i recharged on 23/6/16 of 196/- special offer or benefit of 1.2GB 3G data balance.
but i have received only 600MB Data.
i complain on 198 and nodal office also he say data balance is already credited on your account but i have not received more then 600MB.
please help
find the massage if recharge

    My airtel postpaid connections numbers are:-
    1.[protected],
    2.[protected],
    3.[protected],
    4.[protected].
    I have been regularly making complaints regarding my all these numbers at airtel customer care 121 and 198, i had even had complaint it to the nodal officers several times, i had complaint also to the appellate authority.

    I am paying my bills on time inspite of not received bills from the company, my complaint is regarding simple thing that my bills are not receiving at my residential address on time and i want my paper bill to deliver always to my address because the plan which i am using is very low and the bills are overcharged by the company its a shame for airtel company and its employees who are not listening properly and involved in cheating its customers .
    I had ask the courier service for the bills even they don't give satisfactory reply :"pigeon service and dtdc courier"

    "is airtel company converted into big fraud company at all levels"
    no one is responding to the complaints .
    Now if you can reply as soon as possible and check for the complaints i had made at all levels then you come to know what problem is being the customer of airtel i am facing.

      I recieved a message claiming that I recieved 2 gb 2g data but when I used Internet I lost 10 rs. Refund that money and please do not send fake messages it causes loss of money and you guys do not even refund money similar way I lost 100 rs earlier also but this time seriously refund my money as well as provide the data as claimed
      Otherwise have to take serious legal action

        Fashion bunny activated in my mobile with airtel network without my concern & every day ₹35 is being deducted. I am not able to stop it even after sending Stop messages. I have lost more than ₹140 from my balance. I have sent stop messages twice to the airtel customer care but every time the service is stopped, it gets automatically renewed by deducting 35 from my main balance, mobile no [protected].

        Fashionbunny is a fraud acitvation service being run by a company called Onmobile Global. Its a serious nexus being run by airtel and Onmobile Global and duping the inoocent consumers with these kind of charges.

        I am too a victim of this loot being run by Onmobile Global Limited.

        I am going to file a complaint in TRAI on this.

          Airtel activated this nonsense service called "follow celebrities" on my phone for Rs 90 / month on my phone number from nowhere. When i called the customer care, they told me i had clicked on an advertisement during browsing the internet and it got activated, to which i replied i never did that, then customer care was very happy speaking about how i must have mistakenly clicked on such advertisement which people generally do during browsing.

          Hi Akanksha,

          I have faced same problem as mentioned above and unfortunate that no one from the customer care is ready to coperate. It feels like cheated and it's shame that India's largest telecom operator is fooling people to gain some extra money or revenue by cheating people.

            I am really disappointed today from your services i am using airtel numbers for over 6-7 years, and this was really annoying to me.
            I am emailing for my number [protected], i converted this number to prepaid on month april. before this i am using this number as a postpaid of 1599 cug plan,
            Since i requested my number to be changed to prepaid i billed all requested amount that was used and after 2.5 month airtel was asking me to pay unbilled amount of rs 3000+
            Reason they are saying i used internet services. i used services before paying the bill and that time plan was working few hours after that i am not able to use my plan sim card was not working. next day my number was registered to prepaid. this was really annoying to me.
            When i asked customer care who called me about this. she said you used and you have to pay. they don't even talk properly some times.

            This was 2nd time that this type of incident happening to me, last time i hadn't argued with them and i payed the bill of around 1500. don't know for what they have charged me for but this time it was not annoying.

            I am using 3 numbers of airtel and i guess i have to stop using them. i m going to port my numbers soon. thanks for your support and services really enjoyed your services.

We have a terrible signal problem in our area. Please provide Signal booster or network repeater in our premises as soon as possible. else I am warning you we are going to disconnect our Airtel connections permanently. In couple of days I will provide the list of people, their Airtel mobile numbers and their signature for our decision. I am strictly warning Airtel to provide the Signal booster or network repeater as we requested as soon as possible. For your Damn notice we will incur or bear the charges for the equipment. Airtel please treat this as highest escalation or we will go till the end. Call[protected]. do not treat this email lethargically. Customer satisfaction is your prime responsibility - Having a 4g technology and giving a poor service with not even a mobile signal is a shame.                 Kindly look into concern and provide me the appropriate solution as your executives and seniors are unable to provide me the resolution.


                This is regarding porting of my contact no. [protected] for which documents were collected by airtel concerned team on 08/06/2016. i am really very much worried about your services airtel is providing to customer since this number is not ported from a period of time.

                I have already submitted my docs again on 22/06/2016 that too after myself approching your customer care numbers regarding delay in processing and regenerated porting code again as it got expired due to your delay. its really shameful that aitel executives do not provide complete information and have lack of customer service skills. they always promise to call back for issue but unfortunately never received their call back till date.

                After 25 days when i contacted with airtel senior (mr. ram contact no. [protected]) he is asking me to resubmit (third time) my documents which concludes that documents already twice submitted by me are lost or being misused. unfortunately the email id for complaints [protected]@prudens.in also never gave any revert about my prior mail regarding this issue.

                      Hi airtel team,

                      On march 2016 to till date, i applied the broadband connection with paid 1000. which is not possible for providing a airtel connection services into my house. connection agent depanshu taken 1000 rs and with all ids, photos.
                      Last 3 minutes i am calling and went to airtel office in sadar bazzar, they are not responding to my request, they said that u have to go to ganga nagar.
                      But i am telling to area mgr of gaurav, said that already given the request to finance team, they will proceed soon.

                      I am attaching the photo on that person and form and his number. so solve my problem.

                        I had recharged my airtel no [protected] with Rs.36 on 30 june 2016. As I had received message from airtel that I will get talktime of Rs. 40. But I don't get the talktime as I had promissed still my balance is zero. I want my balance back.
                        And most of the time your customer executives as busy and when they pick the call they are in hurry to disconnect the line as soon as possible.

                          Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance without permission for a VAS named "fashion bunny". Today 1/7/2016 I received a message that 35 Rs will be deducted again in 3 days for this VAS and I immediately stopped the service. Then I called the customer care and I was informed that the service was stared on 27/06/2016 at 6:58am. The customer care executive was very rude and of no help. She said that it was activated from a website and we can't prove anything. following are my concerns-
                          -I received a message that the service was going to be renewed in 3 days but no message about the service activation, balance deduction or any information about the service. I still do not know what this service is.
                          -During The activation date and time, my phone was switched off as it was time for school.
                          - I dare you to show the SMS history and even my browsing history near the above mentioned date and time.
                          - In fact my number shares data with my airtel family and I have not used internet through this number for many days, I use my second sim on the same family.
                          - I am being told that it is from a website, if you cannot account for it, why the hell do you sponsor the VAS programs of such sites? I have got enough redirections to receiving inappropriate content ( see our own mobile website) and you just say that it is not under your control?
                          I think that all your claims of being a transparent and "OPEN" network are just restricted to showing the towers. I hope that you spend that 35rs ( which I have seen on complaints forums that I am not alone) from all the people to build better customer service.
                          I want immediate refund of 35rs plus the money I spent talking to a rude customer care executive. I can give my number and all other details as needed.

                          Today 26/07/2016 more than 3 weeks after the problem, Airtel sent me a message about the unfair deduction and the money was readded to my account a few days ago.

                              I recharge the number with rs 895 to avial offer of 4GB 3G/4G data + unlimited 3G data. But i got 4GB 3G/4G data and 4 GB 4G data. I got two option while rechare: First is of special offer and another is for regular recharge both is of 895 Rs. I select oftion for regular and while process the site confirm me that i got 4GB 3G/4G data + unlimited 3G data.Then why i got other. Please revert my recharge or do correct recharge o[censored]nlimited 3G.Otherwise i need to go consumer court.

                                I have been billed high charges for over past two years. As I did not have time to contest the bill, I was paying their bills on time. I shifted my mobile services to idea and paid the bill as provided in their net on my phone number. They have sent a message saying I need to pay another amount Rs 498 approximately and I again paid the amount immediately. But they sent a notice to my current mobile service providers that I did not pay the bill and my service is disconnected today. Due to this I have a loss of Rs 100000 already.

                                  I am writing this complain for my bill from airtel.

                                  I was using a postpaid mobile no ([protected]) in punjab circle.

                                  In the month of january 2016 i got new job in noida and i have shifted from chandigarh to noida. i was using that number till april 2016.in the month of april airtel sent me bill of sum of rs 2600. after few days they have disconnected my no.
                                  Then in may 2016 they sent me bill of sum of 4700, and in the month of june they sent me 7340 rs.

                                  Here i want to concentrate that if my mobile is disconnected from last 3 months then why would they sent me such types of bill.

                                  From last one month they sent me warning emails to pay 7340 otherwise they will take legal action against me. i replayed on every emails to provide me my bill details then i will pay, but they have not provided me my bill details and sending warning email again and again.

                                  So i request you to please take interest in this case.

                                    I would like to inform you about my relocation request numbers: 52769863, 52868304, and 52919520.

                                    Story begins here...

                                    On 24th june i had raised the request for relocation of my dth connection to a new address. i had clearly mentioned that i need the removal from the old address and installation in the new address both to be completed at the day that is 25th of june.
                                    The technician came on 25th june and removed my dth antenna from my old address and promised me to visit the new address which is around 3 km from the old address around afternoon time. everything was fine until now. all the problem started when the technician did not appear in my new address on 25th june even after multiple follow-ups.

                                    Next day morning, i had received the surprising message from airtel saying that my request is completed. (please note that i had received that message twice referring the same ticket number).

                                    So, i called up the customer care again and again from 26th to 28th june for a technician, who can complete my relocation request. finally, the customer care agent with whom i had a call on 28th june, raised a new request for me and assured me that someone will be available at the earliest. however, i did receive only multiple smss informing me about different technician names whom the job was assigned to. no body appeared to complete the job.

                                    Again, after multiple follow-ups on 29th june, the customer care agent raised another request number and again promised that on 30th june between 10-11 am someone will visit me. he did also mention that he had already escalated the issue from his end.

                                    Nobody appeared until 11 am on 30th (today). so, i called up again the customer care and they said that i was assigned 3-4 pm slot and not the 10-11 am slot. so, someone will definitely visit me at the given slot.

                                    Again, nobody appeared.

                                    I hope airtel records the call center conversations. if so, everything can be found what they assure and what actually they deliver.

                                    Now, suggest me if i can file a legal complaint against airtel for this financial loss and above all a huge mental harassment they are giving me. they are deducting my money on daily basis and without giving the service to me they are charging me service charges as well.

                                    I am waiting for the pleasure of your response before i move for a legal action against them asap.

                                        Stop calling after every 5 minutes over some sports scheme. if you want to promote your schemes as much, you can simply send a message. if the person ignores it, the person simply is not interested. people tend to block your numbers, but that's no way to ignore your calls. of course, you have plentiful numbers available.
                                        You may have received many complaints regarding this, and this complaint is probably to be ignored as many are.
                                        What have you learnt after providing such good services for so long?
                                        It irritates to complaint about a service provider as good as airtel.
