Today, 5 minutes back i got this stupid sms saying money deducted. i never ever subscribed for such stupid services. deactivate immediately and send me back rs 90 or i will drag you to court within 3 days time for fraud and haressment.

This is the sms message i got :
"follo celebrities service has been [protected]@rs90.0 for 30days. txn id n[protected], 07jul16 09:21. service will be renewed after validity expiry. to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. for more services, call 56789 or click http://56789. airtel.in"

They refunded my amount .Service Deactivate
Still had no explanation on how the service was activated .
Said this refund is one time gesture .
no revert from airtel yet. money is not yet creditred back in account. be prepared for legal case for harresment.

    Today... around 1.40 pm when i was driving my car, i received a message from airtel saying "thanks for choosing airtel deals on your airtel mobile. you have been charged rs35.0 for 7days. a/c balance: rs40.12 at 13:39. to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223".
    When i called their customer care, they said the balance deduction was due to my double confirmation while using internet. i do not recall any such confirmation.
    Help me please.

      I called one of your distributer for wireless internet connection he told me to be at home at 5:00 pm on 3rd july but he did no came. i waited for him nearly 2 hours leaving my other important works, next day i called him again but since then he has not received my call. i want a strict action against his irresistible action of delaying his duty of providing internet connection.

        I have emailed AIRTEL and also called customer support more than a dozen time since 30th May 2016. And no one seems to answer or address my issue. Hence request you to please read my mail properly, as to why was number [protected] not added to the account [protected] on 30th May 2016? Also, please answer all questions as listed below, and if you do not understand my issue/concern, please address or forward to someone who can take responsibility and get it resolved by 24 hours. If you understand time-money, then you could get it resolved and closed today. Also, you should understand my concerns, pain-stress and strain in calling/emailing AIRTEL every other week as a follow-up with no answers or resolution in sight.

        1) why the number [protected] was not included in the account with primary [protected] as part of the myplan 999.

        2) the waiver of amount against [protected] due to irresponsibly by airtel

        3)waiver of bills for all numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] for may and June bills due to stress and strain with repeated follow-up from self or owner of account

        4) why was [protected] migrated to 999 plan on whose authority since it was supposed to be part of primary account t [protected]and hence waiver if entire amount

        5) why was 99 per month activated for add-on numbers [protected] and [protected] while it should be 199 per year. Who authorized this, please show proof.

        Need an answer to all the above at the earliest and please call go address all the above concerns
        Will wait for another 24 hours and escalate all issues to next level.

          We have been trying to get our airtel tel no and broadband shifted for over a week now. it's surprising how the organisation is the least bit interested in fixing the issue. they have only provided false commitments multiple times. no escalations seem to work, nor do i think that the severity of the issues faced are actually getting thru to people in authority.
          This is a serious deficiency in service and moreover compounded by multiple failures in commitments being kept. we have spoken to pushpa, praveen etc, all who claimed to be able to resolve the issue, but no result.

            I have placed a request for airtel broadband service to be installed at my flat. when they called me regarding my request they confirmed that there is feasibility and port availability for the connection at my place, and the they have sent their executive on monday 4th july 2016 to collect documents for the connection and asked me to submit rs. 500/- towards installation charges. after this when i asked whether i am going to get an acknowledgement slip, he asked me to take a photograph of the form and keep it as refence and assured me that the connection would be installed by wednesday 6th july. then when i was calling the person who was co-ordinating with me regarding this request she was not picking up the call and then on 7th july when i called up customer care to ask the progress on my request, the person said there is no feasibility for a new connection at my residence. and when i asked to escalate it to her manager she put me on hold for around 10 minutes.

            This is totally unacceptable and should not be done to anyone else in future. can you please take immediate action on this? i have attached the screenshot of the form.

                I am Mayur kasera form Indore. I really disappointed with the balance deducted from my sim. and it is without reason. I don't even operated my mobile from morning but I found that message. of activation of any service. I swear I don't do that. my 50rs of balance deducted for some Super store service. I am really angry for that. customer care is also not helping in case.
                I am going for port to idea if my complaint is not solved. I am really honest and reviewing this.

                  Hi i am himanshu saxena, currently using [protected] airtel number. i am maintaining this number from last 4 years and it is only after porting it pune region i am facing problems of incorrect bills from airtel. they charged me like anything even though the services of airtel in pune is pathetic and most of the time my phone network shows out of reach and not in use.
                  Still i was paying what ever bills airtel was charging considering that it is a big telecom vendor and you can not though of fraud from them. but got shocked and surprised when checking to my netbanking details and the amount i paid to airtel for the services i am using through my number [protected]. they charging me twice for the porting in one of the bills. secondly they are chariging me for the services which i never asked for. though a service of roaming is activited in my cell, they charge roaming amount on my number and put some 700 bugs in my bill.
                  This is really a big fraud to the customer for charging illegally more than what is supposed to charge.
                  I am mentally harassed and i really want airtel company to be punished for this crime.

                  Even though i raised a complaint in the customer care cell but these people do not even entertained me at all, and every time they kept my call on hold for more than an hour that is the biggest humiliation. at last when i don't find any way to get these things resolved, i raised a disconnection request for my airtel number.
                  The request number is 70198128.

                  Please take appropriate action against airtel company and please waived off my bill for what great humiliation and fraud i suffer from the hands of airtel.

                    It has been 8 days since my postpaid plan has been converted to prepaid but Im not able to recharge it for any amount. Its been my worst experience with Airtel.
                    I am regularly following up with Airtel Express Sec 10 office and not receiving a positive response or even a satisfactory response for that matter.

                    I will take this matter to social media if my request is not taken into consideration at the earliest.

                    And would surely port my connection to Vodafone if the same is not resolved by Friday (8th July'16).

                        I have purchased 4G Hotspot through Airtel. One of their agent collected Rs. 2, 300/- and delivered the product. On insisting on Bill he informed that I will get through email after my new 4G connection is activated. He cheated my by registering wrong email address. Inspite of calling him on his mobile several times he is not answering. I also complained to Airtel Customer Care several times. But Airtel Customer care not helping me and still selling the product through the agent.

                        By not having the bill I loose my warranty as well he has cheated the government for sales tax by not giving the bill.

                          To The Top Management of Airtel

                          Sir i am carrying one number [protected] since more than six years.This number was previously my personal number with vodafone service provider.It got ported to company paid number with airtel service provider some 5 years back. In october 2015 i left the organisation how ever wanted to carry the same number and moved to delhi duly intimating my last organisation(TBEA Energy India Pvt Ltd) that i wish to carry the same number and air tel (i have all the mails since oct 2015 in the matter and can be provided if asked).I was given NOC from the company in this regard also.
                          I came delhi and kept using the same number and asked the customer care to transfer the number in my name via email.I was aksed to submit certain documents to airtel shop which i did after few days.To my surprise my number was closed after some time.I again contacted customer care and after so many deliberation it started.I again submitted documents near by my residence and office both as per several mails from airtel.I submitted my documents along with NOC to [protected]@in.airtel.com dtd 31.03.2016 from my mail id. NOC was given over mail directly to the same mail id from company co-ordinator registered mail id from TBEA (my last employer).

                          I again tried to submit the documents in sector 50 noida but the executives (Mr mukesh and Ms kamini) denied to take the documents saying this shall be submitted in gujarat only since number is registered in Gujarat ciircle.

                          As on today this number is closed since last one month despite knocking every door of airtel for starting the number and transferring the same in my name.
                          Can some body look into and get the number started and transferred in my name

                            I active 6GB 3G internet on my mobile no is [protected]. I daily use use internet which i required and also have password security to my data uses. but yesterday on 06/07/2016 night they deduct my 3GB internet data and after talking customer care they cant help me giving ans we can refund you and you are using all data but i confirm how i use it only near 100-200mb data i have used which is daily use by my routine so kindly complaint against them and reply me so earlier.my mobile no is [protected] and email- [protected]@gmail.com .

                            They auto activated some superstore service and deducted ₹50/15days and i want my money back.

                              Yesterday, i. e. 6th july 2016, i received a message from airtel at 5:40 pm stating-
                              "follo celebrities service has been activated @ rs.90 for 30 days. txn id n[protected], 06jul16 05:39. service will be renewed after validity expiry..."

                              This was done without my knowledge and is very unprofessional for a company like airtel.

                              Please look into the matter and ensure such things do not happen again.

                                On 5th july, i received the below message,
                                "follo celebrities service has been [protected]@rs90" for 30days. txn id n[protected], service will be renewed after validity expiry"

                                So when i called the customer care, they said they can not do anything about it. and this service is activate via internet.
                                But i did not request for any such services. also they said it will be activate only if i confirm by sending a message.
                                So i told them i did not send any such confirmation and i asked the executive to provide me details about these confirmation message that they claimed to be sent by me, but then customer care said its not possible to retrieve such information. they are not ready to give any information and just ignore my concern by by saying that it is not by airtel.

                                If not by airtel why do they have access to airtel account???

                                How can airtel deduct money from my balance without any confirmation.

                                The executive said that these services are not part of airtel, but then how could they have access to my account balance if they are not part of airtel, and if not, then airtel should take customer's permission before giving access to external parties.

                                Also, i could see that this same issue has been faced by other customers too. so, if ppl didnt notice such things, then airtel will keep scamming the customers.

                                I also became victim of above fraud

                                I am not able to understand that how airtel can push our money kept in account automatically without our knowledge for such activation.

                                  I am writing to you regarding balance deduction of rs.90 for a service called follo celebrities without consent/intervention on midnight of july6th and 7th.

                                  This is the second instance in two days. First on my mobile no[protected] an amount of rs.35 was deducted for super store vas. After complaining through email the amount was added back to my balance.

                                  Now on another mobile no [protected] belonging to my family, airtel deducted an amount of rs.90 for a vas we don't know and don't use.

                                  At midnight when everyone is sleeping airtel deducted this. Now i have five airtel connections, 3 prepaid and 2 post paid and i am worried how much money you will deduct without our knowledge.

                                  Only because the network is good we joined it, but if they stoop down to such low levels to make money, i am afraid customers will lose trust in airtel brand.

                                  Please don't put the blame on us by saying 'you only activated the service'. This is the second complaint i am writing in two days. Restore my balance immediately.

                                  Following my email complaint, Airtel customer care replied that they have de activated the VAS service and added back the amount deducted as a one time benefit only. I don't how they will respond in future if something like this happens. I suggest Airtel introduce OTP system for these services or some other mechanism so that this nuisance doesn't arise at all. Thanks [email protected]. email customer care seems to be better that calling the customer care.

                                    Im gowtham and my mobile number is [protected]. I have been activated with airtel super store service. I don't know what is that and customer care people said that I have activated it. It was activated for the first time and Rs 50 was deducted from my balance. I spoke to customer care and I asked them to return my money and they say I activated it. They have the money is not returnable. This is ridiculous from airtel. Why should they charge me for something I haven't activated? After long conversation with them, the next day another Rs 100 has been deducted from my balance. I want my 150 back. RS 50 has been deducted from my balance on 6th July 2016 at 2:06, I spoke to the customer care on the same day. Another 100 has been deducted from my balance on July 7 2016 at 12.42.I haven't used the internet during the time I was deducted balance.

                                      My Name is Chetan Bendale & my airtel mobile number is +91-[protected]
                                      Airtel have charge me Rs 50 on 7 July 2016 at 3:16 AM for superstore service.
                                      After talk with customer care they told me the service is active by wap & they cant refund my money as I am not eligible for refund.
                                      I have not used my mobile for any purpose from 1AM to 6AM, also my mobile internet was not active bet that time. Airtel have activate service without my consent.
                                      If Airtel does not solve it & refund me I have to transfer my number other other operator using MNP. This is not the first time Airtel activate service without my consent its happen before.
                                      If I have to file police complaint I will, as I am sick of Airtel lies service.
                                      So look in to this matter.

                                      After file this complaint, next day I receive call from Airtel customer care representative. He told me that they cant give me refund, after explaining all process, he still told me same answer..My question & his answer as bellow,
                                      Q:- I ask his how can Airtel charge me Rs 50 without my permission ?
                                      A:- Airtel dont charge any amount without any customer permission
                                      Q:- How does Airtel active superstore service on my mobile?
                                      A:- It is activated my wap
                                      Q:- I have not toch my mobile from 1 AM to 6 AM & dont have active net on my mobile that time, so how does my mobile connect to internet without internet & without any toch activate service.
                                      A:- Airtel dont charge any amount without any customer permission

                                      So I told him I have to file legal complaint against Airtel, as I have not activate superstore service. I have check my internet use by calling customer care & Aiitel representative told me I have not use any data on 7 July 2016.
                                      So my point is if I have to active internet or without touch mobile in that time so how do I active any wap service
                                      This mean Airtel is activating this kind of service on there own & telling customer lies that they dont active any service without customer permission.
                                      After search on consumercomplaint I found 1 user have file same complaint & he get refund by emailing, so after message to "renjuhtrz" he give me Airtel email address as bellow,

                                      I have send same complaint to them & after 5-6 hours later I got my money refund back.
                                      This type of charges happen to me before & that time I could not get refund, as there non response customer care & now they charge money for calling customer care.

                                      I am using Airtel from 10 year & now Airtel service is very bad, I have to MNP my mobile number to another network .
