Hi, i'm trying to port my number from vodafone to airtel.
Vodafone is giving worst signal these days, frequent call drops, no network connectivity, voice breaks, always busy networks, no 3g/2g connectivity and other issues. Which is why i am fed up of this network and want to change to airtel.

On 23 June 2016 i made a complaint on airtel customer care that my set top box is not working so they send their engineer at our place. Engineer visited and said we have to change the set top box i agreed and told him to change it. so he changed the set top box and asked for 850 Rs which i paid him in cash at the same time. instantly i got the msg from airtel that around 449 rs has been deducted from airtel account. mailer and received a sim card for 997114****. But on 30th June, when I tried

to activate the sim calling @59059, the sim has no network....

I just had very bad experience on 121198 — follo celebrities service was activated on my account and money was deducted. customer care guy was like sir u subscribed and clicked on link :|
So clicking link without selecting service, without user authentication, without user approval some airtel service can get activated, so a mis-tap on mobile can deduct rs 60??? clear sign of immature user service or deliberate scam feature in software....

Hi Team,

I recently did MNP from Vodafone to Airtel. It was not successful, it took around 10 days. Later after a week, my connection got disconnected due to documentation problem. I've submitted my documents thrice (2 with Airtel Relationship Centre, KH Road, Bangalore and 1 in the Airtel head office, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore).

From almost a week my number is disconnected (ONLY OUTGOING, NO INCOMING)....
