This might come out shocking for you because it did for me and all those who I shared my story with. The airtel customer care agent I got connected to, earlier today, abused me and my family, used indecent words against me and finally hung up the call when I called today to enquire about a refund that was promised. The name of the agent is Rajeev.I want to take strong action against this man and press charges on his act. Please tell me what do I have to do. I'm not willing to let this go.

          I am using airtel iptv along with broadband and landline connection, i was sold a costly iptv setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and i stuck to it as i had paid them a lot for stb & don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly airtel decided to close iptv and forcing me to go for dth which comes with only basic manual paid recording option unlike iptv. I feel cheated because what they offering is not at all equivalent to iptv. I expect nothing less then hd recorder or money back with penalties.

            I am using Airtel BB 999 plan with 4Mbps speed. On 5th Aug, 2016, I found that
            around 10GB of data has been deducted from my balance. When I checked Airtel data usage details online through airtel.in, I found,
            a huge amount of data (9GB) is used during 1 hr on 4th Aug night, which I am not aware .

            As per my current connection, I get speed of 4Mbps. Using this maximum possible downloaded data could be 2 GB in 1Hr (512kb * 3600 secs = ~1.8 GB).

            I am not sure how this data download happened although I was not involved.

            I have registered a complaint and send mails to 121, but still didn't get any response.

            Although I have downloaded the data usage details in a excel sheet for 4th Aug, but I am not able to check it online on airtel due to server issue.

            I guess after my complaint, airtel somehow blocked the records with errors.

              मैं कई सालो से एयरटेल उपयोग कर रहा हु पर आज तक ऐसी परेशानी नहीं आई अब मैं
              बहुत परेशां हो चूका हु या तो आप मेरी परेशानी का हल करे या फिर मैं कम्पनी बदलने पर मजबूर हो जाऊंगा .
              अमिने पहले भी कई बार शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है पर अभी तक कोई रेस्पोंसे नहीं मिला है
              अब मैं चाहता हु जल्द ही मेरी परेशानी का हल हो .

                Dear sir/mam
                i am writting this mail due to the usage of the internet mb's those i 've got 200 mb for 5 days on the recharge of rs 49 online on 8/6/16 but the issue is that after recharged i 'd opened the internet for just 2 minutes and the mb's deducted from your side 25 mb even i am not opened any application and not download any of the content, songs, none of these but still i am facing the big deducted issue and same thing have opened on 4/8/16 in the evng time between 6 to 6:30 pm of rs 57 mb out of 100 something. The both of the deductions are really wrong so please give me my wrong deductions as soon as possible.and my airtel prepaid number is [protected].

                I am writting this mail due to the wrong deduction of internet usage again because i 've received the message of from your side after closing the net is that you 've used the mb is 0.53 but the balance is deducted for the same is 20 mb like earlier those i 've send it to you and i am sending you the screen shot of that so please rectify the same thing and do the needful for me. So please take the action against these type o[censored]sage and i 've lost huge mb's due to this.

                  My Name is S.Sudharsan. I am from Bangalore. I applied an Airtel Broadband connection on 01.08.2016. Account No: [protected], Installation order no.87083467. However i received a message on 02.08.2016 stating that i wil get my connection within 3 working days. But still i didnt get my connection. If I call the respective persons they are not responding properly and one Mr.Prasanth Mob No:[protected] who disconnected my call while speaking itself. So i need to take action against him as well bharti airtel because of not giving me the broadband connection within the said time.

                  Kindly take this complaint in priority basis and take action action against them.

                        We have a mega pack out of which 2 or more channels arent showing, whereas the others are. When the costumer service was contacted, we were informed by miss anju that a technician would have to be sent to rectify the issue with charges of 150 rs. We were denied a seniors assistance when asked for. First we were blatently said they were busy and later we wern't put through even after waiting. We are asked to pay when there is a technical mistake from their side and not even provided proper assistance. Please look into the matter.

                          The above broadband and fixed line services are frequently getting out of order since 24th July 2016. Regular efforts have been made to lodge the complaint over telephone at[protected] and[protected] but could not get to talk to any executive due to your recording system which always states that all executives are busy, please dial after some. At last having failed to get redressal of the problem, I am constraint to write this mail with a request to please fix the problem immediately as I wonder on what basis Airtel will send the bill to me when the services are not rendered by you which you are supposed to. I hope the airtel will accord utmost priority to redress the problem.

                            My complaint is against the airtel company as i have spent much money on devices to take advantage of internet services but in the city i am not able to receive good signal quality and for this i have tried my best by mailing my and registering my complaints with the company but they have not tried to solve the problem which has caused me much frustration and mental harrasement and torture in terms of financial loss. Please try to interfere in the matter and solve it or i will be going to consumer court in my next step.

                            I have complained many times in regards of this matter that I am not receiving signals in my home for internet I am paying for a 3G but not getting speed of 2G also and in spite of many complaints the only response I am getting is that there is good signal in your area but who is going to decide as to who is right and because of this I am facing many problem and mental harassment as of today nothing has been done by the company which is forcing me to go for the consumer court, please consider this as my notice to you.

                                I am using Airtel postpaid services and i am facing the network issue in that since the connection was activated. I raised the complaint for the same and its almost 30 days gone now, my complain is registered nodal office also they contact me and send some for inspection and that guy also found the problem here at my place but till now i didn't get any resolution. They are said Airtel first open network in India but when i checked the nearby network tower, the app shows it very near to my house but still they liers are unable to give the proper service.

                                    Airtel offers full talktime on its "MyAirtel" mobile application where its users can select the option of ₹100 & get full talktime in his account (please refer to the snapshots).

                                    I used this offer several times in the past & each time I recharged it through its "Top-up" plan under this offer for ₹100, I received the full amount of ₹100 talktime in my account.

                                    On 8th of July, 2016 when I used the same scheme through MyAirtel app, I found that only the talktime of ₹ 95 got credited into my account; however I paid ₹100 via net banking on MyAirtel app using the same scheme (see screenshots of bank statement).

                                    I even wrote to all the possible Airtel's official emails about the problem
                                    (nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, airtel.[protected]@airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com) but got no answer from them.

                                    I then, on 13th of July, 2016 wrote in the review section of "MyAirtel" app on Google Play Store about the lethargic services of Airtel & their negligence. To which I received a reply from myairtel.[protected]@airtel.com saying that they would concern my issue.

                                    I forwarded all the details of the issue, even forwarded the emails I wrote to Airtel's all the other departments (including the snapshots & the PDF of payment proof from Airtel, see snapshot) to myairtel.[protected]@airtel.com but got no proper response except a reply stating that "our concern team will look into the matter".

                                    In the past too I wrote to Consumer Forum about the unfair amount deduction by Airtel from its customers but it took no action against Airtel.

                                    MyAirtel app has 10+ millions subscribers. Even if it is unfairly deducting a minimum amount of ₹5 from each of its subscribers/app users, the amount still would be around 50 million ₹ or more.

                                      My data balance was 186 mb 3g/4g, night data balance was 544 mb 3g/4g and my 4g only balance was 1gb valid for 28 days. I recharged my mobile number with a night data pack of rs 53=1gb using my debit card while having the above balance and the transaction was successful and I received a confirmation text message that rs 53 was debited from my account and I used 550 mb at night and my data balance was 184 mb 3g/4g, night data balance was 0 mb and my 4g only balance was 1 gb.
                                      I'm tired of these airtel's worst behavior. I lost my money and my existing internet balance and it has one of the worst customer service.
