I am a latest victim of airtels bad trick to make money from customer. Yesterday evening while i was biking to home after work i got 2sms, says some follo celebrities service have been activated in my Airtel mobile for 15days, and for that a sum of Rs.45has deducted from my airtel account. Below i am attaching the details in pictures.
So for the clarification i called airtel customer care after a long waiting tone, got coonected qith one executive, and i briefed my issue, then she simply says that "you are the one who activated and the money debited!.", How colud it be possinle, without any request or any attempt in those fraud Ads or service how can you debit my money anonimously. Then she transfers to senior desk mate, Miss.Nisha(Ernakulam, Kerala, airtel cc )she said!, her attitude was like the airtel customer is a begger, or un educated creature, is calling the customer care executive for a fake trick to gain money like that... then says the service is not from airtel, u activated while browsing, and we are unaware about these money, then i asked the details like, so please provide me the url link where i 'put' my money or give me the debiter details. she says again the repeated song, you clicked, you activated so the money debitted!?.she dont even ready to check with the issue, how its debited, where the money gone, how a third party can debit money from a airtel valuable customers account.
So if anyone from airtel head is seeing this complaint, please make a solution and punish those irresponsible executives those who dont know how to deal a valuable customer. If you guys cant resolve this i have to head to Consumer court.

Any update or progress on request of add on connection. I would like to know:
1) Is there any difficulties in giving new connection?
2) Did we request to complication service from Airtel?
3) Airtel service is having this much of SLA for add on connections?
4) Whether Airtel DTH team serious in assisting customer?
Kindly confirm the status with responses on above queries asap.
