
            I had requested to convert my no fr9m postpaid to prepaid on 16 july 16.
            I made my full balance payment.
            I have beeb issued prepaid sim card from airtel gallery santacruz by executive mr pawan.
            I am following airtel gallery people from last 1 month.
            My prepaid simcard not yet started.
            Sim not registered errors appears all the time.

            This is first time in my life i had bad experience with airtel from last 12 years relation with airtel with different numbers.

            Please do the needfull as earliest as possible as you are my last hope.

              Hi,

              I applied for a new broadband connection of airtel on 15/08/2016. The next day (16/08/2016) one person came to collect the required documents and activation charges (1000). The same person informed me that the installation will be done till 18/06/2016 or 19/06/2016. Even i got a message from airtel saying that documents and activation charges are received and with in 3 working days means till 19/06/2016. But no one came for installation till friday, so i raised a complaint on 20/06/2016 with reference no[protected] and i was told that the installation will be done till 22/06/2016. But till today (22.06/2016) i didn't receive any information from airtel, then again i called service center and i was told that now it will take around one more week for installation. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.
              I am using airtel postpaid from more than 5 years and i never faced any kind of problem with airtel. But this kind of behaviour is not ethical at all. Being a biggest service provider of cellular network and broadband provider this kind of response doesn't suit your reputation.
              This is the first time i felt the service provided by airtel in this case is totally pathetic.

              Hi Akanksha,

              Thanks for the response, but I am not satisfied with the response given by Airtel customer care team. Resolution is not the only issue here, the main issue is the commitment shown towards the resolution of this issue. Every time I called Airtel customer care, I got different responses. You people are terrible failed to assign the proper deadline for the resolution. Every time I heard different responses from different representative. If you can't resolve issue within 24 hours, then don't commit. And please do one thing, don't run behind money. Because in my view now Airtel is only focusing only on money not on customer satisfaction. First you should do initial analysis then collect money or give commitment. Your representative came to collect activation charges the next day of application, then you people told me that there is some cable issue and it will be resolved in 2 or 3 working days. Now it has been more than 10 days, but nobody from you technical team contacted me.
              So to me it looks like when you needed money you were running behind me, and now you people got money now you don't care about anything else, now i will have to run behind you.

                [protected] its a Kolkata prepaid no. Since few days..the rate cut charge has increased too much though we're connecting with airtel to airtel local calls .
                This is absolutely not expected from airtel service.. I would like to say that please clarify this problem as fast as possible and further it should not repeat. Eagerly waiting for fast response.

                    I never expected that i would ever write to you because i loved my airtel experience till 17th aug 2016. I had requested to relocate my airtel landline connection to my new residence which is within 4 kms radius on the 13th aug 2016. Reference no: 71629074 this get horrifying after that.

                    I get a call from patil on the 17th saying a person called santosh would visit my residence to fix the line.

                    In that excitement i call santosh to know by when he would visit my residence, then he says that there is some issue due to which he may not fix it today. But he would do it by tomorrow.

                    I called up patil, told him that santosh won't be coming today. Then he got it on conference n clarified. Agreement was to come the next day and fix the connection.

                    18th aug: during my busy schedule at office, i think about the connection as i require internet connection all the time at home. Called patil again in the evening, that guy gets violent on call and responds very rudely saying that please wait. When i told him that we had agreed that the visit would happen today and i would get the connection.

                    He responds saying it's not his fault and blames charan who is supposed to be santosh's manager. I called charan to know the reason for the delay. He answers and didn't speak, while i could hear patil shouting about my issue that i raised. Now charan disconnects my call and does not pick up even after multiple tries.

                    Called patil on 19th to check the status, he rudely responded asking why did i call him? I responded saying i want the connection to be given today.

                    His final response shocks me! He told, the lines cannot be given as there is no port available and i'll cancel your request.

                    I would say that he took things personally which i didn't like.

                      I have port this number from vodafone to airtel. And now porting process also completed. My vodafone sim stop showing network.

                      But yet i have not received new airtel sim from your side.! Airtel executive also not receiving call and not help out properly. So now what can i do??

                      My number is totally stop. Now i think is my mistake i have port in airtel..!!

                        Due to a technical issue, Airtel deducted twice the amount of bill payment I made for the month of June. Consequently, I received negative bill amounts to be paid in the month of July and August. They reached back to me explaining the issue and gave me 24 hours to make the remainder. When I asked to provide a bill with the due amount they send me an incorrect copy of the June bill. Unless I receive the correct bill with due amount, I stated that I won't make the payment. They barred the "in-coming" calls the next day. It is highly inconvenient that customers willing to pay their dues are being treated unfairly and made to suffer because of technical issues at Airtel. I have made the payment to get the services re-installed but this needs to be looked into seriously,

                          Please put a tower for a village which i have given below. Our village name is hijjinahalli, mageri post, sakaleshpura taluk, hassan district, 573123..in this village, our people are not able to get proper network.. So please install atleast this network.. It helps them a lot.. Even one proper network is not there. So i am requesting you to install a network there.

                            It is bring to your notice that, I already paid my outstanding bill amount
                            after porting (from Delhi Airtel to Mumbai Airtel), for your reference bill
                            paid confirmation mail & last month credit card statement attached.

                            I request you to please waive off the outstanding amount from my current bill
                            asap and call me immediate basis on [protected].

                            Note:- If paid amount is not waived off from my current bill immediate basis
                            otherwise I will go to the consumer court for such kind of harassment facing
                            since one month. I already made the couple of regarding this.

                              Subserv_celebrity rs 5x10.
                              Total=155
                              I contacted the airtel customer care. They r telling that its a value added service that i hav activated.
                              They told that it activates if we touch any link in d internet, but in my case, the service was activated when i did not even touch the internet the complete day.
                              I have no idea how airtel can activate such service without proper authentication? Pl deduct above charges in my bill period july-aug 2016

                                I have been using my number +91 [protected] from last 6+ years, i'm in abroad since 13/01/2016, i have recharged my number a day before i flew away from india, and i have found that number was not working from few last months, i have requested airtel executive about the status of number today, they just informed that they have deactivated my number on[protected] due to no usage and also they have mentioned beyond 90 days of no usage they would deduct rs.20 from the balance for service extension of 30 days, in this case it has been 3 months till now they should have deducted 20*3 = 60rs as i have recharged my number rs 500 earlier, i dont think my account balance ran out of money. Executive informed me that there were no account balance left before the deactivation and just informed he cannot assist me in this case as the number has been recycled already, i'm really unhappy with the customer service of airtel and this is not the way company like airtel should treat consumer who are using their service for 6 years. Please kindly help me in getting my number activated again.

                                  I got a call from customer care executive at around 1;30 pm today. Customer care executive said very quickly that, company is offering hellotune for free of charge, for that i need to press 5 two times. Then i cut the call. She called me again and same way misleaded me, and repeated the same. According to the customer care executive's direction i pressed 5 for two times. At evening i came to know my balance has been deducted. I contacted the customer care at 121, waited again at my own expense but could not reach to concerned department.
                                  I want my balance back. I have stopped the hello tune service this evening. Why i am cheated like this? How to get back my balance. Please check the recorded conversation between me and the executive. Please let me know how will i get justice?

                                      Hi,

                                      Pfa the screenshot below. It's been more than two months since i cancelled my broadband and fixed line connection for airtel. The last date i had used my airtel broadband was on june 14, 2016. I received 3 calls after making the cancellation request. I mentioned that i am switching to a better isp provider and also moving to a different location. The customer care folks kept annoying me and compelled me to continue with the same connection. Nevertheless i strictly warned them to stop the nuisance and they ended up by saying that my connection cancellation request was immediately accepted and was effective since the same day. I. E. June 14, 2016. The screenshot is to show that the last airtel bill i had to pay for the month of june was rs 890.67 and i have already made the payment in airtel.

                                      During august 12, even after cancellation i received a sms notification and an email to my registered number and mail id ([protected] and sreeram.[protected]@gmail.com) to pay the outstanding bill of rs 1781 for the month of july. I immediately called to the customer care to intimate this. The person wasn't aware of my cancellation request and asked me to narrate all the incidents that happened again for his verification. I also was annoyed by the customer care person who called in return by quoting the same outstanding dues and also insisted to use airtel broadband for my new address and i again had to warn the person strictly. I have already done that and today i have received a call [protected] to make the outstanding payment. Why is your network so annoying and irresponsible? All i wanted was nothing but a waiver as i have no faults from my side. I tried reaching out the customer care number again to register another complaint about the same but there was some problem in between the automated voice... Why do you people keep annoying again?

                                      I again request you people to waiver the connection that got cancelled on june 14, 2014 and stop annoying me with such messages.

                                        Recharged for 375 + 100 on 21st august and subscribed to my plan 99 with telugu topup max hd topup and maa hd topup and two days they deactivated everything and no refund also. I never saw such crap services than airtel. Acc no [protected]
