We have requested for add on connection on 4th july and till now no proper response from airtel dth team, they have promised to do installation in 1 day on very first call from marketing and sales dept. after that they did not turned up. we did couple of follow ups via calls and emails, unfortunately no success due to irresponsible behavior from cc team. also the agent is behaving bad and closing our call/tickets without resolution.

Any update or progress on request of add on connection. I would like to know:

1) Is there any difficulties in giving new connection?
2) Did we request to complication service from Airtel?
3) Airtel service is having this much of SLA for add on connections?
4) Whether Airtel DTH team serious in assisting customer?

    Hell of service from airtel to a lease line customer!!
    Imagine what could happen to broadband!!
    Link was down for 5 days and none of the top management is ready to reply email to it's customer.
    Whatever the words you write, no even bothered to call or reply!!

    Pity on those management and management employees!!!
    At least road side layman is better than those of white colour airtel top employees who drives office in sedans/ luxury cars.
    At least layman responds to complaints / arguments but not airtel top employees.

      Also, there has been an escalation in my bill amount over the months, with my usage being the same
      .
      There is no valid customer complaint number for postpaid mobile complaints.

        Billing beyond credit limit.

        Hi,
        I have a postpaid connection on number [protected]. I was abroad for a few days and made the mistake o[censored]sing Airtel internet for about 10 minutes once. I came back to find a bill for 66000 Rs! My complain is that when my credit limit is clearly mentioned as 7200 Rs in the bill, how can you charge me more than this amount?

        As per TRAI regulation [Direction No.301-27/2005-Eco. Dated 27th June 2005 and 07th June...

        My mobile sim airtel no [protected] india, i am a snr min of defence employee, my sim airtel for the past five yrs was with me and working fine, suddenly on 7/7/2016 a message came in my mobile pl submit yr documents, at that time i was out of station on duty. on 9/7/2016 my sim says no service, on 10 /7/2016 i went to chittorgarh aiter dealer shyam telelinks rajasthan, deposited all necessary documents, he told me that it will take time may be one month, what will i do all my banking transaction is with that sim number [protected], more over i have data balance an talktime balance in that, how can airtel do that without giving some time fo reaction, till date no response has come from the dealer, or airtel company

          Dear sir/madam

          I am prateek srivastava located at lucknow up east.

          I am regular customer of broadband airtel services since 5 years. I am also using its prepaid mobile service and dth service since last 7 years.

          I have preferred only and only airtel services and i am its loyal, regular and old customer.

          I have preferred airtel brand and have always promoted it to my friends and colleagues. Almost 20+ of them are using it regularly, but right now i am very much upset with its services.

          I had requested on 30th june 2016 having reference number[protected] and account number-[protected] and landline number - [protected] to shift my connection to new location.

          Airtel customer care accepted my new address and committed that my new connection will be shifted within 5 working days. So i believed them as usual.

          But they did not responded to me within the time period neither they called me for any information, after 10 days they setup the wiring only.

          I called them 100 times but they responded to 5 percent of it only.

          I am a software developer and my most of the clients are overseas. I have lost financially of $3000 and my professional relations as well.

          My landline phone is working properly but net connection is not which is the most important. Today they called me and finally replied that they will not be able to provide internet connection despite the fact that their network is present in this area.

          Is this the way airtel behave with its old loyal customers???

          I have believed in it but now they are not even thinking of providing any solution.

          I will be highly thankful if you kindly take this complain very seriously, take appropriate actions and provide me connection as soon as possible in my new location (C-3/84 virat khand, gomtinagar-lucknow-226010 u. P) as i have already shifted there and spend too much money on shifting.

            I am a postpaid user and I have been paying airtel heavily every month but i dont see tower when i am in my office. internet fluctuates every second. network is very very poor in such a corporate area like RMZ Ecospace bellandur 560103 Bangalore

            i can never make calls and text on time and this is affecting things a lot!!

              Mobile no.[protected] of dipankar mukherjee.
              Recharged on 12.7.16 for rs.222.00 vide tran id 40030288.Instantly balance was 0 but after 2/3 hours balance is being shown as 222.00.
              But no outgoing call is possible. A voice msg in hindi tells"balance is too short for making any outgoing call".
              Lodged a complaint today i. E. 13.7.16 at 16.28 vide your ref. No. Pr[protected].
              Subsequently a sms received today at 17.11 vide ref no cbdm[protected] that the problem resolved, but still i am not in a position to make any outgoing call from my above mobile. The situation remains same no improvement..

              Most disgusting.. provides wrong information to consumers.. It is not at all desirable from a company like Airtel.
              Rs.222.00 is now vanished. present balance is Rs.10 which represents advance talktime .. what a ghostly affair.. r they want to cheat the consumers ? really it is shocking

                I paid its all bills in time, from last year, i observed that i am getting
                Exponential high bills while i am not doing that much calls and nobody except
                Me using this no. then i checked with airtel relationship centre, they said
                That you activated some services for which you are getting charged.

                I said that i have not activated/subscribed or requested for any other calls or
                Ervices, if there is any pls. stop it immediately, because i only use mobile

                  Airtel store located in gamma-1 greater noida the staff Mr gopal doesn't know how to communicate or what this was the worst experience i ever had at airtel . Mr gopal the way he talked to us was not at all expectable and he had all the guts to say go and complain about it. i had gone their for sim exchange i.e upgradation of my sim to 4g i had existing airtel sim and mr gopal was firstly issuing somone a fake sim with someone else adress and when i asked him about it he didn't answer then when my turn came his words was go back home your work wont be done over here

                    Wrong internet account data deduction

                    I am an airtel mobile data user for more than a year. this month, i recharged for different recharge amount of rs.22 and rs.123 (night time data 12am-6am). to my surprise, 2 new data accounts got created instead of crediting the 3g data to my existing 3g account balance. airtel customer service informed me that to use night-time data account balance, i need to restart my phone after 12am and the night-time account balance would be used automatically....

                      This is regarding activation of the data plan for my mobile number [protected]
                      Without my request and confirmation, please find the details given below.

                      • from november 2013 to february 2015 data plan of rs. 100 had been
                      Activated without my confirmation.

                      • and from march 2015 to march 2016 data plan of rs. 150 had been
                      Activated without my confirmation.

                      Already airtel team has deactivated the data plan and refunded rs. 500, while i have paid around rs. 4200

                      Since the data plan had been activated without my confirmation and request, i want the whole amount which i had paid as a refund from airtel. it is the airtel mistake that they have taken more money by activating the data plan without my confirmation.

                        Airtel has supposed to refund my money from past 3 months, i complaint the same in nodal office every day they call and state the same money has been credited on 27th june itself i have shared almost 4 times the bank statement with them but no outcome. they say they are following up and again they call in evening and state the same it's been credited at our end please check the account. are they mad or what. everyday a new person calls and start asking the issue i am facing. do they think i have no other job or what.

                          I am a latest victim of airtels bad trick to make money from customer. Yesterday evening while i was biking to home after work i got 2sms, says some follo celebrities service have been activated in my Airtel mobile for 15days, and for that a sum of Rs.45has deducted from my airtel account. Below i am attaching the details in pictures.
                          So for the clarification i called airtel customer care after a long waiting tone, got coonected qith one executive, and i briefed my issue, then she simply says that "you are the one who activated and the money debited!.", How colud it be possinle, without any request or any attempt in those fraud Ads or service how can you debit my money anonimously. Then she transfers to senior desk mate, Miss.Nisha(Ernakulam, Kerala, airtel cc )she said!, her attitude was like the airtel customer is a begger, or un educated creature, is calling the customer care executive for a fake trick to gain money like that... then says the service is not from airtel, u activated while browsing, and we are unaware about these money, then i asked the details like, so please provide me the url link where i 'put' my money or give me the debiter details. she says again the repeated song, you clicked, you activated so the money debitted!?.she dont even ready to check with the issue, how its debited, where the money gone, how a third party can debit money from a airtel valuable customers account.
                          So if anyone from airtel head is seeing this complaint, please make a solution and punish those irresponsible executives those who dont know how to deal a valuable customer. If you guys cant resolve this i have to head to Consumer court.

                            I m using prepaid connection last 7 years, but sorry to say you that as you are claiming for india's no.1 network... are you fooling us? before the service is very good but what is the problem now? since i'm suffering network issue, while taking calls nothing can be heard and too much call drops. sir, am i paying your company for these facilities? & i rise a complaints about that, more then 20 times till now rectification please resolve the network problem! kindly sir look into the matter. otherwise have to take other steps. thank you... might be i sue against your services

                              This is our humble request to you that a mobile tower has been put in residential area.
                              The radiation is too high.

                              We request you to take strict action against the tower as law has been passed that no mobile tower can be installed in residential area

                              As the law the mobile tower should be 500 meter far from the residential area, please do something for it when this tower was install than no permission was taken from society than how it should installed.

                                  This is vivek tyagi, i got a call from airtel executive (ms. priya - [protected]) on 5th july, 2016. i have given my documents and a fee of rs. 250/- to port my number from vodafone to airtel corporate connection to airtel executive (mr. rajnesh - [protected]) after confirming the code (sp1910) sent by ms. priya by mobile number [protected]. mr. rajneesh (airtel executive) was not carrying any receipt book and any form with him on that day, so he asked in his office to whatsapp the receipt for the amount paid by me and provided me the airtel sim numbering[protected]u). when i didn't get receipt till next day i. e 7th july, i called mr. rajneesh again for the receipt and he has given me the number of his co-ordinator mr. anil ([protected]). after contacting mr. anil, he was very least bothered to provide a solution for my query and provided me the number of ms. sakshi ([protected]). after contacting ms sakshi for the receipt and verification process for my number on 9th july, 2016, she told me that she will provide all the details within 5 minutes and till the date i haven't received any information about the receipt and any verification process for my number. when airtel people promise to port a number within one week and till now no verification has been done and not even the receipt provided by your airtel executives.

                                  If these kind of services will be provided by airtel even for poratability of a number then how can someone trust for better services after taking your connection. i am totally amazed to see your services and they people advertise (join us).

                                    My fixedline/broadband [relationship number: [protected]] is not working since 11-jul-16.initially my number was automatically swapped with some other number [[protected]]. after raising a complaint, my phone stopped working completely. till now it is not fixed despite several call and follow-up to customer care. they keep on giving false promises. no technician turned-up till now.
                                    Worst service from airtel; only fake promises and advertisements. regret my decision to choose airtel.
