Hi my name is virender singh i have been facing network issue for a month now n for this i had already register a complaint with airtel customer support n my complaint no. is 70040530, it has been told to me that due to tower shut down within 500m from my mailing address the problem presist & will remain untill the tower installed & it would take some time. i am not able to take / receive any calls sms when i am at home. also there is no service for broadband in my area.
I am interested to install the tower at my roof on 3rd floor at my mailing address, so please contact me asap.

    Team airtel,
    First and foremost, i am asking my own self whether it is necessary that we should mark our grievances to such a level to get the basic service? the answer is big ‘no’
    Mobile phone service providers industry is as competitive as much as any other industry existing in this country barring some area of monopolization. however, we are one such company trying to pursue with the know entity (known devil) rather than eyeing for other service providers. else, if i produce the list, probably, i may find it difficult to entertain the readiness of other service providers.

    We may have by now made 100 plus complaints at all level regarding pathetic network issue. we are so surprised to see that not even a single person from your back up ever visited as of now since last 6 months. it appears to be a case of you are over board and can’t handle the existing customers or you wish to scale down your activity.
    Even port request placed is not making any impact to your working style indicates that you have a incapacitated set of team working behind which requires immediate redressal. we lost substantial share of business and probably may to continue to lose some till we find the alternate service providers.
    It is a disgusting experience dealing with you in an era of dime a dozen service providers!!

      Broadband service not installed, even after the installation fee payment was made 15 days back. i have applied for the airtel broadband connection and i received the airtel phone number[protected] and the a/c no-[protected]. i have registered several complaints but to no avail. i chose airtel for its service, and this has been a shocker. i expected better from airtel.

          This is the 2nd time, Airtel promised me availability of Broadband connection feasibility, collected all the documents + 1000 Rs and denied me the connection after continuous followup.
          Reason, not feasible.
          My connection allocated :[protected]
          I feel this is a gang operations to collect money from customer, use it for circulation and refund after one month.
          This should be treated as a crime, rather than default in feasibility.
          Airtel should be sued for such ill legal operations.

          Pl. support me on the forum to raise such complaint.

            Hi,

            Applied for two connections: 20th june 2016
            (one new postpaid and one prepaid to postpaid.)
            Submitted documents: 21st june 2016
            New connection activated yet, prepaid to postpaid still pending.

            I have applied for changing my sim from prepaid to postpaid. but my connection has not yet activated. ([protected]).
            Nobody is contacting for solving the problem. when contacting on 121 and 198 they are telling me your address is not validated. but i have received no call from any executive of airtel stating that he is coming for same.

            Also, now they are saying that you won't get benefit of 499 but you can get rs375 plan, which has 1gb 3g and no unlimited 2g, like that of 499.

            When i expalined the matter to the people who called me, they said they will call me and give me solution in 24hrs, but there has been no call for heloing me solve.

            I feel really bad that i am stuck with airtel and airtel is treating a 3yr old customer so badly.

              My number is flooded with cb messages all the days. I am feeling sick of it and want to stop all this nonsense. Sender nos. Are; 55315 at 10.22 am and 578784 at 10.21 am on 12.07.2016. Other nos. Are 56789 and 55000 etc. From whom i am receiving cb messages regularly all the days. Kindly arrange to sop coming of these messages otherwise i have no other option but to close this number. Is there anybody who can help me out of this problem.
              I also lodged a complaint with customer care service. Their executive replied that they have their limitations and can not stop of coming such messages completely.

                Good afternoon, i was thinking airtel customer services is better and any other, i was plan to switch on airtel postpaid connect, on 10 july 2016 i submit my id and snap to your document collector guy, he said you get the call within 2 day for verification, last day 11 july your verification call i get when i was on meeting i cut the call 2 time and 3 time i took the call and i said call me later but your verification incharge call me again n again then i was in meeting i just get out from meeting and i said i do not want to take your connection you can thing i guy can not pic the call when he is in meeting and said to your guy i will collect my money back insert of say polite he was arguing with me *app nhi le sakte paise leke dikha do, number band kar denge, agar apka verification negative kar dunga to number band ho jayega apko airtel ka number lena hi hoga * what is this, this is way to treat your upcoming customer, if you behaves like this with your customer then sorry i not want to become your customer.

                I was interest in your services thats why i paid 110 rupees and gave my id and photo to your documents collector for joining but now i am feeling shame for selecting your services.

                Kind tell me what to do or otherwise back my id or money.

                  I have raised a request online for a new broadband and fixed line connection. One of the executive called and sent his executive (Name: chethan and his number is [protected]) to collect the documents. He said that the service charge is rs. 1000 and i need to pay him. Asked him about the receipt and he said that it will reflect in the coming month bill and took the money.
                  I had to wait for a week and then tried calling, he didn't respond and complained the airtel office. They are such irresponsible people who doesn't care for their customers who requested and to service them. Such a stupid customer service i have ever seen.
                  So after all this drama about me calling the customer care and complaining them, the airtel customer care came up with a beautiful story stating there's a cable fault in my area and they can't provide it.
                  So i asked for the refund and they requested me to go online for requesting and the ticket number is aor8a163e.

                    I got a call that they are discontinuing iptv, this was the only reason i was using airtel broadband, now switching to reliance 4g. who wants their free DTH, pathetic quality and expensive packs.
                    My problem is still not rectified. It has been my experience in the past also, Airtel is not serious about attending to genuine problems. As I tried to lodge a complaint through their site, going into 'my account' and 'complaint', at the end it asks to fill the validation code, as shown in the box. But any number of time you key back the code correctly, it goes on asking 'Pl. key in correct validation code'. The entire complaint lodging facility seems to be a hoax. Alternatively when I send an Email to their complaint address '[protected]@airtel.com' I was asked to send back the screen shot of their own error message reflected in their site (as I quoted the exact error message in my complaint' ). Again I got a reply that the screen shot of the error message was not readable to them. Fun is that the message was generated by their own system. The officers concerned try to delay by some means or other. Not sincere to attend to the problem immediately, but give a vague reply immediately to ward off their responsibility...It is a pity

                        Hello, i own airtel postpaid number [protected]. My incoming calls got blocked on may 27th of no reason and without any prior intimation.
                        I created a support ticket # [protected] same day, followed up with them several times, but no help. Few days later, they gave me another request number 69549848. I have reached them via mobile helpline, facebook, twitter and email but nothing has changed. Taking a new step of shamelessness, they are calling me on my alternate number asking to pay the bill for the services that i was unable to use.
                        I was unable to book an important ticket because i didn't get any sms for otp confirmation via online banking. Haven't heard anything sensible from them for last 48 days.

                              I have ported my airtel number to other service provider. Even after final bill payment, i am still receiving sms from my current service provider about due airtel bill payment.

                              When i received last bill from airtel, i called up customer care number to check whether i can pay it online. However, i was informed that i need to visit airtel gallery which was not possible for me as i was outside mumbai.

                              After few days i received call from airtel to pay the bill. During that call i was informed to pay it online. However, customer service agent did not provided me the account number that will help me to pay bill online. Hence i was again unable to pay the bill.

                              After few days again i got call from airtel. Meanwhile the payment was past due. It was agreed with airtel executive that i will pay the bill and not pay the late fee as i was not informed clearly from airtel team about the online payment. Refer attached email. However, i am receiving these sms.

                              i had purchased an airtel 4G sim in delhi sector14 at an airtel seller by submitting the neccessary documents.He charged me Rs.200 for the first recharge.Till now i didn get my sim activated n i guess the seller is misusing my info.Pls handle this issue as soon as possible.

                              Thank you! I have received email from Airtel team. There is no due amount pending with my account. Surprisingly there is an excess amount of Rs. 279.93/- in my postpaid account. Airtel has requested me for the account details to transfer the same.

                                1. I have requested to port this number from Vodafone to Airtel on 20th June 2016, but that got rejected from Vodafone due to wrong input of Porting Code by Airtel Team. Airtel Executive which took my documents got vanished after that. He never picked up my calls again to help me.

                                2. My Internet data was not activated even after 4 days of my porting activation. I had to approach to Airtel team again for the same.

                                3.My email id was wrong in Airtel's record, which was completely wrong. I again requested to correct the same but again I got the message yesterday that that email id will be working.

                                3.After seeing my ebill, I am confirmed that there are some illiterate people are working there in Airtel, who can't write and understand English. There is completely wrong Address is mentioned in my ebill. Despite of giving my correct address proof why there is such mistakes????

                                4.Today I called up Customer care Executive Apporva Gupta ([protected]). She asked me to visit Airtel Store to verify my address. I am not going to visit Airtel Store now to correct my address again. Its not my fault. I have given correct documents to Airtel. Why should I be harassed???

                                  Try spending some money on your aftersales services than that annoying 4g girl in your ads.
                                  Short version: prepaid to postpaid not activated on [protected], sim received, docs and photographs submitted, local verification done, sim is there in one of the sim slots : status not active.
                                  Activate it.
                                  The story
                                  So here is how my unpleasant experience started, i being a part of the current tech-advanced generation rely on internet/online/mobile app services to get most of my work done. so even when i felt that i need to move to post-paid airtel i went to the my airtel app and submitted the required documents online and sat back thinking that like rest of the online world, this work is done from my end but that’s when the real started i got calls from trillion airtel agents, some telling me that their online services are bull & they’ll send an agent to collect the xeroxed docs physically which to me sounded bull as i was not ready to accept that airtel can have such an facility existent but of no use, later i understood that these were offline agents trying to meet their monthly goals, each one telling me not to entertain the other agent.in the end there were about 3 delivery guys trying to deliver me the sim. just to meet their goals, i received it on the same day. it has been 7 days since then no one receives my call, no one is getting back, no way to get an executive on call through airtel costumer care no.
                                  This has been the most screwed up experience i ever had, airtel turned out to be another bad service provider like trikona. faith lost. i don’t even know if i should recharge my prepaid no. as i don’t want to end up wasting my money. i might just migrate to a better network. guys try spending some money on your aftersales services than that annoying 4g girls in your ads. epic crap.

                                    5-6 days back i have been asked to port my mobile no from voda to airtel by a airtel representative mr rakhi (i have her mobile no. as well) on which i got agree and she commits me that i'll get 450 free local calls, 70 std calls and 500mb data pack and i agreed on that. i asked her to send someone on saturday for further formalities. someone came form airtel for the documentation and i have given him the security amount as well.
                                    Next day i got a call from airtel to process the request further on which i asked that customer care girl to confirm my plan which i'll be getting. she confirmed me that i'll get just 250 local calls and some data pack. i called ms rakhi to confirm the same and she told me that no mam you'll get the same plan which i told you earlier and we'll give you 450 local calls, after 10-15 mins of argument she handed over the ph to some senior and that guy confirmed me that the plan i choose is not active now. on this, i asked her that just few minutes back your team member committed me for that plan only and i have given the security amount also. now how could you guys do that but that is just pathetic to talk to and after few minutes of discussion he just disconnected the call.
                                    After 5 mins i again got a call from the same girl rakhi and she told me that "mam the plan which you choose is not available now and i was not aware about the discontunation of the that plan buit now i can't do anything about it". i asked her why she committed me the plan than and if that's the case than someone should have informed me instead i was the one who was calling the customer care people and that girl rashi for the confirmation.
                                    I asked her now when i have done the formalities and security amount is also with you guys how could you say no?? over my discussion with her she said - this is not my problem mam and if you want you can take further action.
                                    So, i want to say that this totally unprofessional and not acceptable.

                                      There is no network signal but when i check the stregth of the signal i get -70

                                      And when i tried manual network searching i get etisalat 3g and du 3g i had tried both but i dont get the signal bar.
                                      I had tried removing the sim card and insterted in other mobile them too i dont get network.

                                      Last call which i used in india was on 8th july 2016. when i landed uae i didnt get even welcome mesage from airtel connection with uae number.
                                      What happend to airtel network.

                                      As iam vintage customer for more than 12 years, its making me very upset as this airtel is not supporting me in any matter.

                                      I too got FOLLO CELEBRITIES service activation Message in Night. They are activating servicing when one in a sleep. Absolute loot they are making from their customers. Money should be refunded.
                                      I have call customer care to book a connection but these unprofessional guys are putting me hold and not even responding last 2 weeks. I am waiting for new connection .
                                      For new connection providing these kind of service then I can imagine how account holder would have get so called good service.
