I am using airtel postpaid last 4 to 5 years, i have my business, for business purpose i activated 13 numbers from airtel as a corporate plan having account number: [protected]. Mr. Javed [protected] sales executive came to me before 4 months & gave me plan 450 min free, 240 mb data free & cug (Group calling free) he gave 2 separate accounts for aurangabad & pune, aurangabad having 9 numbers & pune 4 numbers & all 13 numbers he gave group calling unlimited free, but plan was not activated as per his commitment aurangabad & pune calling were charged, when i called him he told he will change plan, but after 3 months also plan not changed and i called his senior mr. Sairab sayyed - [protected] (Owner at airtel shop) armex sales near juna bazar aurangabad - 431001, maharashtra,
He also committed me he will waver amount and plan will change as per committed, but after called them more than 200 times they did not done anything most of the times they not receive call, last 2 months airtel is not sending any invoice they directly call for payments, i sent email on enterprise. [protected]@in. Airtel.Com, [protected]@in. Airtel.Com, [protected]@in. Airtel.Com more than 10 times for same but no response from airtel also, i made the payment 2 to 3 times, one time our outgoing were stopped due to nonpayment, he mr. Sayyad told me not to make payment till waver but that time also he did not done anything & out outgoing were stooped, now i am calling him for same but he is telling me he can not do anything & can not activate such plan, i request you all do not believe any airtel sales person they make false commitments. Now we are porting from airtel soon.. Airtel & there shops make you irritate & waste of time.
