    I miss glory efiong asukwo of 12 mfon eyo street, oron, akwa ibom state of nigeria wishes to lay a formal complain about the transfer of my former airtel sim no: [protected] to an unknown person who have been withdrawing my money using airtel mobile topup facility. I lost the above number since the year 2007 and i went to my bank (Ecobank) in year 2010 to effect the changes to my new phone line which is now [protected] but to my utmost surprise, the person with my former airtel no keep withdrawing my money and i have complained to the ecobank authorities and same with the security, the police on this matter but i have to also inform you as the company that provided the service to my former line. Pls unravel the person with this number and location and text to my new phone no [protected] as the police are on top of the matter.

        Sir, as your official website it is intimated as if recharge on 498 you will get 15 gb 3g/4g data for 28 days. But unfortunately i got only 2gb data. Consequently, i have told on your customer care centre but i got a poor/ cold response from your employer rahul. I also requested to him to refund my data or cash. Then he have told roughly/ irrespectively.In the view of above i requesting you to take favourable action to me, thereby satisfactorily connecting with you. Thanking with great anticipation.

          My airtel balance got deducted a week back and i got a message regarding the same that follo service has been activated. Since i was bit busy i dint had a chance to raise this up with network so a week later when i contacted them they had no idea about this service except the name.. They blantly said that i have opted this service while using net and airtel has no control over this and any third party can use airtel balance for the pop up services they give which is such a stupid answer allowing scams through airtel network and still they say it s a open network.. Customer care have no courtesy of knowledge about this issue and they treat the callers like a uneductated and have in turn they say we don't understand their explanations which are basically illological and mere stupidity.. Airtel is just not a open network!!! Scamming people!!

            My airtel broadband no [protected], has been down since the morning of 12th july 2016, everytime i call customer care, i get a new time frame that by this time your issue will be resolved, but as expected no one is concerned and the issue persists.
            My broadband stopped working and even the router stopped responding. They charge nearly 2200 rs a month and out of 30 days it's nearly 5th day i am not able to use my internet.

              I have subscribed for unlimited broadband from bharti airtel since 2009. Airtel had been charging me rs100 every month for extra speed which i never requested. This has gone unnoticed for long period because of complex nature of billing. Last week when i called airtel customer centre to check on this item they agreed that it was an oversight and they immedtiely reverted this rs100 for the current billing. When i asked what about the earlier billing (Rs 8, 400 for 7 years), they told me that i should have bought this to their notice in 2009 itself hence they cannot refund.

              1) first of all this additional charge of rs100/month was done without my consent.

              2) secondly, the question of this additional charge rs 100 does not arises because this was meant to increase the speed from 1 mbps
              To 2 mpbs. Now the current speed is 8 mbps. The minimum speed was increased to 2 mbps several years ago.

              All airtel customers please check your bills carefully or you may end up paying more

                I am using airtel 4g network in my samsung mobile. its not working properly and i am not able to receive updates via internet in facebook, whatsapp and all. before this, i was using airtel 3g and it was working fine. airtel person contacted me and gave me new sim cards which are 4g sim cards. after started using that, i am facing these problem. please do resolve this problem so that i can get back my 3g network. 3g network is working fine for me. please convert my sim card back to 3g network itself.

                    We have requested to activate national roaming services for our [protected] mobile number, but still now this is not processed we have already sent email to [protected]@in. airtel.com and also contacted mr. vinodh regarding this issue, we received an automated email stating that roaming services is activated but still now problem is not resolved and we made several calls regarding this but there is no response from airtel team. they are forcing us to quit airtel services because of their pathetic customer support team no one is interested to solve this issue.

                      Hi sir,

                      I have been using airtel 4g postpaid connection from october 2015. as i had lost my sim card, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (hadapsar, pune) on 16th july 2016, but it was not canceled and i was receiving bills. i raised a complaint about this to the customer care center, somebody named akanksha pawar from cancellation department told me that it would be canceled within 24 hrs. on 17th july 2016, i saw that it was still active, so i called up the customer care on the same day, they told me to clear the outstanding, which i was not at all using still i cleared on the same day through online payment and the call was transferred to same person akanksha from cancellation department. she regretted for the inconvenience and again told that she would ask the concern department to cancel it and he assured that it would be cancelled within 24 hrs. it was deactivated the next day, however i can see it active state now also. now i will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connection immediately.

                      Please help me out in this regards. it has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

                      Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel my connection immediately and deactivate my sim card.

                              Sir my name is ramesh s kuchnure and my no is [protected], carier-airtel
                              On 13/07/2016 i have recharged with rs 55 at 07:40 and in evening there was a deduction of rs 49 and when i asked the cust care today they are told me that u have been charged for using internet and u have opened some game store but i have recharged 186 earlier for 3g pack then how would they deduct the charge from my main a/c
                              When i talked to cc senior representative he told that it cant be refunded but why should i have been charged for the service which i have not used also when i asked for complaint no he didnt took my complain but when i told that i want to complain in consumer forum he took my complain and the complain no is following

                              Its my humble request to take serious action on this matter and i want my deducted money back
                              Earlier also there was a deuction of more than rs60-70 and then also there was same reaction this is second time
                              I am harrashed too much from this pl look the matter asap

                                I am using airtel iptv along with broadband and landline connection, i was sold a costly iptv setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and i stuck to it as i had paid them a lot for stb & don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly airtel decided to close iptv and forcing me to go for dth which comes with only basic manual paid recording option unlike iptv. I feel cheated because what they offering is not at all equivalent to iptv. I expect nothing less then hd recorder or money back with penalties.

                                  I had registered for a new airtel broadband connection.
                                  1. The installation team was very quick in collecting the documents from me and a deposit of rs. 1000, for which they said i will get the receipt when the installation happens the next day. But they never came for installation after that.
                                  2. The customer service people do not respond at all for phone queries.In addition to that, they did not disclose my application number too. The phone number of the installation team is [protected], which is not at all responsive to our complaints.

                                    Dear sir / madam

                                    Today i sent my representative to pay the due amount of rs 1140/- for mobile [protected] dated 27th june, 2016 at airtel store near mahajati sadan, central avenue, kolkata. The person took money but denied to issue money receipt. When my representative said that in vodafone stores, they issue money receipts, then he told him to switch the connection in vodafone. My question is that how can a man like him represent airtel. He is so rough and aggressive. His behaviour is really bad. Please do something to stop this types of nuisances.

                                      I want to pay your attention on this matter, two months ago your sales executive (Imran khan contact no: [protected]) come in our office and offered to me prepaid to postpaid mobile connection and i also agree with him.

                                      He was take rs.600/- and documents for two connections but till date our number not activated. I also talk with his senior person (Mr. Devshis [protected]) but fali to take any positive reply and give us back my amount and documents also.

                                      I humbly request you to take a strong action on this matter and save company image.
