    I am airtel postpaid customer of your airtel network since last 8 years and now am residing at H.No. 18-5-601, Aliyabad, Shahalibanda, Hyderabad-500065.

    The main problem is that there is no signal in my house and even on road also. For contact I want to go on main road which is 100 meters to my home, it is very difficult to talk. so pls rectify this matter and solve my problem

    But u saying that we are giving best network even in very rare places but u are fail to gave the network in Hyderabad city. Its very sad guys.

      I have an airtel prepaid mobile connection. i recharged my mobile with₹ 200 on 8thjuly 2016.
      Today (10thjuly2016), i checked my balance to find ₹64, on checking call loss and last five transactions, my total actual usage is ₹12 whereas the rest is being charged against some follow my celebrity service. on contacting airtel (198), they claim it has been started by me only and denied to take any actions.

      Most shameful act was, mr narendra, so said supervisor at airtel ahemdabad call center, spoke very indecently. and when asked for full name, abruptly hanged up the call.

      Later i received the message below:
      "thank you for contacting us. hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 9*5870 has been resolved to your satisfaction. your ref. no. is cbdov[protected] registered on..."

      I think people like these (narendra), are the ones who are bringing the downfall to airtel. i have recorded the entire conversation, which can be shared if required.

      I would like airtel to take some worth action.

        Airtel dth is horrible especially their customer care team. neither they are able to resolve your queries not they will speak to you politely.in fact most of them are very arrogant. i am having a tough time making them understand the issue but their communication is so poor that they are not even able to understand my concern. airtel is getting worse day by day.

        My Airtel DTH customer ID is [protected]. Finally, after making me wait for entire Sunday, the Airtel customer care team has informed me that the engineer will not be coming today. Ridiculous service. Manish and vishal- two supervisors working in their Baroda branch kept on fooling me and finally I have wasted my entire Sunday. Why do they promise then of sending an engineer if they themselves are not sure. And why so much of arrogance with the customer care team. One of the worst customer care team I have ever seen. Airtel is not even 1 % of TATA SKY which is the best DTH.

            I got an sms from airtel saying that follo celebrities service has been activated on my cell no. ([protected]) on 5th july for which i never had placed a request, charged @rs60 for 20 days
            I never activated this service on my mobile, i contacted the airtel customer care (Customer care reprsentee - kamal pundya & senior representative-pooja upadhayay) as i read this message and they told me that i have activated this service.               I recharged my number for 198 rs and i recieved the confirmation stating that the recharge is done successfully but since than my internet service is not working.
              When i called customer service they are telling me that they will send the setting, keep the mobile off for 30 mins n all which was of no use becaus it was working fine with the same setting before.
              Above all when called customer service they talk so rudely and don't even give a proper resolution and disconnect the call stating that its your mobile fault.. Hahahah.

              Please please please take a necessary action against this as this is going form them, these companies just know how to fool people.

                I have been fighting hard to get airtel broadband connection since last 20 days..initially they said it will be done and collected my documents along with the passport sized photograph from my home here. suddenly today they called and said that there is no port available and is cancelling my connection request. is this a joke or what airtel is doing??? very very frustrating. this is simple harassment airtel doing. can i expect a reply from airtel?

                  I'm facing the same issue mentioned in the below complaint

                  Received an sms on morning of july 9th saving that service is activated and rs 45 has been deducted from account. activation happened at 11:53 in the night when i was not even using the phone.

                  Calling customer service was of no use. they keep saying that you must have activated the service and that they have no way of checking or refunding the money.

                  I have been using airtel for the last 6 years. first time i'm seeing them resort to cheap tactics to make profits.

                        I am using airtel sim, but without any prior info my sim got expired and after many try's to airtel customer care, no proper response and finally went to airtel customer care center and submitted docs and got replaced by duplicate sim paying 25, which they told it will get activated in 4 hrs but not happened, again i went after 1 day till they told it is in process, again they confirmed number and all, but till date no activation.
                        This sim is connected to my bank account, i faced lot of critical problems during bank transactions

                          Im using your postpaid connect since last month june 2, im on 849 plan, i have taken this 849 unlimited plan after confirmation from airtel marketing executive and your customer care on 3 june both confirmed tht in 849 plan i will get unlimited local calls to airtel and other network like idea, vodafone, aircel etc etc, 100 daily sms, 1gb 3g data, but now today when i checked my bill status is showing me 1189/- i have complained several time by mail.im not getting good response from them, after waiting for so long im writing the complaint here, please to the needful to me

                            I took airtel dth connection on 7th of july 2016.
                            Such a big mistake i have done…….
                            I have paid 1590 to “chandanshiv technology” the authorised dealer of airtel at durga nagar, near hanuman mandir, manpada, ghodhbunder road thane (w) 400607.
                            But till date they are unable to provide me connection. i called their customer care near about 30 times for the last two days. now they are asking me to wait for another 24 hours.
                            When i ask them what is the issue, airtel is informing us that the customer id which is showing in my menu screen is not matching with my name. so they are asking me to recharge and pay once again because airtel have double debited my account.
                            The customer id which showing in my tv screen is [protected] and the sms which i am receiving in my registered mobile no is [protected].
                            The connection which i have received in the name of poulomi dutta majumder.
                            I am really scared about my money because i don’t know for one connection how long i need to wait.
                            Such a fraud company ever i seen.

                              Also i talked to your customer care but they just deactivate service but didn't gave my money back

                                Follo all week service has been activated on my mobile without my prior approval. now airtel is asking me to send a message of stop to deactivate the service but when they have activated this service on their own, they should deactivate it themselves. here is the msg.

                                Follo all week service has been [protected]@rs35.0 for 7days. txn id n[protected], 08jul16 11:44. service will be renewed after validity expiry. to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. for more services, call 56789 or click http://56789. airtel.in

                                When clicking on the link given in the sms, the page that opened forced me to switch off my wifi and shift to mobile data connection to proceed but it does not give any option to deactivate the service so i left the window and resume my previous work on internet forgetting that wifi is off so within a few minutes my 24mb data was utilised and i was charged 98 rupees so ultimately this auto activated scheme cost me around 125 rupees.
                                Airtel must stop harassing their customers by auto activating such schemes that too are own auto renewal mode every weekly.

                                  My phone is in my pocket and suddenly i receive a text saying that follo celebrities pack has been activated and i have been charged rs. 90 for the same.
                                  After calling 198 customer complaint helpline, they are persistent as i have subscribed because my internet was on and i have subscribed it on a page.
                                  Dude, i always keep my internet on. thats for whatsapp and other messaging services.
                                  When asked what is that vas about.? they don't even know that.
                                  What is that? is it what is expected from a company like airtel? is this why i'm paying rs. 298 for 1gb of 4g data, just to be cheated? why should i not opt for other telecom companies which offer the same things at lower rates?

                                    I got a message saying that my mobile got activate for some follo celebrities service and i am charged 30 rs. Txnid : n[protected]. When i called customer care he says i have activated service at jul 7 : 10:58 pm. I didnt register any services. I was at dinner and didnt use data that 1 hr.

                                    Cc guy says that i used internet and when asked to give the details o[censored]rl or websites i browsed, he says they dont have such info. So i asked him that can i send my browsing history, he said he cansend it to www.airtel.in. How can we send it to a website, upon asking for mail he said there is no mailid's.

                                      I feel cheated by airtel;who did wrong promotion so that i can load my wallet just trusting pathetic and cheater company airtel;

                                      I want that my new15 coupon should work for my account atleast once ([protected]) or else i want complete refund of 1609 (Without any deduction);i do not want to ever use the cheat airtel money.. Or its products..

                                      i got sms at my mobile [protected] when i registered on airtel money to sue airtel and get 15% off for new users...by using code NEW15;
                                      i loaded my Airtel wallet with Rs 1609/- but when i trues using airtel money on my tarsnaction with coupon code NEW15...
                                      IT DID NOT WORKED..
                                      AND I FOUND THAT AIRTEL CHEATED ME...

                                      NOW I WANT AIRTEL TO REFUND THIS AMOUNT BACK TO MY CARD...

                                        I have been using airtel from the last 8 years and the most applauding thing had always been the quick turn around from your team.

                                        Responding that the team will update you within 2-3 days does not make sense until you clarify the reason behind the delay or at least keep me informed about what is going in the back end.

                                        Continuously chasing you guys was all in vain and i think i am left with no option but to choose a different service provider.

                                        Changing state was almost an inconvenient process for me but the more tedious process is now to follow up with you guys for a new connection ([protected]) and porting my existing connection ([protected])

                                        Neither of the requests shows a progress and i am not silly to continuously email you guys and walk in to your care centres to get an update.

                                        You really think this process takes 2 weeks to get in place??

                                        I really wish to escalate my words to the concerned managers who can therefore look into this matter and see what has been the progress. putting the ticket on pending wont fetch you brand value.
                                        Respect the time of the consumer and understand the inconvenience caused due to your negligence and delay.

                                        I agree porting may take time but activation of a new number takes 2 weeks, i really cannot buy that!!

                                        Hope somebody takes the initiative to look into this matter on priority.

                                        Complaint no.[protected] which was to be resolved before 12 am on 8th July and rather than a resolution a new complaint has been raised and I am being asked to wait for another 72hrs .. Sick!
