It is hereby stated as under:-
1-That i had requested for a new connection of Airtel connection.
2-that their executive was approaching me from last 2-3 months for new connection and under the influence of that person he stated me to disconnect my old connection of Connect Company and then under his influence i disconnected my old connection
3- that after that he taken all required documents for new connection from me.
4- that afterward i got approval of my new connection with order number[protected] with A/c Number [protected] dated 26/07/2016
5- that after 1-2 days i got a call that new connection will not be given due to technical error
6- that then i contacted that Airtel executive named as Amit Kumar on mobile No [protected] for the reason, he talk to me in very ill manners then i told him to behave properly then he started abusing me in a very filthy language in punjabi that ( aapki shakal achi na hone ki wajah se connection nahi laga)..
Is that the way to talk to a customer
Kindly strict action me taken immediately against him..

    I took the post paid connection against this no and last week I cleared all the dues in the account to convert the mobile to pre paid and got confirmation over phone from your office that no more amount is required to be paid . I was supposed to visit any of your outlet to get a separate sim for prepaid connection . Next day I visited your Sarita Vihar outlet opposite L Pocket where from I took the mobile connection, but the lady sitting over there informed me that since the cooncetion is created from her Id the change of mobile from postpaid to prepaid is not possible before 90 days .

    Today I visited your Connaught Place M Block Office for the change of my mobile but the lady sitting at the Counter ( RITIKA) told me to deposit Rs.140.00 being the amount due against the phone . I was very upset to hear this but I deposited this amount because I wanted to maintain relationship with you . But do you have any policy to charge your customers when entire amount is paid off before due date and the request was made after payment for change of the mobile no from postpaid to prepaid .

    I strongly protest against your style or working and request you to activate my prepaid connection and refund in my account the charges wrongly and unlawfully recovered .

        I am using a post paid connection of Airtel.
        And service provider has updated me regarding the call charges of Airtel 2 Airtel is 0.20p per minute but they are charging to me 0.30p per minute.

        After logged the more then 50 complaints in - 121 CUSTOMER CARE- NODEL TEAM- APPELLATE TEAM, no resolution I found from their side and I am following from Feb'2016. And Now I am E-mailing them but they are also not replying also, they are ignoring my mails continuously.

        And already the 0.20p is mentioned in my bill plan and every months bills. But they are not accepting own faults.
        Now I am writing to you pls. do the needful.

          I have applied for landline and broadband on 27.7.16 and today is 3.8.16. Its more then a week i am waiting for the connection and they are not responding to my call. Airtel employees are totally mannerless because sometimes when they pick my call they say take your money back and take another connection. They dont know how to behave with customers.

            Very very bad signals. We con't work with these signals. We have very important works. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.               I got message from airtel that we can carry forward our data if we recharge before the due date. I was having 5.7 gb of data in my data dongle which i accumulated for few months. I was recharging for same amount every time since there were no offers.
              On jun 18 i saw a deal where i can recharge for rs.58/- which gives me data of data 85 mb and validity 1 month. Since i had data of 5.7 gb and based on the communication from airtel, i recharged for rs.58/-. But what happened was really shocking. All my data was reset to zero and no data for me to recharge next time or create ticket. Literally i was robbed all my data and i dnt have data for creating ticket.
              Later when i created ticket (Bal|ref[protected], the conversation went for 1.5 months. Initially, they called me told sorry for this inconvenience and told they are working. I enquired whether i was wrong, they told whatever you did was right, we are working with relevant team to fix this. Many mails, i sent many mails till appellate asking for updates. But answer was we are working.
              One fine day i got a mail mentioning that the amount recharged was less than the previous balance so as per process we took all your data. We cannot do anything. I asked them show me the process where its mentioned in website, but no reply from them. When i sent mail, immediately i get a call... We are working, thanks for your patience.
              Its not about having and advertising as open network. You should behave like one. 1.5 months... What is the turn around time...? No balance, no validity night twelve o clock connection cut, why not same speed in giving back what belongs to customer. Airtel don't know what professional behavior means. Frustrated with them...

              Seeing at the complaint resolution count status of Airtel overall, i see them being too much arrogant and consider themselves as market leaders. They have to think, they are not alone.
              We are facing network problem in our area from last one month & not getting any response from airtel side.
              My Alternative contact number is Mob: [protected]. What is the resolution you have provided? The reply looks vague.

                My airtel broadband internet connectivity is not working from 19-july-2016. I had raised a ticket on 20-july-2016 about the same, my complaint reference number is 70492104. I waited till 28-july-2-16 and the issue not solved. Aitel executive came to my place on 20 & 21 july and they couldn't solve the issue. After this no one came to my place to solve the issue.
                I had raised a concern with nodal officer bengaluru on 29-july-2016, but after this also no one came to my place to solve the issue. They only raised a new complaint numbered 70971750 for show, but the issue is not solved.In between i do get mails/calls from airtel saying they gonna fix it in next 1-2 days. But for last 15 days i am not able to access internet. Also, airtel is not telling me what is the actual issue, why this is taking time and how long this is going to take. Also, why can't they arrange an alternate for me for the time being?
                I think 15 days (Half a month) is too long for an issue to be solved.
                I am raising the issue in forum, so that people do know that airtel do not care about customer complains. No one should ever use airtel, thinking that it is an india company. Actually airtel is not providing quality service to its customers.

                  We relocated from one place to another and requested for relocation. After wasting 1 month they said relocation is not possible, hence we had to request for cancellation of connection. Then we raised new connection request for the new address, even after 1 month it is not yet installed. Every time i call up customer care, i get same answer, it will be resolved in 2 days and everytime i get sms providing new reference number.
                  Pathetic service.

I can not able to re-activate this card as the card is expired due to non usage or less balance. Normally, i use to recharge this sim card once in every two months.                       Dear sir/madam,

                      This is to inform you that i have port my number from idea to airtel.. Number is [protected]
                      Today i got a call from mobile no. +91 [protected]... When i have asked the name of that lady who had called, she did not tell her name and saying we are not allowed to disclose the name... But i am calling from deactivation department from airtel.. Stating that my number will be deactivate due to non payment of bill.. This is very surprising that how bill comes immediate after port and although i have cleared the idea bill also.. This is confirmation from ms. Menu mobile number [protected]. Although the portability happened very late.. Also i have asked from ms. Menu if there is any bill pending from idea, she told me that the bill will raise from airtel if there is any pending amount.
                      This is very surprising that neither i have received the idea bill nor i have received a reminder call.. Today suddenly i got a call today morning from the above number. (+91 [protected]) saying that they will give me 2 hour time to clear the bill otherwise number will be blocked for three month and in future i will not be able to take a services.
                      The important is that my mobile number [protected] is active from delhi circle and that lady told me that my number is not from delhi.. So if you will clear the bill in another 2 hr your services will be barred..

                      3. I have not received any call any reminder from the idea to clear the bill as i have clear the last bill and i the same has handover to airtel representative.

                      Using a abusive language.. Also saying that this is my responsibility to update the bill.. Already mentioned in my earlier mail that i have submitted the copy of paid bill, if company people are not updating the the same.. I don't think this is my responsibility.. Then why they have hired such a lazy bone guys..

                      One new information comes from the girl from mobile number..[protected] she was saying that i have not deposited the docs.. It is very surprising that without docs how my number is port..

                      I orderd a 4g sim and followed the procedure to activate it. I sent the 20 digit number as an SMS to 121 and got a message confirming the request. But then I got a message saying that there has been an error and asking me to try with another sim because the sim is not available. What do I do?

                          My dear airtel folks,

                          Hi,

                          I have recently moved (mnp) my number xxxxxxx711 from vodafone postpaid to airtel post paid.

                          (public domain so not mentioning my full number, you can get it from any of the complaints i raised or can reach my mail)

                          Porting was completed @ 2-aug-2016 00:00 am. i lost my vodafone signal as expected and replaced the new airtel sim and call 59059 for tele verification around 3:00 pm on 2-aug-2016.

                          They told me if will be done in an half an hour, but till now my number did not get activated.

                          When i try to call any number even 121 or 59050, its saying me your request under process.

                          I called your customer care from an alternative number and spoke with three people for more than an hour (it cost me my time and balance) and no one given me proper status. at final they concluded tele verification not done.

                          1. i am unable to call 59059 again. its saying request under perocess and not connecting to them.
                          2. tried to call [protected] from an alternative numer as suggested by your representative, they are saying the only way u can complete verification is by calling 59059.


                          Have escalated this issue, got two ticket numbers.

                          Finally i need an information about when and how my number will get activated?
                          It's almost 1.5 days my number got disconnected. no one is able to provide this simple information to me.


                          And the best part is when i tried to write a mail to ap nodal level escalation it bounced back saying below. shame on you guys, even not maintaining the escalation procedure properly what trust users will have on you.

                            I'm getting no coverage since 27th july at my home address. your open network claims voice quality as "excellent" and data quality as "good" but the fact remains that i'm getting no coverage. earlier i was getting network but not sure what happened since 27th july it says no signal on all the mobile phones.
                            I have faced huge losses because of this issue on personal and professional front. i tried contacting on customer care and as per them they cannot do anything and the issue will take 3-6 months to get resolved.in this era, if any one says to bear with network problem for 3-6 months without network and keep paying the bills then i'm sure it is a fraud company with no professionalism and looting customers on the name of service when there is none. also the claims made on social media about open network are totally false as i have proof for the same.
                            I contacted via social media and till date no one has cared to contact me to let me know about the updates.
                            I contacted nodal office on 2nd aug-2016 and the response was same i. e. to wait for 3-6 months. i'm not sure you have any capable staff to handle customers or who has common sense before saying such things.

                            Also i fail to understand that why suddenly network went to nil without any changes or who made the changes to this particular network area.

                            I demand immediate action on this issue as a customer who is paying his bills and feeding incapable staff for having fun on my money. airtel cannot deny service to customer as a legal right unless it is a government directive or withdrawal of services.
                            If network is not restored on my home address then i will move to consumer court as i have enough proof of your false claims and false commitments.

                            As a formal process this is my communication and hence i have full rights to move to consumer court if services are not restored to my satisfaction as soon as possible.

                            Mails sent to appellate. [protected]@in. airtel.com failed as the recipient mailbox was full.

                                I am facing problem from last 20 days regarding connectivity, as within 50 m in my

                                Previously my network connectivity was going absolutely fine but last 20-25 days

                                  I had given request to airtel kalkaji new delhi outlet on 22 june 2016 for post to pre. ms suman was the advisor, she had given me one pre paid sim (8991101sos06944s961u) that was corrupted that she told when i visited after one week. she replaced my sim[protected]u) but that sim does not have network.
                                  Today i again visit the same outlet one these told me my no is active so again he replaced my sim[protected]u) and told wait for 5hrs but still my no is not activate.
                                  Everyone given wrong commitment. i want my no should start otherwise i will take some legal action to kalkaji outlet.

                                    The main issue is why airtel provided me a postpaid sim in this address if it already known this area in not in my coverage. why these people manipulate customers for money. Is this method is right for became a big company?
                                    i want complete solution of this issue within 48 hours.
                                    one of the executive name neha told me request us for money back this process covers 45 days. Is this is process to deal consumers. Already i waste 10 days in all these things. if airtel takes this thing on daily basis to minimum 100 customers in world. so one day earning is 25000 and in 45 days is 1125000. i think this generate a new business for Airtel. This money is investing in Real estate.

                                      I am unable to use the call barring feature. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times but as per them its a cellphone feature and suggested me to contact handset manufacturer's service centre for the same. I explained them by sharing the manual of my handset that its a service provider server but they don't agree. Please get the call barring service activated by airtel on my number and share the password with me. My number is [protected].

                                        Few days back, i got an sms from airtel saying that "timeline for withdrawal of iptv services have been extended till 31st august 2016". Why is airtel removing iptv services? We are paying huge monthly rental and we are keeping airtel connection only for iptv. What is the reason for this abrupt withdrawal of this service? We want the existing services to continue or we will switch to some other vendor even from broadband.
