No body came even after taking 1000rs on 11 th for new broadband connection. It had been 3 to 4 days. We had to go towards tata photon plus which is much better than yours. I am going to complaint to the telecom ministry. You are showing 4g ads all over india 4g-open. However your service is pathetic. Already we have many landline connections. We shifted from mtnl to airtel-aleady we are inbound tour operator. Who is your vigilant officer? He said too much but never stick to his word. First time we are complaining. You much improve the service. Even today on 15 th july 2016;he promised that somebody will come at any time today. What is somebody? & no proper time committed. I dont want to complain but this is not the way to treat your customer.

    My husband and i have been loyal customers of airtel from many years now. we had airtel numbers when we were in delhi, and now since we have moved to bangalore around 4 years ago we are using the same network. we have always been paying all our bills on time.
    But to our disappointment, airtel has started to be a bad network trying to shell out more money from our pockets.
    I really regret to say that airtel has the worst customer care now, the representatives are not trained enough to help people with the best possible plans, so they can take advantage.

    Let me explain,
    I travelled to us in march. before travelling, i got the rs 149 international roaming plan activated.
    None of the representatives told me that i can activate 999 plan for the data usage so i can save money. i used internet in dubai and us, but fortunately when i used data in dubai, they auto activated my 999 plan and i saved money and paid only 4000 rs approx (even when my usage was more than rs 54000), which i appreciate.

    But when my husband travelled to us on june 22, he got the same 149 rs plan activated before leaving. he used internet in dubai and us to inform us about his whereabouts.
    But in his case, the 999 plan was not activated when he reached dubai.
    As he was already in roaming and could not call customer care, he sent an email to them asking why the plan was not activated and they activated 999 plan from june 24 and yesterday they sent us a bill of 38000 rs.
    When he sent the email, rather than giving any reply on why the plan was not activated, they activated the plan from june 24. why no one replied to the email telling why it was not activated??? why airtel only knows how to pull money and not be responsible for what mistakes have been done by them??

    I fail to understand why airtel is selective in activating plans.
    We contacted the customer care and they say that 999 plans are not activated automatically, so here are the questions:
    1. why was it activated for me then?
    2. why was it not done for my husband?
    3. where are the rules written in which case it will be automatically activated and which case it will be not? i need to see the link to the rules if it is written anywhere.

    4. when my husband had called to activate the rs 149 plan, he had told the representative that he would be using internet in dubai and us. why are the customer care representatives not trained enough to tell customers about the better plans available?

    Airetl has just made it a habit of trying to shell out more money from our pockets.

    Airtel has been really bad with trying to help us with this issue. they reverted saying they can give us rs 500 discount. we are not begging you for money.
    They do not acknowledge their fault, and do something about it.

        Today i received a call from airtel representative regarding my payment for postpaid bill. she was asking for the payment on the same day. as i already know that i have missed my payments and i told her that i cant pay today i dont have that much money. she started harrasing me by saying that "paise nh hote to postpaid le q lete ho". i said her pls be professional but she was not ready to listen to anything. she was doing that again and again. i have all the proves the call recordings as well. hope u people will help me for that.

            I was purchased airtel dth before 3 months. I have paid full one year subscription value rs 4450/-. But set top box in not working from last 13 days. Company engineer has come 5-6 july and not given any solution. I am regularing follow to airtel digital dth/airtel official through email and twitter. But till date i have not getting any service engineer after 6 july. My airtel dth connection no. Is [protected]-001.
            Sir, company has not given service or annual subscription value. I am suffering very mentally pressure from airtel fraud.

              M/s king security guards having total 16 (r) 16 cug sim of mobile number from sl. no: [protected] to [protected] been catered on 02 june 2016 by mr. dharmender sharma (relationship manager [protected]) of airtel at 39a/102, mohammadpur village, near bhikaji cama palace new delhi.

              The signal strength is so poor to establish contact seems to be a punishment and on top of it the callous attitude of the concern mr. dharmender is bonus to handle with above all lodging the complaint with airtel official is like we have won the war.

              Is there anyone in the organization who can take care all short of this issue and resolve it.

                I buyed this Sim last month and day before yesterday I recharged my number [protected] with 2G data pack of one month but there were many problems I was receiving and I called customer care and got the setting from your side.I applied those setting nd but then also I dint received any resolution and then yesterday again I called customer care but again the problem was same and then executive logged my complaint and the complaint ID was CMOSE[protected] and C3GDC[protected].
                The problem arising are I am not at all able to use net and even Wattsapp which work's on very low net speed that also I am not able to use and on FB no data is able to load and what ever I do i only show processing bar and after some minutes I receive Request Timeout Error.And some times signals only get lost or do not connect even.
                So please look into the issue and please let me know when can I expect the resolution.Already every setting and switching off and cleaning sim and again attaching it with phone, every shot of task from my side I did but problem is same.

                  I was going to singapore for 5 days, and planned to take airtel smart pack of 2499 inr for singapore, which had enough free calls, and 3g data.

                  It was 22nd jnue 2016, i booked it through airtel booth on delhi international airport. the guy did all the formalities on my wife's mobile, and said it is done. there is no action required at my end.

                  On reaching singapore, i used its data for around 20 minutes. and within few hours, i got an sms on same number that i have an unbilled usage of 22000 inr. i was totally shocked to see this, and it was a complete mood spoiler on the very first day of my singapore holiday trip.
                  Note: my trip duration was only 5 days. 1st day waste due to this.

                  I stopped the sim completely. and, i immediately sent an email to airtel (from hotel wifi) regarding this that i have booked smart pack.
                  After about an hour after i sent them the email, i got an sms that some 999 inr pack has been activated on my mobile. this was again a surprize, as this is not the plan i took.

                  I got reply the next day in evening. they told me that you have 999 inr plan, which has zero around 30 mb free data only, and you used 34 mb of data. you are liable to pay the bill at end of month.
                  In the end, i could not use my sim for complete trip. a complete waste of the smart pack i booked.

                  Completely frustrated by all this, i decided to fight for this, and asked them to revert complete bill of international usage. as, it was a complete harrassment from their side. i took the plan to use in singapore, but i could not even use it. and, they gave me mental shock of 22000 inr, which is a huge amount for mobile bill.

                  So, this mail communication is going with them from last 20 days. and, they are not agreeing to this.


                  To my benefit, i was travelling to usa on 11 july, and i got a chance to meet the same airtel booth guy at delhi international airport. this time, i took complete video of our conversation. and, he looked into his register for that day. and, it has a clear entry of my number for that actual smart pack of singapore. i proved my point.

                  I shared these pictures to airtel, to which they are still not agreeing.


                  This is a complete cheating from airtel. i again demand for complete revocation of charges because:
                  1. i booked it for my benefit for those 5 days, and could not use it because of their 22000 inr message
                  2. due to their mistake or that guy mistake, the smart pack was not activated on my mobile. there is no fault of mine.
                  3. airtel harassed me mentally on my holiday trip, which was not a my mistake.

                    I live in a flat at 2 nd floor on street no 10 west guru angad nagar gurudwara road 110092 delhi.
                    Since i have brought the airtel connection prepaid i have never answered a single call inside my flat i have to go in the balcony to talk because of poor network.
                    Internet get disconnected then switch on the net or switch on off the network. 3 g net sometimes works like 2 g and 2 g never works at this very moment i have 2-3 fluctuating bands on network indicator.

                      We are facing lot of network issues in Nungoor, Pallamajal, kuppila places.

                      Many o[censored]s using Airtel mobile networks.

                      2years before very good network, now we are not able to use our mobiles for any communication. Internet is not available during day time and night. Many of the customers shifting to other network provideres like BSNL/Idea

                      Need your attention on the above and you may get new connections

                        I was not in india for the last 6 months and i came to know that the number has been deactivated since it was not recharged in this time. i was not aware of this rule. please note that i have been using this number for more than 5 years and i am back in india now. all my friends and relatives have this number stored. i need this number to be activated again so that i can use it. please help me with this issue. i have called customer care and emailed them as well. but there is no response from their side.

                          My airtel postpaid number is [protected].
                          I raised a request for cancellation of this connection on the 6th apr 2016, reference number 68723849.
                          Although, i requested to close this connection it didn't and later bills were still being generated i was but to pay the generated bill amount for next two months (As till that time i was under an impression that connection has been closed apparently it wasn't), upon the payment of which i was promised that my connection will be closed still it didn't and today[protected] again i received another call saying there there an amount due from this month's bill. Is this how airtel intend to do open network? This is outrageous, airtel is making me pay for the connection that i intend to close by not closing the connection even after request being raised, i haven't been using this number since feb!
                          I have raised another cancellation request today again (Reference no.[protected] please do confirm that my connection will be closed and that no more bills will be generated. Please consider this as my approval for cancellation.

                          My account balance get deducted.customer care told me that I activate some service 10months before.but before 1month there is no such problem.that means customer care give me wrong information.nowdays I get this problem repeatedly.I want my balance otherwise I complaint consumer court.

                              My airtel digital tv id [protected]-001 and my name is shyamal chandra dey (m.-[protected]). previously i am asking to airtel customer care for long-time plan and he advice me call [protected] and i received the current plan available for me. i do this and reply sms found 12 month plan for rs. 3928 for south eco. sports plan. i recharge 3950, but after recharge i found the amount not calculate 12 month basis and that calculate as per days. i complainer customer care and she said the plan active between 48 hours. but, 10 days past, but till now nothing happened.

                              Against the complain i received call on 11 july, 2016 from airtel customer care and he said active the package in 72 hours, but till now anything update! very poor service.

                                    Hello team,
                                    I have purchased broadband + fixed land line plan with airtel – 1099 plan with 75 gb free internet. the line was purchased about 15 days prior.

                                    However till date my fixed line connection is not done and it’s an horrifying experience that i have signed up 15 days back and still i haven’t got my land line number up and running.

                                    I have called up the customer care and given 2 complaints till date, tough all is in vein. i have called the executive, who has fixed the broadband but he as well kept me rounding and not yet fixed the land line.

                                    I urge my problem will be resolved asap as this is just not done. more so ever the irony here is, i’ve received a welcome letter from airtel but i haven’t got the landline fixed.

                                    I put the request for Porting the number and submitted the document twice to Airtel executive in Hyderabad. But I did not get any updates from the Airtel on the status and on following as well not providing any correct reason. It took more than a month.

                                    This is completely un-professional.

                                      I am following it up from last 15 days, with continues mail and calls to your call center. i get a call for you executive and that there is no response and any update.

                                      Coming to the point, as my tenant 1st floor: mr. balachandra, no.59, 1st floor, 1st cross, 2nd main, jp nagar 3rd pahase, bangalore 560078 (his airtel broad band connection no.: [protected]) 4mbps+ speed.
                                      When he is getting internet speed 4mpbs+.

                                      I am staying in same address same building ground floor.
                                      Why i am not getting the same speed. because i am not able to browse lost of website. and we not

                                      If need i can send you one more details of other neighbor aiterl dsl no. reference, he is also getting internet speed of 8mpbs form the same junction box where my connection is.

                                      This is has conformed from your airtel line man and his team lead, who attended my service call last time that 4mbps speed is available in the same junction box and my connection it can be upgraded.

                                      So i request you to upgrade my internet connection to 4mbps immediately.

                                      Sir, Still my internet problem is not resolved, very bad exp with the customer service they r not there to solve our issues...
                                      Airtel broadband people are very sick people they are not brother ed about the customer internet problem.

                                      they just call all tell they will solve the problem but they do not.

                                      each time different executive call and repeat the same issue and that all. i feel better they close down the service of interent.
                                      Very bad response and bad experience for Appellate Air tel department, they are not there to solve customer problem just they tell and there field engineer reports to them. they are not understanding what the customer is trying to telling.

                                      I have requested for my broadband internet speed upgrade to 4mbps. my tenant is getting 4.2mbps but i am not getting 4mbps .
                                      Executive are explaining that wire is not available port is not available some stupid answers.
                                      I don't know air tel is still behind 10years technology they have to educate there executives.

                                      I feel there is now value for loyal customers.

                                        I have been an airtel a/c no 11458333 triple play especially iptv user from day one. further, i have a fair understanding of the pros & cons of technology aspects to do with iptv vs dth. while in the initial phase there has been issues to do with poor reception due to copper connectivity, now transformation is happening across the length and breadth of the nation with optical fibre connectivity to enhance the broadband speeds as well as to enrich user experience. the union minister for telecom, mr. ravi shankar prasad needs to ascertain why operators like airtel are unable to augment their bouquet of high speed internet services especially in the national capital region of delhi???

                                        The truth as it unfolds appears to be that operators are narrow minded with short term focus and want to make a quick buck by installing mobile towers which is a proven threat to residents like us due to radio magnetic waves that are bound to kill us in the long run while the operators with connivance with the government want to avoid capex on ofc deployment that has slightly long gestation period for roi. as such it appears there is only terminology twist from the government front in promoting digital india initiatives while unable to comprehend the sustainable business models that ofc can propel in the long run. wire-line i. e. fixed line is the proven solution world over and not wireless as being advocated by syndicated efforts of the service providers exploiting the naïve understanding of the government institutions.

                                        A high speed broad band connection can not only increase the gdp growth of the nation, it can improve the quality of life of each individual, cities and the connected communities in the ecosystem.

                                        It is unfortunate that operators are focused only in book building and brand recognition and lack every aspect in creating a customer delight.

                                        I had personally written to mr. gopal vittal who happens to be the head @ airtel for this iptv vertical, but the mail id bounced back and is conveniently routing to a customer support desk.

                                        Further, the customer support executives are trained parrots who doesn't have a clue as to what to respond and they care a damn about retention of a customer. airtel helpdesk has confirmed that upon cancellation of the service and not migrating to the dth offer, the refund will be processed and credited after 45 days.in my case, i have a major advance that i had maintained assuming the service provider a reliable player and now to return my own money, airtel needs 45 days. what an irony and this is ease of business in india... regulatory bodies please wake up from deep slumber and act now!!!

                                        The very first line lists my account details and it appears Airtel customer services team does not even bother to note the details before replying back with a standard template. What a pity. If only Airtel executive attempts to access the account no shared which is in the very first line of my complaint, a possible resolution would have been initiated by now rather than sending an eyewash email & throwing a hot potato on to the customers.

                                        It further reinforces Airtel's move to show to the world that they had reacted on time while the status quo is overlooked blindly.
