As the balance has come to very minimum since yesterday i am trying to recharge through netbanking as i always do but repeatedly the error message 'sorry your request could not be processed pl. try again' comes i am unable to use my cell now. i tried lodge complaint through airtel site it is too complex and it ask to reenter the code it reglects but even as i enter it correctly it repeatedly says it is wrong... i am at wits end wondering what to do

I got a call that they are discontinuing iptv, this was the only reason i was using airtel broadband, now switching to reliance 4g. who wants their free DTH, pathetic quality and expensive packs.
My problem is still not rectified. It has been my experience in the past also, Airtel is not serious about attending to genuine problems. As I tried to lodge a complaint through their site, going into 'my account' and 'complaint', at the end it asks to fill the validation code, as shown in the box. But any number of time you key back the code correctly, it goes on asking 'Pl. key in correct validation code'. The entire complaint lodging facility seems to be a hoax. Alternatively when I send an Email to their complaint address '[protected]@airtel.com' I was asked to send back the screen shot of their own error message reflected in their site (as I quoted the exact error message in my complaint' ). Again I got a reply that the screen shot of the error message was not readable to them. Fun is that the message was generated by their own system. The officers concerned try to delay by some means or other. Not sincere to attend to the problem immediately, but give a vague reply immediately to ward off their responsibility...It is a pity

      Hello, i own airtel postpaid number [protected]. My incoming calls got blocked on may 27th of no reason and without any prior intimation.
      I created a support ticket # [protected] same day, followed up with them several times, but no help. Few days later, they gave me another request number 69549848. I have reached them via mobile helpline, facebook, twitter and email but nothing has changed. Taking a new step of shamelessness, they are calling me on my alternate number asking to pay the bill for the services that i was unable to use.
      I was unable to book an important ticket because i didn't get any sms for otp confirmation via online banking. Haven't heard anything sensible from them for last 48 days.

      Nothing has been done by Airtel in order to enable my number back. I'm fully frustrated. It should not take two years for incoming service to be enabled for a mobile number.

            I have ported my airtel number to other service provider. Even after final bill payment, i am still receiving sms from my current service provider about due airtel bill payment.

            When i received last bill from airtel, i called up customer care number to check whether i can pay it online. However, i was informed that i need to visit airtel gallery which was not possible for me as i was outside mumbai.

            After few days i received call from airtel to pay the bill. During that call i was informed to pay it online. However, customer service agent did not provided me the account number that will help me to pay bill online. Hence i was again unable to pay the bill.

            After few days again i got call from airtel. Meanwhile the payment was past due. It was agreed with airtel executive that i will pay the bill and not pay the late fee as i was not informed clearly from airtel team about the online payment. Refer attached email. However, i am receiving these sms.

            Hi,
            i had purchased an airtel 4G sim in delhi sector14 at an airtel seller by submitting the neccessary documents.He charged me Rs.200 for the first recharge.Till now i didn get my sim activated n i guess the seller is misusing my info.Pls handle this issue as soon as possible.

            Thank you! I have received email from Airtel team. There is no due amount pending with my account. Surprisingly there is an excess amount of Rs. 279.93/- in my postpaid account. Airtel has requested me for the account details to transfer the same.

              1. I have requested to port this number from Vodafone to Airtel on 20th June 2016, but that got rejected from Vodafone due to wrong input of Porting Code by Airtel Team. Airtel Executive which took my documents got vanished after that. He never picked up my calls again to help me.

              2. My Internet data was not activated even after 4 days of my porting activation. I had to approach to Airtel team again for the same.

              3.My email id was wrong in Airtel's record, which was completely wrong. I again requested to correct the same but again I got the message yesterday that that email id will be working.

              3.After seeing my ebill, I am confirmed that there are some illiterate people are working there in Airtel, who can't write and understand English. There is completely wrong Address is mentioned in my ebill. Despite of giving my correct address proof why there is such mistakes????

              4.Today I called up Customer care Executive Apporva Gupta ([protected]). She asked me to visit Airtel Store to verify my address. I am not going to visit Airtel Store now to correct my address again. Its not my fault. I have given correct documents to Airtel. Why should I be harassed???

                Try spending some money on your aftersales services than that annoying 4g girl in your ads.
                Short version: prepaid to postpaid not activated on [protected], sim received, docs and photographs submitted, local verification done, sim is there in one of the sim slots : status not active.
                Activate it.
                The story
                So here is how my unpleasant experience started, i being a part of the current tech-advanced generation rely on internet/online/mobile app services to get most of my work done. so even when i felt that i need to move to post-paid airtel i went to the my airtel app and submitted the required documents online and sat back thinking that like rest of the online world, this work is done from my end but that’s when the real started i got calls from trillion airtel agents, some telling me that their online services are bull & they’ll send an agent to collect the xeroxed docs physically which to me sounded bull as i was not ready to accept that airtel can have such an facility existent but of no use, later i understood that these were offline agents trying to meet their monthly goals, each one telling me not to entertain the other agent.in the end there were about 3 delivery guys trying to deliver me the sim. just to meet their goals, i received it on the same day. it has been 7 days since then no one receives my call, no one is getting back, no way to get an executive on call through airtel costumer care no.
                This has been the most screwed up experience i ever had, airtel turned out to be another bad service provider like trikona. faith lost. i don’t even know if i should recharge my prepaid no. as i don’t want to end up wasting my money. i might just migrate to a better network. guys try spending some money on your aftersales services than that annoying 4g girls in your ads. epic crap.

                  5-6 days back i have been asked to port my mobile no from voda to airtel by a airtel representative mr rakhi (i have her mobile no. as well) on which i got agree and she commits me that i'll get 450 free local calls, 70 std calls and 500mb data pack and i agreed on that. i asked her to send someone on saturday for further formalities. someone came form airtel for the documentation and i have given him the security amount as well.
                  Next day i got a call from airtel to process the request further on which i asked that customer care girl to confirm my plan which i'll be getting. she confirmed me that i'll get just 250 local calls and some data pack. i called ms rakhi to confirm the same and she told me that no mam you'll get the same plan which i told you earlier and we'll give you 450 local calls, after 10-15 mins of argument she handed over the ph to some senior and that guy confirmed me that the plan i choose is not active now. on this, i asked her that just few minutes back your team member committed me for that plan only and i have given the security amount also. now how could you guys do that but that is just pathetic to talk to and after few minutes of discussion he just disconnected the call.
                  After 5 mins i again got a call from the same girl rakhi and she told me that "mam the plan which you choose is not available now and i was not aware about the discontunation of the that plan buit now i can't do anything about it". i asked her why she committed me the plan than and if that's the case than someone should have informed me instead i was the one who was calling the customer care people and that girl rashi for the confirmation.
                  I asked her now when i have done the formalities and security amount is also with you guys how could you say no?? over my discussion with her she said - this is not my problem mam and if you want you can take further action.
                  So, i want to say that this totally unprofessional and not acceptable.

                    There is no network signal but when i check the stregth of the signal i get -70

                    And when i tried manual network searching i get etisalat 3g and du 3g i had tried both but i dont get the signal bar.
                    I had tried removing the sim card and insterted in other mobile them too i dont get network.

                    Last call which i used in india was on 8th july 2016. when i landed uae i didnt get even welcome mesage from airtel connection with uae number.
                    What happend to airtel network.

                    As iam vintage customer for more than 12 years, its making me very upset as this airtel is not supporting me in any matter.

                    I too got FOLLO CELEBRITIES service activation Message in Night. They are activating servicing when one in a sleep. Absolute loot they are making from their customers. Money should be refunded.
                    I have call customer care to book a connection but these unprofessional guys are putting me hold and not even responding last 2 weeks. I am waiting for new connection .
                    For new connection providing these kind of service then I can imagine how account holder would have get so called good service.

                        I have been using the airtel connection in bangalore and i have relocated now from bangalore and not living there. while moving out, i paid the excess amount and closed the connection and the airtel executive has confirmed it with a reference number - sr[protected]closed by 9:30 am on 28/04/2016).

                        Now the people from customer are trying to contact and giving unwanted troubles to pay the money till date, even after forwarding the correspondences regarding the cancellation.

                            Took new connection on 12th may, 2016 and i was getting "no signal" on my set top box right from the next day.

                            I registered a complaint on 14th may 2016, which was never resolved.


                            Finnaly i requested for disconnection on 21st may 2016, for which cpe recovery was done on 23rd may.


                            Now when asking for refund from customer care number, i am being told that i will get a refund of only 2500/- some change.

                            Now here is my complaint:


                            1. When i have already raised a complaint on 2nd day itself, then only 2 days charges should be deducted.

                            2. I have paid 4204/- towards new connection (4100/- for recharge and 104 for 13m extra cable). Now when in cpe recovery everything was recovered then i should get the complete amount refund.

                            3. On asking customer care, they say that i have activated some base packs. My question is when i cannot see the tv itself, then how can i request for channel activation. This seems simply overcharging after raising a disconnection request.

                            Those activation are done from airtel itself to check my account balance.

                            4. I was said i will get refund within 7-10 days, else i will get a call. But nothing happended, instead they are charging me 1000/- as installation charges which was promised as free installation while taking the connection.

                                i call to airtel and talk about to offers on dated 08 july, 2016, then they call me company will call you very soon and after 2 hours 16:00, i got a call from airtel number is +[protected], In other side lady is taking to me and says i call from airtel and says 6+6 months offer is available on worth 1465rs (Mega Plan) i says okay i recharges today evening n tomorrow, she says no if you recharges after 18:00 o'clock offer not works, if you need this offer you need to recharges now or tomorrow before 12:00 o'clock. i says okay i recharges now then i recharges 1465rs fror my airtel dish tv mega plan.
                                after recharges tv is running and after few hours 09 july, 2016 time around 22:00 o'clock plan automatically change to Mega Plan to Value Plan. immediately i call again to airtel and they says i change my plan himself, but it is a totally wrong.
                                Airtel Company changes my plan automatically.

                                Please help me what i shold to do?

                                      Hello. this is levin joseph. and this is the 2nd time i'm complaining about the 3g usage in my mobile. if airtel wants money let them beg me.instead of that why are they finishing my 3g data. just now i recharged for ₹95 1gb pack. i turned off all the apps using mobile data except whatsapp. and within 5 mins i have only 940mb left. does whatsapp use that much data? i don't think so. so i turned off whatsapp also. still data is being used up without my knowledge. does airtel think i'm stupid or something? just take care of this situation otherwise i'll be suing you for wasting my cash.

                                        I had applied online for a new airtel wifi broadband connection and in response, one person came and took check from my sister along with her address and id proof with a promise to install the connection within 3 days but after two days, we got a call from him saying that he required pan card which was not available with my sister so i told him that he can use the same address proof and use my name for connect and gave him photograph of my pan card. he said that he needs one more check as the check was given by my sister and not me. he promised to return my check and get my new check. after that he did not respond and did not take my calls. i called airtel and registered for a complaint against this. the service guy took all my details and even the number and name of the person who had connected with us earlier.in response i got a call today i. e. 10th july 2016 and the guy said that he does not have any details and requires me to search for the sales persons name and number again. i told him that number was given in complaint so he said i need name. i was upset and i said that i cannot keep remembering names of all the sales people in airtel and once i have given him earlier then why do they keep asking me every time. he said "mam i cannot do anything, aap police ko complaint kar dijiye (you register a police complaint) and he disconnected. if this is the kind of service we receive from company then it is very bad. they have all my proofs and even check which they can easily misuse. please consider my complaints. i have already wasted over 1 week just to get a wifi connection and that too when my mom and sister both use airtel mobile connection and i had used airtel broadband earlier. if they do not wish to provide us the connection, they can simply say no instead of harassing us like this and giving us insults from their sales people
