Respect sir/ madam
Good afternoon, i was thinking airtel customer services is better and any other, i was plan to switch on airtel postpaid connect, on 10 july 2016 i submit my id and snap to your document collector guy, he said you get the call within 2 day for verification, last day 11 july your verification call i get when i was on meeting i cut the call 2 time and 3 time i took the call and i said call me later but your verification incharge call me again n again then i was in meeting i just get out from meeting and i said i do not want to take your connection you can thing i guy can not pic the call when he is in meeting and said to your guy i will collect my money back insert of say polite he was arguing with me *app nhi le sakte paise leke dikha do, number band kar denge, agar apka verification negative kar dunga to number band ho jayega apko airtel ka number lena hi hoga * what is this, this is way to treat your upcoming customer, if you behaves like this with your customer then sorry i not want to become your customer.
I was interest in your services thats why i paid 110 rupees and gave my id and photo to your documents collector for joining but now i am feeling shame for selecting your services.
Kind tell me what to do or otherwise back my id or money.

I didn't hear back anything from you since 2 days.
Your message says you will get back to me as soon as possible what according to you is ASAP and not getting back to a customer since 2 days. You have disconnected my services for no reason.
This is such a simple thing to resolve an issue whats the point in taking so long to resolve an issue.
This is a poor way of serving a customer. I too work in a reputed company and I don't treat my customers like this. This is a big shame you are representing such a big company. I don't know what your managers taught you like 'How to serve a customer'.
