    I ported my number ([protected]) from docomo kerala circle to airtel postpaid maharastra circle (in sep, 2015) and then to airtel prepaid gujarat circle in april, 2016. my number was ported and was working fine for about two months. it stopped working from last 1 month, i enquired the same from customer care, they said they don't have any data and cant help. i visited the airtel store from where my number was ported, he said the number wasn't verified so the number is blocked permanently.

    As per records, the number was verified from my friend, and the proof of same is that my number was ported and was active for two months and i recharged it also.

    Kindly provide me my number asap. it is really very inconvenient.

    Yes. I got new sim around 17th sept from jamnagar airtel office (had to go 35kms thrice and gave documents and photo twice). I did recharge of 200 on the same day. Unfortunately today morning it again suddenly stopped working.I contacted customer care and jamnagar airtel office but didn't get convincing reply from them.

    Please tell me what to do to get this issue resolved.

      my name is arun tyagi and my mobile number is [protected] my number is barred for last 1-2 months because of not paid bill. i didn't pay bill because the bill is not correct they added some extra charges which i not used. One day i receive a call from Airtel her name is Sarika Contact No-[protected]. I told her about all my problem that why i am not paying my bill so she gave me waver on my total bill amount. she said you can pay Rs.3067 only and your pending amount will be wave-off. i didn't believe her so she said you can talk my Senior Back-end Manager Mr. Sanjiv garg Contact No-[protected] they will help you about this. He also said the same thing your number will be activate in 24 hours please pay of amount Rs.3067 and visit Airtel Store And he said show him a (Note) they will check the note and then you can pay your amount. i paid of amount Rs.3067 on 22/07/2016 but still my number is not activated.
      please have a look on my complaint as soon as possible.

        Dear sir/mam

        I recently paid a visit to nepal from 22nd july to 24th july 2016. i am sure i didn't do any internet surfing related activity on my mobile using the airtel sim while i was in nepal. however, i didn't check the mobile data button on 22nd july and my mobile was on for sometime before i switched it off. usually, to avail any service, the airtel guys notify me first and it is up-to me whether to activate the pack or not. this didn't happen.instead, in the name of international roaming rental, they have charged more than 150 rs.

        I recharged my mobile with 100, 50, 10 (advance talk time) and 70 rs. the total talk time was 83.96+40.48+10+57.87 = 192.24. this much has been deducted. every time, i recharge, the balance reduces directly to 1 rs. what the hell is this? when will this money drain stop? i am afraid that the next time i recharge, same crap will happen again.

        When i have not subscribed to any international roaming pack, who gives you the right to deduct money? money doesn't grow on trees. i need my money back.

        Please provide me back my money and stop this roaming rental which you guys have activated automatically. also please provide me details of any other operator who doesn't do backstabbing. i am fed-up o[censored]sing airtel and want an mnp. this isn't the first time that i am complaining. please send me the mnp procedure. i wanna switch. before that, i want my money back.

          I have complaint to the my commercial airtel number[protected] i did complaint many time of customer helpline number but not any suitable feedback for airtel this number is use in a commercial Outlet.

          i have install airtel landline and i do connect icici card swap machine but card swap machine its not working in my landline i don't receive fax tone of this number 6500307, 6500306, [protected].

          please give me a solution i m totally frustrated of this condition.but airtel not provide gud service many time complaint of airtel but no engineer come of this location.

            I'm sugad mal have airtel communication all services postpaid and prepaid service as mobile no. [protected], and offer of night data 50% reversal because normally no policy for this usage after first this night data balance not include in this offer after this company customer care tell me first my main data balance use and after night data balance use, I say when my main account balance empty then night data usage but it's not useful for me because total work in full day if this empty.my total work are stopped so this account not empty any time and second is if not empty this my data not usage night data. So it is totally fraud by company and other is a app exclusive offer also available which provides any recharge 1 GB and more 250 mb but not provide this any of recharge. Attached snapshots

            Dear team I am already contacted with customers Care but these guys provide wrong information and suggest technical issues by phone which not working properly day night mode, but I say which company mobile provide this facility there customer choose day night mode facility, and first main account data usage after than night data use, and 50% data discount only a foolish formula for customer

              I received an email from Airtel detailing their plan to discontinue their IPTV services and their offer to replace it with DTH with some sops thrown in. Unfortunately despite repeated call to the Airtel Customer Service to schedule a call-back so that the modalities of the DTH installation can be worked out there has been no response.

                I request a port to airtel from docomo, so on 11.07.2016 submit the all necessary documents to near airtel money (Abudallkhan estate area, kurnool)
                Till now it is not ported and there no response from emplyees, the in charge of office mr shafi, never response with complaint, even i asked several times, he didnot replied, and saying visit again he is busy, and i asked the reason why it is not activated, but there is no answer from him,

To activate plz visit website offers.airtel.in using airtel mobile internetfrom ur phone. Offer valid till 30 sep, 2016;" But im not able to active this offer. I visted the site but after clicking the activate button, not activated icon is appearing. So plz look into the matter and serve me with my respective offer.

                    It is very simple I lost my phone Saturday I get my new sim in the morning from Airtel gallery they tell me it will be activated in max 4 hours.no it is not true it does not get activated because Airtel is straight forward to their customers then finally at night 11pm my Airtel sim is activated.amazing I was happy felt like throwing a party but no because you have Airtel sim
                    Now my outgoing is blocked and computer message will tear your ears by saying you have outstanding amt 838/- rs.where I have a credit limit of 2500/-
                    Whole Sunday goes like this.all the calls you made to 121 no use of that.finally at night Monday I call Airtel customer care out of frustration and some senior guy comes and console me and he told me that by tomorrow morning Tuesday 10am my outgoing will resume.
                    Let's see because I have Airtel sim I am keeping whole night fast so that in the morning my outgoing will work.

                          I subscribed to #300 data plan yesterday using the code: *885*1#. I got a message immediately telling me, I have 250mb to expire 23rd of August 2016. but up till now, I have been unable to use the data for anything, I don't just what the problem is even, after calling the customer care line promising to fix it, I have not got any message from since morning.                             Range and connectivity issues at the following address since the last 2 and half years:-
                            D 701, solitaire residency, jagtap dairy - rahatni road, rahatni pune. 411017.
                            The numbers used are as follows :- [protected] [protected] [protected]. complaints have been lodged previously, but again due to lack of connectivity and call drop issues the engineers couldn't connect. so the complaints were closed, comparatively vodafone and idea we're prompt to our neighbours connection issues, they visited the place and took proper measures to sort all related issues...

                            This complaint was launched 2 years back, some tech guy came home and said it will take 1 year...
                            Current scenario:
                            The number - [protected], is now an idea number, [protected] is given back and a new connection is taken,
                            [protected] - issues with both mobile and internet (3g) remains...
                            Comeon airtel.. do something and retain your brand loyal customer.

                              I have been cheated by airtel, when there representative called me she told me that i will get 4gb data after that data will be unlimited but speed will reduce within 2 days i got the message that 100% of the data has been exhausted while i have uploaded and downloaded some basic files from gmail when i contacted them they say i have used the entire 4gb how is it possible and i am the only user using the hotspot and now i am not able to connect to internet

                              When i called the representative she said she will enquire but now when i callled her and the technician they are not answering call please beaware of these airtel people they are big time fraud they will take 2899 4 months rental in advance and will play all this games

                              Now it has been more then 5 days I have reported this issue, I have sent you mail with my Airtel Number and my alternate contact number, however, no one from your side has contacted me.

                              Airtel say that they are open doesn't hide anything, I use Vodafone 3g pack on my mobile and I get daily report from them how much data I have consumed here I have just downloaded basic JPG files and I got the message from your side that I have consumed 4GB of data, If you are open then i challenge you'll just give me details how much GB I have uploaded and How much I have Downloaded. If you say I have consumed 4GB of data then send me all the details from which website I have downloaded and Which website I have uploaded, I want to see what data you'll provide when I have consumed some what between 500mb-700mb of data.

                              If you don't have any details then yo please refund my money and take your Hotspot back.

                              This is my Humble request.
                              Now it ha been 7 days still your investigation is going on is it a murder case

                              How many more days need to complete the investigation, you'll don't have guts to accept your fault.

                                I applied for a new connection at rp road airtel outlet on monday 18 2016 with all relevant document needed. the application reference number is tnpc 739482. i was promised to get the new connection within 3 days and i am yet to get it even after a week now. i called mahendran ([protected]) several times and even visited the rp road chrompet shop many time and each time i get different reasons. i was told that my application rejected and when i asked for reason they are unable to clarify. then later they said they forgot to mention the cheque number. this is a frustrating experience and isp like airtel handles customers like this is pathetic. though the airtel outlets are managed by individuals we customers it as airtel as of a whole. due to this i lost few tenants as my house has been rented out and i would like to file a compliant against consumer court for the compensation. whoever it may concern, and reads this post from airtel, please contact me [protected]. thanks.

                                Worst network, it's showing full network signal but call will not connect. Try 100 times it get connect once. Internet works but incoming calls won't come.
                                Airtel is not care about voice network. They get money from data network.
                                Government should take this matter serious, else no one can use voice call in future.

                                  My office is in Mindspace Paradigm B Wing - 4th Flr, Malad W, Mum - 64. I never get internet connection in this building and this is same for my colleagues too. I am paying for 6GB data and cannot access internet the whole time at office. This is a mere waste of my money, if I'm not able to use internet while outside. Most of my day is spent in office. I hope they fix this issue since we have already raised a complaint with Airtel in the past.

                                      I have recharged my number with rs29 on date 30.06.2016 having offer on recharge of rs29 that i'll get all local and std calls @30 paisa for 90 days (Pehle 60sec / 2p/s).
                                      But i get all calls @1.2 paisa/sec for only 1 day.
                                      I have attached screenshots.
                                      I didn't get that such a reputated company can also do this.
                                      Now they deducting my balance after every call not 30 paisa/min but 2paisa/sec.
                                      Very disappointed from airtel.

                                      I've sent SIM19digit number on back of the 4g sim I purchased to 121. Got a confirmation text and replied 1 too.. even after 2days..my sim is still not got 4g activated !
                                      Still the problem is not solved.
                                      Guys see now a mail is sent from airtel that you getting first 100sec @2paisa/sec after that 30 paisa/min but you can see in screenshots the offer given to me was first 60sec @2 paisa/sec then 30 paisa/min.

                                        I activated my airtel special offer internet pack rs.154 - 1gb - 28 days on 22 july 2016 through 121. But activation did not happen and it says your pack is not activated because of low account balance even though i have a balance of rs.225 in my main account. My previous balance of around 100 mb is supposed to carry forward with this 1 gb. But both did not happen and i lost 100 mb because of airtel's fault. I am unable to use the internet for the past 3 days. When i called the customer care he did not know how to resolve this issue and he cut the call without informing me and giving proper service. Please remind airtel that they are charging for this service and they are supposed to provide proper service. I am really irritated by this poor and improper service.
