Dear Sir,
As stated and explained more than 10 times to different representative and spending over 15 hours to your store managers (saket and lajpat Nagar), as well as your retention team, I shall explain my issues once again.
1) Over billing of various services over the past few months, have to double check bill every month, and waiver for the same is allocated after nearly every bill.
2) Data-usage problems have been recognised by your representatives, but they say they are restricted in what they can do to help. 12GB (plus an additional 7.2GB per month allocated) data finishing in less than 7 days, for business personal, with no streaming other than access to mails and whatsapp, is completely unacceptable.
3) 1GB data was added through your Airtel store in Lajpat, which even before usage, was finished in 2 hours!! No explanation of that is given by you.
4) Rs.500 worth smart bytes were added as a complimentary gesture by your Airtel Store Branch Manager in Lajpat Nagar, but has been charged on my bills.
5) Two roaming charges of Rs.75 as well as Rs.99 have been charged since August Last year on the number [protected], which is again said to be a problem encountered by input of bills at your back end.
6) Your retention team (Ms. Rajkumari) called on 6th of August to resolve the issue, and made my bill for Rs.2174 for the month of July, which again has not been updated on your system. I was given a phone number by your retention team in case I am still have issues [protected]. Have been calling this number for over a week, but no one answers this number.
7) As per I understanding, no one in airtel is ready to take responsibility for the same.
8) Upon searching over the internet, I have found many forums related to the same problems I am encountering with Airtel, still no response from Airtel on the matter has been received.
Please let me know, if you are capable of resolving any issues with your customers or not. So we can move to another network and end this logically loyalty that we have had with Airtel for over 20 years.
