Disappointed by the sales team in bangalore!!! On 30th july 2016, airtel broadband connection sales executive mr fayaz ([protected]/[protected]) took rs 600 as installation charges for new broadband connection and also told that within two days installation will be done. But it's more than 15 days now and still the connection has not been done. I tried to call mr fayaz many times but he ignored my calls.. My serial number of the pef on installation counter slip is : tblr7170722. This is very unprofessional behaviour from airtel. Please make sure installation is done asap.         I bought airtel sim in June 2016 and I am having network issues since July mid as it shows on the screen of the phone "no service" since past one month. I called up customer care agent and he said that there is issue in my area's tower which isnt certainly true as I could not access network even in other locations. This is sheer misleading in the part of the service agents. I am facing a lot of problem due to no network as I am unable to make any outgoing calls and recieve the same. Pls resolve the problem asap else I will have to change my number and spread a bad word about the same with addition to it take a legal action for the same, since you guarantee a full time service availability to the customers.

          Myself manmohan sharma ([protected]) using airtel postpaid connection from last 4 to 5 years of panipat, haryana. Since two last 2 months i started facing problem with my data connectivity so discussed with customer care but permanent solution was provided so i decided to port my no. When i sent the message for portability to 1900, i received a call from customer care with their intention of my retention. The customer executive said the problem will resolved with in four days. So i was happy...

          That was just a lolly-pop... Just after 2 days, i started facing new problems. I received so many missed calls from some of anonymous international numbers ([protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]). All these numbers were auto-redialed by my cell without my knowledge. The duration were ranging from 15 min to 2 hours...!!!... Then what happens everybody knows the piled up biillls... As soon as i came to know about my high bills i called customer care to check and take action they just said wait till the bill is generated.

          After bill generation airtel customer service started calling and harassing me to pay that unduly charged high bill amount. They started mental harassment and torture. I asked them to deactivate my international call facility and block call receiving from international numbers, amazingly they refused and bluntly said to pay the bill otherwise your services will be debarred. All this solved their problem of my retention,... Until and unless i pay the bill my number can't be ported and now there is no action for my problem of data connectivity... The actual problem from where the story started still prevails...!!!

          After a lot of heated communication and emails they recommended me to take new sim of airtel with the same number but first i have to pay the bill. Even after discussion with their nodal officer (Jayaprakash singh) there was no solution. I told them that i will pay my bill of all domestic calls, i requested them to check my all the calls, earlier there were no communication from my side to any of these numbers. I told them to check my call and bill history, i never had such a high bill and these numbers in my call history. But there was no response from their side, other than single statement of "pay the bill otherwise your number will be debarred. And they did it now... The fu... Rs.

          Their nodal officer always send the same email in reply of my all mail that"your problem is noted, we will investigate and ensure this not happens to other customers in future". But what about me...???... Are we here to get f_c_d up always and you the same statement to all your customers. They did't solved the actual problem but created a new problem for me. Where is transparency as they say with some fukre's in their tv commercial... Everything is for money.

          They did't solved my initial problem of data connectivity. First they say wait for bill generation we can't do anything, then they say pay the bill we can't do any thing and now they bedarred my all mobile services and now calling me everyday, causing me mental torture, harassment and threatening of judicial action for not paying the bill. I request if any one of who is reading please guide me for taking legal action against airtel.

                There is issue of tower in my village patti, post office dasaut, samastipur, bihar.
                The signal strength for voice calling is about 1 or two in outside but when i enter in the house the signal strength becomes zero. So please solve the issue. I have complaint the customer care regarding this but no solution for the signal regarding. Due to this problem i can't use the internet and other services.

                There is no response from the customer care.
                I can't connect to bundle menu in *121# etc and can't recharge through voucher while doing so I receive a message "error occurred (538) plz try after some time . what should I do

                    My self sagar chaugule, i was using the airtel mobile no [protected]. This number is registered on my sisters name ms deepika chaugule.
                    I was continuously getting higher bills than my uses.in april'16ihold its bill n talked with customer care regarding the bill amount that time they ensure me that i will not get such bills in future again. I told them incase i will get such huge amount of bill again i will not pay single penny. & i paid 2000 rs against bill of 1655.97 of march'16.in april again i get the bill of 1988.33 & in may i get the bill of 1973.01 though my rental was of 799rs.in mean time i lost that card in june.
                    Now i have received the letter from airtel showing my pending bill of 4577 & asking to pay or they take legal action against me. I really want to use that number & want to genuine customer, as i am for the other operators. But its like blackmailing that i have to pay whatever bill they will send. Please help me to sort this out or surely i will be ready to face the legal actions.

                            I am using airtel broadband past 10 months. Airtel broadband not working for the past 30 days.Problem started in july second week.ADSL line not stable.Internet often down.I made around 20 complaints to airtel broadband but no use.15 times executives came from airtel they checked the issue and say issue resolved but issue starts again once they leave my home.They changed wires 5 times, splitter changed 2 times. Finally, Wifi modem also changed but issue not resolved. Useless engineers from airtel.No technical knowledge.Most of the time internet down.Waste of time and money. Airtel gave me discount on rental but how to continue this broadband connection when its not working for most of the hours on any day.

                                I received an unwanted call from no +[protected] @ 11.13 am
                                And my phone is charged with rs. 8.27 for data charges.
                                It seems the number is / emanates from airtel
                                I do not understand how the call is originated and why i am charged,.
                                Pl revise the charges at once.
                                Also avoid unnecessary calls from 91-1400 * that comes frequently.

                                  Airtel iptv shutting down operations from 31st Aug making many users in delhi forcefully shift to dth platform. We don't want to continue with airtel dth from iptv and new dth or other iptv cable service will result in major costs. Now if iptv is shut down then we want refund of all initial charges which will be required to be paid to a new vendor of services

                                        I was offered for 1GB at ₹96 on 11/08/16 through message to my number [protected] and at evening I recharged through PAYTM.com but was recharged for only for 500 MB instead of 1GB. I met the same problem with AIRCEL but after complaining it here, within three days I got the balance data. I need the problem to be solved very soon. I need a payback or to be recharged with the balance data.

                                        Thanks for the website which helped me to get my data back.I was phoned by the customer care after a day of complaining. He told me to dial a number.After dialing it, a message showing that I have 643 MB (the remaining data) appeared.So once again thank to this website and the airtel company.

                                        This issue is usually from Paytm and not from mobile operator. Paytm does such tricky things very frequently. Complain to Paytm and reach them on twitter. Hope you will get your problem resolved. I also faced the same problem and paytm refunded me back.
