Sir, i lost my airtel prepaid sim no. [protected]. i request u to kindly block the sim to avoid any misuse.


Ir i have lost my airtel prepaid sim number [protected]. you are requested to block the sim immediately to avoid any misuse.

Exact date is not known as i have removed the sim from my mob for putting the new number and kept the sim in an envelop. while moving between baroda, kanpur and chennai, when it fell down is not known.

My address was air force station makarpura, vadodara - 14.

    I had a worst experience in your bangalore office executive...
    Mr hari prasad
    Mr. ganesh head operations...

    I called the airtel office bangalore with my mobile number..[protected] at 7 to 8 between pm on 30th july 2016

    I told them that the amount of 265 was debited from hdfc account and where i had an issue that previous recharge transaction was also not happening.. i never got an sms of recharge nor the amount

    The agents transfer the call to mr. harish

    Where i was very much angry with my issues

    I told him i need my payment right now

    Nd mr harish.. i am on call he said me that... pagal ho gayi hey. to mr ganesh.. where i was listening everything

    I was so upset with this word.. i m using airtel from past so many years. nondoy had given me such an responce.

    Instead of apologies from the manager.. ganesh he told me that i am adamant i do know how to speak.. i was being threatening to the people that's your employees by transferring the call

    I am the senior head operations in quikr

    Who the he'll is he to tell me pagal ho gayi hey on call

    And mr ganesh he is teaching me professionalism on the call by supporting the hari prasad..

    It's really hurted me by having so many years of experience with airtel they have told me all this things and words.

    I need the responce from ceo itself i need you to call me and hear the call too...

    Being so old age

    At the end i had to use all abusing words which i never used on anybody still now..
    Being a mother. of one child. i do not except this kind of responce from an stupid senior operations people

    It's really worst worst worst.

    Airtel was an good company i was happy with the service but after this incident i will b stop using this network.

    My brother deals with this airtel i will tell him also to stop it and i will put all this in media and recording will be shared with all

    And until unless i get an apology with both of them.

    I want to know what' was the action taken from ceo about this??

    Will never ever use airtel.

    Thank you mr ganesh and hari prasad for saying all this and giving me an bad experiences.

      I have two airtel sim and one idea sim it is not used before 5 months ago. So when insert all the sim, there is emergency call only. And from all these i know number for only one sim . It is [protected]. And i forget one idea and airtel. So i want to use two sims from this. Taking a new sim is laso a problem now. So i want to use but i dont know how to do this.

        I have been running from pillar to post since 25.5.2016 to get my broadband problem sorted out.But the same has not been sorted out till date.They do not come at first and say that we tried to contact you but you but you didn't pick up the phone when no one has even called me. They come every time and say now the broadband has been restored.But the problem remains as it is. You are requested to either get it rectified immediately or disconnect my line if you are unable to get it restored.

          Dear Sir,

          This is to inform you that the broadband services provided by you people are really worst and I am fed-up with the same.

          My fixline phone / Broadband no[protected] is not working properly for last 40 Hrs and no one from Airtel is picking the call.

          I have observed the same issue 3-4 times in last 15-20 days and every time you people usually take 40 to 60 hours to restore the same.

          I have lodged a complaint yesterday and made many calls to Mr. Pushpendra ([protected]), Mr. Shashi ([protected]), Mr. Varun ([protected]) and on one landline line no[protected] since morning, but no one picked the calls.

          All above casual approach demonstrate the incompetence of your team and I don’t want to be associated with such an organisation who does not sensitive for its customer.

          Now it is requested to close my connection and take back all the items provided by you and release my security deposit and connection charge ASAP.

          I know, your approach towards my request will be casual like always but I am hopeful for smooth exit.

            Hello,

            I've been a loyal Airtel Customer (ipTV, Broadband & Landline) for the past so many years.
            Recently you told me that you were withdrawing your ipTV Services and will be providing me with Airtel DTH Connection. I was OK with the decision but I did not know that I would have to call you up 5 times to request you to transfer my connection to DTH.

            Are Customers a liability to you ?

            Just 5 minuted back I called your Customer Care and I was tild to call back after 2 hrs since you have some System Upgrade going on. Is this the Customer Service that you are priding yourself on ?

            I believe you are living in fools paradise if you think you can get away by telling customers that your backend team will call me up and say that my number was not reachable. I call your Customer Care and they say that they will arrange a call back from backend team even when I am willing to talk to them right now.

            Is your backend team more busy than customers who pay you money ?

            I feel sorry that I have been paying you money for over 10 years for such stupid service.

            31st July is the date that you withdraw your service and I don't have an Airtel DTH cnnection at my home still.

            I have no idea what is your conversion rate from ipTV to DTH but I'm very sure that its dismal to say the least owing to your callous and caring-a-damn attitude of your Customer Care and Backend Team.

            I feel utterly let down and will for alternatives to your DTH, WiFi and Phone Services.

            You people should be happy that I'm not pressing charges in a Consumer Court so as to claim harassment and installation dues that I have paid for your services. This will have to be my most unsatisfactory engagement with any Service Provider where I was the stupid loyal customer and you were the callous service provider.

            I'm very sure that I will get an automated response to this mail as well and all those people that I have included in the TO list will never even care to read this mail, precisely the reason why I feel all your customers will ditch you in the coming days.

            If you have any shame then have a look at your Customer Care Call Logs and see how many times I have called you up in the last week.

              After my number portability I m unable use message service for 6 days. When I called to customer care they mentioned its problem with Airtel and will be fixed in 16 hours. After that when I again called they still your compliant is Open and will take minimum 24 hours from now. They are just unable to send me any compliant status to my mail or unable to resolve the issue for message service.

                  My number is not working from last 4 hours. I port my number from Voda Post Paid to Airtel Post Paid. I made cal to 59059, computer asked last 4 digit number of my Voter Id. After submitted, call automatically disconnected and receive a message on my alternate number (Your televerification is successful). After that my network has lostted. This is very important number. Kindly fix it.

                    I made a complaint on 27 july regarding broadband. It is not working from 27july.

                    The airtel customer care said that it will be solved in 24 hours but in between airtel did not gave me any feedback or update.

                    After 24 hours when problem was not solved i again contacted the airtel supervisor and some sana said that it will be solved till 12 pm. So i again waited for next 6 hours but no action was taken.

                    Again i called the customer care and this time some dev answered the call from the senior department and after 25 minutes of call waiting he said that there is some issue with the main line and all, so it will take two days more. But that guy also said that it is not confirm that it will be solved in next two days. And even he had no idea that what step have been taken by the airtel to solve the problem.

                    Even i also mailed a complaint to airtel appellate
                    Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel. Com. Some sanjay called me and said that this some engineer will visit to me and this problem will be solved by evening. But no one from airtel contacted me or visited.

                    The same type of problem i faced in february 2016 and airtel took 15 days to solve the issue and now again i am facing the same problem.

                    If airtel is not able to provide me service in my area.. Kindly let me know so that i can change to some other service provider.

                    This is the way of treating there old loyal customers. Airtel being a big company they are unable to rectify a line issue in 3 days and still they do not know the exact time to solve the issue.

                      This is with the reference of my two airtel postpaid numbers [protected], [protected] in the name of Abhinav Upadhyay.
                      I got these two numbers postpaid on 27 July 2016 followed by the televerification.
                      Since that day, all incomings are shown as UNKNOWN. No number or name is written on the screen while the incoming calls. I registered the complained they gave me 8 hours to resolve the issue with complaint number 70564080 and 70564096, i am writing you after more than 24 hours and now my all incoming calls are deactivated.
                      No resolution has been done. i have suffered heavy damage with my work due to no incomings.

                      Kindly go through this issue on priority basis or else we shall talk legally.

                      Thank you and hope the same will be resolved ASAP.

                        The worst dth service provider is airtel dth. They promise / claim that installation will be done within 1 day and hence don't take request for more than one day. It has been 7 days and my connection is still not active. First engineer came and claimed that since i don't have screws to install my dish i have to buy a new dish all together - great combo offer. New screws new dish. Again a new request was raised and the service centre guys ensured resolution within 24 hours. All i got was multiple calls from service centre and engineer claiming to reach my place within hours. No one came. Not surprised. The next call to service team was transferred to "so called" supervisor, after ranting my issues was asked to repeat the same in hindi.
                        Airtel would disconnect my connection even if the payment is delayed by a day, now i don't have connection for more than a week. What will they do? Plus the cost of multiple calls that i have made.
                        Recommendation to all is not to opt for airtel dth connection if you have a choice.
                        @bharti mittal are you taking a note?

                        Today the engineer came. "wow".
                        After technically analysing the connection he said that the current dish is outdated. Took inr 700 and came back with the "so called" new dish. After hours of hard labour, he gave up saying "my head is spinning and i am not able to resolve the issue.
                        Then it clicked me, that it could be a new way of s liking dishes to the existing customers.

                        @sunil bharti mittal you do have business acumen huh!!!

                        Conclusion: same condition as yesterday. Dish not working. So called engineers are not able to resolve the issue.
                        I am further down with inr 700 along with the cost of multiple phone calls (Which minimum lasts 20 mins each).
                        Mental stress and agony.

                        Screw all customer service. Illiterate engineers and the same gets reflected on the brand.

                        Regret the day i had taken airtel dth connection. Thinking of filing a police complaint under section 420.

                          I had requested for number portability for my prepaid airtel number [protected] from haryana circle to maharastra circle.
                          I had submitted the documents to my nearest airtel center, and was clearly told that whatever the previous balance, would be added back after the porting.

                          I had approximately 200 as my previous balance and now it has nothing.

                          Kindly revert back the previous balance, as it is not ethical to provide the wrong information and that too by airtel center itself.

                            Hi,
                            I traveled to Germany in April and once I reached Germany I enabled International roaming using Airtel website "Rs149 IR Activation Plan 30 D" to make an emergency call to India.

                            even after enabling this service I could not be able to make outgoing calls.

                            When I reached india I got shocked by seeing the mobile bill of Rs. 4, 01, 314.02.Bill shows the data usage at one time 14/APR/2016 19:39:[protected] bytes ( 477 MB) worth Rs.

                            342006.

                            The usage was unknown for me. During this usage I did not get any warning messsages from Airtel.


                            But when I checked the SMS I could see that on 15th April

                            Alerts sent on[protected] as The Following IR SMS has been sent to the customer no:-[protected] and message is -- Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on

                            your airtel mobile [protected] is Rs 24316. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 2070, Data-Rs. 22246. To continue enjoying services, SMS YES to [protected].

                            Alerts sent on[protected] as "Dear Sir/Madam, I'm usha from Airtel, have noticed there has been a high data usage on # [protected] for 31MB with value of Rs22246(approx excluding surcharge

                            and taxes) @Germany. Hence, as a precautionary measure, the IR GPRS service has been blocked. Kindly confirm if GPRS to be activated.

                            My Credit limit is only Rs. 14000. Airtel continued service even with out getting my confirmation (once data usage reached Rs. 22246)"YES" SMS. Airtel is not ready to take this as complaint via their toll free number. and I send mail to Airtel They are not ready to accept these. Now Airtel started sending people to my house. I am very scared.

                            I did not get the service (making outgoing calls), I receive the bill for the one I did not want to use.

                            Please help me to solve this issue.

My net balance after that main balance also while data mode on off mode approximately 20 mb 40 mb respevtivly. So many time call to customer care to airtel but they had nit given any satisfied reply regarding my problem so i request you kindly look into this matter seriously and convey the message why happening so. Otheewise iwill going to cut my connection and port to some other standard net work

                                    We received a communication from team airtel regarding stoppage of the services for iptv this has been appended below.

                                    We have been following up on their number 121 as well as nodal officer for last two weeks to understand their offer to ensure that we are we will be covered at the same price level as our current plan covering voice, dsl and iptv, as the same is not clear from the offer.

                                    We are keen to migrate to new service and have been requesting for a call back from their office, none has come so far.

                                      I had applied for a broadband internet connection in bangalore and here is the installation no [protected]. The customer executive followed up several times to follow up for the documents. We gave him the documents and was assured that the connection would be installed in 3 working days. Airtel executive who came to receive the documents suggested that we pay 1100 as the installation charges whereas the plan states 1000rs only. When asked he said 100rs is for verification. Considering that we gave him 1100 as the charges. Its been 4 days there is not even a single call or follow up from the airtel team on this. Even more pathetic is when we called now they say that connection cannot be installed at your place. Worst service ever experienced from a provider. We thought of getting a new airtel dth connection also but after this i dnt think so i would continue using my airtel mobile number also. Would not recommend anyone opt for it. I want airtel team to reply and process my refund immediately.‪#‎banairtel‬ i need an immediate refund, its been more than 2 months i do not have update on refund cheque. Pathetic service ‪#‎airtel‬. Never ever expect customers to trust airtel. They always reply with comments like your case is being highlighted or we will connect with you soon to share an update as possible but we have never heard update from them.

                                        Sir,
                                        I came to jaipur for and installed airtel broadband connection at my rented home at 6/6/16 the airtel representative bhawar lal who installed the connection told me that after paying the 1000rs as installation fees the wifi router will be mine when the connection is cut! He specifically told us this line"ye modem bhaiya bus aapka hai ab" as i was reading the conditions of the form he told us not to worry as modem will be ours in any case.. Now due to airtel broadband's poor services i am forced to change the internet service provider.. Now when i called them at 25/7/16 they asked me reasons.. And i told them the reason then their representative told me that the modem will be taken away from me as i have not used the connection for six months and that it is written on the form i signed and how i am liable to give the router back to them..! I feel cheated as i trusted mr. Bhawar lal about the same as he is a representative of airtel.. Word of a company reprresentative is trustworthy i suppose.. But i have been fooled by the same person and now i am bound to give the router back which i barely used!!

                                        Also i have to call them 5 times to just end the connection they first forced that the connection wouldnt be cut by the end of the month and i have to pay extra after lot of arguements the person finally agreed to cut the connection.. By this they harras and mentally torture a customer until he comes to a point where i had to raise my voice and literally shout at him in short my complaint is
                                        1. Their representative lied to me that the modem was mine after the connection not mentioning that a period of six months is mandatory for that i trusted hin and then signed after skipping that section in the form where the specific about the 6 month period was mentioned!
                                        2. Have to call 6 times atleast and argue for about half an hour just to end the connection!
