Hi,

I am abhishek kaumar ([protected]) I have given request for sim portability Vodafone to airtel postpaid ([protected]), after doing all successfully verification, yesterday at 11:0 pm i get message from Vodafone and airtel that my number get successfully ported to air tel, kindly insert new sim and dial 59059
when i insert sim no network came with message 'No Service'.

number given for portability request number - [protected]

Kindly help me as it happens more than 7 days and more than 13 hours after sim port.
when i call airtel executive they told sir sim is activated from our end there is no problem, we don't know why you are facing this issue.

This is just shame on airtel service, first time wrong impression and rather than accepting mistakes executives giving me stupid type excuses.

Kindly help else roll back my number to old network, if you have no guts to provide service.

      Airtel has discontinued my iptv service from 31/07/16.
      They are neither acknowleding our emails nor providing any service request no.
      This is very frustrating and painful. If we call 121 which is customer care number, there we do not find any option to lodge our complaint. This we feel they have done it intentionally so that cusumer cannot approach them. Please take appropriate action.

        I, am vivek singh nd my number is [protected] in which i have registered my airtel money acnt app. But just few days before i wrongly entered the mpin 3 tym. For which my accnt got blocked from last 25 days. i have tried several time customer care number but still they are unable to help me.if i contact to airtel customer care the suggest me that you can call on 400 but when i call this number their is no option to reset my account hence suggest me a solution or unblock ma account.           Lost signals on my postpaid number for no apparent reason with callers receiving "incoming call facility not available on this number". Customer care gives explanation that no outstanding balance is pending on your account. On further inspection says that "on some mobile numbers, our services are pushed daily and due to some system error, it was not pushed on your number". That much for being a loyal customer for so many years. Issue still not resolved after multiple requests and 24 hrs. Relationship number : [protected]

            Respected sir,

            I am not receiving incoming calls since 6th of june, 2016 and
            I am not able to send or receive text messages from my mobile number [protected].
            My alternate number is [protected].
            I have talked to 121 so many times :

            - complaint no. 69710808 dated 7 th june, 2016

            - complaint no. 69792153 dated 11 th june, 2016

            - complaint no. 69982733 dated 23 rd june, 2016

            I have also sent so may complaints to respected nodal officer. I have sent so many complaints to appellate delhi.

            Is there any higher authority where i can register my grievance?

            Can somebody provide me email address and contact numbers of higher aurhorities?

            Do i need to talk to shri bharti mittal ji.

            I still believe that airtel is a professional company and a big brand in telecommunication business. But what kind of service are you giving to your customers, i fail to understand.

            Every second day some body calls me and say my problem will be rectified within next 48-72 hours. Every time after lapse of that period, i have to complain again.

            I want to inform you that i am tired of complaining every now and then.

            If you have a solution, please provide it,
            But if you donot have a solution, please deny me straightforward.

            Please send me a mail and say, i will never receive incoming calls,
            I will never receive or able to send text messages. After that, i will never disturb you. But i need a final reply from you.

              Airtel blames to customers like at-airnf services. Like unauthorized quiz competations and dedect money every day common charge 5 rupees for continueing service. And every question send answer message 1.50 paise for message. How india government give the permission like to airtel companies. Its totally fraud. Even single day with in 5 minutes i am lossed 25.00 rupees. Take against action on airtel company take againt action on airtel companies. Plz banned like this services all over india.

                My no. Is [protected], earlier it was vodaphone sim but through number portablity service i have been applied for postpaid airtel corporate sim before 15 days in your office of shoprix mall sec 61 noida, i am working as a manager in oriental bank of commerce.In sec-66 noida. For verification no body came in my office and my home. After revised complaint through airtel office no body came for verification. I am a govt employee even i am facing such problem. Its very shameful. From 15 days my no. Is closed, i am fed up with your service. Even your employee of airtel office dont know whom to contact. I will get the sim of other company also but you will loose your customer day by day. Solve my problem on urgent basis. My alternate no. [protected] hope so i will get the response of my problem.

                  The worst customer service from airtel i ever had. I have applied for airtel postpaid & and broadband connection, while collecting documents & money executive & customer support has promised me that these will be activated in 1 day and the broadband will be installed in 24 hrs. But even after 4 days my postpaid connection and broadband is not registered or activated and for broadband connection if i contact the respective executive for installation he just keep on saying since 2 days that, with in 30mins or 60mins i'll come and install.

                    Whenever my mobile data finishes, airtel gives intimation only after eating all my mobile balance.
                    I tried my possible to connect to customer care care representative by calling 121 ans 198.
                    But it leads to all the unnecessary promotions but everything went in vain.
                    I tried all the available landline and mobile numbers for customer support. None of the number works.
                    After using the service for 7-8 years totally...

                      Iairtel charges premium amount call and data services. I never get proper signals. If you charge premium amount why wouldn't you provide the premium services. Every time airtel increases the charges, but to provide the better services across. If this will continue in similar way i will prefer to port my number to another network.

                        I'm using airtel datacard from past couple of years. My datacard num is "[protected]". This data card stopped working in june and raise the complaint with airtel customer care. For some days no one rectified my problem. After 2 weeks i got a call from airtel customer care and he sent one airtel executive to repair it. It's almost more than a month still he did not returned by datacard and keep on charging without using.

                            I recently opted for dth service and simultaneously i requested for cancellation of iptv services. i dropped an email regarding deactivating the services but unfortunately, its been 6 days there is no response from their side, i have sent no of emails first for the activation of the dth service n now it is again a pain for deactivation. i am out of the country so can't contact the customer care only option left is communication over the email but unfortunately they are not responding.

                            I have tried to contact you on twitter as well, have sent you numerous emails but no response... So please don't misguide others that we can connect with you 24X7. Its been 25 days and nobody has contacted me yet so how can you resolve my problems. If there would be an option of very bad rating, Airtel would deserve it.

                            This is the only reason I hate to deal with you Airtel and would like to terminate all the services. No acknowledgement, no follow up on the complain, simple plain words with no meaning or any efforts of resolving the matter. Your level of customer satisfaction has gone down and over the past couple of years, I was a fool to realise that Airtel is managed by STUPID people who just comes and goes without trying to offer any help to their customer.

                            So that's why I want to end everything. Please revert asap.

                            FYI, I dropped an email in the morning at airtel.[protected]@airtel.com and till now have not received any reply.

                                I have a land at padnoor village (puttur taluk d. k dist. karnataka state) where i need airtel to install tower.
                                The tower can provide coverage to huge residential population and also very well in the line of sight.
                                Present provided tower network is too slow and far from our village. its waste of money recharging 3g/4g net pack because of the low horrible network.

                                  Not kept up discount in hotspot bill but promised on dongle discount during connection start up.
                                  I took up the airtel hotspot connection on june 8th 2016 for rs.2300 as device cost. I took up this device, after the attempt to activate my tata photon dongle failed since its usage way back in 2014. Airtel promised to give me a discount on the older (Tata photon or any) dongle for first 9 monthly bills.
                                  I got my first bill on june 23rd, which is not one month yet & no discount was given. When questioned, the airtel nelamangala told me the amount to be paid is termed as "initial rental" & so no discount but disccount will come into picture from the actual billing cycle starting june 23rd for every month 23rd from june.
                                  Do you understand the jargon "initial rental" & stuffs? No? Even me.. But thats how customers are treated so they remain shut; & i stayed shut too to wait till jul 23rd.

                                  To my expectation, there was no discount in july 23rd generated bill too.
                                  I raised a complaint with the direct office (Airtel nelamangala) & they have been coming back to me since july 23rd but not got back till today aug 1st). So i had to logon the issue with the main airtel office via their email support. I have logged on the issue but did not provide the direct office name yet as i wait for the direct office to solve it today!

                                  I strongly believe this would not be sorted today because i see such an attitude in the customer care at the direct office right from the day one i know them.In this case, i need my device cost back & i would surrender the device to them! (I can pay the non discount bill if they give back the device cost & disconnect the device!)

                                  Please note: the main airtel office mails seem to tell me they arent aware of any such discounts.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    Good morning i selected airtel for better network and good service, but what happens to me was very disappointing. I choose my plan 299 for my postpaid number [protected] in which i get 1000 mb internet+ 600 local minutes+180 std minutes after three month in middel of my plan circle i changed the plan by calling customer care at the time of changing plan i have 380 mb data left in my account and i select plan 1250 mb internet +600 local minutes+90 std minutes and i make sure that i dont want to pay any extra amount for it after chnging plan i see that i recive 1250 mb internet +380 mb internet (Which was left in my account) then i call to customer care and tell them that i recive this extra internet by mistake so please deduct it then they tell me that company gives me benefit i say i cant pay anything extra for it then they tell me i dont have to pay anything extra for it (You may check call recording) then it sounds great to me i've used internet as shown free lastlly i left aprox 10mb of internet on date of reciving bill i dont recive it so i call customer care again and they tell me this may take 24 hours after 24 hours i still dont recive bill but in airtel app it shows 505 /- as current uses then i call customer care again for bill then they tell me i will recive my bill very shortly then i ask for what is current uses then companies representative tell me they cant say anything before preparation of bill after that i recive bill of rupees 928/- then got shoked my head was paining by seeing this amount then i call customer care and explain whole situation as i explain up. Then they say me they cant do any thing but within 24 hours a seniors representative call me back after that i wait for 48 hours but i dont get any call that was so embressing me then i call again to customer care and again explain whole situation towards her then she tell me within 48 hours the extra ammount will be automatically deducted and i dont worry about it within 48 hours i recive only 250 rupee in my airtel account then i again call to customer care and explain whole matter then she tell me she cant do anything i have to email on [protected]@airtel.In.Com so i typed it sorry my english is weak but please understand my situation i got so tired of it i work in handicarft and my boss is not allow me talks on call for hour of time daily and my salary was also very low because i recently join it thats why i cant pay such a big amount please help me...

                                      I have been using one of a airtel prepaid sim card (west-bengal) since more than last 5 years (on 14th july 2016 i have got a sms from sbi on the same sim no) and all my banking documents are linked with that sim card no. i have been using this sim card for my banking purpose and banking otp sms purpose.

                                      Now the issue is that the company has stopped my services and now the customer care service representative is telling that i can not use the same sim card no or even the same no although i will provide all the registered document again.

                                      I have requested him to make the same sim no active but he (tapas das) is telling that can not be possible any more. i have requested him several times but he is not understanding my problem and one more thing is that he has told me :
                                      The same sim card no has assigned to another person and his document is not with them now.

                                      I have call 2nd time to the wb airtel prepaid customer care and mr pijush mondal have received the call. he told me that same no is completely damaged due to unuses of sim card and can not not be active anymore but when i have told him that i have got a sms on 14th july 2016 then told me nothing. when i have requested him to talk with his supervisor then he cut the ph call


                                      I can not understand why they have done this when i am using this sim card.
                                      Now i am ready to provide all my registered document and also ready to recharge some amount. actually by any cost i just want to get the same no back and please help me in this case.

                                      Note:from 14th july 2016 to 1st august 2016 i am out city for my business purpose an i didn't use that sim card within this period.
