This mail have been sent to airtel but from many months but issue has not been solve...
Dear airtel,
Kindly request your interference as per below trail mail airtel team is just not solving the billing issue which they have imposed on me rs.12840 for internet usage, but every time after compliant they argue and close down the compliant.
Just to provide you details of my compliant given to airtel i am facing this issue from last 2 month and after follow ups they revised my airtel bill for the month of may'16. But again in this month of june'16 billing i am regularly torched by them even after my so many complaints given to them. Kindly providing you details of compliant given to airtel dated 14/6/2016 — compliant reference 69823101, compliant given to airtel dated 15/6/2016 — compliant reference[protected], compliant given to airtel dated 27/6/2016 — compliant reference[protected], compliant given to airtel dated 28/6/2016 — compliant reference 70063016, compliant given to airtel dated 29/6/2016 — compliant reference 70081564, compliant given to airtel dated 9/7/2016 — compliant reference 70258512.
Also to inform you i have received message from airtel on dated 21/6/2016 as mentioned in red (Token number g044 dated 21/6/2016 data use apprx 869.39 of 1024.0 mb has been used on your mobile till 21/6/16 as per your plan post 1024.0 mb)
This message gives clear picture how airtel has charged me unnecessary 3g charges which i have never requested to them.
Kindly request you to log an complaint against airtel for torturing me from 2 months and to inform you i have not used internet network from 15/6/2016, 20/6/2016 till billing date due to this issue. Kindly need compensation for all the trouble that airtel has given me for 2 months. Request you to solve the issue on urgent basis.

I have not received a phone call also and there is no action taken on my compliant...is there anyone really looking into it...?
Its absolutely disappointing with Airtel, why should we pay so much and not get the basic speed, specially when its is broadband...if you can not resolve, please cancel my connection.
Note: i get the speed only after 8 pm...but i took broad band for speed so that i can work from home...
