Dear service team,

Hi, this is mr. piyush bhatnagar from udaipur (rajasthan) having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. i lost my mobile when i was travel in bus from udaipur to jhalawar yesterday night, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). i expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

For many months iam trying to deactivate immposible to do. When contacted over mobile also could not able to contact customer care officer. Pl help

      Complaint for airtel.

      I want to know why airtel has disconnected my mobile no. Even though it just used 20 days back. I provided proof of my uses to airtel but still they are not supporting. All the time they are replying we are looking into this issue, i want to know form airtel for how many days you look at issue. This issue is not rocket science where you need some extraordinary skill set, i already provided all the data and cooperating you than what is there which is taking more than 10 days to find out the issue and resolution.
      Your customer support is for no use, your nodal officer and appellate officer are shameful and don't try to solve the issues. Why they do not try to open a conversation to customer (I don't know who is holding this no. [protected] but i want to tell you that guy is such a dumb and don't have guts to answer call).
      If you need anything from my side let me know but you don't have privilege to trouble customer by your poor services. Is there someone who can take up my issue on priority and answer me.

      I read all the trai regulation and aware of possible disconnection, if your database is not updated that't not my fault. Please activate my sim at earliest (Provide me solution)

        Dear concern,
        I would like to raise a concern regarding a broadband connection (tblr #: 7191715).
        On 3rd of august 2016, i got a call from a call center executive named priya (land line #[protected] and she informed regarding the broadband connection, on that regard i informed her that i have already applied for a broadband connection earlier in the month of may 2016 and unfortunately airtel doesn’t have feasibility in my area to provide my connection (earlier tblr # 7143543),
        On that she confirmed that now as of 3rd aug 2016, feasibility is available in my area and she would send the executive to collect the documents,
        On the same day executive arrived for documents collection, i clearly mentioned the same about the earlier case and spend around 30 odd minutes to get a confirmation regarding the feasibility and after few calls he assured feasibility and would get the connection in next 3 days,
        After that till 9th aug 2016, i haven’t received any communication from your end for connection and installation and when i have contacted the executive and the customer care regarding the same they stated that there were no ports available to provide my connection. airtel executives doesn’t have a minimum courtesy to inform the customer s about the status. strange.
        So, this is for the second time i have been humiliated by your team, so my question is if you don’t have the feasibility to provide the connection then why every time you call and insist for document collection and payment.
        A brand like airtel is playing this type of cheap game with the customers to snatch their money for the customers and keep that for 21 days without providing the service and earning interest from the same
        This is the 2nd time i have faced this issue, and as an airtel customer for last 7 yrs. for mobile and dth, its really very much disappointing to receive this type of treatment to their loyal customers.
        Lastly, a suggestion to airtel to align its sales team if possible to contact customers where feasibility is available.
        On the same note i would like to get my refund amount along with my documents which i have submitted as those documents also doesn’t come for free and also intimate your sales team to remove my contact from your database for any further offers as i don’t need.

        I dint know if this above mail would reach to the correct person for any action or not then also i am writing this mail.

              Hi team,

              My mother had an old airtel number of haryana [protected]. The number was expired last year. I was trying to recharge my mother's prepaid number[protected], however mistakenly i did it for old number. The amount is 350rs. And it was done by credit card. I called customer care but did not get any help. Trying to call that number but no one picking up the call. Could you please revert the payment to my correct number? Here are the details.

                Airtel sold 4g internet services to me on 29jul on portable router. After three complaint calls and repeated follow-ups - they advised me that 4g internet service is not available in my area. My complaints are:
                (A) why are they selling these services in front of my house - if it is not available.
                (B) i bought the portable router from airtel. The airtel employees guided me to by the portable router and the prepaid connection. Why are they not aware about it?
                (C) why did it take three complaints and repeated follow-ups to advise me that the service is not available in my area?

                  I made an online request for a new sim card with request id [protected] on 6.08.2016 and received call from their service representative in few minutes. He inquired about many thing and then promised to deliver me new sim card by 07.08.2016. But the sim is not yet being delivered to me yet. I have not even received any phone call from them since then. It reflects a very unprofessional behavior on the part of airtel as they didn't kept their promise and shows how consumer averse is their customer care dept.

                        I am using airtel postpaid last 4 to 5 years, i have my business, for business purpose i activated 13 numbers from airtel as a corporate plan having account number: [protected]. Mr. Javed [protected] sales executive came to me before 4 months & gave me plan 450 min free, 240 mb data free & cug (Group calling free) he gave 2 separate accounts for aurangabad & pune, aurangabad having 9 numbers & pune 4 numbers & all 13 numbers he gave group calling unlimited free, but plan was not activated as per his commitment aurangabad & pune calling were charged, when i called him he told he will change plan, but after 3 months also plan not changed and i called his senior mr. Sairab sayyed - [protected] (Owner at airtel shop) armex sales near juna bazar aurangabad - 431001, maharashtra,
                        He also committed me he will waver amount and plan will change as per committed, but after called them more than 200 times they did not done anything most of the times they not receive call, last 2 months airtel is not sending any invoice they directly call for payments, i sent email on enterprise. [protected]@in. Airtel.Com, [protected]@in. Airtel.Com, [protected]@in. Airtel.Com more than 10 times for same but no response from airtel also, i made the payment 2 to 3 times, one time our outgoing were stopped due to nonpayment, he mr. Sayyad told me not to make payment till waver but that time also he did not done anything & out outgoing were stooped, now i am calling him for same but he is telling me he can not do anything & can not activate such plan, i request you all do not believe any airtel sales person they make false commitments. Now we are porting from airtel soon.. Airtel & there shops make you irritate & waste of time.

                            I have been telling airtel to disconnect my broadband service repeatedly for quite sometime but they have apparently not done. Please disconnect my broadband service by today/tomorrow. 9 days befor i registered complaint also stil not got any response my reference number 71023278 plz take this into action also there has been billing problem they have added june half amount bill to july so on this case i did not pay the bill and till get this problem solved i don't pay any bills anymore because your very bad response to requested complaint i have decided to shut it down plz disconnect as soon as possible i should get response from your office

                              Today we got an bill stating that we have consumed 1.12 gb and our bill is 6800 : (

                              We are swearing that we didn't used the data post 25th july when we got an sms that our bill reached 2600. once we saw the sms we switched off the data in the mobile.

                              Immediately after 1 day we got an sms that our bill reached 3600???. post two days we are getting a sms that our bill reached to 5600 and outgoing barred.

                              Whats happening guys? check your billing system and also check whether somebody has hacked our number and misusing.

                              Using this number for the past 4 years and never our bill reached 1k. and another question is our credit limit is 3600 then how come you guys allowed to reach 6800...

                              Am not sure what resolution you guys gave.Can you mention here?

                              The last update i have is, i asked for the printed bill copy to be sent to my residential address.
                              That bill should have all the Web sites and URLs which have consumed 1.12 GB.
                              I want the detailed bill day wise.

                              As i told several times my credit limit is 3600 am ready to pay that.Apart from that am not in a position to pay extra.

                              Hi Airtel Team,

                              Several times during our discussion i told you guys to send a detailed itemized bill.
                              Inspite of that today we got a bill with one liner stating 6K is the bill amount.

                              Also since services for [protected] has been barred i cant send an SMS request for itemized bill.

                              Henceforth send me an itemized bill(date wise data usage with URLs) at the earliest and also be noted that i will pay only my credit limit 3.6K.

                              Be proactive and customer friendly else soon you will loose all your regular postpaid customers like me to JIO.

                                I have ported two mobile no. [protected] from vodaphone mumbai to airtel bangalore and [protected] from airtel mumbai to airtel bangalore more than a week ago. I have been given both the sims from authorised agent at hennur but none of them has been activated even after more than one week time. Kindly check as to why sims are not getting activated.

                                      Every time we are facing problem of signal in Phase 3rd, I have 6 connection of air tel but now i want to change all of them due to signal issues, we are facing this problem from last 5-6 months. We are requested you plz rectify the same on urgent basis.
                                      My airtel no is [protected], broadband related to this number is not working for 3 days. I have launched a complaint regarding this at customer care but no action taken till time. Kindly look in that matter & while issuing the bill of next cycle cut the amount of these 3 days.
                                      I am trying for mnp but company is not providing porting code, I have requested through customer care & walk in sore at gomti Nagar Lucknow but after one month there is no response.
                                      Kindly resolve the issue.
