What kind of service are you providing? I have submitted the documents 3 weeks back for porting my number. Yesterday only i got transferred to airtel but till now you haven't provide me sim card. I called you many times, you were to arrange callback but you never did it. I am facing many problems. I am unable to banking transactions because of otp problem. I will wait till 12 pm otherwise i will mental harassment case against you. I have proof, i called you many times. Arrange a callback on [protected]

    I have been associated with vodafone from past 6 years but just last week i got an opportunity to get it ported into airtel. their plan seemed good!! (so they say dont judge a book by its cover)..

    I got notified that my no. will be completely ported and then i can get it verified at 59059 & then it will be a happy welcome just like a karan johar movie!! lol

    I got it verified last night and airtel signal started coming in.. though it was still pathetic as in the same place where vodafone used to be on full strength the airtel connection had only 2 bars!! secondly just this morning while making a call my call got transferred to the same 59059 no. automatically and it again asked for the verification which i did and after that there has been no service... its like a nightmare that your previous network has been disabled and the current one has also been disabled and that too out of nowhere!!

    I spoke to their customer care people who can only empathize with you (typical bpo culture) and wont help you with anything!! the lady told me that it will take 7 hours and gave me a complaint no. for the same. just after 2 hours i called them to check my status and another lady told me that the complaint is still pending so just give us 24 hours on which i asked her to connect me with her supervisor on which she put me on hold for 15 mins and never returned!!

    It is my humble request to airtel that if this is how you treat your new and corporate no. customers then i must say that you should not waste money on your stupid advt. as people have become very sensible now and will talk only on data points. being a new customer (unfortunately) i would rate you 0/10.

      I need call recordings of my airtel prepaid mobile for the months of april-may. I need it for my own personal use, as i need to look at the conversations made by me to a person who is denying my conversation. It is related to financial misconception which can be solved only by the call recordings since it would serve as a proof for the same. Please send me the call recordings as soon as possible. I really need them to get a financial reimbursement done. Please provide me with the same.

            Hi,
            My name is kousik. It's about my airtel postpaid connection [protected], relationship no :[protected], which i closed few months back.
            I used this number more than one year and i'll continue this number but i think airtel din't want me.
            I take this connection because it's was quite nice plan "missile 149 bill plan-kol".149 rental with 500 mins local, 200 sms and call charge a/a 10p/minute, a/o 20p/minute. And after i change it to super gain 99 plan 2-kol but that i did not like that why i wanted to return to the previous plan but they told me that the plan was no any more so they told me that there is a plan called "myplan 149 corp" with 300 mins local and 200 message and also they told me that call charges remains same like super gain 99 plan 2-kol that is airtel to airtel 20p/minute and others 30p/minute.
            They charged me 50p/minutes but i don't know why.
            If i knew that i never use that connection.
            Unfortunately 26 july 2015 to 25 sep 2015 this two moths my airtel to airtel calls was huge.
            Because i knew that will cost 20p/minute.
            That time l called to the customer care to regenerate my bill but they did not help me.
            I'll pay my bill if the airtel to airtel call charge is 20p/minute.
            Airtel sent me a letter and reply with email but they are not replying.

              I was submitted 716 rupees bill at airtel store which is located hinjewadi phase 2 in infosys technology campus in ecc. Before porting my number with other provider, but after porting my number i was getting same amount of bill.                   3g Recharge data pack

                    Airtel customer service executive promised me, will provided the broadband connection in 2 days, its been 3 days and the amount of 1100 with my photo & proof has been taken by the customer service executive and cheated me.

                    I have tried calling the office and his number, he never picks call after several missed calls. He gave me a call after 3rd day and said will provide in 1 hour but still nobody knocked my door, i'm totally fed up with this executive and service.

                    I demand a full refund now with the proof and photo i submitted.

                    I'm totally frustrated with this fake promises.

                      Today - 8th august, 5.30 pm, i received a call from [protected]. Some lady called me to ask if i want to convert my idea number in to airtel 4g.

                      I started indicated her that my daughter has a airtel sim card & she do not receive airtel signals in her class (Basement) in pune city (Other signel receives)...

                      Before i complete, she started saying that "मै airtel मी पाच साल से काम करती हु और मुझे मालूम है कि पुणे मे airtel का network बहुत अच्छा है! क्यो फालतू कि बकवास करते हो, नाही लेना तो मत लो."

                      And she disconnected a call!! Is this a way of talking? I also told her that i will tell you specific location, where this problem exists - she said, we are not free & we dont have that much time. If you dont want to take - please forget

                      Airtel - please awake.. Or else, your business will start declining... You can either take this complaint seriously or you can ignore... It's up to you.

                          I had a postpaid connection with reliance.
                          Executives from airtel, repeatedly called me and informed me, that airtel had great offers if we number port from reliance to airtel. They tempted me by offering 1gb data free every month for 6months. I agreed and ported to airtel.
                          To my utter shock, airtel did not give me internet connection, free one gb. On contacting the executive charan, he casually informed me that his job is over and we got to contact customer care only.
                          On contacting customer care, they casually informed me no such offer exists for us. Asked us to contact the executives.
                          My number is [protected]. I feel cheated. Please help me to get justice.

                          We have purchased a new sim a week before in coimbatore at airtel office, Lakshmi mills. Due to non registration, again we have been issued a new sim even after repeated contacts after one week. still we are not yet enjoyed the same.                           I recharged Power Rs.24/- on 29.06.16. After recharge Power, your company sometimes has deducted extra amount of Airtel to Airtel and Airtel to others Today Airtel has deducted 90 paise from Airtel to Airtel talking (1 Min. 23 Sec.) after recharging Power of Rs. 24/- on 01.08.16.
                          In this context, I have to think whether I shall in Airtel.

                          AC [protected] I updated my account statement in www.airtel.in/onlinerefund on 25th July ticket no AOR04ada9 ..but till now there is no response ..this is not correct way .there is no portability why did they take my money. U people are cheating the coustmers

                            I had registered a cancellation of my airtel data number [protected], 3 months back by writing a letter to bharti airtel.
                            The number was not cancelled and i was told to pay the due rental of rs. 3654 for the same after 3 months. The number is already disconnected now and they have barred my current mobile number which is [protected].
                            I made the payment after telling them again and again that i asked them to disconnect the data card number and have not been using any of there services since.
                            But due to urgency and me being in different city i needed my phone number to be activated immediately. I made the payment of 3654 online which was declined and i lost that amount also.
                            Later they called and told me payment can only be made to airtel store in cases where numbers are already disconnected.
                            I made the payment again to the nearest airtel office on 6th august 6:10 pm and was told the number ([protected]) will be activated in next 4 hours.
                            After half hour i got a call from airtel saying the payment is done by card and will not be reflected in our system until 24 hours, which i was not told before making payment or even during the payment.
                            The number was not activated even after 24 hours and upon calling airtel customer support people asked me to wait for another 4 hours and that my number activation is processed since the payment is reflected.

                            My number was still not activated till the very next dat 8th august, which is 34 hours after i made the payment. I called the customer service again and told them the whole incident again. They asked me to wait online while they transfer the call to manager, which never happened. I waited to 15-20 mins on call and then i was told managers are busy and they will work upon the request in next 6 hours and get me a call back, which again never happened.
                            I called after 6 hours and the same scenario was repeated over and this time they told me to wait for 2 hours for the call back and that managers were busy currently, on which i got angry and told them to file a complained against airtel.

                            After this, they made me wait for another 15 mins and then transfered my call to concerned dept. There was a mr. Kartik on the other side of the call who again told me that number will take another 4 hours to activate.

                            I am very much disappointed by airtels service and behaviour and lost 2 interview calls because of there uninformed act of barring my outgoing services and and not activating upon paying them twice.

                            I have Ported my Maharashtra Idea SIM to Tamilnadu Airtel SIM. But the shopkeeper is unable to do FRC, which is required to get balance and use Data services. Although network is proper and I am only able to receive Calls and messages. This is causing my loss for past 2 weeks.

                            Network problem form many day. I am not even getting proper data connection from your network. Please improve your network services in this area. In fact I am unable to take proper voice while I receive calls.

                              I had recharged my mobile using paytm but unfortunately ended up entering the wrong number.

The payment was intended for my DTH id [protected] but by by my oversight payment was made to some other no [protected] . The transaction reference for payment is IH 86606990 dated 03.08.2016 13:28 hrs. from Durg, Chhattisgarh
                                made thru SBI Anywhere from my mobile.
                                I need the actual Airtel DTH No. to which the payment was made. SBI people are not able to give me the beneficiary number.

                                    Few months back, Airtel offered free hello tunes for 3 months to me for being a customer for more than 10 years.

                                    But now, again hello tunes got activated without early intimation/ permission.

                                    A message after activation is sent.

                                    My prepaid amount of Rs80 got deducted without my permission / confirmation.

                                    I m absolutely disappointed by this action.

                                    I ve called customer care deactivated the hello tune. But my money has not refunded.

                                    So please look into this and arrange for refund of Rs.80 to my number [protected]

                                      I have already submitted full details of the problem earlier on 28th July. Moreover, I would like to inform you that the above mentioned problem has not been solved yet. I tried to communicate all most all the concerned persons in this regard but nobody has provided me any solution. I am not able to get my number recharged and tariff plans are not working. I has been a long time from your side saying that it was a network problem and it will take 2-3 days. Whenever I call regarding this problem, you people say that it will take 3-4 days. I am in a great problem as I have not been able to make calls for almost 20 days.

                                      So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
