I am an airtel pre-paid user. Last week i swapped my 3g SIM with a 4g SIM. Since swapping I am not getting any incoming calls nor am I able to make any outgoing calls. Its been more than 2 year I have been using airtel service provider in mumbai(Goregaon east) office location is malad west.
Signals r too weak to even talk. I face hell lot of network issues. Most of the time i get number not registered on network or out of service area.

I also switched to vodafone no use. None of the companies r providning good network in Mumbai....

Intially when i asked for a new airtel connection, i got it after 25 days. each time i call them they are saying its a cable fault issue it will be resolved with in 2 days. but i got t only after 25 days.

I pay Airtel broadband for 16 MBPS of bandwidth. For the last 20 days I have been receiving between 1 and 10 MBPS. I have lodged two complaints with Airtel. I have escalated to the Nodal officer, and the Appellate officer also. Airtel has not resolved the low bandwidth issue, even though I am paying for 16 MBPS. Customer care just marks the status of the complaints resolved when the problem still persists.

They claim to be the first brand to do this but vodafone is already doing it. They are misguiding their customers by calming themselves to be the first open network.
