Very very bad signals. We con't work with these signals. We have very important works. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Other wise we can move to best service . we tired to contact customer care, but there is no reponse from them. I got message from airtel that we can carry forward our data if we recharge before the due date. I was having 5.7 gb of data in my data dongle which i accumulated for few months. I was recharging for same amount every time since there were no offers.

Airtel airtel new broadband connection issue

We relocated from one place to another and requested for relocation. After wasting 1 month they said relocation is not possible, hence we had to request for cancellation of connection. Then we raised new connection request for the new address, even after 1 month it is not yet installed. Every time i call up customer care, i get same answer, it will be resolved in 2 days and everytime i get sms providing new reference number.

I have been using this sim card-[protected] for more than 2 years. Now i am in abroad. I can not able to re-activate this card as the card is expired due to non usage or less balance. Normally, i use to recharge this sim card once in every two months. Please be requested to activate this card as soon as possible. We are paying huge monthly rental and we are keeping airtel connection only for iptv. What is the reason for this abrupt withdrawal of this service? Airtel has discontinued my iptv service from 31/07/16.
They are neither acknowleding our emails nor providing any service request no.
This is very frustrating and painful. If we call 121 which is customer care number, there we do not find any option to lodge our complaint. This we feel they have done it intentionally so that cusumer cannot approach them. Please take appropriate action....

Lost signals on postpaid number for no apparent reason.

Lost signals on my postpaid number for no apparent reason with callers receiving "incoming call facility not available on this number". Customer care gives explanation that no outstanding balance is pending on your account. On further inspection says that "on some mobile numbers, our services are pushed daily and due to some system error, it was not pushed on your number". That much for being a loyal customer for so many years. Issue still...
