From the last 4-5 days whenever i'm switching my data services to 3g my network status becomes NO SERVICE. And if i change the data services back to 2g then again it comes back with full network access. I prefer airtel cause of its speed but its very irritating if this type of problem occurs.

Its been 3 months since I have taken connection for Airtel broadband. I have a 120Gb 8mbps connection in C-scheme Jaipur.
Since the start the speed is never as good as promised, baring a few rare instances the speed never reached 8mbps, that was also before or after office hours i.e before 11 AM or after 6PM.
i have registered complaints with the office a lot of times almost daily to no avail.

I logged in the airtel website and filled the forms for getting a new broadband connection and i was told my documents will be collected and the connection will be provided within 72 hours...

But guess what its been 20 days and still no one has even bothered to collect the documents

I had ported my earlier tata docomo number into Airtel. On 17th of july, 2016 the docomo sim card went deactivated and consequently i had to insert Airtel Sim Card as advised by your one executive Shri Pratik Chaurasia, from whom i had taken the sim card and handed the relevant documents to him. My company is located in Uppal industrial area. In that almost 50 Airtel post paid & pre paid connections are using but there is signal problem. For every call signal jumped and disconnected the call and 2 to 3 mins signal has not come. We are a IT related business organisation and using 12 number of Airtel connection for business purpose. One of our staff is leaved at "Bharanikkavu" he is suffering from network issue last few weeks, after that last 4 days not get good network coverage at our business head office at Kayamkulam. We make compliant against this 2 issues to airtel customer care. But till they are not fix the problem. This incident loses some of my customers....

The airtel has started deducting rs 35 every week from my mobile account for some modelmania w service.Inspite of repeated requests for unsubscribing the above service on their number 1552230, they are not ready to unsubscribe. Kindly help.
When i ask them to discontinue the above service, they avoid it on some or the other pretext.

I want my airtel broadband connection to be disconnected asap. I have both mailed them and called them. I didn't get any reply for the mail i sent. When i called them they said they cannot disconnect my connection. I am the consumer and so i decide whether i want it or not. And i want it disconnected because i am moving to a new place and i don't need it anymore. All my payments are cleared.
