On 13-07-16 i wrongly recharged amount of rs 45 two times as the first recharge success full message i received late.
Kindly cancel one of the recharge and credit the amount of rs45 to my account.

Second txid[protected] to mobile no.[protected] amt rs45.

Kindly cancel one of the above transaction and send the amount of rs 45 to my airtel demo no.[protected].

    Hi team,

    This is regarding activation of the data plan for my mobile number [protected]
    Without my request and confirmation, please find the details given below.

    • from november 2013 to february 2015 data plan of rs. 100 had been
    Activated without my confirmation.

    • and from march 2015 to march 2016 data plan of rs. 150 had been
    Activated without my confirmation.

    Already airtel team has deactivated the data plan and refunded rs. 500, while i have paid around rs. 4200

    Since the data plan had been activated without my confirmation and request, i want the whole amount which i had paid as a refund from airtel. it is the airtel mistake that they have taken more money by activating the data plan without my confirmation.

      Airtel has supposed to refund my money from past 3 months, i complaint the same in nodal office every day they call and state the same money has been credited on 27th june itself i have shared almost 4 times the bank statement with them but no outcome. they say they are following up and again they call in evening and state the same it's been credited at our end please check the account. are they mad or what. everyday a new person calls and start asking the issue i am facing. do they think i have no other job or what.

      I have got the below response 8 days back, but I have not got my money back yet.don't know in this fast growing world which worst method you guys have used which would take 5/6 working days for money to be credited.

        I am a latest victim of airtels bad trick to make money from customer. Yesterday evening while i was biking to home after work i got 2sms, says some follo celebrities service have been activated in my Airtel mobile for 15days, and for that a sum of Rs.45has deducted from my airtel account. Below i am attaching the details in pictures.
        So for the clarification i called airtel customer care after a long waiting tone, got coonected qith one executive, and i briefed my issue, then she simply says that "you are the one who activated and the money debited!.", How colud it be possinle, without any request or any attempt in those fraud Ads or service how can you debit my money anonimously. Then she transfers to senior desk mate, Miss.Nisha(Ernakulam, Kerala, airtel cc )she said!, her attitude was like the airtel customer is a begger, or un educated creature, is calling the customer care executive for a fake trick to gain money like that... then says the service is not from airtel, u activated while browsing, and we are unaware about these money, then i asked the details like, so please provide me the url link where i 'put' my money or give me the debiter details. she says again the repeated song, you clicked, you activated so the money debitted!?.she dont even ready to check with the issue, how its debited, where the money gone, how a third party can debit money from a airtel valuable customers account.
        So if anyone from airtel head is seeing this complaint, please make a solution and punish those irresponsible executives those who dont know how to deal a valuable customer. If you guys cant resolve this i have to head to Consumer court.

          I m using prepaid connection last 7 years, but sorry to say you that as you are claiming for india's no.1 network... are you fooling us? before the service is very good but what is the problem now? since i'm suffering network issue, while taking calls nothing can be heard and too much call drops. sir, am i paying your company for these facilities? & i rise a complaints about that, more then 20 times till now rectification please resolve the network problem! kindly sir look into the matter. otherwise have to take other steps. thank you... might be i sue against your services

            Mobile tower in residential area address : mr. shetty, c-11, manohar mehta chs ltd, mohili village, laxmi narayan mandir marg, nr. anjali medical, sakinaka, mumbai - 400072.

            This is our humble request to you that a mobile tower has been put in residential area.
            The radiation is too high.

            We request you to take strict action against the tower as law has been passed that no mobile tower can be installed in residential area

            As the law the mobile tower should be 500 meter far from the residential area, please do something for it when this tower was install than no permission was taken from society than how it should installed.

                This is vivek tyagi, i got a call from airtel executive (ms. priya - [protected]) on 5th july, 2016. i have given my documents and a fee of rs. 250/- to port my number from vodafone to airtel corporate connection to airtel executive (mr. rajnesh - [protected]) after confirming the code (sp1910) sent by ms. priya by mobile number [protected]. mr. rajneesh (airtel executive) was not carrying any receipt book and any form with him on that day, so he asked in his office to whatsapp the receipt for the amount paid by me and provided me the airtel sim numbering[protected]u). when i didn't get receipt till next day i. e 7th july, i called mr. rajneesh again for the receipt and he has given me the number of his co-ordinator mr. anil ([protected]). after contacting mr. anil, he was very least bothered to provide a solution for my query and provided me the number of ms. sakshi ([protected]). after contacting ms sakshi for the receipt and verification process for my number on 9th july, 2016, she told me that she will provide all the details within 5 minutes and till the date i haven't received any information about the receipt and any verification process for my number. when airtel people promise to port a number within one week and till now no verification has been done and not even the receipt provided by your airtel executives.

                If these kind of services will be provided by airtel even for poratability of a number then how can someone trust for better services after taking your connection. i am totally amazed to see your services and they people advertise (join us).

                  My fixedline/broadband [relationship number: [protected]] is not working since 11-jul-16.initially my number was automatically swapped with some other number [[protected]]. after raising a complaint, my phone stopped working completely. till now it is not fixed despite several call and follow-up to customer care. they keep on giving false promises. no technician turned-up till now.
                  Worst service from airtel; only fake promises and advertisements. regret my decision to choose airtel.

                    Dear forum,

                    I am having airtel dth (consumer id [protected]) connection at my home it was not working from last 2 weeks. it shows error no signal i thought is was due to weather but other airtel connection in our society is working fine. so, finally i called airtel customer care to register my complain and to send engineer to see the problem (ref no.[protected]. next day i received a message we tried to reaching regarding your complain and they send mi mobile number of mr rajendra [protected], i keep calling him whole day he does not replayed and when i called cc they said your complain is closed by engineer.
                    Engineer does not visit my home how can he close the complain without resolve it? and even i called him so many time he does no respond.

                    Finally i register new complain on 7 july but the same thing happened that men does not pick up the phone. from 7 july till date i am keep calling cc for the same and the send same number and every time the said will resolve with in 24 hrs.
                    What kind of service is this??? is this you called as brand of airtel?
                    And why u send such number to your customer if they don, t pick up the phone.
                    Forum pls help mi to sort out this thing as we advice your whole society to boycott airtel connection any more in our premises.

                        I sk gupta have a mobile connection with no [protected], i have been regularly paying my bills from last more than15yrs. recently in nov 2015 i opted for 3g service and roaming free service on this number. however i contacted the support team and asked for deactivation of the same services in jan 2016. customer support executive had confirmed that the service would be deactivated and i would not be charged for 3g and roaming in future. however the service was not deactivated and i was charged with extra charges of this service every month. i regularly call up support and they have asked me to pay bill less the services fee. but i dont know why i end up with late payment fee every month. now every month late payment fee add up to my bill.
                        In this month june 2016 i again called upto support and your executive again said me to pay bill of rs 693/- only out of my total bill. i am worried i would again be charged with late payment fee and extra services charge for the next month this is causing addition every month to my bill.. this is really a poor service from airtel i have a vodafone connection and have never faced such issues with them. airtel should check and update service act/deactivation request promptly.
                        I want my bill to be adjusted to zero as i have paid the amount said by your support team i. e. rs-693/-. i have the recording of the conversation i had with your executive, i can fwd the same as well. please look into the matter

                          For the same issue i have reached airtel customer card at 198 and they are saying like i have activated this crap which i was not aware of it.
                          And refused to return my money back.

                          And for the last and final decision i have called the same 198 customer care and spoked to airtel floor supervisor mr venkat and bought this concern and the reply was same and denied to refund my money back. is there any value of an india rupee i ask..

                            Hello,

                            I have been an airtel customer for quite a lot of years. But recently i shifted to another service provider.
                            Soon after submitting the 'porting' request, i got number of calls from airtel customer care, where i was literally interrogated (Seriously grilled with harsh questions and even more harsh tone of voice) by the representatives. After finally telling them all the time they called they ported my number.
                            But after porting, i found out that none of the airtel mobile numbers are able to call me. I ask my friends and relatives who had airtel mobile number, to give me a call, but it always said that "this number is not valid" (Yeh number vaidh nai hai).
                            I called up my new service provider to solve this, but they said that this is not in their hands and i need to contact airtel for this.

                            What i really want is the following :
                            (1) clear the blockage by airtel. Let all airtel numbers be able to call on my mobile.
                            (2) an apology in written (Email) by the airtel management for the insult by the representatives.
                            (3) a compensation for the trouble caused.

                              I am very dissatisfied with the airtel service and the whole system where customer care executive tells me that all the charges coming to my account are due to my ignorance... great that airtel is doing this cheap cheating with a banner of open network where every thing is transparent...

                              I have not received any responses from the so called appellate authority or the the person ranked below yet for a mail sent weeks back and when i enquired about this the customer care executive said that a reply will be sent only if there is a mistake from the part of airtel, again great service...

                              After i sent mail to these people i tries to receive the call and internet usage details and they again charged money from my account though the cost of the service was not mentioned in the app.

                              The face book pages will for sure tell us how n number of people are getting affected by this irresponsible people.

                              I am not sure how to officially lodge a complaint against them so that the customers who feed these type of people are not getting fooled... i have forwarded the mail to ombudsmen to aee if they help

                              They only respond when they have received the port request and the response is amazingly fast.

                                      Every once a month our dth shows a signal loss error.
                                      We have to call the helpline number and then airtel's representative comes and rectifies the problem.
                                      Next month same thing is repeated.
                                      This time due to rains, the error came again. After waiting for 2 days, we called the customer care. The representative replied that it would go by itself. We informed that it has already been 2 days, to which he rudely replied that it with go as the rain goes.

                                        Account no. [protected] somashekar reddy, prior to january 2016 we have not used the digital services for quite a while. We have received repeated calls from your sales team that there is a promotion/offer going on.. If we recharge with rs1450 its going to be for one year validity (6months + 6months). The person told to call back once we are done with the recharge. My wife did the recharge online and called back the customer service to say she has recharged with the said amount and took the confirmation from your customer service team that the offer is activated and will last for one year validity.

                                        Since 4-5 days when i switch on the tv i could see a message on the screen saying "your account is going to expire soon contact digital tv service". I called the customer service and informed the issue he said he is not the right person and his backend team will get back to me to resolve the issue. After 2 days i have received a call from your backend team and i explained the issue what i really facing with he simply said that it expired because there is no sufficient balance in the account that i know of as this is the issue is related to the offer which was not activated from your side. I really had hard time speaking to your backend team and your supervisor (Irfan) don't have minimum ethics to handle a customer. Not listening to the customer properly and giving out the same information again and again which is not acceptable to any customer no one really appreciate this.

                                        Irfan (Supervisor) told me to write an email as he is not in a position to give answers to what i am asking. He also said that we didn't call the customer service to avail the offer "how can he say that" that's rude way of answering to a customer. When i am promptly saying that i called to inform that i recharged with the said amount which is rs1450 to avail the offer. If that is the case you are misleading the customer with false promises and offers. I have raised an issue from my side its your backend team and supervisor responsibility to resolve the issue and now he let me write this email i am not sure where this is going to. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible as i am unable to watch the tv now.

                                        This is such a simple thing to resolve an issue whats the point in taking so long to resolve an issue.
                                        This is a poor way of serving a customer. I too work in a reputed company and I don't treat my customers like this. This is a big shame you are representing such a big company. I don't know what your managers taught you like 'How to serve a customer'.
