I have a professional airtel post paid plan of RS.399 which I did through the help of my company. I want to change my plan to the next higher value. I tried to change my plan online in airtel site. But I am getting a pop up message which says you are not allowed to change the plan.

Please help me change my plan. Revert back as early as possible.

Hi,

My plan has been upgraded from 299 to 499. I want to change the plan again from September due to some personal reasons. I raised this complain on 1st September but did not hear back anything till date. As mine is a professional plan that I did by the help of my company, I am not able to upgrade my plan in airtel website. So please revert back asap.

    I had requested for broadband connection on[protected] and the executive has collected Installation charges on[protected] and delayed the connection, so I had cancelled the connection order on approx[protected] and requested for refund of installation charges but till date there is no refund and when ever I call the customer support they excuses for another 3-5 days, What the hell with the Airtel support team.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
      I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel Postpaid.But you have not provided me the same what you said before. Whenever your agent named perhaps Sangita or Sayani from the number [protected] she told me that I will be given 1GB 3G and thereafter throttled speed upto 128kbps unlimited. I frequently asked her whether I will get upto 128 kbps or not and she confirmed me it again and again.Even I told her that I don't want any call or sms just give me 1GB INTERNET with throttled speed upto 128 kbps unlimited with the rental 199.But now I can see that after 1GB I have been given upto 40 kbps unlimited. Isn't it a cheating ? Please increase the speed upto 128 kbps after 1GB 3G usage.

      Please resolve it soon. Even the numbers [protected], [protected] have submitted the port in request to Airtel only for this benefit as it is explained us that I will be given 128 kbps speed after 1GB 3G usage. Their email ID was "priyasen.[protected]@gmail.com".

      I have sent email but no resolution is done till now.
      With respect I want to inform you that I ported my BSNL number to airtel as I was told that I'll be given 1GB 3G then throttled speed upto 128 kbps with Bill discount Rs. 100 for lifetime.My number is ported but there is no such benefits as you cam check that I have been given only Rs.25 discount and throttled speed is upto 40 kbps. I trusted on your network as I always knew that airtel is the best service provider in India. But now I am disappointed. If you wnat to know the details please contact to them who has provided my connection as you can check that.
      Waiting hopefully for your reply. Do something so that I can continue with you.Otherwise all our staffs will discontinue this connection.

        I am not receiving text messages on my airtel sim [protected]. It used to work fine but messaging service has stopped all together for past 2 weeks now. I am unable to get the text messages like OTP and all.
        This was not expected from airtel

          Hi,

          Airtel Fraud with customers by activating 3rd party services. While i am browsing Internet suddenely a page open in which highlighted. If you are 18+ click on the below button. When i clicked on link a msg on my smartphone comes from hotchillies that Rs-35 had been deducted from your account for activate hot chillies on your smart phone. To deactivate the service please msg STOP to 155223. I send sms immediately by typing STOP but today again i recieved msg that my service is renewed. Balance deduct again!! It's mental harassment to customers. Today i call to customer care but they refuse to refund money and laughing on Call. Very disappointed with these type of Fraud. After call i recived the below msg. Please take a strict action againt airtel to activate useless third party services without any confirmation notice.

          I called Customer Care stating network issue I was not receiving a incoming calls.Spoke to Pawan Kumar who is manager was saying there is no issue from our end nd hanged up saying thank u for calling airtel (Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CICPL[protected] registered on 25-dec-2017 23:22)

            I made call to customer care executive regarding my recharge status that I had made an recharge of Rs 139 and Rs 35
            On my no. But m not able to take bennifit and not got any balance in my account. Executive agreed that recharge is done but he didn't provide me any explanation on that why I am not getting bennifit of my recharge. He just says nobody will take care of it. And we can't do anything.
            You can verify with the call recording of misbehavior by agent at 8.10 pm on 18th, August 2016

            Irresponsible behaviour

            He refused to transfer my call to responsible person even.

                My costumer id is [protected]. Firstly, I game a complaint about my set top box not working and asked for a replacement, the service person came in 5 days and took Rs.450 instead or Rs.350. After that I clearly mentioned that there is error code 1 showing on my Set top box. Then the customer service person said that please recharge with Rs.200 or above then it will start even though I stated that there is error code 1. Then after recharge it still didn't start. It's been over 2 weeks and I am complaining daily they say service person will come tomorrow every next day and still no service person have arrived. I now demand that I should me refunded the amount I have lost due to the Set top box problem and also the Rs.100 extra which your service person took. It's been a mental harassment for me. I am not able to see tv for a while now.

                  Hello Team,

                  I applied for broadband connection through online system. I also got the response call from your end and I was informed that I am eligible for getting the connection and someone will come to check the feasibility and collect the documents. I did not receive any call and nobody came to collect it. Then I sent multiple emails to you and I was promised that someone will contact and have my connection installed. I got the call from your representative and I was advised that at least 10 people has to apply for new connection from your area and we will give the connection.
                  There is already a switch available hardly in 100 meter of distance and I was told that no switch is free there hence it will not be provided. Are you asking me to go out and find 10 people who is looking for new Airtel broadband connection? I really don't understand that why I am not being given the connection. I am living in Chennai and that too in a very good area. You people are not willing to spend some amount and bring the wire to my home even through you are collecting 1000 rupees for installation. Once you give the connection people will come to know and they will surly apply for new connection. Kindly provide me the valid reason for not giving the connection.

                    I placed a request in airtel website for broadband 899 plan on 12th Aug Morning. I got a call from the number[protected] and the person who attended my request was Ms. ANU.
                    The first call i received from this number was at 4:02 PM on 12th Aug and she said she is from Airtel and she help me with the connection by sending a person.
                    Then I said, I am ok to proceed, please send your representative.
                    Then i got a call from the same person Ms. ANU at 4:54 pm on the same day that she will send a person with form to be filled.
                    I was asked to pay Rs.1000.
                    Then i got a call from [protected] at 5:10 pm the person who collected the information on airtel form for broadband and collected Rs.1000.
                    He said the Airtel team will contact me for the address verification.
                    Next day, on 13th Aug I got a call from [protected] at 12:04 pm saying that he will come in the evening for address verification.
                    I just waited for him at home that evening and he did not turn up.
                    Since then i have tried calling this number and he is not picking up the calls.

                    Then I did not take any action on Monday, 15th Aug as it was a national holiday and tried calling 121 to inquire about the status.
                    They said the address that i have provided is wrong.
                    But then I said I have given it appropriately and if required please check my form that i have filled.
                    I asked whats the next step. They said they will raise a request to get it corrected. But the correction did not take place.
                    I called again on 17th Aug night to 121 to verify the status and i was asked to write a mail with the details.
                    I wrote a detailed mail with whatever i have provided and the acknowledgement also provided in the mail. But there is no response yet.
                    The request number in the acknowledgement was TBLR-7191460. Please refer the image attached.

                    But this morning I got a doubt with the number[protected] from which i got a call on 12th Aug to get the form filled and pay the amount. I tried calling them.
                    It was picked up by Mr. AKASH and he said it is Airtel office that is in front of Jayadeva hospital and i said i want to talk to Ms. Anu.
                    Since she wasn't available i had to wait till her arrival. He told he will ask her to give a call back once she arrives.
                    But I did not receive any response. I tried calling the number and luckily she picks up the call but says she will get back to me by 1 pm.
                    But she did not call me back. I tried almost 25 times to the number[protected]. No one is picking the call.
                    And I even tried calling from a different number to check whether it is a hoax company or airtel only, they are just disconnecting the calls.
                    I asked even my friend to give a try, they are disconnecting even that call.
                    This is totally a harassment issue. Inspite of money being taken by this person from me, she is not at all answering my call.
                    At least she did not tell me what the issue is.
                    And that's the end, later nobody is picking the call.
                    When i looked into the image attached acknowledgement, i found a seal that says SRL Communication. When i searched in the internet i found below details.
                    SRL Communication is located in BTM Layout. No.66, 16th Main, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076, Near Udupi Garden.
                    Their numbers are +(91)-[protected], [protected].

                    Now I am a state that I don't know whether i get a connection or I don't.
                    No response from Airtel also for my first mail on 17th Aug night.
                    No response from either this SRL Communication. Please check below link for SRL Communication. I was even asked by airtel to call these SRL communication if there are any issues.

                    It's a total harassment from Airtel because when i submitted my request in airtel website, i got a call from SRL Communication (please check the seal on the acknowledgement) and now not responding.
                    I see both are equally responsible for this issue.

                    I need an immediate broadband connection from airtel. And a written apology from the third party vendor SRL Communication and Airtel.

                    Ms. Akanksha, can you please provide me your airtel official email id, I shall provide you all the details. When I call 121, they are able to fetch the details from the TBLR request that I have provided above and I am not sure why are you asking for these details again. However I have already provided these details to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 17th Aug, for which I have not even got any response. Please be straight forward. When I place a request I do provide all my details like contact number, email id and my address too. Why are you asking me again these details. One of your colleague even says that he can see the scanned copy of my form which is got these details. If you are still looking for the details, please.provide me your official email id.

                    Anyways here you go. Below message I received on 13th Aug that I will be provided with connection.


                    Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 89743376. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected].

                    No response till date.

For checking Service Request Status SMS SRFL to 121 from your registered airtel number and [protected] from registered non airtel number (charges applied basis operator)

                    Since there was no response I called 121 again and new ticket again. I am overwhelmed.

                    Again on 19th I called 121 and got one more new ticket. Team is really good in creating g tickets but not so merely closing them I guess.

                    Very soon is not specifying any dates. Even first response after i paid for the connection says that i get the connection very soon. It is been 10 days since i have requested, but I have neither got the connection nor at least a response with a date.
                    I am trying to understand how many days if it is VERY SOON?

                    Hello Dear Airtel team, though I have provided all the details above, again a lady calls from the number [protected] from Delhi and asking for the details of my request. Should I really need to take her through the history though I have written a very clear mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com . Can't you get the details from above? You guys are really torturing me. Again please be straight forward. If you are willing to give me a connection, please do that, else please state that you failed to give the connection with an apology and return my money.

                    Dear Airtel, At 1:29 PM today I got a call from the number [protected] and said that there is no feasibility in my area. When my neighbor has got airtel connection I am surprised to hear that there is no feasibility for my house. If there was no feasibility, why did they raise an account number on 13th August? below is the message i received.

                    Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 89743376. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected].

                    Till now I have not got the call from any of your technical team to visit the spot at least.
                    If your person can visit the spot, I can prove that feasibility is available.
                    That being said, I dont agree with the solution whatever they have given.
                    Also that they are not responding to my email saying there is no feasibility.
                    Also they have not raised a ticket for my mail.

                    I am not clear with your phrase "would require some more time to resolve it". Why don't you please give some date? Till what date you want me to wait?
                    What is your service level agreement for any new broadband connection?
                    It is already 11 days since I submitted my request.

                      Getting network problem at my office as well as in my home. Most of the time i cant make a single call or receive any call. Complained several times (Documents attached). Service engineer from airtel visited on 26/07/2016 and told that network problem can only solved by installing "repeater" inside in my office.
                      But thats all. Nothing happened after that, only got some phone calls from airtel saying that my problem will be solved in 2 days. But without solving my problem they are closing my complaint.
                      I am using 4 (Four) airtel postpaid connections. Paying bills in proper time. But the company literally is not providing any service.

                            My sim has not been activated yet. First they told me that it will be active within 4 hours. After one day, i again visited the store and they told me that the sim seems to be not functioning, gave me another sim
                            And told me that it will activate in another 4 hours.
                            I have been chasing them for 2 days now and there has been no resolution. My work has suffered due to this. Whenever i call them they have only one response, that it will be taken care in another 12 hours.
                            Iam totally fed up with airtel and don't know what to do now as the same number is very important to me.

                              29th jul : send request to [protected]@airtel.in for cancelling direct / auto debit from credit card on monthly payment and received confirmation on cancellation on the same day.
                              8th jul: raised request to shift connection as we shifted house to next cross. The connection was deactivated on the same day.
                              20th jul : received call from airtel relocation is not possible due to non availability of port.
                              16th aug : received message from bank for auto debit of rs.400 / towards airtel connection.
                              16th - 18th aug: tried calling / mailing airtel to get clarification on debit
                              18th aug : customer executive [vignesh] informed this debit is for billing period 11th jul - 20th jul and they can't reverse the amount.

                                    Hi i have ordered for airtel landline broadband connection with the confirmation of marketing person that there is a feasiable to give connection and got rs 1000 as installation charges but the technician without reaching my home he has canceled the call stating there is no feasible to give connection more than 2 weeks our refund amount of rs1000 has not reached us airtel has cheated us that no one is helping us in this case

                                        This is mangesh vairat. I have port my no. [protected] tata docomo to airtel but the porting process was not done successfully from day one i switch my number to airtel i am facing problem.

                                        1. My out going service and internet service was activated but the incoming facility was totally closed. I can not received any call and any sms from any other number only out going facility was stared to my number. My this number register with my bank & my lpg connection and i can not done any online transaction due to otp not received because in coming facility not started on my number. I am facing big trouble and paying late fees due to not make any online transaction.

                                        2. I visited airtel gallery for the same issue they suggest me deactivate my no and after deactivate again go for a new sim for same number. I have try this process 3 times but still my sim card was not started.

                                        This is 3rd class service and network of yours dont show any add on television open network and all its a bull. I suggest every one dont switch your number to airtel network 3rd class service provider. Almost 1 month going on i am facing issue but they dont have any solution.

                                        I suggest you dont make fool to people its a open network and all. I am trying to take legal action against airtel.

                                        Almost 1 month I am facing this issue but till now my Incoming facility not started I am facing lots of problems in my office and my bank A/c i can not make any online transaction due to my services not started. Please try to understand my problems an my situation and resolve the same ASAP. I am tired to listening from airtel we are working on this. Please tell me clearly my SIM card services started properly or not because I think i am wasting my time with airtel because airtel dosent have any solution. I am paying for your mistake. Airtel cant activate single SIM so why you showing adds on tv open network and all bla...bla...thinks...first learn how to activate the SIM then provide service to customer. we are not sitting fool hear. from day one i am listing from airtel give us 72 hourn and 24 hours...such a useless service of yours...dont know about the network and showing adds on tv open network n all. Uninor and aircel provide better service than you.
