Hi I had already contacted with your customer executive support for the deactivation of my postpaid Sim card but they said me to migrate instead of closing the Sim card, so I agreed with that as they confirmed me saying they will do it by themselves and I need not do anything to migrate and even I won't get any bills as well if i won't use the Sim, so I took off the sim from the device and kept it apart but still I got a mail after a month stating the outstanding bill is so and so, and each time I call up the customer care, I get the different answer's from them and some are not ready to listen my query as they only want me to clear the outstanding bill, so now I want the airtel people to have a cross check with the conversations made by me and the customer care executive to solve the issue

    I was using the Airtel's corporate mobile sim service from Indian Railways under the plan RA-25 as i m an ACCI/Rajdhani/Shatabdi head quarter New Delhi but now from 4 or 5 months at least, my bill plans was converted in to my plan services so the bill was overdue, i complaint many times about this to the tele callers or some executives of airtel but no any solution in fact my mobile services are interrupted by Airtel.

      I enquired for Airtel broadband feasibility in my Area on 29th July 2016 for which I was informed that feasibility is there and they will send executive to collect documents. I have provided the requested documents on the same day itself along with Rs. 1000 cash as Installation charges.

      I have received an SMS confirmation on 31st July 2016 that "Documents Received against Fixedline account no [protected] installation order No. 86453666. It will be processed in 3 working days.". Application Form CAP number TNPC859949.

      I have not received any update on this until Today and when I checked with customer care they are informing feasibility is not available in my location and my amount will be refunded in form of check after 20 working days.

      This is not acceptable as I went ahead with processing only after receiving confirmation that feasibility is there.

      Same happened with me. Everytime they give same answer. You might not even get a connection. They will say that ports in your area are not available and the next line would be sorry for inconvenience.

      After that once you ask for that refund of 1000 rs. They will say you have only submitted 500 and not 1000 and it would be very hard for you to get refund on this.

      I am following up with appelet team of Airtel since June 6, 2016 on the same. First denied a connection, then refund that is not arriving at my account and false promises in every email.

      My Fixedline Account No. [protected] that does not even exist. So I can't even connect to the manager whose number they have provided to me.

      and still following up getting different reference number after every few days, but refund.


      Doesn't even deserve 1 rating with such sort of experience.
      Complete waste of my time and now I have to go behind to get refund. I took pain to get photocopies of requested documents and 100 times confirmed that if feasibility is there or not. Initially they said they have given many connections in near by streets so it will not be an issue.

      Reason for cancellation given to me was that cable has become faulty and they are not able to rectify it. How can they not be able to rectify an issue where they have many broadband connections. Have they stopped connection for everyone in that area who are already using Airtel broadband (Claimed by Airtel).

      For 10 years I have been using 4 postpaid Airtel mobile connections and still they needed all proofs from me.

      This is really Absurd.Worst Customer service Service.

        I have recharged with ₹199 unlimited pack. Company's service number *123*10# not working properly so i can't details of pack usses. Pack validity end on 3 Aug but company not inform me. I i use 6mb internet than company charge 49 rupees in main account without any alert. I want refund.

          This is with my respect to my repetitive follow-up of the issue I am facing with my 4G connection [protected] at New Thippasandra, Bangalore. After having raised several complaints and tickets with Airtel in the last one, the speed for 4G for me continues to be pathetic. The network engineer visited my house and said there is a problem with the tower in my area - this has was 10 days back. I am not sure what Airtel is doing inspite of being aware that there is an issue. Absolutely disappointed by the service.

            Respected sir,
            I have done recharge on 03.08.16 evening at 6.18 PM from my mobile number main account for the Airtel 3G service via their Airtel portal. The option showed for 1Gand 30 days validity. But after deduction of amount the scheme given to me is rate cutter that too for 3 days validity. I have contacted customer care and made complaint but the response from them was ithat I have done wrong and they don't have such offer. Who gave the permission to have rate cutter offer 3 days that too for 3 days for the big amount of Rs. 249/- They are looting public money like this. Customer care is so poor and care less. They don't worry about launching complaint in TRAI ALSO. SO kindly take appropriate action against aiirte and help me to get my pmt. Sir everyday they loot my money at least 5 to 10 rupees by way of connectiwg cross calls and silent calls. Pls pls take severe action against Airtel for giving advertisements to induce people by the false offers. Kindly do me the needful.

              I ordered a lease line from Airtel in Ludhiana and was given the relationship number 1711945. The internet lease line has been put in a month ago. The net has not worked and I have not been provided any paperwork. I wish to disconnect the connection but I am unable to do so as no one is willing to take calls.

              I have called the relationship manager and the moment he hears my names he pretends that he cannot hear my name and...

                It has been more than 4-5 months that we are facing connectivity issues at our residences. We have to struggle with taking the calls.Even if call gets
                connected it gets dropped.

                21 BLOCK, OLD RAJINDER NAGAR, NEW DELHI are facing hell lot of problems with connectivity.There are no signals inside our houses.Have complaint 121 a number of times, but each time there is a new excuse or we are asked to change our sims.

                In May we got call from Airtel Representatives that within 1month new towers will be installed as there are no towers in our area. For few days signals were little better but now again the problem stands as it is.

                Airtel is coming up with nonsense advertisements on towers etc. but cant even resolve petty issues which are troubling customers to such an extend.

                Do airtel people think we are fools sitting out here ? I think we should
                drag them to court . This is a sort of harassment to the customers and
                leaves us frustrated daily.

                So much name ...so many customers and pathetic services. AIRTEL SHOULD TAKE THIS UP SERIOUSLY.

                  I used airtel app to recharge my number for an internet pack.
                  In best offers on my number on application it showd "102rs 1gb 3g 28 days"
                  But when i recharged this scheme i just got the data with 2 days validity.

                  After speaking to customer care about the problem they were not ready to accept that i actually saw the scheme with 28days validity, i also have the screenshot of the details but still they were not ready to accept the thing.


                  Kindly help me in resolving the problem as soon as possible.

                    I have. received. a message for. 264 rupees 1.5gb data.but when I met Airtel outlet the fellow. told for 298 rupees I can get extra 1.5 gb during night 12 to 7.So I recharged through net banking.but I got only 1gb data only.Then only i knew. that the package is only 265 rupees only.Because of my extra 3 rupees. I lost 0.5 gb data and night 1gb usage data.I would like to express my problem. I tried 121 and 198 help line there is no route to customer care. So please help to solve my problem. Thanking.                     Recently I have received a message 1.5gb data for 264 rupees. After when I met Airtel service outlet the person told if I pay rupees 298 I can avail extra 1gb during night.so I decided to recharge for 298 .I recharged to.. but I get. Only 1gb data only I got.then only I knew that the package is for 295 rupees only.because of this extra 3 rupees I lost 0.5 gb data and night. usage. Of 1gb data. Regarding. this I try to express. my problem I tried 121 and 198 number there is no route. for complaint. No way to contact.please solve my problem. Thankin . You

                      It is hereby stated as under:-
                      1-That i had requested for a new connection of Airtel connection.
                      2-that their executive was approaching me from last 2-3 months for new connection and under the influence of that person he stated me to disconnect my old connection of Connect Company and then under his influence i disconnected my old connection
                      3- that after that he taken all required documents for new connection from me.
                      4- that afterward i got approval of my new connection with order number[protected] with A/c Number [protected] dated 26/07/2016
                      5- that after 1-2 days i got a call that new connection will not be given due to technical error
                      6- that then i contacted that Airtel executive named as Amit Kumar on mobile No [protected] for the reason, he talk to me in very ill manners then i told him to behave properly then he started abusing me in a very filthy language in punjabi that ( aapki shakal achi na hone ki wajah se connection nahi laga)..
                      Is that the way to talk to a customer
                      Kindly strict action me taken immediately against him..

                        I took the post paid connection against this no and last week I cleared all the dues in the account to convert the mobile to pre paid and got confirmation over phone from your office that no more amount is required to be paid . I was supposed to visit any of your outlet to get a separate sim for prepaid connection . Next day I visited your Sarita Vihar outlet opposite L Pocket where from I took the mobile connection, but the lady sitting over there informed me that since the cooncetion is created from her Id the change of mobile from postpaid to prepaid is not possible before 90 days .

                        Today I visited your Connaught Place M Block Office for the change of my mobile but the lady sitting at the Counter ( RITIKA) told me to deposit Rs.140.00 being the amount due against the phone . I was very upset to hear this but I deposited this amount because I wanted to maintain relationship with you . But do you have any policy to charge your customers when entire amount is paid off before due date and the request was made after payment for change of the mobile no from postpaid to prepaid .

                        I strongly protest against your style or working and request you to activate my prepaid connection and refund in my account the charges wrongly and unlawfully recovered .

                            I am using a post paid connection of Airtel.
                            And service provider has updated me regarding the call charges of Airtel 2 Airtel is 0.20p per minute but they are charging to me 0.30p per minute.

                            After logged the more then 50 complaints in - 121 CUSTOMER CARE- NODEL TEAM- APPELLATE TEAM, no resolution I found from their side and I am following from Feb'2016. And Now I am E-mailing them but they are also not replying also, they are ignoring my mails continuously.

                            And already the 0.20p is mentioned in my bill plan and every months bills. But they are not accepting own faults.
                            Now I am writing to you pls. do the needful.

                              I have applied for landline and broadband on 27.7.16 and today is 3.8.16. Its more then a week i am waiting for the connection and they are not responding to my call. Airtel employees are totally mannerless because sometimes when they pick my call they say take your money back and take another connection. They dont know how to behave with customers.

                                Very very bad signals. We con't work with these signals. We have very important works. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Other wise we can move to best service . we tired to contact customer care, but there is no reponse from them.                                   I got message from airtel that we can carry forward our data if we recharge before the due date. I was having 5.7 gb of data in my data dongle which i accumulated for few months. I was recharging for same amount every time since there were no offers.
                                  On jun 18 i saw a deal where i can recharge for rs.58/- which gives me data of data 85 mb and validity 1 month. Since i had data of 5.7 gb and based on the communication from airtel, i recharged for rs.58/-. But what happened was really shocking. All my data was reset to zero and no data for me to recharge next time or create ticket. Literally i was robbed all my data and i dnt have data for creating ticket.
                                  Later when i created ticket (Bal|ref[protected], the conversation went for 1.5 months. Initially, they called me told sorry for this inconvenience and told they are working. I enquired whether i was wrong, they told whatever you did was right, we are working with relevant team to fix this. Many mails, i sent many mails till appellate asking for updates. But answer was we are working.
                                  One fine day i got a mail mentioning that the amount recharged was less than the previous balance so as per process we took all your data. We cannot do anything. I asked them show me the process where its mentioned in website, but no reply from them. When i sent mail, immediately i get a call... We are working, thanks for your patience.
                                  Its not about having and advertising as open network. You should behave like one. 1.5 months... What is the turn around time...? No balance, no validity night twelve o clock connection cut, why not same speed in giving back what belongs to customer. Airtel don't know what professional behavior means. Frustrated with them...

                                  Seeing at the complaint resolution count status of Airtel overall, i see them being too much arrogant and consider themselves as market leaders. They have to think, they are not alone.
                                  We are facing network problem in our area from last one month & not getting any response from airtel side.

                                    My airtel broadband internet connectivity is not working from 19-july-2016. I had raised a ticket on 20-july-2016 about the same, my complaint reference number is 70492104. I waited till 28-july-2-16 and the issue not solved. Aitel executive came to my place on 20 & 21 july and they couldn't solve the issue. After this no one came to my place to solve the issue.
                                    I had raised a concern with nodal officer bengaluru on 29-july-2016, but after this also no one came to my place to solve the issue. They only raised a new complaint numbered 70971750 for show, but the issue is not solved.In between i do get mails/calls from airtel saying they gonna fix it in next 1-2 days. But for last 15 days i am not able to access internet. Also, airtel is not telling me what is the actual issue, why this is taking time and how long this is going to take. Also, why can't they arrange an alternate for me for the time being?
                                    I think 15 days (Half a month) is too long for an issue to be solved.
                                    I am raising the issue in forum, so that people do know that airtel do not care about customer complains. No one should ever use airtel, thinking that it is an india company. Actually airtel is not providing quality service to its customers.

                                      We relocated from one place to another and requested for relocation. After wasting 1 month they said relocation is not possible, hence we had to request for cancellation of connection. Then we raised new connection request for the new address, even after 1 month it is not yet installed. Every time i call up customer care, i get same answer, it will be resolved in 2 days and everytime i get sms providing new reference number.
                                      Pathetic service.
