As i have given complaint in airtel regarding network issue on 25.05.2016.
They have have given me plan of rs.399 - in which 630 min + 200 min + 1gb data 4g.
But the said plan was not getting used 30% also, due to non-availability of network. So i placed a complaint in airtel helpline with reference no. 69509115.
Two times the engineer has visited at my location, after getting visit they told me "not to worry, will solve in 2 days" but the problem was not solve yet.

O i requested airtel call num [protected] on 23.05.2016, that i am paying more than i am using, because no use of data and given free mins in my bill plan due to non-availability of network. They told me you will get refund if you not use data.
Now, i have got the bill for the month of june 2016 in which they have not reversed the value as they have committed.
Today, again i have talk with airtel executive ms. Anjali gandona., she told me i can't help in this issue. I also aware her that i will placed complaint in consumer complaint. She replied that"apko jo karna he woh karlo"

    I'm frustrated with the service of airtel. I applied for changing the operator from vodafone to airtel through mnp (Mobile number portability),
    Ince vodafone signal is not good in my home.

    As per the porting process, vodafone has stopped its postpaid service last thursday (21-july-2016).

    My request no is[protected].

    I got the below message from az-airccm;
    "address verification has been successfully completed for your airtel no."

    Airtel executive told me that, i can get the new airtel sim from the nearest airtel store.

    Believing his words, i went to the airtel relationship store near chrompet on (23 - july -2016), but no response from them.

    It is really bad experience for a new customer who is newly on boarding to airtel network through mnp.

    I thought of migrating my another sim to airtel network, but after seeing their poor customer service, finally i dropped that plan.

    I don't know why they are boasting that they are the best network in social media.

    I have been using my vodafone postpaid number for the past 5 years without any issues.

    For the past 7 days, i'm not able to use my postpaid number [protected] because of poor migrating activities by airtel.

    They don't know, how it will impact my day to day activities, doing banking transactions and my business, without having my postpaid number?.

    I'm missing a lot of calls personally and also it is affecting my professional life.

    On tuesday (26-july-2016) further adding to my woes, their executive called me and told that it will take another 48 hours.

    Again yesterday (27-july-2016), an officer from appellate called me and told that it will take another 72 hours.

    Now, i'm wasting my time in following up them and i'm in mental agony.

    Will they provide compensation for this?

    They are simply saying 'sorry', will this help me in any ways?

    Suppose, if we delay in paying our bills and then if we say 'sorry'. Will they accept?

    I have heard from my friends, that this kind of nuisance is happening while doing mnp.

      I'm kirubanandhan, i have airtel prepaid sim since 2013. Right now out of india for 4 months. I keep the balances always. Just one month (29 jun 2016) before i recharged through netbanking 110 rs. 21-jul-2016 my sim is locked by provider without any notification. Now i'm not able recharge that number. Kindly advice how to activate the same number. I send mail to airtel customer care till now no reply from them.

        RS. 1000/- taken advance on 10.05.2016 but not refunded till date as service provider could not activate due to technical issues Airtel Account No. [protected] and Fixed Landline No. [protected]. The advance was collected by Mr. Sumit Pual Airtel representative. It is almost 2 months despite of repeated follow up the payment has still not been refunded back to me and no proper response is available from Airtel in this issue.

          We have shifted from one location to another within chennai. We have asked for cancelling the broadband connection from airtel office, but were advised that they can help us shift the connection. It has been nearly 20 days since they have shifted the landline but we have not got the connection yet. We have called the customer care "121" more than 10 times and also few of the staffs known in airtel office. All we are getting is only unsatisfied and silly reasons. Worst service expected from airtel.

              Airtel is just fooling indian customers
              I hv 3 year old airtel sim which co. Deactivates whenever they wish based on some history request which was closed earlier itself. I hv complained on phone, mails, at airtel office repeated times but they activated n again deactivated based on same old history request. I am truly tired of airtel services, network at my office home. Don't know what to do where to go. Airtel employees looks very busy to entertain customer problem. So they forget even to provide network at times. They just fool up... Disgusting. This is my registered no fr bank accounts
              So i can't even make any transaction since many days.

Par mujhe ye plan nahi diya gaya mujhe 599 family plan diya gaya hai. Jo mujhe nahi chahiye. Maine iski complaint 121 par ki. Par mujhe bola gaya hum plan change nahi kar sakte. Aapko mail karna hoga mai [protected]@in. Airtel.com par 3 mai kar chuka hu. Fir bhi mera plan change nahi hua. Sir mai chahata hu ya tou ye plan change kare ya muje apna no. Pir se port karne de.                   My cell no is [protected] n I am associated with Airtel very short time coz o[censored]r service n ur arrogance but I kept this no since from 8yrs earlier I was not using internet in my mobile but since from 3 yrs m using net through Vodafone by porting this no n m very much happy n satisfied with Vodafone services but unfortunately our company has merged with Airtel under cug group so with painful I have re joined to Airtel but the services n support remains worst which I faced before 4 yrs back Airtel is saying now days they're open network n in internet they giving 4G but since from yesterday only I got registered with Airtel n m not at all happy n satisfied with internet speed which I used up to last Friday with Vodafone n I heard that for Vodafone also internet service provider is Airtel but Airtel adds r aggressive n impressive n crores of people getting pools but service n things are remains same I request that m using same handset which I satisfied when I associated with Vodafone internet since from 3yrs n m not satisfied from last two days of Airtel internet service kindly revert as cm not have that much time to speak n spend time with ur so called customer care centre

                      I switched my two numbers to Airtel from Vodafone last month (26th June 2016) as postpaid customer.
                      Post porting numbers I found out that plan activated on my number (399 rental plan) is not the one which was promised to me during proposal of plan (399 Corporate plan).
                      I registered my concerns with coordinating Airtel Malad office where for first few days they din't even pay attention to my problem.
                      It was later when I escalated the matter to higher departments (Complaint number[protected] they called me.
                      They said wrong commitment was given to you as no such plan exists with Airtel.
                      Post my escalation to next level I got confirmation from there team that issue will be resolved in 72 hours.
                      After that every time I called Airtel Nodel department or Appellate department I get new timeline for resolution of problem.
                      If you try to explain your concerns to customer care executives repetitively then there Customer Care Executive raises there voice in order to make sure details you are explaining shall not get recorded in there call logs.

                        My digital tv connection developed some problem and stopped displaying picture and sound. It started showing 'error code 1' and 'error code 2' on the screen. This happened on 3rd july 2016.
                        I tried reaching their helpline numbers [protected] and [protected] but both numbers could not be reached due to congestion in their networks. I tried continually for 3 days in vain.
                        On 7th july, i wrote a mail to airtel stating by problem and inability to connect with them through their helpline numbers. But there was no response.
                        Finally i wrote again on 24th july 2016 to airtel.
                        This time i got a phone call. The executive apologized for everything and assured me of reversing all the balance that has been deducted during the entire period and also assured to arrange suitable compensation.
                        After few hours, i received a mail from airtel. This time they replied "your concern is being worked upon. We would require some more time to resolve it; meanwhile, please rest assured that we are committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction."
                        After that there was no response for another 2 days.
                        So i wrote again on 26th july. This time they replied with a complaint number and sent their executive on 27th july who charged 400 rupees and changed the box.
                        Now, this new box was inoperable because there was only 3 rupees balance left in it. So i had to recharge it again to use it.

                        So, i wrote to them again. This time they replied "we would like to inform you that as per our records dated: 27/07/2016, we could not trace any interraction regarding your complaint against service issue. Hence your account is not eligible for any refund."

                        I am totally shocked that how can they deny their own written and verbal communication. And that too when all our communication exchange has taken place with all trail mails in link.

                          Hi, i am using airtel post paid service.

                          In advertisement they says, you will get airtel 4g network even in laddakh location,
                          But i am not getting proper network in pune.
                          I pay 1300 rs per month to use services of airtel, but it never provides me network to use those services.

                          I have registered complaint in their customer care 4 months ago, but still they have not resolved the problem. They were saying we will install a new tower in your area, which would take minimum 3-4 months. Means it is totally waste to pay bill for next 4 months.


                          This is really intolerable, airtel is a worst network provider.

                          I request you to please take any action against airtel, to not provide the services what they promise to do.

                              I have subscribed on sunday but i didn't get the installation till date. They said i will get it today. When u call the installation people they say i will get after 10days. The sales person is real time worthless replying full drunk. Called toll free for refund as i am unhappy. They gave a reference number taking complaint on delayed installation. It seems some damage in underground and will take time. Worst response from the sales guys who sold to me and set wrong expectations. My registered number is [protected]. People please don't pay before confirming the underground wires and feasibility and all. Because the refund process is for 45 days. If airtel is not scam process why are they behaving like scam. When i see the advertisement i feel like killing them. Airtel is real time worst. It's my time i fell in that sales guy's marketing skill. He said one day process but that was cheat!!!

                                Since several days now airtel sim card does not work in delhi university north campus. No call goes and no call comes. Even if the full signal shown on the phone, no call goes. It is virtually has become useless and could not call and receive calls during the office hours. This is extremely shear nonsense and great inconvenience. I am using aiertel since several years and has never experienced such problems. Phone works as usual and fine outside the campus.
