Hi,
I am using [protected] with airtel from past 3yrs.
After receiving a call from airtel call centre on 20th june 2016, i
Have applied for a new connection and requested for airtel pre-paid to
Airtel postpaid, through airtel executive, and shared my documents,
Rent agreement and voter id card copy, 2photos and rs500.
After many follow ups and calls and with the help o[censored]r executive
Gaurav, [protected] is activated on 6th july 2016, i. E. After 14days.
Also, i was then called on 7th july and told that i won't be getting
Rs499 benefits, which are as follows:
1. 8packs, (4*75=300 std mins and 4*100= 400local mins) 700mins
2. 1gb 3g internet and 2g unlimited after 3g finishes.
3. 300 sms
4. Calls rates after completion of calling mins, 30p local and 50p std.
Also, i was offered rs375 plan, which seems fine to me except internet
Plan, with following benefits:
1. 600 std/local mins
2. 300 sms
3. Calls rates after completion of calling mins, 30p local and 50p std.
4. 1gb 3g data, no 2g.
I asked ur personnel to update me on this as i was proposed something
Else and now i am being given different.
I have received two calls for the same on 8th and 9th july. Each time
The person said he will take 24hrs to update and it will be done
Within 24hrs for sure.
But nobody is contacting. I am also trying to reach gaurav, but he is
No more responding.
After being fed up of all i applied to port my number, then when i
Explained the same to the executive, he also did not get back to me
And said i am escalating your issue. But nobody finds solution.
I have already re-filed complaint on consumercomplaints.In.
On 18th july 2016, i had a call with shubham arora, supervisor, he gave me reference number for further follow ups and told me that i will receive a call in 24hrs. Today i have called for asking the status on airtel centre and received a reply that we wont return ur money. U have to re-apply and do the whole process again.
I want strict action against airtel and feel really bad the way airtel is treating me.

It is almost 15 days past from the refund request and three days past from your last reply.
Please let me know your action further.
