3g services not active on my sim

I have called 7 times in a day regarding the issue i was facing of net getting 3g network on my sim to the customer care but nothing happened so far, customer care executive who attend my call assured me to resolve the issue with in half an hour.

I have logged in a complaint in may for frequent disconnection and after that i have logged complaints 4 more times but till today it is not been resolved... I asked for disconnection of the broadband and landline on 21st of july and they called me from a special team and asked one day permission to get the problem resolved on july 26th... The same guy called me on 27th and said they have resolved the problem but i have the same issue......

Two times the engineer has visited at my location, after getting visit they told me "not to worry, will solve...

Worst service in shifting the landline from one location to another

We have shifted from one location to another within chennai. We have asked for cancelling the broadband connection from airtel office, but were advised that they can help us shift the connection. It has been nearly 20 days since they have shifted the landline but we have not got the connection yet. We have called the customer care "121" more than 10 times and also few of the staffs known in airtel office. All we are getting is only unsatisfied...
