I have called 7 times in a day regarding the issue i was facing of net getting 3g network on my sim to the customer care but nothing happened so far, customer care executive who attend my call assured me to resolve the issue with in half an hour.

    I am requesting since 19/07/2016 through various emails to [protected]@airtel.com for the new connection of above mentioned plan but they are denying everytime on the pretex of technical feasibility whereas cyber line of airtel is passing through before my residence. moreover, our neighbours are availing the same plan. not making available the connection by the professionals of such a esteemed company is the indication o[censored]nprofessional approach.

      Now i want to reactivate the same number becoz my all mails twiter fb conected to the same number
      I hv no ny other option left instead of reactivate the abv number
      I had visit nearby dealer, they told me that they have no update of said number might b blocked by company
      Please sugest me the best option to take the same number

        Hi Airtel Team,

        Sub: I have lost my kerala sim card and looking for a duplicate sim now.

        I am really fed up with your service here.
        This is the limit.

        It has been more than a week that I have been going behind various Airtel stores to get a duplicate sim for the same number.

        I have visited 3 different airtel stores in bangalore and kerala.
        No one is able to understand what the problem is.

        Store people inform me that the sim is activated, but showing as no service to me.

        The service which i got from the kasturi nagar airtel store(bangalore) is the worst. Pathetic.
        Indira store (bangalore) is also so frustrating, only the manager mr.Parth shah was trying to help me out.

        I have been missing a lot of appointments due to this.

        I have been using this sim for the past 9 years.
        Let me know if you can do something to find what the issue is and solve it.

        The latest update being that they are asking me to come to the store again.
        How hard can it be to get a sim card.

        let me know if this can be done.
        Otherwise I will look out for other network operators.

            Hi I had airtel prepaid life long sim and it's number is [protected] by last week. I tried out to block my sim through another airtel sim but "the service is not available" is the only answer from the company, all I need is to block my sim.

              Hello,
              I have been using this airtel number [protected] which belonged to delhi ncr region. On 12th july i got addmission in iit kharagpur so i placed a request for mnp and the number got transferred to wb circle on 21st of july after paying an amount of rs 300 in which i got rs 171 balance. I made last call on 22nd of july and remaining balance was around rs. 144. After that i am not able to make any call because my phone balance is made nil by airtel and i am not able to get my number further recharged due to some network issues. I talked to customer care executive many times since 23rd of july. They are not providing any correct information and misguiding me. Moreover, different cce gives different information about the problem and nobody is solving the problem. One of the cce told me that my number is still in delhi ncr region and i should talk to delhi ncr region cce.

              I am in deep travel as i am not able to contact my family and friend.
              Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

              I did not get any solution of my problem yet. I am getting assurence calls from airtel, saying that they are trying to solve the problem, the time given by them 72 hours is about to end ...oh I just got one missed call from airtel...I am really disappointed...

                      I have logged in a complaint in may for frequent disconnection and after that i have logged complaints 4 more times but till today it is not been resolved... I asked for disconnection of the broadband and landline on 21st of july and they called me from a special team and asked one day permission to get the problem resolved on july 26th... The same guy called me on 27th and said they have resolved the problem but i have the same issue... Today (28th july) some service engineer called and asked if am at home and said he is coming to check the problem... If the problem is resolved on 27th why should they come again to check... Am fed up with this connection and the response

                        As i have given complaint in airtel regarding network issue on 25.05.2016.
                        They have have given me plan of rs.399 - in which 630 min + 200 min + 1gb data 4g.
                        But the said plan was not getting used 30% also, due to non-availability of network. So i placed a complaint in airtel helpline with reference no. 69509115.
                        Two times the engineer has visited at my location, after getting visit they told me "not to worry, will solve in 2 days" but the problem was not solve yet.

                        O i requested airtel call num [protected] on 23.05.2016, that i am paying more than i am using, because no use of data and given free mins in my bill plan due to non-availability of network. They told me you will get refund if you not use data.
                        Now, i have got the bill for the month of june 2016 in which they have not reversed the value as they have committed.
                        Today, again i have talk with airtel executive ms. Anjali gandona., she told me i can't help in this issue. I also aware her that i will placed complaint in consumer complaint. She replied that"apko jo karna he woh karlo"

                          I'm frustrated with the service of airtel. I applied for changing the operator from vodafone to airtel through mnp (Mobile number portability),
                          Ince vodafone signal is not good in my home.

                          As per the porting process, vodafone has stopped its postpaid service last thursday (21-july-2016).

                          My request no is[protected].

                          I got the below message from az-airccm;
                          "address verification has been successfully completed for your airtel no."

                          Airtel executive told me that, i can get the new airtel sim from the nearest airtel store.

                          Believing his words, i went to the airtel relationship store near chrompet on (23 - july -2016), but no response from them.

                          It is really bad experience for a new customer who is newly on boarding to airtel network through mnp.

                          I thought of migrating my another sim to airtel network, but after seeing their poor customer service, finally i dropped that plan.

                          I don't know why they are boasting that they are the best network in social media.

                          I have been using my vodafone postpaid number for the past 5 years without any issues.

                          For the past 7 days, i'm not able to use my postpaid number [protected] because of poor migrating activities by airtel.

                          They don't know, how it will impact my day to day activities, doing banking transactions and my business, without having my postpaid number?.

                          I'm missing a lot of calls personally and also it is affecting my professional life.

                          On tuesday (26-july-2016) further adding to my woes, their executive called me and told that it will take another 48 hours.

                          Again yesterday (27-july-2016), an officer from appellate called me and told that it will take another 72 hours.

                          Now, i'm wasting my time in following up them and i'm in mental agony.

                          Will they provide compensation for this?

                          They are simply saying 'sorry', will this help me in any ways?

                          Suppose, if we delay in paying our bills and then if we say 'sorry'. Will they accept?

                          I have heard from my friends, that this kind of nuisance is happening while doing mnp.

The advance was collected by Mr. Sumit Pual Airtel representative.                                 We have shifted from one location to another within chennai. We have asked for cancelling the broadband connection from airtel office, but were advised that they can help us shift the connection. It has been nearly 20 days since they have shifted the landline but we have not got the connection yet. We have called the customer care "121" more than 10 times and also few of the staffs known in airtel office. All we are getting is only unsatisfied and silly reasons. Worst service expected from airtel.

                                    I hv 3 year old airtel sim which co. Deactivates whenever they wish based on some history request which was closed earlier itself. I hv complained on phone, mails, at airtel office repeated times but they activated n again deactivated based on same old history request. I am truly tired of airtel services, network at my office home. Don't know what to do where to go. Airtel employees looks very busy to entertain customer problem.
