They said that if you take internet broadband plan for 999 you can make and add on of 99 to make unlimited calls std and local includes mobile and landline but for the past three months they are collecting extra charge for my no and when i asked it they said they will waver this amount but till now each and every month im paying extra money in thousands. When i went to airtel main customer care center in kormangala bangalore they said sorry sir the changed the plan from unlimited to normal but still your plan is unlimited you need to contact customer care for this, when i logged to airtel website online still they have the same advert mentioning the same noms unlimited calls when you have 999 broadband service

We using 3G net pack but last 2 - 3 months performance is very very poor.
Please do something to upgrade your service otherwise we left .
Now a days so many company are ready to serve .
your 3G works like 0G

    I am regularly daily getting call from airtel no. +[protected] and [protected] that i have to pay bill for the number i am not using. i have two idea postpaid and two airtel prepaid numbers and status of all these are very well checked and cleared. on daily basis a lady call to my wife and ask to pay bill for number which she was not being using. i also got the sms from vk-remind that i have pending bill for 4000/- for number [protected] and surprisingly i never heard about this number forget about using

    It seems that airtel executives are involved in fraudulent calls and sms or they are keeping shut their eyes from the frauds being happening at airtel name.

    Dear Ms. Singh,

    Still you have not clarified your stand, while making complain to appellate authority I came to know that number issued to Sunita Gund which was never applied by us, and its also informed that verification was done by your executive at the address given at adhar card. Please be informed that house we had left 5 years ago, than who was verified at the address given in adhar card? Further we never applied any phone connection from Airtel through the Adhar card of Sunita Gund than how do you get that?

    Its clear evident that a mobile connection was issued by Airtel to fake person and no verification was done. And who knows that how many number was issued by Airtel at name of Sunita Gund to fake identity.

    Its a serious and offense matter and you couldn't rid away from obligation, please conduct proper inquiry and send me the document on which basis the number [protected] was issued.

      महोदय,
      जब से हमने यह सिम खरीदा है, तबसे एअरटेल का नेटवर्क हर 4-5 सेकंद में 3G, कभी 4G, तो कभी E दिखाई देता हैं। ज्यादातर समय इसका नेटवर्क 1% भी नही रहता हैं। कस्टमर केअर से बात करने पर, टेली कॉलर कहते है, की मोबाईल चेंज करके देखिये, सिम 1 में एअरटेल का सिम दालीये।
      अगर ऐसा करने के बाद भी नेटवर्क नही आये तो, 3G मोड पर लगाईये। पहले से ही 3G मोड पर हो, तो मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ करके रिस्टार्ट कीजिये। अगर फिर भी नेटवर्क न आता हो, तो कस्टमर सर्व्हिस सेंटर पर जाईये। कस्टमर सर्व्हिस सेंटर वाले कहते है, की कॉल सेंटर से बात करे।
      आये दिन यही सिलसिला चला रहेता है। फिर भी आपके नेटवर्क में कोई सुधार नही होता हैं। एक बार आप ही यहां आकर नेटवर्क चेक करके बटाइये, की यहां रेंज है या नही। क्यूंकि, कॉल सेंटर वाले तो कॉम्प्युटर पर देखकर कहते हैं कि, लोकेशन पर फुल्ल रेंज है।
      आपको थोडीसी तकलीफ होगी, पर यहां आकर नेटवर्क चेक करके हमे बटाइये, के यहां नेटवर्क है, है तो कितना हैं। सारे प्रसारमाध्यम के सामने ये सिद्ध करके दिखाइये, की आपका नेटवर्क सही हैं या गलत।
      अगर आप ऐसा नही करते हो, तो मैं मिडिया को सिद्ध करके बताऊँगा के आपका एअरटेल नेटवर्क कितना बोगस हैं।
      आशा करता हूं, की मेरी इस समस्यां का हल आप जल्द से जल्द निकालेंगे।

        I applied for new broad band connection on 3rd july sunday. The person promised me to give the connection on tuesday 5th july. On tuesday when i tried reaching him he didn't pick up the call later i called the other person called vinod, who said there is some server issues and i'll get the connection by wednesday 6th july. Only after i made this call i got the message that my application is received. What does this mean??

        Later on wednesday, i got calls twice but later no one turned up. When i mailed to customer care, they said address was fatal. How can the address be fatal when your personnel has come collected the application from my house?

        I don't know why so much of complications and fake promises in giving the connection. I have no receipt of 1000rs i have paid. Now i am wondering if i have given money to some cheater.

        Today july 8, i have no connection neither a confirmation on when i will get. No proper response from customer care also.

        I cant send messages from my airtel sim. i take duplicate sim as adviced by airtel custemer care exicutive now new sim has passed 48 hhours though i cant send messgaes

          I have been deducted rs.99 citing the reason that my mobile number has been activated for airetl super store. I have not done any activation. When contacted the customer care, the told me that they can stop the service but they cant refund the money. I dont want the service and i want my money refunded to my balance. I got the information from the customer care that an request from my mobile has been sent to activate the service. I have never sent any request to activate it. I need the exact time log when the request has been sent from my mobile. This is causing an immense incovenience. I have mailed the issue along with screenshots to airtel. [protected]@airtel.com and still i dint receive any response from them. It would be of great relief if the service has been stopped and amount has been refunded.

            This is dr subham das from amri hospitals, bhubaneswar. i am also one of your corporate customers, in fact, it was i who had recommended for airtel corporate mobiles in our hospital. i would like to express my grievances regarding automatic activatiopn of some services in my personal airtel 4g prepaid number ([protected]).

            On 6th july 2016, suddenly rs 90 was deducted from my prepaid balance with an sms that "follo celebrities service has been activated on your mobile and rs 90 for 30 days has been deducted, the service will be auto-renewed after 30 days". thereafter, i immediately deactivated the service. i tried to lodge a complaint for such auto activation and balance deduction to your complaint number 198 on 8th july 2016, none of the executives wanted to take my complaints and thrice they hung up the call without even bothering to finish the conversation. i am medical administrator at amri hospitals bhubaneswar don't have any children also who can accidentally activate any service. your executives always put the blame on me that i had activated the service which is not the truth. you can check my sent sms and call history and see that no such request were ever made.

            Another important thing i would like to mention that though i had selected english as the language for 198, yet almost all your telecalling executives (especially mr jiten) are very poor in english or hindi, they always switch over to oriya language without respecting my choice and comprehensibility. myself being a non-oriya had to face quite a tough time understanding their dialect all 3 times that i had called airtel customer care so far.

            I therefore request you to kindly take immediate action regarding my complaint and rs 90 so deducted may be credited back to my prepaid balance as soon as possible. furthermore, as a longtime customer of airtel, it is also my earnest request and suggestion to you that airtel being so committed and good service provider, does it suit you to resort to such mal-practices like unauthorised service activation and balance deduction just for a small benefit? if such practices continue, the customer satisfaction with airtel will not sustain and the company will earn a bad repute like reliance and vodafone. myself and amri hospitals being also a corporate customer of airtel mobile, i hope that you will take immediate action to this email and the deducted balance will be immediately refunded to my account.

                Hi,
                I have requested airtel customer care to put deactivation request for data card number [protected] on 26th april. at the time unpaid billing amount was 695 rupee. i cleared my undue payment, and thought this data card sim will be deactivated as i have already put the request. as usual this fraud company did not cater my request and sent me another bill receipt for next month, now they are torturing me to pay the another bill payment though there is no usage and even deactivation request was already in place. now after lots of discussion, these guys are not ready to admit their mistake and keep calling me through different extension. i am planning to drag them in consumer court for torturing me and forcing me to do unethical acts.

                I will also escalate this issue to ministry of communication. wait and watch, game begins..

                Based on attached customer satisfaction survey what anyone would expect from this fraud company. I think best way to deal with such company is to opt for other big player like reliance communication. Thank you so much airtel. Be what you are, soon you will loose place in telecom industries.
                This issue was never resolved. The request was to close this account and I am still seeing bill emails every month. And this team does not want to resolve this . Now I will reach out to TRAI and file a legal cas3 against them.

                  I am giving porting request at 25/06/2016. And in 7 working days my past prepaid (Rel gsm) was deactivate at 01/07/2016. And airtel prepaid sim was not activated. When i am calling 59059 all time said your data is not updated. I am visit your airtel store (Baroda prestige at surat, gujarat) every day but i don't get any solution. This number is my business number and it was deactivated last 7 days.
                  I humble request that as fast as possible activate my number.

                    I was using my simcard till 2 month ago. today when I tried using it, it doesn't seems to work. it look like it is been deactivated. can you please reactivate my simcard as I am traveling back to india in 2 months time.

Earlier before bill period/month of 26 Mar to 25 Apr/April 2016 data pack of 1GB 3G/4G of worth ₹250 was active so the normal bill amount of ₹275+₹250+ taxes was coming which was correct but I had requested for deactivation of data pack of ₹250 by calling customer care of Airtel on 25 April to which I got message/SMS "Service Update: 4G LTE on 3G has been deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 25-APR-2016." but the bill generated for the next bill cycle i.e. 26 April to 25 May I was charged ₹275+₹250+taxes which shouldn't include ₹250 for data pack since it was deactivated in the last bill cycle I.e. on 25 April. Later after several complaints Airtel waived off some amount and charged ₹313.63 but no new bill was provided. Similarly for this month from 26 may to 25 June the data pack worth ₹250 is deactive and thus it shouldn't be charged, but it's there in the bill and the worst case is after several mails to [protected]@airtel.co.in there had been one response but it doesn't mentions the waived off bill amount and what amount is to be paid and also the last day of payment is also not mentioned.
                      Sir I want to report the above and notify Airtel by your medium.
                      1. Airtel is giving this unreasonable bills every month to which I had to ask them time and again to waive the overcharged amount.
                      2. The corrected bill is not sent by Airtel for the amount waived off and amount paid.
                      3. The data pack was deactivated on 25 April 2016 and it was deactive for 2 months may and june but as reflecting in Airtel's "my Airtel" app the data pack of 1GB 3G/4G is active for current month which I have neither activated nor requested to activate. It should be deactivated immediately and even it should not be charged.

                      Kindly consider the above points, which is an atrocious behaviour by Airtel towards me and they are not even responding to the emails and solution is not provided so far.

                        On seventh of this July, my mobile got activated with Follow celebrities pack and charged certain amount. This happened at 7:10AM
                        But I woke up today at 11AM as today was a holiday and I needed a little more rest.
                        To my surprise I just acknowledged this situation an hour ago and called the customer support. A person threatened me saying that "if you are talking about the money to be given back I will end the call!"
                        And as I spoke to his supervisor about this situation he clearly scratched out my mentions and said that he will deactivate the service so that more money won't be deducted at the end of the month in the name of auto reneval!
                        I am using Airtel since 7 years! And this is how they serve me.
                        When I asked them I want to book a complaint in this concern they said clearly that no complaint will be booked!
                        Shame on you Airtel for hiring such scum bags! Shame on you!

                              Today... around 1.40 pm when i was driving my car, i received a message from airtel saying "thanks for choosing airtel deals on your airtel mobile. you have been charged rs35.0 for 7days. a/c balance: rs40.12 at 13:39. to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223".
                              When i called their customer care, they said the balance deduction was due to my double confirmation while using internet. i do not recall any such confirmation.

                                  I have emailed AIRTEL and also called customer support more than a dozen time since 30th May 2016. And no one seems to answer or address my issue. Hence request you to please read my mail properly, as to why was number [protected] not added to the account [protected] on 30th May 2016? Also, please answer all questions as listed below, and if you do not understand my issue/concern, please address or forward to someone who can take responsibility and get it resolved by 24 hours. If you understand time-money, then you could get it resolved and closed today. Also, you should understand my concerns, pain-stress and strain in calling/emailing AIRTEL every other week as a follow-up with no answers or resolution in sight.

                                  1) why the number [protected] was not included in the account with primary [protected] as part of the myplan 999.

                                  2) the waiver of amount against [protected] due to irresponsibly by airtel

                                  3)waiver of bills for all numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] for may and June bills due to stress and strain with repeated follow-up from self or owner of account

                                  4) why was [protected] migrated to 999 plan on whose authority since it was supposed to be part of primary account t [protected]and hence waiver if entire amount

                                  5) why was 99 per month activated for add-on numbers [protected] and [protected] while it should be 199 per year. Who authorized this, please show proof.

                                  Need an answer to all the above at the earliest and please call go address all the above concerns
                                  Will wait for another 24 hours and escalate all issues to next level.

                                    We have been trying to get our airtel tel no and broadband shifted for over a week now. it's surprising how the organisation is the least bit interested in fixing the issue. they have only provided false commitments multiple times. no escalations seem to work, nor do i think that the severity of the issues faced are actually getting thru to people in authority.
                                    This is a serious deficiency in service and moreover compounded by multiple failures in commitments being kept. we have spoken to pushpa, praveen etc, all who claimed to be able to resolve the issue, but no result.

                                      I have placed a request for airtel broadband service to be installed at my flat. when they called me regarding my request they confirmed that there is feasibility and port availability for the connection at my place, and the they have sent their executive on monday 4th july 2016 to collect documents for the connection and asked me to submit rs. 500/- towards installation charges. after this when i asked whether i am going to get an acknowledgement slip, he asked me to take a photograph of the form and keep it as refence and assured me that the connection would be installed by wednesday 6th july. then when i was calling the person who was co-ordinating with me regarding this request she was not picking up the call and then on 7th july when i called up customer care to ask the progress on my request, the person said there is no feasibility for a new connection at my residence. and when i asked to escalate it to her manager she put me on hold for around 10 minutes.

                                      This is totally unacceptable and should not be done to anyone else in future. can you please take immediate action on this? i have attached the screenshot of the form.
