Sir/madam,
This rajani dasegowda i am using airtel number is +91-[protected], i would like to bring to your kind notice that all airtel customer care executives are cheating, misleading and misguiding innocent customers. This is one instance, i have recharged 10gb data for rs.1505/- on 27/06/2016 at 11.00 am through internet banking (Ref: transaction id[protected] but after entering otp the transaction got declined meanwhile my account debited by rs.1505/- but i dint receive any data. On the same moment i called customer care and spoke to one of airtel executives regarding this he said that sorry madam due to our sever problem your transaction got declined and don’t worry you will get your money back within 7 working days to your account. Actually i was very much need of internet data so asked the same executive. Then he said me to recharge once again and your first recharge amount will credited to my account. Same day i have once again recharge same amount of rs.1505/- through internet bank at 12.00 pm even i got 10gb data immediately (Ref: transaction id[protected]
After one hour i. E at 1.40 pm i got another 10gb data of first declined transaction. Totally i was credited 20gb data expiring on 24.07.2016. Then i called customer care and i spoke to one of aitel care executive and supervisor regarding this and i asked her to refund first recharge amount as we are middle class family people we could not use entire 20gb data in 28 days by spending totally rs.3000/- in a single month and more over it is burden for us. Then she assured me to solve my issue by discussing with technical team with in five working days. After five working days once again i called customer care then one your executive spoke to me and said madam we can’t refund your money back but we will extend the expiry date to another 28days. I said her to extend that day only but she sad don’t worry madam we will do it later before 24.07.2016. Then she only said me that madam you no need of calling once again customer care and we will only call before 24/07/2016 so i quite by believing airtel executives and supervisors words.
After many days that means on 19/07/2016 one of their executive called me and said madam if you want to extend the period you have to recharge rs.186/- and i asked why i should anyhow i am still having 13gb then she said arrogantly if you want recharge or else leave it so i got angry as that was small thing to leave entire 13gb data so i shouted at her and one of their supervisor also that day why that first supervisor or executive dint revealed anything for extending period i have to recharge once again for rs.186/- afterwards he said that once again i will talk to technical team and then i will get back to you. But there is no response from their side so once again i only called customer care executive to transfer call to their supervisor but while transferring call i know intentionally they disconnected the call but i dint keep quite so once again i called then one of their supervisor said me in the neck moment we are not having any option to extent the period without recharge rs.186/- and sorry for our mistake.
Like this all airtel rascal executives, supervisors intentionally misleading, misguiding and cheating innocent customers for earning more and more incentives by making loss to poor customers. You people just think for educated customers they are cheating like this what about uneducated and poor village people. They are advertise all over india we won’t hide anything we are best. But we will (Who are all got cheated by their fraud and uneducated executives and supervisor) says they are the very worst connection in this world. They are unfit to serve the innocent customers.
If you are a human being go through all recording whatever your nonsense/unfit executives and supervisors spoke so far and how they cheating innocent one and teach them good lesson. Kindly get me justice

    Hi,

    My name is laxman khaire and airtel digital tv id is [protected].

    I had done 3927 rs recharge on 16th july 16 at 9 pm and money is deducted from my credit card but not credited into dishtv account.

    I had resisted the complaint on 17th july for reversal of amount.

    After confirmation of your representative that amount will be refunded, i had done another recharge of 3927 rs on 17th july.

    But on 19th july i had received a message that my account is recharge with 3927 rs amount.

    When i contacted to customer care. I had no response from your team and they waited for me more than 1 hr. To transfer phone to senior.

    One of your senior talked with me and he confirm me that amount will be refunded.

    But today i knew that there is no any complaint for reversal of amount.

    So please look into this matter.

      Hi,

      I am using airtel broadband for past two months... Its been a worst experience since i started using this this connection. Mine is 1099 plan with 75 gb at the speed of 16 mbps... Only during the knight time i get the speed, otherwise its 2, 3 or 4 mbps speed... I already submitted a compliant, they called and said will fix the issue.

      Please dont cheat public wioth false promise and make them suffer. If this time this is not resolved, i will surely take it to consumer court and face this legally. At least through my effort others will be benefited.

      Hi Akanksha Singh,

      I have not received a phone call also and there is no action taken on my compliant...is there anyone really looking into it...?

      Its absolutely disappointing with Airtel, why should we pay so much and not get the basic speed, specially when its is broadband...if you can not resolve, please cancel my connection.

      Note: i get the speed only after 8 pm...but i took broad band for speed so that i can work from home...

        I have been using airtel since last 4+ years.In delhi, it worked fine for me.
        Then i moved to hyderabad, where it troubled me a bit but still i managed and tried to remain with airtel. Now its been 5+ months in mohali and i am really frustrated by the services provided by airtel out here. The call drop rate is so high that i am not even able to make a call clearly. I am only able to connect a particular number only after connecting it for more than 4 or 5 times, as most of the times there is an issue of call failure. There is no network coverage and the flagship store guys are saying that airtel is best in mohali.Initially i started with 899 plan but due to all these issues, i switched to 499 plan, still the bill charged is totally erroneous. Moreover i haven't received the bill details. I have made a complaint with customer care regarding my bill details, but what i am receiving every time is just a mail without any attachment i. E. There is no bill attached along with the mail.

          This mail have been sent to airtel but from many months but issue has not been solve...

          Kindly request your interference as per below trail mail airtel team is just not solving the billing issue which they have imposed on me rs.12840 for internet usage, but every time after compliant they argue and close down the compliant.
          Just to provide you details of my compliant given to airtel i am facing this issue from last 2 month and after follow ups they revised my airtel bill for the month of may'16. But again in this month of june'16 billing i am regularly torched by them even after my so many complaints given to them. Kindly providing you details of compliant given to airtel dated 14/6/2016 — compliant reference 69823101, compliant given to airtel dated 15/6/2016 — compliant reference[protected], compliant given to airtel dated 27/6/2016 — compliant reference[protected], compliant given to airtel dated 28/6/2016 — compliant reference 70063016, compliant given to airtel dated 29/6/2016 — compliant reference 70081564, compliant given to airtel dated 9/7/2016 — compliant reference 70258512.
          Also to inform you i have received message from airtel on dated 21/6/2016 as mentioned in red (Token number g044 dated 21/6/2016 data use apprx 869.39 of 1024.0 mb has been used on your mobile till 21/6/16 as per your plan post 1024.0 mb)
          This message gives clear picture how airtel has charged me unnecessary 3g charges which i have never requested to them.

          Kindly request you to log an complaint against airtel for torturing me from 2 months and to inform you i have not used internet network from 15/6/2016, 20/6/2016 till billing date due to this issue. Kindly need compensation for all the trouble that airtel has given me for 2 months. Request you to solve the issue on urgent basis.

            I have contacted endless times for broadband connection at my home. I have got endless calls for same by multiple people and every time different response. At times im told executive will be visiting my home, i keep waiting but no one turns. I get a call later then executive says did the executive call up.
            At times told that at my location there is no airtel connection.

                Hence I'm raising a new complaint since the old one is not getting attention from Airtel.

                The link mentioned above quotes the following :

                "Hello,

                I have been an airtel customer for quite a lot of years. But recently i shifted to another service provider.
                Soon after submitting the 'porting' request, i got number of calls from airtel customer care, where i was literally interrogated (Seriously grilled with harsh questions and even more harsh tone of voice) by the representatives. After finally telling them all the time they called they ported my number.
                But after porting, i found out that none of the airtel mobile numbers are able to call me. I ask my friends and relatives who had airtel mobile number, to give me a call, but it always said that "this number is not valid" (Yeh number vaidh nai hai).
                I called up my new service provider to solve this, but they said that this is not in their hands and i need to contact airtel for this.

                What i really want is the following :
                (1) clear the blockage by airtel. Let all airtel numbers be able to call on my mobile.
                (2) an apology in written (Email) by the airtel management for the insult by the representatives.
                (3) a compensation for the trouble caused."

                  Im leo from velachery i booked airtel broadband connection after 5 days of document submission once i contact your customer care they said broadband connection is full so we cant provide connection right now please wait for three months. So i switch to some other portal. Now they are saying we can provide connection now, please understand i don't want two connect i'm not rich enough pay for two connection. So i request you to refund my advance amount, and more thing please take some immediate action on my complaint, hence i request lot of complaints to customer care yet now didn't get proper reply from them please refund my money as soon as possible.

                    My mobile no [protected] is not working (Internet). Last six months but bill was paid by mysel[censored]p to june 2016 again bill has been prepared for the month of july 2016 amounting to rs.1099/- but i am unable to pay as because internet was not working. I have already lodge a complaint in airtel portal. My request to de - active my mobile. With out functioning of internet why should i pay full amount. Airtel authority has not taken any action against the rules

                        I have booked a airtel broadband connection on dated 3rd july, 2016. The person came for the doccument collection took 1000 rs from me and given one recipt. He told me that within two days everything will be done. That was sunday. I called them on thursday, they told me the installation will be done on saturday. On saturday, i was informed that things will happen on monday. Atlast on monday one of the technician called me and told there is no feasability hence they cant proceed.
                        I asked for thr refund and they had given me an online portal to raise a refund request. The fellow from the airtel office told me it will take another three to five days to proccess. I have applied on 11th of july, 2016 with the account details and uploaded a cancelled cheque. I was acknowledged by a incident ticket aor8f971c. I called to customer care too but went in vain.

                        Does really AIRTEL is that poor, that it can refund the amount taken??I got total four calls from AIRTEL and everyone is telling me the issue will get resolved in 5 days. The latest call I fave got on 2nd of August, assuring me the refund is under proccess and it will get refunded in 5 days. Still there is no reflection in the account.

                        I have a doubt towards you guys!! Does u guys really care about ur customers? If a customer postpaid bill is not paid then u r not hesitating to call him and irritate him all the way but once the thing is coming on ur shoulder, then u guys make no show!!!

                        Worst ever customer handling I have ever seen!!!

                        Either u refund the money or come forward and give the connection. Waiting for ur deliberate response.

                          Airtel boasting of being one of the biggest & most professional mobile service providers in india has got such a pathetic group of professionals or unprofessional s i would say, that its beyond imagination!!!
                          I got my number ported from tata dokom to airtel, thinking i would get a better service. My number got ported at 12 midnight on 18/07/2016. I, m a professional & work for a multinational on a highly responsible post. This no. Is with my clients, vendors, promoters & higher management for last 5yrs.
                          Believe me this no. Is is yet not activated after 39 hrs. I'm loosing business and authenticity with people who are working with me & surely getting a bad image for my company as many would be calling me & finding my phone switched off!!! All my complaints are of no use as every time a lie or airtel professionals don't even pick the phone!!

                            I had applied for a new broadband connection on 7/7/16 and the sales person guaranteed that the connection will given within 2 days. It has been two weeks now and still the person asks for two more days saying that the existing line is faulty and it has to be repaired. Poor service from airtel. I request the company to take necessary action and give me a new connection as soon as possible.
                            Message I received from airtel:
                            Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 80621969. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected].

                              I am Sathish Guru from Madurai. I am one of the fool who believed your Pan India Coverage Jokes. Jokes on me.

                              I thought of giving the new Broadband connection to my new home and so I requested a callback from Airtel. They called me back and a sales executive visited me and collected all the Documents and fee of Rs.1100, on 17th June 2016. When I asked for the receipt, he said I will receive a confirmation call and SMS. He also checked some feasibility and provisions.I received a call on the confirmation of the documents and verification, but not the SMS.

                              I received a few calls from airtel persons regarding some checks on the connection and some box availability. After 3 weeks of dumbness, I wanted to check the connection status. I called the executive who collected the documents for the same and to my shockness, he said the request was rejected because the reeling a new line for a just mere one connection is not so profitable. He asked me to initiate the refund request.

                              Twist of the story happened when one of the customer service executive called me from Chennai and asked "Is your new connection provided or not?". I was dumbstruck. Then I updated all this story. He said he initiate the refund asd I opted for the Cash. This time also I haven't received any SMS.

                              After I week I contacted the BB Toll free number and repeated the same story. They asked me to initiate the refund online. This time only I got the request number and I submitted the request. Till now I didn't receive and communication so far.

                              Till this point I haven't received email communication from Airtel. Don't make me a beggar to ask for MY MONEY.Do the needful at the earliest. I am already cancelled my decision to move my family's mobile number to airtel.

                              Hi Akanksha,

                              I have tried to contact the same airtel_presence multiple time through twitter. I have posted the same there, but seems to be under scrutiny.

                              By the way, Airtel appellate Authority replied my query and they are taking up the action, after a Wild Chase. Will close once done.

                              But, still Airtel seems to be flying to high to answer Consumer complaints. This is not good for Airtel.

                                Hi airtel customer care,

                                The experience with customer care team in recent years going bad to worst. Looks like they are not customer care team, but airtel bill care team only!

                                I did the payment for bill & still i was getting calls from customer representatives. Finally i did payment second time. Today representative calls me again to pay the bill!!!

                                When asked about what is the status of enquire sent in below email, she is reluctant to confirm that the amount received successfully & ran away when asked to drop email/send message.

                                Is the tickets raised from customer looked upon? Is there any resolution timeline? Atleast before calling do the cr check the status of bill?

                                    My name is shashank. I have ported my number from reliance to airtel. I got a call rate of 40p/min local and std at 25/min. The actual call rate when i call is 45 p /min. I have recharged last time for 60 rs. And it got over in just 3 days.
                                    There were no long calls made like 10 mins or 15 mins. The calls were around minutes. They are unnecessarily cutting talktime for no reason. The pulse count is different from what the actual seconds are. The network is too bad in my area. I have given complaint many times for the network problem

                                      Had taken airtel 4g data card ([protected]) due to incessant harassment by 100 different agents calling to force me to buy it. i verified on their helpline and agent that 5100 was net amount and that i'd have to pay no additional charge.. they confirmed. but within a month there was no internet on the number and subsequently they stared sending me additional bills of inconsistent nature. they also then said it was tax amount (despite being assured that 5100 was all inclusive). calls and mail generated no cooperation and so i tweeted.. they tortured me with dumb questions and broken record till a senior person finally understood that if had decided their scam. he apologised and said i won't be billed anymore. yet the next month i started getting msgs for additional pending payment. if each customer is scammed for 5100 and no data given, my calculation is that these telecom companies make money nor rout of scams.. per 1000 victims, they make a smooth 5100000.
                                      Even now i have no answer and want to disconnect immediately as for months whenever i've tried i've got no internet.
