I placed a request in airtel website for broadband 899 plan on 12th Aug Morning. I got a call from the number[protected] and the person who attended my request was Ms. ANU.
The first call i received from this number was at 4:02 PM on 12th Aug and she said she is from Airtel and she help me with the connection by sending a person.
Then I said, I am ok to proceed, please send your representative.
Then i got a call from the same person Ms. ANU at 4:54 pm on the same day that she will send a person with form to be filled.
I was asked to pay Rs.1000.
Then i got a call from [protected] at 5:10 pm the person who collected the information on airtel form for broadband and collected Rs.1000.
He said the Airtel team will contact me for the address verification.
Next day, on 13th Aug I got a call from [protected] at 12:04 pm saying that he will come in the evening for address verification.
I just waited for him at home that evening and he did not turn up.
Since then i have tried calling this number and he is not picking up the calls.
Then I did not take any action on Monday, 15th Aug as it was a national holiday and tried calling 121 to inquire about the status.
They said the address that i have provided is wrong.
But then I said I have given it appropriately and if required please check my form that i have filled.
I asked whats the next step. They said they will raise a request to get it corrected. But the correction did not take place.
I called again on 17th Aug night to 121 to verify the status and i was asked to write a mail with the details.
I wrote a detailed mail with whatever i have provided and the acknowledgement also provided in the mail. But there is no response yet.
The request number in the acknowledgement was TBLR-7191460. Please refer the image attached.
But this morning I got a doubt with the number[protected] from which i got a call on 12th Aug to get the form filled and pay the amount. I tried calling them.
It was picked up by Mr. AKASH and he said it is Airtel office that is in front of Jayadeva hospital and i said i want to talk to Ms. Anu.
Since she wasn't available i had to wait till her arrival. He told he will ask her to give a call back once she arrives.
But I did not receive any response. I tried calling the number and luckily she picks up the call but says she will get back to me by 1 pm.
But she did not call me back. I tried almost 25 times to the number[protected]. No one is picking the call.
And I even tried calling from a different number to check whether it is a hoax company or airtel only, they are just disconnecting the calls.
I asked even my friend to give a try, they are disconnecting even that call.
This is totally a harassment issue. Inspite of money being taken by this person from me, she is not at all answering my call.
At least she did not tell me what the issue is.
And that's the end, later nobody is picking the call.
When i looked into the image attached acknowledgement, i found a seal that says SRL Communication. When i searched in the internet i found below details.
SRL Communication is located in BTM Layout. No.66, 16th Main, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076, Near Udupi Garden.
Their numbers are +(91)-[protected], [protected].
Now I am a state that I don't know whether i get a connection or I don't.
No response from Airtel also for my first mail on 17th Aug night.
No response from either this SRL Communication. Please check below link for SRL Communication. I was even asked by airtel to call these SRL communication if there are any issues.

It's a total harassment from Airtel because when i submitted my request in airtel website, i got a call from SRL Communication (please check the seal on the acknowledgement) and now not responding.
I see both are equally responsible for this issue.
I need an immediate broadband connection from airtel. And a written apology from the third party vendor SRL Communication and Airtel.

Also the very disappointing is Airtel is not responding to my mails.

When I call 121, they are able to fetch the details from the TBLR request that I have provided above and I am not sure why are you asking for these details again. However I have already provided these details to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 17th Aug, for which I have not even got any response. Please be straight forward. When I place a request I do provide all my details like contact number, email id and my address too. Why are you asking me again these details. One of your colleague even says that he can see the scanned copy of my form which is got these details. If you are still looking for the details, please.provide me your official email id.

Very soon is not specifying any dates. Even first response after i paid for the connection says that i get the connection very soon. It is been 10 days since i have requested, but I have neither got the connection nor at least a response with a date.
I am trying to understand how many days if it is VERY SOON?

Should I really need to take her through the history though I have written a very clear mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com . Can't you get the details from above? You guys are really torturing me. Again please be straight forward. If you are willing to give me a connection, please do that, else please state that you failed to give the connection with an apology and return my money.

Updated by Karunakar Ramarao Dear Airtel, At 1:29 PM today I got a call from the number [protected] and said that there is no feasibility in my area. When my neighbor has got airtel connection I am surprised to hear that there is no feasibility for my house. If there was no feasibility, why did they raise an account number on 13th August? below is the message i received.

Till now I have not got the call from any of your technical team to visit the spot at least.
If your person can visit the spot, I can prove that feasibility is available.
That being said, I dont agree with the solution whatever they have given.
Also that they are not responding to my email saying there is no feasibility.
Also they have not raised a ticket for my mail.

What is your service level agreement for any new broadband connection?
It is already 11 days since I submitted my request.

What is the action if Airtel cannot resolve the issue within next two days, at least if no local team in Bangalore calls me and visit the address that i have given?

My plan has been now upgraded from 299 to 499. I want to change the plan again from September due to some personal reason. Please let me know the detail information on 199 and 299 plans. Accordingly I will choose one. Please revert back asap.
