The reason i stayed with airtel this long is because of it's good customer service, though there are better services

1.The agetns refuse to answer questions on downgrading services, they are asking to send email for everything

2./different people get different plans for the same rate

3.Simple questions do not get answered

4.Rates are high and speed is low.

Remember there are so many other companies

    I applied for a new broadband connection with airtel in noida. I paid rs 1000 to them as per the fees that they charge. It's been more then 10 days that i have been following up with them for installing the connection but there is no response from their side.

    They are not even doing a refund of my money.

    Please help.

      I applied for porting of my cell no [protected] the process got competed and my earlier vodafone got disconnected on 19th august night and i inserted the new airtel sim but the same was not getting activated since past three days my no is out of service and i am disconnected from all my business as this is my business no i repeatedly calling there call center and the franchise i was told various excuses and told a new sim will be delivered. I am in severe loss and desperate to activate my no. The service of airtel is pathetic. Thanks anantharamu

          I had recharge my prepaid mobile number... Airtel of full talk time 135 /-from my app paytm but i didn't get money on my talk time... I had been contacting on your bloody numbers 198 and 121, 123, [protected] i had all recording of your calls but failed to talk your customer care office to complimenting this..             Sir I aaplied for a new connection at regional Airtel office at Maina Shree Complex, Dewas on 30th July 2016.

            I got message on my registered cellphone on 1st August that documents have been received and request will be processed in 3 days.
            There was no action taken for connection though, and after I contacted on customer care, I got message on 4th August that there is some technical issue and your request will be processed soon.

            Since 1st of August to today i.e. 22 August, I have visited the office for more than 10 times, but was either said to come after some days or directed to other office

            I followed all the necessary steps on these many days that includes calling the fixed line customer care for many times, as well as mailing at 121 and nodal centre

            I didnt get any reply on 1st time on my 1st mai, on my second mail to 121 and nodal centre Indore I got call that we will notify you within 3 days, of which more than 10 days have already past

            Following in every direction they told, on calling every possible helpline no., as well as mailling on their different help center has got no result
            I have already suffered too much loss and mental pressure in these days, yet I am in state of helplessness.
            I request to Please help me get out of the situation and kindly take every required action or process to make it soon

              Dear sir

              I have activated hello tune on my mobile numbers.

              Now the purpose of a hello tune is for the caller to listen to a good song or some good music.

              What is happening in my case (And also in case of several airtel users) is that many a time when any caller calls me on my numbers what they first hear is agle gaane ko copy karne ke liye star dabaye... Or agle gaane ko sunne ke liye... And then the song.

              My simple request is that i want the pre-song part mentioned above permanently removed and whoever calls me should directly hear the set song.

              It s a very simple request... Kindly do the needful.

                This wth reference to my land line no.[protected].this connection was not functional since last three weeks.after requesting complaint engineers attended the complaint incomplete.one of the point wich was easier, he did second point he denied restoring it the the wire laid in the pipeline.Since connections provided by Airtel company as was required, why it shouldn't be restore accordingly and how the engineers can deny restoring it as per site requirements?this is redeculous to get such denying tactics of the engineering staff of the company.so pl. Get the thing restore according to the existing situation at the earliest.PL note that I your customer sinc moe than ten year, I expact good services.

                    I have reported multiple times (5 to 6 times) from last six months about the network issues at my home. Your technical support person came 1 month ago and told the signal coming wrong tower and it needs to be fixed. After that i dont have any update.

                    More airtel not confirming that they are not able to provide the network and look for another service provider.

                    Poor signal causeing call and voice dropping making my personal and official matters improfer communications and causing my growth

                      Since 15 days i'm finding it impossible to dial even a single call from my residence at chanakyapuri, new delhi opposite taj hotel, to any subscriber including airtel. Though, the signal strength appears to be all four bars but no connection when dialled a number. I'm ver disappointed since a decade long customer of airtel. Pl reply and rectify asap else have to opt out the legal recourse.

                        I didn't received any resolution. One of executive called me and said he will mail me the link to upload the canceled cheque but I didn't received any mail kindly check if you sending mail to right address.

                        If for such minimum amount I need to follow so much than I should also not be attached to airtel in any way I am using airtel postpaid sim from last six year and now I will get it ported to some other telecom provider who can at least hear to their customer.

                          I have airtel-out app. I recharged 10 $ in 12-aug-2016.
                          10$ means 1000 min.

                          Today 21-aug-2106 am trying to call... Please purchase credit in order to call...

                          From 12-aug-2016 till 21st aug as per account history i made calls 370 mins only..

                          This is huge loss for me... This is not first time whenever i recharge there is no clear amount deduction when the credits will over...

                          I purchased VOIP calling credits on 12-AUG-2016 package is (India calling low cost plans (30 days validity))
                          ----Airtelpack-India 1000 minutes, $10.00 USD-----
                          I made calls up to 370 min only...

                          what about remaining minutes??

                            Hi I have numerous times applied for the aitel connection.
                            Evrytime you guys say that you will give the connection and you come and take money but ultimately agent does not gives the connection saying saying there is some DB box problem or so.
                            I have called you guys numerous times. your customer care service sucks big time. Those guys are unable to help.. they keep transferring the call and thats it. They dont know how to pull out the information and they disconne ct the call. Last I remember is I spoke to some Ramya and she couldnt fetch my data by my contact number. after putting me on call for 30 mins she was able to get my details through my contact number. When I asked to talk to the supervisor he hung up.

                            This PATHETIC SERVICE AIRTEL Has. AIRTEL SUCKS, YOUr SERVICE IS WORST IN THE TOWN.

                            All social media is going to flout with the experience that we are facing.

                            Seriously fed up of takingconnection with you. I have given money to you guys twice. My 2200 are stuck and i have wasted more than 500 on calling your customer service.

                            I will file serious complaint against you guys.

                            If the connection is not possible then y do you guys give false promises????

                            My neighbor is using airtel broadband and your agent is not able to give the connection????? THATS AMAZING.


                            If there is any cable or wiring issue.. Why cant you guys fix it???? IS it not your responsibility????

                            My society's manager has told that there is no such problem in the society and he's ready to help in any case. But look at your pathetic service.
                            How come the society members are using airtel broadband if its not possible?????

                            I need an answer would you be able to send some technical team and sort this out or not???????????????????????/

                                  I was committed with 2000 minutes of local calls and 1.6 gb 4g data, 200 messages with unlimited calls to cug. But to my surprise it was not the same.
                                  The only reason i have switched from vodafone to airtel because airtel offered the same what i have in vodafone.


                                  But the 1 st month bill is generated and received through email. The above committed plan is not reflecting in bill. When i had called to customer care they are not ready to accept this and they are saying the plan got changed more than 1 month and are not ready to revise it as per the commitment. This is totally cheating to customers. Please help out to me and take the necessary action on the service provider. If you need any necessary information i am ready to provide the same.

                                    Without activating the service"follo celebrities", rs. 240.00 had been deducted in these months. This is something worse than stealing someone's money that airtel is doing in the name of,,
                                    "service providing".
                                    For the first three days it had been charged 1 rs and 3 rs and how is it without asking the consent of the customer you have deducted 90 rs for a month and had done it for 3 months...

                                    Please stop these kind o[censored]nethical business practices and return the amount 240.00 rs deducted from my account.

                                      I had applied for 'state transfer' (Tamilnadu to karnataka) & 'postpaid to prepaid conversion' of my airtel sim. For the same they took almost a month. (I had been told that the sim that was handed over to me previously was not compatible and hence was replaced with a new sim. This was done twice in almost 10 days interval. After all this, my details got verified and now, according to them the status shows that my number is activated for prepaid and the state transfer was successful which i certainly doubt)

                                      But when i tried to recharge my number, i didn't get a single pie credited to my prepaid account. Every time, upon successful recharge, i got a message that the bill payment is processed successfully and will be credited to your "postpaid account" within 2 days. I had done 2 recharges worth 80 rupees and the same message came for both. But while checking the balance, it showed 0.00 rupees. I wondered how the money is getting credited to my postpaid account when it has already been converted to prepaid..

                                      When i went to the service center, they told me that the recharge might have failed for which i have not been credited this amount. But for this, i didn't even get my money back (It's been already 11 days till today). So, i made a recharge for the 3rd time and this time i got it done by them which showed that the recharge was successful. But when i tried to make calls it said that the outgoing calls facility has been temporarily barred for my number. For this problem, they couldn't provide any solution, rather held me up saying there is some issue in the back end which they can't resolve and they need to raise a complaint for the same. I kept on going to the service center almost everyday and asked them about the status of the complaint but to no avail, since they had not raised it at all.


                                      Finally, when i informed their manager, he told me that this kind of issue arises and they need to change few things manually, and assured me that in the next 3 hours it'll be fixed. But no.. The same problem remained and when i went to the service center again, they gave the same explanations (Manager is absent/ we have raised a complaint/ he has sent a mail, haven't got a reply/ wait for another day and so on...) it's been more than 10 days that i am unable to make calls or message anyone.. And still they pretend to process my request and get it fixed...


                                      I have run almost 10 times to the service center and my problems are still unresolved with infinite postponement.. Neither they are activating my number for outgoing calls & messages nor are they refunding my money back

                                      I condemn airtel for being so callous and inefficient and ask the higher authorities to intervene in this matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible.

                                        My airtel broadband is not working since 2 weeks now. I complained to airtel Customer care last Friday (8/12) after waiting for 3-4 days for it to correct on its own. My complaint was taken in and since then they have been just promising to provide me help and that they will resolve the issue the same day. Till date I have called them around 6-7 times with my complaint but have not received a single call from anyone to know or to correct the issue. Its not working at all. Please help as airtel is not responding or helping at all.

                                        Its already been more than 10 days since my complaint @ airtel and 15 days since it stopped working and till now I haven't received any assistance. This is terrible customer support. Only reason that I think for it to take this long is that you are not working on this issue. Even though on call you always promise to get it resolved in 24hrs.

                                        Post is dated 20th August and the complaint ticket on your end is open since 12th AUg. Can you please tell how much more time will it require considering its not even checked till now. Pathetic. Since the connection is not working since 8th August, its already more than half a month. Make sure you don't bill me for this period.

Terrible. The internet Is not working at all. I think you really want me to take this higher and be assured I am ready to fight this out. Its almost a month now and I am planning to take action against you now for not providing any service. I was warned about airtel earlier but I think I was a fool to believe that you are not that bad. I know ur reputation in market is based on the support you give which is NILL. I will take this matter forward and sue you definitely in consumer court.
