I have paid for activation charges of 1000 rs for broadband to the agent in cash.In my first bill, they levied same 1000 rs again. I have raised complaint 20 days back. Everytime i call, they tell me it will be closed in 4 working days but no resolution till now.

I am getting calls everyday for payment of bill but no body talks about the complaint. I have already mailed all the required documents to airtel but nobody is even explaining why the complaint is not getting closed.

    Dear sir/madam

    I was working with ril and my number [protected] was my company paid number and i had resigned from my job before 3 yrs and i had already submitted the noc provided to me by hr of ril to transfer the ownership at airtel gallery, andheri branch after which my billing address was changed to my residence address and even registered email id was changed.

    Now after three years airtel had disconnected my mobile number, reason that the ownership is not transferred, i am following with airtel customer care but nobody is giving me satisfactory answer request you to help me.

    I had also call & mailed to appellate of airtel and even they are not helping me to solve my problem indeed they are asking me to submit all documents again after 3 long years. (Were they sleeping for 3 years)

    After a long time follow up with all airtel corncern people i was fedup and mnetaly tired so i asked them to cancel my number.

    This is nothing but only harassment and i would like claim compensation for mental harrasment.

        Airtel takes advantage when you do not track your balance daily. It is such a pain to take connection from an in-ethical and cheat company:

        I got the below msg after my recharge of 510+30 rs..In july..

        Payment received rs 30 for airtel digitaltv id[protected], updated a/c balance is rs 544.68. Current monthly charges - rs 505 next recharge date is12-sep-2016. To know account details give missed call on [protected]

        And then i topped up with 250/- rs on 10th july... And with my top plan of only 229 per month, my next recharge date should show as additional 33 days... Or 15th october 2016.

        But it is such a shame that biggest telecom company headed by favour and cheat sunil mittal that i am still fighting with them for my refund and justice...

        My request to you all is not to trust airtel d2h,
        Airtel can charge you extra and wipe your balance without your permission.
        As they change your plan and top up without your permission..

        Shame on airtel.

              I miss glory efiong asukwo of 12 mfon eyo street, oron, akwa ibom state of nigeria wishes to lay a formal complain about the transfer of my former airtel sim no: [protected] to an unknown person who have been withdrawing my money using airtel mobile topup facility. I lost the above number since the year 2007 and i went to my bank (Ecobank) in year 2010 to effect the changes to my new phone line which is now [protected] but to my utmost surprise, the person with my former airtel no keep withdrawing my money and i have complained to the ecobank authorities and same with the security, the police on this matter but i have to also inform you as the company that provided the service to my former line. Pls unravel the person with this number and location and text to my new phone no [protected] as the police are on top of the matter.

Consequently, i have told on your customer care centre but i got a poor/ cold response from your employer rahul. I also requested to him to refund my data or cash.                     My airtel balance got deducted a week back and i got a message regarding the same that follo service has been activated. Since i was bit busy i dint had a chance to raise this up with network so a week later when i contacted them they had no idea about this service except the name.. They blantly said that i have opted this service while using net and airtel has no control over this and any third party can use airtel balance for the pop up services they give which is such a stupid answer allowing scams through airtel network and still they say it s a open network.. Customer care have no courtesy of knowledge about this issue and they treat the callers like a uneductated and have in turn they say we don't understand their explanations which are basically illological and mere stupidity.. Airtel is just not a open network!!! Scamming people!!

                      My airtel broadband no [protected], has been down since the morning of 12th july 2016, everytime i call customer care, i get a new time frame that by this time your issue will be resolved, but as expected no one is concerned and the issue persists.
                      My broadband stopped working and even the router stopped responding. They charge nearly 2200 rs a month and out of 30 days it's nearly 5th day i am not able to use my internet.

                        I have subscribed for unlimited broadband from bharti airtel since 2009. Airtel had been charging me rs100 every month for extra speed which i never requested. This has gone unnoticed for long period because of complex nature of billing. Last week when i called airtel customer centre to check on this item they agreed that it was an oversight and they immedtiely reverted this rs100 for the current billing. When i asked what about the earlier billing (Rs 8, 400 for 7 years), they told me that i should have bought this to their notice in 2009 itself hence they cannot refund.

                        1) first of all this additional charge of rs100/month was done without my consent.

                        2) secondly, the question of this additional charge rs 100 does not arises because this was meant to increase the speed from 1 mbps
                        To 2 mpbs. Now the current speed is 8 mbps. The minimum speed was increased to 2 mbps several years ago.

                        All airtel customers please check your bills carefully or you may end up paying more

                          I am using airtel 4g network in my samsung mobile. its not working properly and i am not able to receive updates via internet in facebook, whatsapp and all. before this, i was using airtel 3g and it was working fine. airtel person contacted me and gave me new sim cards which are 4g sim cards. after started using that, i am facing these problem. please do resolve this problem so that i can get back my 3g network. 3g network is working fine for me. please convert my sim card back to 3g network itself.

                              We have requested to activate national roaming services for our [protected] mobile number, but still now this is not processed we have already sent email to [protected]@in. airtel.com and also contacted mr. vinodh regarding this issue, we received an automated email stating that roaming services is activated but still now problem is not resolved and we made several calls regarding this but there is no response from airtel team. they are forcing us to quit airtel services because of their pathetic customer support team no one is interested to solve this issue.

                                Hi sir,

                                I have been using airtel 4g postpaid connection from october 2015. as i had lost my sim card, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (hadapsar, pune) on 16th july 2016, but it was not canceled and i was receiving bills. i raised a complaint about this to the customer care center, somebody named akanksha pawar from cancellation department told me that it would be canceled within 24 hrs. on 17th july 2016, i saw that it was still active, so i called up the customer care on the same day, they told me to clear the outstanding, which i was not at all using still i cleared on the same day through online payment and the call was transferred to same person akanksha from cancellation department. she regretted for the inconvenience and again told that she would ask the concern department to cancel it and he assured that it would be cancelled within 24 hrs. it was deactivated the next day, however i can see it active state now also. now i will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connection immediately.

                                Please help me out in this regards. it has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

                                Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel my connection immediately and deactivate my sim card.
