Dear sir/madam,
My airtel dth consumer number is: [protected]
I would like to inform you about my relocation request numbers: 52769863, 52868304, and 52919520.
Story begins here...
On 24th june i had raised the request for relocation of my dth connection to a new address. i had clearly mentioned that i need the removal from the old address and installation in the new address both to be completed at the day that is 25th of june.
The technician came on 25th june and removed my dth antenna from my old address and promised me to visit the new address which is around 3 km from the old address around afternoon time. everything was fine until now. all the problem started when the technician did not appear in my new address on 25th june even after multiple follow-ups.
Next day morning, i had received the surprising message from airtel saying that my request is completed. (please note that i had received that message twice referring the same ticket number).
So, i called up the customer care again and again from 26th to 28th june for a technician, who can complete my relocation request. finally, the customer care agent with whom i had a call on 28th june, raised a new request for me and assured me that someone will be available at the earliest. however, i did receive only multiple smss informing me about different technician names whom the job was assigned to. no body appeared to complete the job.
Again, after multiple follow-ups on 29th june, the customer care agent raised another request number and again promised that on 30th june between 10-11 am someone will visit me. he did also mention that he had already escalated the issue from his end.
Nobody appeared until 11 am on 30th (today). so, i called up again the customer care and they said that i was assigned 3-4 pm slot and not the 10-11 am slot. so, someone will definitely visit me at the given slot.
Again, nobody appeared.
I hope airtel records the call center conversations. if so, everything can be found what they assure and what actually they deliver.
Now, suggest me if i can file a legal complaint against airtel for this financial loss and above all a huge mental harassment they are giving me. they are deducting my money on daily basis and without giving the service to me they are charging me service charges as well.
I am waiting for the pleasure of your response before i move for a legal action against them asap.
