I have recharged my new airtel prepaid online with amount of 505 pack for gulf calling and 125 inr for recharge both are not credited to my account and called two times to customer care 121 from my postpaid mobile. The customer care people not knowledgable and put me on hold first call for more than 10 min and again called them they had put me more than 20 mins and i had hangup the phone. Please resolve the issue. Here are the details given

I have recharged my prepaid mobile number [protected] with the amount of 505/- inr 19/08/2016 8:40 pm (Trn number 917082) amount not credited and i have called the 121 customer care using my post paid number [protected]
They had put me hold more than 10 min and not given me the solution

Again i have recharged amount 125/- quick recharge (Trn no[protected] that one also not credited as balance amount.

I have called again 121 customer care he had put me on hold more than 20 mins and no response.

Please update me regarding this asap.

    My airtel prepaid no [protected] have been deactivated. I have been using this number from almost 10 years. It was with reliance initially later i have ported to airtel. It’s been almost 4 years with airtel. I am in abroad since jan 2016. I have recharged couple of times and i used to get sms’s to this number. I also made few calls to make sure number should not deactivate. There was around 16 rs balance also available before deactivated. I hope you might have understood the importance of the number since it is associated almost 10 years. There is no any remainder or notification and just got deactivated. I tried to reach many customer care numbers and tried to connect trough emails but there i am not able to connect any of the customer care numbers and no response to the emails. It is really frustrating for me to reach out.
    Kindly help me in reactivating this number. I can provide all the details which you want.

        Hd channels are not working in monsoon season (error code - b001 no signal)

        Every year in monsoon season, dish tv show b001 (No signals). From last two month i faced almost this issue. So i have complain via mail because on customer care number you have to wait infinite time for your turn and they are not provide or not give valuable answer. I have sent too many email to register my complaint and every time i have to repeat my issue.

        I requested for broadband installation 27/7/2016 and paid the installation fee of rs 1000. Cef number tblr7187999 for rs 999 + 99 plan

        They refused installation with reason "currently we are unable to provide you a connection at the above mentioned address due to some technical constraints."

        After that no refund of the money collected. Before taking installation fee only airtel should know their feasible areas.

          Hi i have ordered for airtel landline broadband connection with the confirmation of marketing person that there is a feasible to give connection and gave rs 1000 as installation charges but the technician without reaching my home he has canceled the call stating there is no feasible to give connection more than 2 weeks our refund amount of rs1000 has not reached us airtel has cheated us that no one is helping us in this case... I have tried many times to [protected], [protected] these number as i have recived call regarding new connection from this no once i agreed i deposited the 1000rs whenever i tried to call on this numbers they are disconnecting and misbehaving. Please refund my amount.

              I requested for cancellation of my above connection over phone on 8th august 2016 and i was given ticket number: [protected] with the commitment that i would be called within 24 hrs and cancel the above number. But i have neither received any call nor confirmation on deactivation / cancellation of my above number. I want the cancellation to be done immediately and dues if any be collected by airtel by sending messenger personally.

                I have been using airtel iptv service from last 6 years, airtel iptv shutting is down operations from 31st august making many users in delhi forcefully shift to dth platform. But what about the increase in the monthly charges?
                Minimum dth pack of 456/- + 90 rs for recording + hd channel charges (Optional) + taxes.
                Essentially, you are keeping our phone bills at the same amount and removing the cable component from triple play services and adding the dth bills on our heads forcefully - this will take our bills to[protected] per month.

                Airtel should rethink its decision or at least, compensate adequately keeping our monthly bill same as we were paying for iptv.

                  This is to bring in to your notice, since 6month we r facing frequent disconnection internet not working properly, speed issue,
                  Raised complent so many times but no use,

                  your engineer visited to my place 5 times still we are facing same problem.
                  as i observed your engineer has replace 3 components & replaced wiring

                  so what kind of service you people r providing,
                  * if you cant fix this issue please let me know ill switch other service provider
                  * since long back requesting you people to extend my net speed i am getting more then
                  2mbps. but still you people saying u people providing upto 15mbps speed.

                  Note: Kindly take this issue priority basis and fix it ASAP.

I tried to change my plan online in airtel site. But I am getting a pop up message which says you are not allowed to change the plan.

                        My plan has been upgraded from 299 to 499. I want to change the plan again from September due to some personal reasons. I raised this complain on 1st September but did not hear back anything till date. As mine is a professional plan that I did by the help of my company, I am not able to upgrade my plan in airtel website. So please revert back asap.

                          I had requested for broadband connection on[protected] and the executive has collected Installation charges on[protected] and delayed the connection, so I had cancelled the connection order on approx[protected] and requested for refund of installation charges but till date there is no refund and when ever I call the customer support they excuses for another 3-5 days, What the hell with the Airtel support team.

                            I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel Postpaid.But you have not provided me the same what you said before. Whenever your agent named perhaps Sangita or Sayani from the number [protected] she told me that I will be given 1GB 3G and thereafter throttled speed upto 128kbps unlimited. I frequently asked her whether I will get upto 128 kbps or not and she confirmed me it again and again.Even I told her that I don't want any call or sms just give me 1GB INTERNET with throttled speed upto 128 kbps unlimited with the rental 199.But now I can see that after 1GB I have been given upto 40 kbps unlimited. Isn't it a cheating ? Please increase the speed upto 128 kbps after 1GB 3G usage.

                            With respect I want to inform you that I ported my BSNL number to airtel as I was told that I'll be given 1GB 3G then throttled speed upto 128 kbps with Bill discount Rs. 100 for lifetime.My number is ported but there is no such benefits as you cam check that I have been given only Rs.25 discount and throttled speed is upto 40 kbps. I trusted on your network as I always knew that airtel is the best service provider in India. But now I am disappointed. If you wnat to know the details please contact to them who has provided my connection as you can check that.
                            Waiting hopefully for your reply. Do something so that I can continue with you.Otherwise all our staffs will discontinue this connection.

                              I am not receiving text messages on my airtel sim [protected]. It used to work fine but messaging service has stopped all together for past 2 weeks now. I am unable to get the text messages like OTP and all.
                              This was not expected from airtel

                                Hi,

                                Airtel Fraud with customers by activating 3rd party services. While i am browsing Internet suddenely a page open in which highlighted. If you are 18+ click on the below button. When i clicked on link a msg on my smartphone comes from hotchillies that Rs-35 had been deducted from your account for activate hot chillies on your smart phone. To deactivate the service please msg STOP to 155223. I send sms immediately by typing STOP but today again i recieved msg that my service is renewed. Balance deduct again!! It's mental harassment to customers. Today i call to customer care but they refuse to refund money and laughing on Call. Very disappointed with these type of Fraud. After call i recived the below msg. Please take a strict action againt airtel to activate useless third party services without any confirmation notice.

                                  I made call to customer care executive regarding my recharge status that I had made an recharge of Rs 139 and Rs 35
                                  On my no. But m not able to take bennifit and not got any balance in my account. Executive agreed that recharge is done but he didn't provide me any explanation on that why I am not getting bennifit of my recharge. He just says nobody will take care of it. And we can't do anything.
                                  You can verify with the call recording of misbehavior by agent at 8.10 pm on 18th, August 2016

                                      My costumer id is [protected]. Firstly, I game a complaint about my set top box not working and asked for a replacement, the service person came in 5 days and took Rs.450 instead or Rs.350. After that I clearly mentioned that there is error code 1 showing on my Set top box. Then the customer service person said that please recharge with Rs.200 or above then it will start even though I stated that there is error code 1. Then after recharge it still didn't start. It's been over 2 weeks and I am complaining daily they say service person will come tomorrow every next day and still no service person have arrived. I now demand that I should me refunded the amount I have lost due to the Set top box problem and also the Rs.100 extra which your service person took. It's been a mental harassment for me. I am not able to see tv for a while now.
